Needs a speed settingWhile this application is neat (my wife and I get separated in the movies when she goes for popcorn and I get the seats) the speed is WAY too slow... I have an LED name badge that has fully scroll speed function, flashing, and a couple of other neat tricks... if this software had flashing, color options, and a speed control... it would have gotten 5 stars from me... heck, I would have even paid for that stuff... Granted a speed controller would be nice, but my big issue may not be able to be resolved: duration. You get maybe two scrolls before the Pod shuts down it's screen. So, MY suggestion for the next great version would be to have some way to fake a screen input or something and have a timer to run. It does what it advertises and it does it well.This is a simple banner app. I don't know why anyone would think it was anything more. It's free and it scrolls text. Looks stunning!Of all the 'just for fun' apps I've been downloading the past few days, I've definitely been having the most fun with this one. Now I can digitally insult people from within the safety of my own vehicle without even having to make eye contact or extend certain fingers. Love it. Nice bit I'd pay for a few more featuresThis is a great little app that I'm still trying to find a use for. I'm sure I find one. The only bug i found was that the last character ends up displaying incorrectly. Adding a space after the last character takes care of it but it shouldn't have too. Scrolling textWell, it does what you'd expect; scrolls whatever text you type in (touch screen to change). I feel as if there is some use for this I'm not seeing...maybe flashing messages to other drivers in your car? Nah, don't do that. Nothing amazingIt's not something to go crazy for but is great for passing notes in class kinda thing. Color and other fonts would be great though. Pretty good...I am glad that I can finally find a text scroller for my iPod that doesn't require Internet connection, but I just hope that an update will be realeased soon that gets rid of those extra little dots that trail after what you typed. Sometimes it even cuts letters and symbols in half! Well, just the last letter or symbol in the phrase. But, even so, in the end it does what it is progammed to do.
