Final Cut Pro: Create Video Positive Reviews
Well worth the wait. My new favorite appI have used a lot of different video editing software programs for over 20 years. Most recently I have been using Premiere Pro. It has been a good program but there have been a lot of issues I have had with it. I have really been looking forward to the release of Final Cut Pro and now that it is finally here, it did not disappoint. In fact it is way better than I expected. Since most of the video I shoot is with an iPhone I wanted a video editing app that was designed specifically for these videos. I can now shoot at 4K and 60fps without having to worry about compatibility issues to video format conversions. But it not only handles iPhone videos well, it also handles videos from my GoPro, DJI gimbal, and older videos shot with old hand held camcorders. The app is very user friendly and extremely easy to pick up and use right away, even without going through a tutorial. It is intuitive and user friendly even for people who have never used video editing software. Yet it still retains much of the functionality that is expected from professional video editing software. The more I use this program the more I learn what it is capable of. I look forward to apple to continue to add features to the app. Final Cut Pro is way cheaper than Premiere Pro and yet it still can do everything that I was doing in Premiere Pro. In fact it is better than Premiere pro in a lot of its functionality. I will be canceling my Premiere Pro subscription and switch to Final Cut Pro..Version: 1.1
It does the job, but frustratinglyIt does the job but has many quirks and bugs. In the previous round it would crash randomly which was intolerable but this seems to be fixed now I am waiting to be sure. Unfortunately there are still many quirks that hold it back from being great. This is a skilled middle schooler not a heavy hitting pro. Although its possible to copy and paste your settings, it is not possible to apply them to all the clips in your project so as with many tasks in FCP for iPad you are forced into highly manual and iterative workflows. It does not support timelapse, i.e. setting single frame duration on a photo, as is done on the desktop version. The export process is extremely painful and frequently fails. The export is understandably long. This process needs to be maximized on your ipad screen so if it is 10 minutes or 1 hour that’s the time that your ipad will be locked up and useless for you. If you try to use “multitasking” with stage manager to add another window the export dialog will frequently close on you. In fact the swipe to close on the export dialog is a HORRIBLE misunderstanding of how anyone uses FCP. I don’t want swipe to close after my app has been grinding on a video for 45 minutes. If I bump my ipad and it is interpreted as a swipe I have lost all my work. If the job finishes and it pops the dialog the ipad can go to sleep, then swiping up to wake the ipad will close the export dialog. If the export saving process fails for any reason the popup does not come back it just disappears and your only option is to restart the whole process from scratch. Zero resilience. For a pay app, $60 a year they need to do better. This app should not be competing with the desktop for lesser functionality, it should be as good or better. If I can’t use it like a pro, then it is not pro..Version: 2.2
My iPad Pro is finally usefulI don’t know why apple dragged their feet for so long on this, being that the iPad with M1 & M2 chips have been more than capable of running Final Cut, but that being said, I can finally take my video edit workflows over to my iPad Pro and get some use out of it. I was really regretting the purchase when I realized there weren’t many apps (until recently) that really fit my needs and utilized the processing power of the iPad Pro. I’m so glad its finally here. The interface is familiar and intuitive. I haven’t found the ability to make compound clips yet, but maybe that’s not available or coming in a future update. Also, I’ve only been using it for about an hour — so maybe its there somewhere. But I’m really glad to see that I can easily make mulitcam clips, as that’s what I primarily use it for. I saw that LumaFusion added multi cam for an additional purchase, which I would have begun to use if this didn’t come out. Glad its here. Great work Apple!.Version: 1.0
I’m Not a Cheap Date. Sign Me Up!Final Cut Pro on iPad Pro has crossed a line for me. This no longer feels like a simplified mobile companion to a desktop app. It feels like a real editing environment — fast, capable, elegant, and, in at least one important way, even better than the desktop experience. Using Apple Pencil to trim and move through footage with tactile feedback frame by frame gives the editing process a physical precision that is surprisingly powerful. It makes timing and rhythm feel more direct, more intuitive, and more connected to the work. What has impressed me most is that this feels like a no-compromise professional tool. The interface is clean, the performance is excellent, and the app finally makes the iPad Pro feel like what it has long promised to be for creatives: not just a consumption device, but a serious place to make things. I expected convenience. I did not expect to be this impressed..Version: 3.2
Its good but has some hiccupsIt feels a bit clunky at times. Trimming clips is a bit odd because for some reason you can’t just cut a clip (the controls for trimming clips is not intuitive in any way, it’s honestly unnecessarily annoying), it adds a “Gap” in place of the clip you deleted and it’s completely unnecessary. Also separating audio from clips is nonexistent. Instead you have to use a work around by expanding the audio and deleting the video, but if you get rid of the “gap” clip it deletes the audio. If you add clips above the audio it messes up the timeline and you can’t adjust it effectively. With some streamlining of basic features this really could be a great substitute for desktop editing software. It’s usable and a lot better than imovie, but I still use iMovie for basic sequencing of footage and separating/adding audio from clips. I’m definitely going to use Final Cut for a while, but until basic functions are less tedious to execute ill be using iMovie in tandem. I’d say give it a shot, but not to expect a direct substitute for Mac or desktop Final Cut or premiere pro..Version: 1.1
It's goodIt's good. I'm looking forward to it being great. There are many bugs that I'm sure will get worked out over time. You can't edit holding the iPad in portrait mode although I did get it to work once which I think was a bug. It was really comfortable and it was a nice experience while it was working but I haven't been able to get it work in portrait orientation again. Speaking of bugs, I'm writing this review inside of FCP and the text is black on a dark grey background. I can barely read what I'm typing. it's a promising start but don't jump in both feet first or you're likely to be frustrated. The app has presets for vertical video if you're creating social media content and I'm looking forward to actually editing that content in the portrait mode of the iPad. I'm sure it will get there. FCP has always been such a refined experience. It's the classic It just works that you get from Apple. right now it feels like a mix between a truly useful app for the iPad Pro and also something I'm paying a subscription to beta test..Version: 1.2.1
Excellent First Version Of The AppThe more I use this app, the more I like it. It is feature-rich and has some powerful editing features. At first, I didn’t understand how to use some of the features, such as how to move key frames in the audio time line. After checking out the Ripple Training tutorials, things made better sense. Yes, I paid the $29 for the full version of the training, but it was worth it. At this point, I am doing most of my video editing using Final Cut for IPad. I had an M2 iPad with 512Gigs of Ram but ended up returning it for the 1 TB version. The M2 iPads with 512 Gig and below have 8 Gig of internal Ram. That left a little jumpiness in the video editing. (My projects have about 12 Gigs of footage.) When I moved to the 1 TB iPad, which has 16 Gigs of internal Ram, everything became completely smooth, even when working with large 4K uncompressed footage..Version: 1.0.1
A GOOD START But…..It’s a pretty good start. There are many issues but that is to be expected right out of the gate like this. Coming from other more robust video editing software (MAC Version of Final Cut, and Premiere Pro) if you use those programs heavily as a professional like I do this isn’t quite the video editing replacement we’ve been hoping for for iPads. Simple little things that bog down work flow like, no video stabilization, finicky timeline adjustments to clips, and a lackluster graphics/effects options had me retreating back to other programs on a desktop or laptop to utilize those features or better options. However, the bones here are indeed fantastic and with a little developer support and learning from consumers I could see this program eventually becoming a complete replacement of those programs and I could travel with just my IPad which I am excited to do. But it just isn’t quite there yet. For now I will stick with my MacBook and I will edit this review when the program matures a bit..Version: 1.0
Good but not yet greatEnjoyed trying out this editing software compared to other iPad options. I’ve used da Vinci before this and the workflow is way smoother which helps a lot when I’ve clients that would like to see a rough draft Asap. However I’m giving it three stars because I feel like its missing a massive component that all videographer use. A POST STABILIZATION FEATURE. this is doesn’t make sense why it’s not in this app since the desktop version has this?! It’s always handy to get that extra smoothness even if you use a gimbal. Also I feel like the color grading experience on the app could be better and more similar to its desktop version. Da Vinci Resolve definitely goes in depth way more as an app. So if apple could accomplish adding these features which would bring up the professionalism I feel like more ppl would use this app. As for myself I’m going to have to back to da Vinci resolve since their app offers more in these areas. Please apple change this.Version: 2.2.1
Elvis is in the BuildingI have always enjoyed Final Cut Pro, but this is the first time I’ve felt that the software has fully arrived. I recently finished cutting a trailer in it, and the experience reminded me why great creative tools matter: when the software gets out of your way, you start making braver, cleaner decisions. The performance, organization, precision, and depth of control all feel deeply considered. Whether I was working with generated footage, my own photography, titles, transitions, sound effects, color, or aspect-ratio adjustments, Final Cut Pro gave me the room to experiment without feeling like the tool was fighting me. It feels powerful without becoming hostile, which is harder to achieve than people realize. What impressed me most was how complete the environment felt. I could move from rough assembly to fine timing, sound, visual polish, and final export with a level of confidence that made the entire project feel more possible. Final Cut Pro has always been fast and elegant, but now it feels genuinely mature — not just capable, but fully formed. For anyone doing serious creative work on a Mac, this is one of Apple’s best professional tools. It helped me finish something I genuinely care about. That’s the what matters most when considering my digital tools of choice..Version: 12.2
You’ve tried the rest now try the bestI’ve used quite a few video editing tools throughout the years. This is absolutely the best video editing app for iPad out there at the moment. I won’t name the other video editing apps and software I’ve used but I’m sure you’ve all used them too. This app is definitely worth the money. Not disappointed at all. I use it mostly to edit music videos and syncing the audio to the video is so easy compared to others. There’s a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of it. It’s definitely worth a deep dive. If you are using an iPad Pro this is a must have. Having an iPad Pro is not a requirement. It works well with all the models..Version: 2.1
Super pleased for the ipad version BUT…The one very important thing this app needs, object/subject tracking. I work with people that from time to time, sometimes more often than not, would like their identity kept anonymous. It would be wonderful if the app was capable of object/subject and face tracking for when I’d like to apply certain effects for protecting my collaborators identity or just in general in situations where I may be filming content in a public environment and need to blur out faces or brands. This app is fantastic otherwise and I eagerly await future updates to see what else they can make my M2 iPad Pro capable of. Thanks so much to the dev team behind making this desktop professional editing tool available on iPad Pro! I recommend giving it a go especially if you don’t need tools like what I mentioned, as badly as I do, since it has plenty else to offer. FCP just doesn’t compare to the mac version. I already got access to the $400 app on mac previously when I still owned a mac, and while this version is very capable, it still leaves me disappointed because features like the one mentioned above in particular, among many others, are not yet available and it’s sad considering I’d have to pay a subscription for this version of the app to be as useful as the version I already have access to, or rather did, on a mac. I don’t want FCP X on mac to be the only reason why I need to dole out another several thousand dollars for my video editing needs if the M2 iPad Pro is supposed to be just as capable of these professional desktop editing tools. I’d say consider the ongoing price tag with this app, I’m really not a fan of these new subscription business models for apps especially when they don’t offer one-time purchase options at all anymore. You pay a hefty price for a full suite app, hoping to get at least a similar experience on the more mobile portable version, but instead you’re given something that is a bit lackluster with an additional price tag after $400 you pay for the desktop version, it just screams greed at the cost of customer satisfaction and usability/usefulness..Version: 1.3
Couldn’t Stay Angry at FCP for IPI’m a commercial editor who can’t resist working on an occasional project on the iPad. Had high hopes for FCP/IP until I discovered editing from external drives and round-tripping with FCP/Mac wasn’t enabled. But I started playing with the app anyway. Despite it’s lack of features available on FCP/Mac, FPC/IP is a pleasure to use. When I need to include corporate artwork, e.g. lower third supers, I can create them in a vector app, e.g. Illustrator, Affinity Designer, saving as PNG, them import them to FCP. That’s a big deal. In the mean time, you CAN export your FCP/IP projects (Libraries) created on your iPad to an external drive — then delete the original off the iPad — and later, re-import your library to your iPad and keep working. The process is an extra step, but so far, it works well. In the mean time, here’s hoping Apple will continue to develop features for FCP/IP at a far, far faster rate than they did for FCP/Mac..Version: 1.0
Great, but missing two things. As a FCP user for over 15 years, I was excited to see this finally come out. The interface is slick and intuitive, and surprisingly robust with its tool set. I need two things before I can use it professionally: I wish I could store projects on an external hard-drive. I’ve been unable to use this mostly because the footage I’d need for a project is bigger than the empty space left on my iPad. If I could load a project off of an external drive, that would enable me to work on my actual projects. I’m also excited for being able to move from MacOS to iPadOS with a given project. Often I use my computer to invest footage and audio from interviews, sync everything, and categorize my b-roll. Then I’d love to bring my iPad when I travel and pull selects from those multi cam clips, and start to build some sequences..Version: 1.2
Review/improvementI am unfortunately having an issue with this app. Specifically with exporting clips. They appear a bit darker than their default appearance. I am either doing something wrong, or there is an issue with the application. Otherwise, the application is absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the best video editing applications out there. It is especially useful when it comes to editing audio as well. The ability to copy and paste selected items rather than having to duplicate and move them to a certain spot is one of the most useful features I’ve seen that other softwares don’t really offer..Version: 2.2.1
Good Start, but…I am a fan of Final Cut Pro coming to iPad! For most of my work, it has been a pretty incredible, freeing experience. Being a remote employee, I can finally work connected the cellular networks and perform medium grade edits on the fly. What I am looking forward to seeing is MORE plug-ins. I could use a bit more options as I no longer use a MacBook for my daily tasks and find the compromise to be worth it for my workflow. Currently my biggest issue is FCP has crashed and will NOT reopen. I could try to do a wipe, however, that’s a tall order given the amount of data I have, the entire setup with work security, and so on. Really hoping I don’t have to do a wipe to get it to work seeing I utilize this app about 2x in a given workweek. Keep up the good work although I would like to see better stability and more features, even if slowly rolled out. I had to give it 3 stars as minus 2 is due to lack of plug-ins at this time AND the fact that you do risk the app simply stuck in the “loading” phase, which makes it unusable..Version: 1.1
Frustrating to use on iPadToo many little problems and lacking features. The big the thing is the touch control is off. Program often does things I don’t want it to do or doesn’t do what I want. No ability to loop a section or drag to duplicate a video. No built in audio envelope follower for effects modulation. Today, I was working in a project I had set up in portrait mode. I added a landscape video to it in addition to the portrait material and suddenly discovered the whole thing had been switched to landscape upon export. When I fixed it and reexported, I found out that the dimensions of the landscape video within my portrait project had been reduced to a minuscule size. I cannot be productive with a product such as this..Version: 3.2
Now I have another choiceI’ve been using LumaFusion as my goto app for video production and therefore got good at it. Very user-friendly. I tried DaVinci then removed it because it was not as intuitive as I thought. Along comes Final Cut Pro and I gotta say I was reluctant at first because I was finding features were missing…until I found them. The one feature which is not in this first version is the Help icon in LumaFusion which, when you press and hold, brings up descriptive annotations for every function on the edit panel. But it looks like FCP/iPad will become my primary now..Version: 1.0.1
Interface mehThis app has Final Cut DNA all over it. I like it a lot for that reason. It’s shortcomings have already been discussed. Since my main work is 30-second PSAs, I’m not overly bothered that you can’t edit from off-pad storage - yet. The dealbreaker for me is the fixed layout. Once I’ve imported my media and have moved on to editing, I prefer the preview screen on the right, the default for most editors. Was the designer left-handed? I’m right handed and don’t like having to constantly reach across the screen to interact with the preview panel, the inspector, the adjustments. All those panels should be on the right. I may opt out for that reason. It may seem trivial, but over the course of a project it gets me down..Version: 1.1
A Little DisappointingI am super in love with the OS version and was excited to have the option of ‘on the go’ editing on my iPad. For the most part, I have worked around some of the issues with the app (like constantly having to sign in). Needs improvement: - separating audio in multicam clips prior to editing - the arrangement of the windows being opposite of the OS version - not being able to hide the window of media, etc. - not being able to work from a hard drive or attached media - easily going back and forth to OS - more choices when in inspect What I do like: - the jog wheel - the transitions and title choices - being able to use my own font choices - using animate for key framing - using the Apple Pencil for title creation - easy exporting - that it’s an option!!! Hopefully future updates address some of these things, so that I can change this review as I wanted to LOVE it!.Version: 1.1
Needs serious updatesI’m an old FCP user going back to version 3. I was really happy to hear that finally Apple was bringing Final Cut to the iPad. Now I could do edit layout, etc., then when off the road bring into FCPX to finish, color correct, etc. But the iPad version is unusable to me as I don’t really want to import all my clips only to have to the transfer them when I work on my desktop version. Yes, Apple needs to allow FPC on the iPad to work with files that are on an external drive - just like Luma Fusion and DaVinci Resolve does on the iPad. I mean, with the iPhone 15 you can shoot video and save right to an external drive. But FCP on the iPad you can’t. Outside of that, Final Cut on the iPad and a great start..Version: 1.2
Overall worth it, but having an issueBeen using FCP for iPad since it was released. It was a night and day upgrade from iMovie. Would prefer if it was not subscription based, but not a deal breaker. THE ISSUE IS for the last couple of updates, I’m unable to import media from Files. Doesn’t seem to matter if I want a file from the iPad or from an external drive, when selecting any, the screen defaults back to “On my iPad” and won’t allow me to choose any media or change folders. No problem at all selecting media from photos. This used to work. Is there a fix? Thanks..Version: 2.1.1
Advanced simplicityI’m still learning but wow a subrscription I’ve been waiting for!!! There’s a reason so many people swear by Final Cut and I’m glad it’s a subscription so I can afford it as someone who’s not using it professionally yet and just wants to learn first. Someone mentioned it would be cool to transcribe a video and then be able to edit videos based on the texts from the transcribe and delete unneeded video based on the word transcribed in the video while being able to make other edits in Final Cut Pro..Version: 3.0
Awesome interface, critical missing featuresThe touch interface is incredibly fun and easy to work with. I am new to editing with both the iPad and Mac, and purchased FCP for both. I 100% prefer making cuts on the iPad, and now that external drive support is baked in, I can take projects over the Mac for finishing. But, that’s where things fall apart. Color grading is the most time consuming part of post production for me, and the interface on the iPad is sorely lacking when compared to the Mac version. Please make the two platforms compatible and bring the wonderful color grading controls from Mac to the iPad interface — they BEG for the touchscreen, and I’m hoping this was a feature cut for time for v2 that will arrive soon. The inability to add LUTs and other plugins is a MAJOR limitation. The iPad Pro is capable and ready for the full gamut of features. Fix color grading and full compatibility to edit on Mac/iPad (either direction), and this is a home run..Version: 2.0.1
Totez amazeballsWorld’s most compact industrial strength video processing/editing app at your fingertips. AirDrop your content to your iPad in the field if you don’t have power/wifi. You can do it all powered by the amazing Apple silicon. Within seconds, you can produce incredible pro content taking advantage of the brightest HDR settings available for extra pop on social media or giant LCD screens. Edit all day in the most inhospitable field locations (the beach, in a car, on a mountain, in a tent, etc) without an issue and power to spare….Version: 2.2.1
A familiar platform, coming from the desktop version.I’ve been waiting for the development of apps that would suit my particular skill set and strengths, being that I’m a classical pianist, from my upbringing years - the point being is that I enjoy working with the concept of a multitouch interface for getting things done in audio and video, which is offered here, for Final Cut Pro. It’ll be exciting to learn about the features offered in this iPad version, and to do work in this app..Version: 1.0
Pure funYes, there are features missing and the inability to edit on an external drive is frustrating but this is just version 1.0 and the subscription model gives Apple an incentive to update and improve. What is here is just a delight to use. It’s designed from the ground up for a touch-based interface and is fun and fast. I love Resolve for long, complicated projects but Final Cut is my now go-to for shorter edits with quick turnaround. It’s stable and intuitive and did I mention fun?.Version: 1.0.1
It crashesI have the newest model iPad Pro with the M4 chip. Despite all that the app keeps crashing. I’ll be in the middle of editing something for 20 minutes and when I go to add a short audio clip or text, the whole thing crashes and deletes all my work. It’s happened on multiple occasions now and I can’t seem to find a cause. I don’t understand how I can have the most powerful iPad Apple has created, it’s specs should be overkill running Final Cut Pro, but yet it crashes and wipes progress. It’s really testing me to not just cancel my subscription and move to a different software..Version: 2.0.1
Pretty AmazingI’ve been a FCP user since FCP 3. When FCPX came out I was an early adopter and still use it to this day. Now that FCP for iPad is out I find myself using it quite a bit and I love it. I’m using an iPad Pro 11” M4 and it works very smoothly. It really opens up the capabilities of the iPhone as well. I’m shooting a lot of stuff on iPhone 15 Pro Max and 17 Pro Max and the way it all works together so seamlessly is great. However, I’m eagerly waiting the addition of more functionality as well as opening it up to third party plugin developers..Version: 2.3
Good but still needs improvementFinal Cut is on the right track. Their pricing model is fair and reasonable for a company which seeks to include people rather than pricing them away from the product. There is some issue with the accessibility and editing features which I sense could be a bit easier to handle for the novice user like myself. There is hope and I’m looking forward with great excitement to see how these issues will be solved in the very near future..Version: 2.2.1
PLEASE FIX STORAGE OPPERATIONSEveryone is collectively experiencing the same thing when it comes to editing video. The storage operations has to be reworked for a more fluent work flow. I should have to uninstall everything I have just to film a 1 minute video. It’s the most aggravating experience, meanwhile, others don’t have this issue. Where video files need to be saved 4 different ways so 1 minute videos are 300+GB? C’mon Apple. You’re APPLE. You’re supposed to be the best at this but I’m seriously frustrated with the work flow and reconsidering upgrading to another MacBook after this..Version: 12.2
It’s still amazing but….Loved FCP but I could only ever use the free 90 day trials when it renewed. I’m on the new version, also for 90 days (includes the whole suite). I just do basic editing for Youtube so I don’t need anything that fancy, but I do like FCP over iMovie for certain things. But I’m not digging the price. Being in Canada, $17.99 is a bit much. In the US it’s $12.99, and I get there’s an exchange, but it just feels a little too much now. Especially since there’s other editing options that offer the same experience but still for free. That being said, yes FCP is still bloody amazing!.Version: 12.0
I like THAT!!!Oh yay! We’re Bad!.Version: 3.0
Honestly, it’s a pretty complete appI purchased FCPX for my MacBook. But for my traveling, I take my iPad and am able to edit wedding videos. I can edit with my iPad using a keyboard (Smart Folio) and the magic mouse, similar to how i work on my Mac. Would recommend!.Version: 1.3
GreatThe IPad world is changing. “I can feel it in the water. I can feel it in the air.” It’s safe now, Adobe, to come out and play..Version: 1.0
Easy to useI’ve been using FCP for over 20 years and this version is very easy to use. Great integration with all photos taken from iPhone and easy to edit. Thank you for making dreams become reality and love documenting my children lives using this great app..Version: 12.2
Easy to useSwitching from iMovie to FCP, and it’s been a great experience so far. A lot easier to use than the others I’ve tried..Version: 12.2
Very low performanceIt is so hard to work with. Every second you feel that it going to crash now. I can’t use the free trial..Version: 12.0
Love it, buuuut…Great app and I’m so happy to be able to edit video on the iPad now, but, it really needs the stabilizer option like we have in the Mac version! Once we have that, then we need to be able to use third party plugins, soon!!.Version: 2.3
Amazing with caption cut proNow work well with caution cut pro, Ai automatic caption, Best Final Cut Pro.Version: 12.0
Amazing! Use this for Movie projects!Great app. Good for making videos and movies! Subscription could’ve been cheaper tho.Version: 2.3
The best to edit on the go!I love the way everything is so intuitive, I didn’t have any background on editing and this was so easy to go from 0 to 85%, Just because I think there’s a lot that I don’t know yet! I really recommend it if you’re a casual editor!.Version: 2.1
Poor performance issuesWhen this program first came out it was great, seamless and smooth. but in the last few updates it now wants to save space and energy as the projects progress making it clunky and time consuming to finish a project. The bigger the project the harder to edit near the end. Reached out to Final Cut looking for a solution but no one got back to me. To be clear I have a brand new apple I pad pro with up to date everything, high speed and a ton of storage so the device should be the issue. Please fix this issue, make it an option if someone wants their timeline to go into energy saving mode. I am going to start looking at programs that don’t do this but I would rather keep using Final Cut Pro for iPad..Version: 2.2.1
Love it but needs just 2 extra featuresThis app is fantastic in terms of the user experience and interface. The app however is missing two major things: 1) you cannot add custom LUTs and 2) you cannot work directly off an external hard drive. Apple please fix this, you will then have by far the best video editing app out there! Your cheaper competition already do it, however their UX is worse..Version: 2.1
Very good appPerfect for editing on the go with a pretty complete editing software. I’ve caught myself editing on my iPad mode than on my Mac now..Version: 2.0
6. Application manque de stabilité en général..Version: 2.0.1
Thought it Was Great At FirstAfter about 3 weeks of working great as my primary video editor, it started freezing constantly to the point where I find it nearly impossible to edit videos on it. I’m on a 2021 iPad Pro with 16GB of RAM and an M1 Chip, and it still works only 80% of the time. I’ve almost had enough with Apple. The price of their products are just not worth what you get anymore..Version: 2.0
A bit of a learning curve then you are goodSpent the first half hour struggling poking every on screen buttons and absolutely nothing worked. Need to pull a media down to the timeline then from there youposition your pointer split cut the media then parse more media or select a clip and add a effect and so on. I am an expert now 😝 well good enough to edit, export and save my project to a flash card. Found out that my 50gb cloud memory is not enough. I think a subscription to Final Cut Pro should include 1 tb of space. Anyways I just might subscribe to fcp yearly. Great addition to my iPad Pro 7 13 inch. What else am I to use my m4 chip for?.Version: 1.3
