So first off the refer a friend bonus and the 500 spins it’s probably in the top of the line for new users promo. You invite a friend and you both get $50 and they don’t have to deposit much, plus 500 free spins, that’s great. It has a variety of sports and props you can bet on and I never had a issue with live bets being placed. Now sometimes the interface glitches when your making a parlay I wish that could be improved but it’s not a major issue, my only other suggestion is more prop bets for ufc and nba, sometimes there’s some props I want to bet but other competitors have them and let me parlay them so. They will suspend your account when you winI had been using this sportsbook on a daily basis for weeks. Deposited and withdrew with PayPal with no issues. I then go on a win streak and turn 500 into 5000 dollars. I request to withdraw 3000 and out of no where my account is suspended. They sent me an email saying I had "unusual activity patterns" and they had to verify some information. Keep in mind I've been using this book for weeks prior to my win streak and they never required verification. I contact the agents, two of them literally ended the conversation on their own when I asked for an explanation. So now I just have 5,000 dollars I earned legitimately that I cant access or withdraw. I've used 5 other sportsbooks in Pennsylvania and never had this happen to me. Worst sportsbook I ever used… and I have them all.After 6-8 days of waiting for help to verify my account and getting the run around waiting for emails and, spending hours (probably 12+) waiting on chat support for literally 0 help, I finally got somewhere. They then informed me I would have to take a picture of my ID, send a selfie, send a picture of my social security card and also send a picture of a bill in my name for proof of address and after that still couldn’t verify my ID and do a single thing with my account. They then informed me that I couldn’t close my account as it was, “never opened in the first place”. This app is a joke and the “support” is either so backed up with problems of other bettors they physically can’t respond to everybody, or their just simply incompetent. Verification/depositMy friend referred me to you guys and said this was a pretty good app. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for somebody to respond to me. Email customer service support to verify my identity don’t understand why you would give me a case number waiting for somebody to reply to me just to verify my identity and make my deposit and then I can be on the app. I never had to go through this with Bet, MGM,fanduel, nor Bet Rivers or DraftKings they gave me a case number and I still have not heard back from nobody after I try to send an email back on what they sent me. This is poor customer service. Terrible customer serviceOn 9/27 I started to have technical issues with the app. Bonus bets I created disappeared. I reached out to customer service and they told me to log out and log back in. This did not help. Soon after a realized I could not access any of the promotions. To make a long story short, over the past 5 weeks I have spoken to several people and had numerous tickets opened. Someone would be in touch within 24-72 hours is what I was told each time Here we are on 10/31 and I still have the same issues and I am being ignored by customer service. I have sent in numerous screenshots detailing my issues and I haven’t even gotten the courtesy of an acknowledgment the screenshots were received, never mind a solution. Great Sportsbook! Lots of great promos and random boostsReally great Sportsbook! I enjoy the boosts and promos and the “fanatics cash back” on each bet which can be turned into cash. Minor improvements I would suggest. First, the TT live games sometimes the live stats/scores will show an old version or previous game instead of the current game. Just seems like a glitch but it’s a bit confusing when trying to place bets that are showing the wrong live scores. Second, and I think ALL sports books should do this, let you customize the sports category you want to bet on. Not everyone wants to have to scroll all the way past NBA, NFL, NHL, NCAA… you get it, to get to their favorite sports. We should be able to make these headers arrangeable or removable. Customer Service is Non ExistentWas a big fan after my my first experience, until I faced an account issue. I joined to see how the new platform was and enjoyed after placing first bet and winning. The bet settled as soon as the player prop in the game hit instead of making me wait until the game was completely over which most other apps don’t allow. Thought very cool, maybe I’ll consider keeping an eye on promotions and what what not in the future. When I went to cash out my winnings, it notified me that the withdraw was declined and the funds were returned to my account. I then went to login to double check myself on the withdraw when the app began to say incorrect login credentials. I changed the password and went to log back in, it then notified me that my account was locked and to contact customer support through their chat option, which then notified me that they were working through emails and a case was opened. I have heard nothing since, I’ve emailed the confirmation email to try and get a response and continue to get no answer. Tough to fix any issues when you can’t get an answer from anyone and their chat option isn’t even built enough to send you in an endless loop of questions. Very Slow AppThere are many other options for sportsbooks that work very well. I tried many times the past couple primetime football nights to place bets and the app has been too slow for me to place my bet in time for the game to start. It has taken around 15 mins+ for the options to pull up because they are too worried about streaming the game on the app. Nice feature if it worked but it does not. I recommend apps such as DraftKings or FanDuel if you want a pleasurable experience. I understand Fanatics offers rewards but it’s not worth using a bad app. Other apps also have live bet tracking updates. Believe me when I say do not use this app..Paw_____________44Version: 2.5.0

Nice New SportsbookI really like the Fanatics Sportsbooks and the offers/promos they have from time to time, especially the Jersey credit! They have a lot of choices to bet on from teams, spreads, totals and play props + special parlays. I’ve deposited and withdrawn and haven’t had any problems there and it was all pretty quick. I love the fact that you can earn Fan Cash from making plays and using their offers and can redeem on their sites for sports gear! From other reviews I’ve seen it seems the customer service is something that needs work as it’s just through email and I did have a problem and it has been 48 hours since I’ve reached out and no response. Joke of an app…Like someone else posted, I’m only giving five stars in hopes more see this. I had an ad pop up to receive 100 spins on cash eruption, so clicked it to download the all and create an account. When I was done there was nothing showing the promotion. One chat agent told me it must be a third party offer that they can’t accept. The ad popped up again in a different app, so I screenshot the ad, started another chat, and sent them what I had. I was told “troubleshot” by logging out and deleting and reinstalling the app. Did all of that, and still nothing. Intuitive interface loads quickly!I really like this book. The interface is clean and it loads quickly. The boosts have continued past the first month of sign-up promos. Easy to find the bets I want without endless waiting and scrolling and collapsing accordion menus. I can also very often use boosts how I want as long as I meet the minimum odds requirement. No ridiculous specs like you get with other Sportsbook apps like FD, DK, BetMGM, etc. I have been beta testing their companion FanCash Rewards app and it has some nice features too. Referal program didn’t workHad a friend over and referred him , he signed up off my link and downloaded the app. The promo was refer both get 80 fancash after wagering 20 dollars. Went and reached out to support and was referred to reach out via email which they asked for my friends email name to look into the problem. The issue with that is you can respond to the emails , as soon as I responded to the email it says mail can’t be sent to this address. Horrible customer serviceAfter receiving an emailed offer of bet $10 get a free $100 bets I decided to give fanatics a try. I play multiple sports betting apps and thought it would be nice to play on a new app… after depositing and placing $10 I never received the $100 free bets. Surprisingly AmazingDidn’t expect too much from this app as a first time user and user of many Sports books but I am extremely happy after a week of use. New user promo and daily promos have been pretty consistent and match offers from popular sportsbooks like FD & DK. The app interface is pretty well designed and functions well. While alt props slightly lack from bigger books they still offer an abundant amount and most lines get put out pretty early. Cheated, double updateThis casino robbed me absolutely blind right before they switched over from PointsBet to fanatics , like crazy cold run improbable immoral mathematically impossible type of run on a slot machine….. when I tell you not one slot pull won more then the cost of the pull…. This happened for 126 straight pulls , something crazy fishy there….. also how can someone who recently played and lost $500 here on slots not earn more than .10 cents free play , it’s the cheapest casino operation out there , at least other places see you’ve played and offer a free sports bet now and then , fanatics does a spin and win daily promo and I’ve tried it everyday now for a few weeks and everyday they give me one slot pull for a whopping .10 cents , hey you lost a few hundred here multiple times but here’s a dime :) it’s so pathetic , my advice to new customers is to play somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business and recognize the fact that you are a human being who is spending their hard earned money for this entertainment…. RIP pointsbetShoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so i can’t consolidate my fancash balances. i’ve contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me “oh yeah we can do that” and then don’t do it. as if it hadn’t been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time i try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says “can’t use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you’ve reached this message in error” except you can’t even contact support because it won’t let you into the app… personally i think i should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, “promos” are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service..AerospacemangoVersion: 4.3.0

Horrible Customer SupportI have been using this app for around a month I believe. The weekly free spins promo was offered to me and worked great the first couple weeks. That’s really the only promo for casino users, and I’m not much of a sports bettor. Suddenly the free spins stopped loading. I was given a generic response to delete and reload the app, which didn’t work. When I went back to support to let them know it didn’t work I was greeted by very rude responses from the chat support. I tried opening a support ticket through email several times and was either told the same thing as before or some generic response about promotions not being available to everyone. I get that, but it was available to me and I “opted-in” and it doesn’t work. Limited in 3 DaysSo I signed up for Fanatics during the 10 X $100 bonus bet promo. I placed a few bets on the platform over the next few days to the total of roughly $1000 total in wagers. During this time I was down about $100 which is fine, you win some you lose some. But apparently this gets the trading team to limit your bet sizing for future bets down to $10 a bet. I reached out to customer support via chat (which also disconnects if you want to use your phone for any other purpose while waiting I learned) and they explained that the trading team limited me, didn’t or I should say couldn’t explain why. The kicker is that all of the $100 bonus bets I got are now useless because of course I can only bet $10 max. So yeah, feels like I got scammed from the promo and it feels like Fanatics just doesn’t want me as a customer. I was screwed out of 200$I made my account for the 10 day promotion. I was suspended for days 4-8 with no thorough explanation just broad non descriptive emails. SCAM ARTISTThis app is a giant scam. I originally signed up because they were doing a sign on promotion bet $20 get $200 fancash. I successfully placed my bet and got the $200 fancash. What was not mentioned anywhere on the app was that once you convert your fancash to bonus bets you have to bet the whole amount. You cannot split it up like you can on other apps. I thought maybe I missed something but I even went into the fine print and found nothing saying this. I contacted customer support asking if it is possible to revert the transaction since i had not placed a bet with bonus. They never got back to me and the bonus bets were about to expire so like any rational person would I used it before they were gone for good. Terrible Customer ServiceTerrible experience. Had an issue depositing into the account and have had no issue with any other service before with my bank. They can’t tell me why the charge was declined by Fanatics and not by my bank, all they can tell me is the money will be returned to me in 3-5 business days. they kept responding with this despite my willingness to troubleshoot it, I just simply wanted to know if they had more information before I had way more money being held in a 3-5 pend (again by them not by my bank). Normally my bank would not allow the payment to go through if they were to blame(that’s been the case for every other situation where my bank was the issue at least) they would decline the payment. Clearly something was rejected by Fanatics and nobody can answer why for me. I have used other gambling sites/apps so my bank has no reason to reject the payment either unless there is something specifically tied to Fanatics vs other apps but nobody is willing to look further into this for me on their end..KBDos4Version: 4.9.1

Bait and SwitchSo I decided to ignore the bad reviews and try out Fanatics sports book and just like others I didn’t get the bonus bets that were promised to me when I opened up the account. When reaching out to customer service they were very rude to me as well! Also it’s a hassle to speak to someone on chat and the agents take forever to respond and it took me 3 tries to finally speak to a agent because the app kept canceling my chat because the agent took forever to respond to whatever my response to the agent was. I did win money while using the Sportsbook and did get my winnings returned in a timely manner but Fanatics didn’t keep their promises of matching my deposits for being a new customer like they claim on signup so because of this I will be filing a complaint with the State of Arizona and will or use their app anymore!! Fail! Hr:45 min with support and Nope!Had to close an account that I had not played on…Couldn’t deposit. Customer Support said they’d email me what needed to take place cause they, ‘couldn’t figure it out’. Email: download and redownload the app (seriously, you don’t train CS on that simplicity?). I figured out they were not accepting my deposit, cause I signed up under my full name, William, but my bank account is under Will. My bank accepts Will and all my bank accounts are under Will (ID says William). I notified CS of this and asked them to update my account. Lying Chat AssociateWrote into the chat asking about the deposit bonus. I had asked how to opt in. Disassociate told me to deposit and make a wager of $10 and within 72 hours. I will get my bonus bet then days two through five I had to opt in, and make $10 wages every day to get $40 bonus bets equaling 200 over five days, I had been on the chat for about 30 minutes they sent me multiple instructions in terms. She told me several times that I was eligible . the following day I noticed there was no bonus so I went into the chat again and this associate told me my account was not eligible there was nothing they could do and that was it. I had told associates several times that I was told yesterday that my account was eligible to make the deposit and Bet and I would get the bonuses. This associate did not even acknowledge that they lied to me, kept telling me that I was in eligible. Terrible customer service, lack of empathy and flat out lying. AntonioI had a bad experience with Antonio’s customer service. I came to him to ask for a free bet if I qualify. Keep in mind I bet every day have spent thousands and haven’t been given a free bet in months. And he was very rude I was in a great mood came polite and he didn’t even check. Worst betting experience of my lifeIf you do halfway decent they will limit you to single digit/penny bets within a week. They also don’t tell you this so when you go to bet and can’t place a wager, you pretty much are left with no other option than to close the account and withdraw your money. Promotion glitches/delaysI signed up via referral link from a friend with no issues: did my wager and it settled, we both got our bonus bets. Misleading promo and terrible customer serviceI got an email for bet $20, get $200 and signed up the same day. After I signed up I was automatically opted in for another promo that required me to place 10 bets for 10 days. This was a promo I was not interested in nor was it the reason I signed up. Pointsbet was so much betterI have tried several Sportsbook apps and had been a long time Pointsbet user. They offered unique options that others didn’t.
