Best Casino App I have installedI love Fanatics. Have been through quite a bunch of casino apps and by far Fanatics has provided the best experience. I’m no high roller or have crazy amounts to spend but I have won more than I have lost. Most of what I have lost has been spinning n the money I won because I love playing. There are so many great games with bonus games and spins screaming at you. lol. There is a daily free wheel spin that you will always win something. I have turned bonus spins into bill money in hard times so I am certain that Fanatics is very fair about win/loss. READ BEFORE USING APPSo fanatics Sportsbook I will say is the most moral and respectable Sportsbook/casino out there today due to there great business practices, they treat there customers great and help them in anyway they can (unlike DraftKings and FanDuel, who are both clearly extremely greedy and dirty companies, and will do anything to do money out of their customers they don’t value them. They only value their money and that’s all they want from them and once they have your money, you are worth worthless to them and they could care less about you. Either way, regardless of what sports book you decide to play if you do end up playing in the casino. A solid win on one of the slots please please please immediately exit out of that particular game. Every single time I’ve won a solid slot hit. I’m saying anything over 60 $70 or more. Mark my words you will not see another win, even relatively close to that at least the rest of the day if not the next few days. So point being if you continue playing after that win everything you bet after that is gonna lose and you’re never gonna. Honest ReviewYes this app runs smoother than most but the perks are not as great. There doesn’t seem to be much difference between a VIP and regular account holder to me and ive been a VIP account holder on several apps. FanCash doesn’t accumulate like you think it does and the weekly bonus back promotion is limited up to $75 weekly. That stinks if I’m spending and losing a lot. Also, with other apps the amount that can be won fluctuates with your status as far as your daily free spins. Fanatics that’s not the case. I shouldn’t be a VIP winning 0-$1 on my daily free spin, especially after wagering over $1,000 the day before to get the super charge spin. Seems like they want you to spend a whole lot but don’t give back much. I haven’t even gotten a hat, tshirt etc for being a vip yet. Sneaky new user promotionI’m extremely disappointed with how Fanatics handled the “30 for 300” promotion. Day one of the promo activated correctly. Day two did not. There was no opt-in button, no banner, no confirmation screen, and no explanation anywhere in the app as to why the promotion suddenly stopped tracking. I followed the terms exactly, including the daily $10 wager requirement, yet the bonus failed to unlock. What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency. There is: • No visible opt-in mechanism • No clear status tracker • No confirmation that a bet qualifies • No explanation when the promotion silently fails This creates a situation where customers are encouraged to place real-money bets with the expectation of bonus rewards, only to find out after the fact that the system didn’t count them. That’s not just poor UX, it feels deceptive. If a promotion has specific timing rules, cutoffs, or opt-in requirements, they should be clearly visible and explicitly confirmed before a wager is placed. Promotion glitches/delaysI signed up via referral link from a friend with no issues: did my wager and it settled, we both got our bonus bets. The following day I was with a friend, and gave him my referral link. He clicked it and signed up RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, and placed his wager as well. We both played the same play and won! Bet settled and we didnt receive our bonuses.. so i waited a day and still nothing. Worst sportsbook I ever used… and I have them all.After 6-8 days of waiting for help to verify my account and getting the run around waiting for emails and, spending hours (probably 12+) waiting on chat support for literally 0 help, I finally got somewhere. Terrible customer serviceOn 9/27 I started to have technical issues with the app. Bonus bets I created disappeared. I reached out to customer service and they told me to log out and log back in. Great Sportsbook! Lots of great promos and random boostsReally great Sportsbook! I enjoy the boosts and promos and the “fanatics cash back” on each bet which can be turned into cash. Minor improvements I would suggest. First, the TT live games sometimes the live stats/scores will show an old version or previous game instead of the current game. Just seems like a glitch but it’s a bit confusing when trying to place bets that are showing the wrong live scores. Second, and I think ALL sports books should do this, let you customize the sports category you want to bet on. Not everyone wants to have to scroll all the way past NBA, NFL, NHL, NCAA… you get it, to get to their favorite sports. We should be able to make these headers arrangeable or removable. Customer Service is Non ExistentWas a big fan after my my first experience, until I faced an account issue. I joined to see how the new platform was and enjoyed after placing first bet and winning. The bet settled as soon as the player prop in the game hit instead of making me wait until the game was completely over which most other apps don’t allow. Thought very cool, maybe I’ll consider keeping an eye on promotions and what what not in the future. When I went to cash out my winnings, it notified me that the withdraw was declined and the funds were returned to my account. I then went to login to double check myself on the withdraw when the app began to say incorrect login credentials. I changed the password and went to log back in, it then notified me that my account was locked and to contact customer support through their chat option, which then notified me that they were working through emails and a case was opened. I have heard nothing since, I’ve emailed the confirmation email to try and get a response and continue to get no answer. Tough to fix any issues when you can’t get an answer from anyone and their chat option isn’t even built enough to send you in an endless loop of questions. Mostly a great appIt’s more intuitive & informative than Caesar’s or draft kings but fanduel still has a slight edge because they lean more in favor of the customer. Meaning- when there’s a match like tennis for instance & one person quits- if the person you bet on didn’t quit- fanduel calls it a win on your betslip & a void on the other (the one who quit). That ends up making a huge difference for me because I bet on tennis all the time and if someone is losing by a ton, a lot of times they just quit & I think the person who was winning by so much should be considered the winner if the other person quit. Fanatics just voids the entire thing on everyone’s betslips. That being said I do love that fanatics lets you play games/picks for potentially winning $5 in free bets. I won that once & it was a nice little surprise for me when I logged in. That alone makes me use it a lot more than the others. One thing that Fanatics is way better for is that they let you bet your bonus bets like regular bets- as much or as little as you want at a time, whereas draft kings & fan duel makes you bet the entire bonus bet on one bet so you can’t hedge your bet because you have to put the whole $25 on one thing..Kx0014Version: 7.1.2

I believe this is the top betting appI would suggest this to anyone who already uses fan duel or draft kings. They have way better prop parlays , specials, they crushed March madness with promos, the fan cash feature is actually pretty amazing. Customer service is super fast even though it seems weird having them be chatting online. Honestly I would give this a solid 8.9/10 Your promos are right there you don’t have to search like draft kings or fan duel. Which makes it impossible to forget to add a bonus bet or profit boost. Worst sportsbookBeware! sign up promotion is not what it seems. I received a email for new user to sign up and bet $20 and get $200 in fantasy. email stated that you do not need to opt in and automatically applies. I signed up and placed first $20 wager as promotion stated. Did not receive $200 fancash and I was unaware I had received match bonus bets for the first 10 days. This is not what I wanted or signed up for. I didn’t even understand how it worked. i reached out to customer support and it took 3 days for anyone to get back to me. When they did get back to me they stated I received and played 150 free bonus spins as a new user and could not receive two promotions. I never received 150 free spins and on the 10th day of signing up I received a email from fanatics saying it was my last day to bet for free bonus bet match. This sportsbook is a joke. Do not trust this casino!!!Last weekend I opted into two promotions one for bonus spins and the other for cash back on losses. When I did not receive these on Monday morning I reached out to customer “service” I put that in quotes because they offer no service at all. The only thing they do is “elevate” your concerns. However the department that handles these is too busy at the moment and will reach out in 24-48 hours. Why are they so busy? Not So Fan FavoredNot very happy with this app and the support team that is over the account activity monitoring division. My account has been closed for no specific reason other than supposedly suspicious activity. I have done everything right and apparently if you use your phone for your account and log out so someone else can log in on their account it is a problem. I was locked out for close to a month because of an apparent location issue but after trying every troubleshoot given multiple times and it still didn’t work and contacting support repeatedly they said I was temporarily banned and that I would have to wait 48 hrs on a decision from the account supervising team to see if I would be able to resolve the issue but of course it was just easier to permanently close my account and flag me as having suspicious activity due to more than one account using the same phone. I have only logged in mine and my boyfriends accounts and that’s all….so please tell me why both me and my boyfriend as well as some other friends of mine have had the same issue and are permanently banned from fanatics when no suspicious activity was actually done and it all started due to Fanatics having a issue with geolocation on their end and not understanding that one phone could be used for multiple account logins for that exact reason!!! RIP pointsbetShoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so i can’t consolidate my fancash balances. i’ve contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me “oh yeah we can do that” and then don’t do it. as if it hadn’t been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time i try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says “can’t use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you’ve reached this message in error” except you can’t even contact support because it won’t let you into the app… personally i think i should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, “promos” are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service..AerospacemangoVersion: 4.3.0

Bonus bets vanishedI am supposed to be a VIP with Fanatics Sportsbook and even assigned a VIP account manager who has been very helpful and friendly. Bit i have had an ongoing issue with the bonus bets i creat using the fancash i earn by placing bets, moslty parlays which earn me as much as 10% back in fancash which is the main reason i have been using Fanatics almost exclusively for this reason. About 6 months ago i started to nitice my bonus bets were not always bieng placed and the bonus bet was missing as well. After monitoring my bonus bets i was able to verify that I was correct and had lost my bonus bet i earned. I reached out to my account manager and he usually gave me some fancash to replace. However it is so frequent i started asking chat agents for help and would provide screenshots as proof and they usually helped also, although some would say i was wrong and they were anle to see my placed bet. Ive been able to tell that it happens when 1 or more of my parlay bets has been temporarily supsended as i am placing the bet that it was possibly lost and i would have to either ignore the loss or ask for help. It seems to happen to me so much because i am mainly betting on live events which are constantly being temporarily suspended or even closed frequently. Beside the time I am spending on monitoring the missing bets and then having to ask for help like i am being done a favor by asking for something i am supposed to be given for my patronage is super annoying and at times i feel like a annoying complaining customer when i do ask. I’ve had a week of communication going on with a rep, Fiona, caught in multiple lies, promised me promotions when I’d deposit more money- I did- they magically they were gone- I actually had her confirm the promo was valid twice before that deposit, which she did, then immediately blamed me and took zero responsibility when called out. This is how a VIP is treated??I have been playing with this sportsbook on and off for the last two years. Eventually they awarded me VIP status. Normally VIPs are giving a host, but I have never been assigned one. I have reached out to customer service nearly 14 times about this issue over the last year. Horrible Customer SupportI have been using this app for around a month I believe. The weekly free spins promo was offered to me and worked great the first couple weeks. Customer service is not idealBe very careful with this book. I wouldn’t recommend referring anyone to it because you will most likely not receive your bonus as stated. They’re very sneaky with how most of the promotions work so be aware of that. On top of the shady promotions, the customer support is not helpful. They copy and paste responses that are not helpful.
