Review for work day from a GPC userThe app is doing ok but it could be a little more create with an automated AI that could be accessible with voice activation and speech pattern recognition for the less technological people that or older. It would help them with an understanding when there’s no one around to take them step by step in understanding what is going on in the company. Giving an employee a full understanding of an job opening position, their investments in the company helping them to grow with the company and feeling more part of the company with investment opportunities actually getting an understanding through an automated AI system that can simplify things in ways so any user would feel comfortable using to improve there opportunities for jobs in the company and also helping the company understand there employees and we all grow together as a team. Also helping the company enter the Technology Age with a smooth transition with transparency and teamwork. Walmart as I see it.I conduct child daycare during the day 5:00am - 5:30 pm and seem to be thinking a lot of the future during the evening. Having medical issues with family for the past 5 years and seems to be getting worse. But I’m assuming there will be a great release soon and our life will be much better. We decided on me getting a second job at this time and Walmart was a light in the next months. After being hired by Darian, I have been loving my jobs, yes I work my day job then enter Walmart from 6:00pm to 11:00pm and work weekends also, I have kept my mind clear and in good thoughts. Walmart most definitely been a blessing to my family at this time, and I will preform up to my highest ability I can for Walmart. Co-workers… well as in any job some are hates and try to get you down, I’ve no time for childish high school games. Others are blessing and become great friends. Supervisors… they are great, Darian is wonderful at her job and as a person. Team leads, some are special then others, but they are always learning new things everyday and always sharing what they learn and how to make us better at conducting our job. Main bosses…. I am just getting to learn who they are. I will stop him during the day and thank them, for the holiday meals they provided for their employees. (Yes, I am old school with respect). I have asked to speak to him and they will stop and speak to you. They will stop to give you thank you, when they notice your job performance. Abysmal backup for new system for new hire and I9I recently hired a new technician and the new onboarding system through my day was absolutely appalling . No one could help me navigate the system and it got compounded when I called the so called cvs health help number - I spent one hour trying to get a real person as the prompts did not include or say help with On Boarding a new colleague- instead I had to put in my ss number my date of birth !!! How incompetent and inefficient . When I finally got though yo a person she was not trained enough to help me . As a pharmacy manager it was a nightmare trying to run my store and deal with all this too I feel you need to make our lives simpler - please take away the hiring process from us and give us an hr department that will do all the leg work for us.Grateful TulsaVersion: 2023.44.4

Convenient hassleI like this app ok and its convenient but can also be a hassle. It’s nice to have a lot of things conveniently in an app on hand. The hassle part was setting it up some but the office people in our company helped us. The biggest hassle I have is the requirement of changing the password every so often and not being able to do it myself without help. I’ve had to do it once and had to call our corporate people for help to get it done. It has a place in the app it says you’re supposed to be able to do it on your own but I have yet to successfully do this. The several attempts so far it always tells me that something is incorrect and wrong such as lately the old password that corporate gave me and I have logged in with and triple checked to make sure it wasn’t my error of entering it incorrectly. Consolidated, but not better for usersOur organization loves switching to the system because it eliminated 68+ homegrown solutions; however, I’ve found it limiting as an actual user. Here are a few examples: - Previously, logging time meant I got paid. Now, the time has to be logged AND “submitted” in order to get paid. I forgot to “submit” my time and ended up not getting paid. Why is Workday inserting extra steps to get the same goal accomplished?? - I worked in multiple positions for different rates within my organization. Previously, these different roles were named so I could easily verify that I was clocking in to the correct position. In Workday, this is apparently impossible or too difficult to figure out since I’m now stuck memorizing which long number corresponds to each specific position in my organization. Ridiculousness! - The timesheet loading behavior is very slow and unintelligent. It only shows a single week at a time, and each time I switch weeks, it performs a load operation which takes multiple seconds. In fact, nearly every button I press requires a several second load operation! Since I frequently have to switch back and forth from the current week to the previous week to review and submit my time, I end up waiting way more than should be necessary to accomplish a basic task..FrozenfrankVersion: 2024.43.0

App BuggI am having problems looking in- my app freezes after putting in my company ID. When I went to my manager he said “yes, Workday does this. I have no way to fix it and something it’s just like this. When this happens you have to email me your hours your worked! That’s the only solution I have” I’ve been having this issue for months now and can not trouble shoot it. I have deleted and redownloaded the app, as well as restarting my phone while the app is installed and just trying to login on the web browser. When I go to report the problem I’m having it asks me to login to my account and try’s to take me back to the app. Which is an issue in itself. Also find the app support is incredibly difficult. Convenient, but not intuitive.It’s nice to have this with you at all times as an app on your phone. But if you put in a start time of 8 o’clock, and the time happens to be 637 when you’re doing it, the end time automatically is at 37 minutes. It would be nice if there were an easy or quick way to automatically get that minute to :00 or :30 since most people start at the top or the bottom of the hour. Then at the out time, it does the same thing. It should into with that if I started at in o’clock, I’m going to end at an o’clock. But there’s that 37 again. I love using WorkdayAs a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience, I have seen and used a lot of systems. I can truly say that nothing compares to the functionality and convenience of having everything I need in one single place. I don’t have to go anywhere but Workday to complete learning, training, check my paystubs, manage my benefits, or even set up a checkin with my manager. The added bonus is that I also get to work at Workday and share this amazing system with customers. After 3 years of use I can honestly say, “What a terrible program WorkDay is!!!”I have been using WorkDay three years. It has never worked as advertised. WorkDay changes your password each month. The page to change your password on WorkDay has never worked. You are forced to call in, wait on line for 1-2-3 hours to get a new temporary password, then told to change your temporary password to your new password…but it never accepts your new password and you must start this time wasting process all over again. Better than Kronos, but that’s not saying muchEvery month I need to send PDFs of my last two or three pay statements to my insurance company. Workday makes this seemingly trivial task exceedingly tedious, by requiring me to schedule an asynchronous generation of each PDF, then share each into a separate email. Yes I could do it in one email if I take the further step of saving the PDF files to an intermediate, persistent storage location. The mobile apps which you use more have less functionality than the web site. Very old school. Not user friendly for AdministratorsAs an Administrator, I supervise Supervisors and their staff. I have to provide coverage and need the ability to print out staff timesheets to which there is no ability for me to print timesheets of staff 2 tiers below me, only those I immediately supervise. Additionally, the preview pane does not provide all the necessary info. needed to approve timesheets (ie. for worktags required for teleworking status); therefore, I have to first go to all staff, then go to my org chart, then find the staff, click on review timesheet to check worktags, and THEN go back to approve timesheets. And I should add that when staff have to print their timesheets for me, the worktags don’t print out. Awesome! This seems completely unnecessary. Need just a little workThe app is overall a great app, although it’s the app saying when we can request the available balance we get all the money from the 2 times we requested it and we used all our requests because you only get 2 of them per pay period. App is much better than web based versionI have a lot of complaints about web version, trying to view work weeks as a 12 hour shift worker is a nightmare especially when your work week extends through the weekend. Web version is much more manageable. I wish there was a overtime worked setting where I could keep track of my annual worked overtime, but this option is not avalible. No more Face IDThe app itself is actually really good like it’s convenient for both the employer and employees because you practically see everything about your job which is handy these days. However after I quit my old job to go to my new they were both using Workday so I had to log out from one account to a brand new one. Anyways long story short, I can’t use Face ID anymore like it doesn’t give me the option anymore so I’m stuck typing in my password every time which is obviously way slower. Too Slow!I enjoy Workday about as much as one can while doing expense reports. It’s user friendly and I’m thankful that my company uses it for finances, Human Resources, etc but the time that it takes for things to load could drive me up a wall. A simple task that should take 5 minutes turns into a 30 minute ordeal with the majority of the time spent with me screaming at the loading bubbles on the screen. Also, every now and then I just get kicked out. Whole app closes and returns to home screen on my device. Clock-in confirmation buttonOverall I really like the functions of the Workday mobile app. But as an employee who needs to clock-in/out the confirmation button has caused so many numerous in-registered clock-ins. Yes my boss can fix it but it really is an inconvenience that Workday is suppose to mitigate. For those on an iPhone with no actual “home” button the “home” slide up often gets in the way of the clock-in confirmation button. If it was moved up 1/3” it would minimize the clock-in fails. ComplaintWhen I logged in with a new phone I did not see the immediate option to o’clock in, this app often requires that I change the password much to my annoyance, and when I come back it forces me to make a pin I hope that this never becomes relevant later because one of the 2 is going to be forgotten when I use the other one constantly like it functions, but these measures are excessive for what it is. It’s not my bank account. Workday ReviewIn my experience using Workday for learning about working here at Brooksby Village Home Support, I found it simple and effectively informative for myself and my fellow employees. It is an effective tool to use for any position here at Brooksby. It is simple enough for any employee to use. My favorite part about Workday courses is that you can stop and return back to the place left off. This makes it so employee’s can take these courses while on a break and return back to the initial phase of the class if necessary. Only flaw is not working like desktopWorkday is great compared to the desktop version at work, but it is very different and does not have all of the same options as the desktop version at work. For that reason, it is a 4/5. It is a simplified version of the website, but should allow the same abilities, like to change or delete a day off/paid time off request, you have to wait until at a desktop at work to do that. Nonsense useless system adapted by my university.I must say the wort decision my university took to take this software service. Useless nonsense and waste of money for university after adapting their all employees on this useless confusing waste of time. All because of this I am loosing money from salary. Wrote administration they couldn’t do anything so far. They themselves admit this is very useless confusing system. Why university wasting money on such useless good for nothing system which is no use. Forget about user interface. They are sloppy even a amateur can design better website and system. Such a confusing and complex useless system no one can even imagine that too taken up by university which has their own IT system better than these sloppy designers. I am mostly not harsh but losing money wasting time when I don’t have time for such sloppy things is just making me restless anxiety and resentment. Such kind of non productive websites incorporation in the university is very dangerous and harmful. University mist get rid of this service and better get from some good established better system. I can’t even.I don’t know the problem is but I’ve had it with this app. It worked fine for me for a couple of months and then somewhere it went to hell. I use it to clock in and out for work and a month ago it randomly (or so I thought) stopped recognizing my password. You can’t retrieve your pw and to change your pw you have to know your current password which I do but apparently the Workday app doesn’t agree. I couldn’t get in on the website either because it wouldn’t recognize my pw. A couple of days later IT was able to reset my password which I wrote down. Two weeks after that, same deal. PW randomly stops working on the ap and I can’t log in online either. After 2 more days of not being able to clock in or out of work IT gives me a new password again. I went to the Apple Ap store and looked up the version history for the app and compared it to my IT call log and yup, for the last two times when they’ve updated the version it somehow fubars my password or whatever madness it manages to do. Need better way to track time workedI want to be able to see how much time I have left to work in a week. I know that if I click on "Enter Time" in the "Time Tracking" app, then it will tell me how many hours I have worked in a week. However, I would like to be able to know how much time I have left to work in a week. For example, if I am allotted 40 hours in a week, there should be a widget on the home screen that continually updates and says something like, "you have worked 37/40 hours this week. In order to not go overtime, please clock out by 4:55p.m." Does that make sense? Also, in the Week Breakdown view on the "Enter Time" page, it should really show how long I have worked in a week in an hours and minutes format, not an hours and hundredths of hours format. Hundredths of hours might be better for HR or whoever does a payroll, but it is confusing from an employee's point of view because we count time in minutes, not hundredths of an hour. I hate itThis app is a headache. It always messes up our schedules, I had requested time off and it was approved but workday did not show my time off when our manager made the schedule. Therefore I had work on both days I needed off and our associates and other MIT had to work overtime to cover that, and I did not get any hours that week. It’s ridiculous. You are also not able to view your current week schedule unless you look at each specific day otherwise it will show two different schedule for the same week. We have to print the schedule and text everyone so that we know it is correct. I thought they were fixing these problems when they shut down for maintenance a few weeks ago but no. We have had issues with it not notifying people when schedules change, and you are not able to change or view your availability unless you are on the work computer which is inconvenient since we have customers all day and are not able to get on the computer unless we are off work..Hibbett workerVersion: 2025.03.0

This app it the worstI truly believe the new CEO of our company has some stocks in this app. It’s very confusing. It takes forever to log in at work. It takes forever to clock in or out. I don’t know how to use my Holliday pay. I can’t figure out how to put in person sick time. I am Not sure if I am actually getting paid for the work I do. The pay check comes to me up to 3 days late now. I don’t need all those different icons ... just let me see what hours I have to use, what I have used, and how I can apply my earned paid time off or vacation pay. I can’t fine any brake down my weekly checks? Did I get the extra money from open a CC? Or did I get cheated? Why didn’t the managers go through this as a new system update so we know how to work it? Not greatToo many “clicks” to get where you can see the whole picture.... for techs it’s frustrating for managers it’s so much of a hassle I’d rather do it all by hand! The worst part is the time crunching for techs. Looking to approve on call work, PTO time off, holidays, and/or instances of working outside of or longer than the normal work day schedule is nearly impossible. I used to be able to pull all of my techs up on a two week calendar view and review everyone’s time cards in one go, or drill down to individuals as needed. Now I get a date to one side that will skip around time blocks for PTO, weekends or holidays without showing why there’s a gap there unless you read another section somewhere else that says PTO was taken... good luck find that time off easily because that’ll take you three clicks to find on another screen that you have to write down or memorize when you go back to the time card you’re trying to approve. Frequently forgets Face ID settings, doesn’t launch correctlyHorrible, horrible app. Frequently when launching the app will get stuck on the flashing W loading screen and I’ll need to close it in the app switcher to try again. Usually this takes two or three attempts at the start or end of my shift. In situations where it doesn’t get stuck, the app will sometimes scan for Face ID multiple times instead of just once, or the Clock In/Out widget won’t even show up. Beyond that, the app will sometimes force you to log out and forget your Face ID settings. Further, if leave the app open and lock your phone on the clock in/out widget screen, when you come back after a few hours it’ll ask you if you want to enable Face ID… even though I have it enabled and always have. The Workday app is a thorough displeasure to use each day because of these issues and it feels like it gets worse every day. Not a user friendly app.This app is not at all user friendly! My place of employment recently switched from paycor. As a comparison they are night and day. I have never really liked workday as I have had to experience it through my wife due to her employers use of workday. I have had to reset my account twice now along with several coworkers. The app looks fancy I give you that but the devs should have put user interface at the forefront. I am not just dragging this app through the mud I am speaking from my own experiences. As of yet I have very little hope in seeing any improvement to this platform yet cling to hope that changes will be made to improve the basic functionality. Logging InI have been using this app 5 days a week for two years now. Every time I log in, it asks me if I want it to remember my password. Then asks me if I want to enable FaceID for faster use. EVERY SINGLE DAY IT ASKS ME THIS. EVERYDAY I SAY YES. The next time i log in, it does not remember my password nor does it remember my face. On top of that, it is using OKTA verify in order to verify my identity. Why even ask for my password and FACE scan if I STILL have to log in to OKTA (which has its own two factor authentication). So essentially, I now have 4 factor authentication, more security than any bank I have ever used. God forbid someone hacks my account and changes my benefits….oh no how horrible. TWO YEARS OF THIS. I hate it. Everyone at work has the same issue, I assume workday is unaware because no one takes the time to review it. Just don’t even ask me to remember my password or my FACE if you arent going to remember my password and FACE. I cannot stress to you how much this drives me crazy. Consistently a useless app.Getting signed it itself is infuriating. Half the time I have to retype information that it already knows? The eyeball icon so that you can see what you’re typing in the password field is terribly small, have to click it 25 times till I actually hit it. You get to the home page just to get an error and have to refresh a few times to get it to load properly. Logs you out before 30 mins so you have to sign in again and be late coming back from lunch, and there’s no self service otherwise that wouldn’t be a huge issue. These issues have existed the entire time I’ve used this app for years, it’s clear you have no interest in fixing anything. Edit: seriously stop forgetting my email, what is wrong with you lol. I’m also being offered an update but there is no such update available. This app no longer keeps me signed in, if I switch to another app and back again it drops the session. Available hoursI came into the app to request sick time however, when selecting sick time, I actually don’t know how much is available there it could show me the available hours next to sick time or regional sick time but it doesn’t. I have to go back to the dashboard and then into, the time I have available and once I have that information then I can go request time off. I went to request time off and I selected for example 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM partial day. It said I was exceeding the amount of hours I had available in which case I had over seven, but I was using exactly 7, I saw a field that I forgot to put in the duration of how many hours was being used. Well if the system could do the math at 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM is seven hours. This may have not been so frustrating. sorry for the bad review today. Terrible app for such an important matterIt's important that as employees we have access to our documents, such as pay stubs and tax forms among other critical documents This app offers nothing of the sort. Pay stubs are not even ordered by date, all scrambled, dates not matching the files. Also no option to download or print any of these documents ( the first time I used the app 5 months ago these option were available, now the best you can get is a screenshot of the documents you need, if of course, you find them) Having access to your work documents is a right as an employee and this app fails incredibly in doing so. Of course when you contact your employer he will tell you that all documents are available in the app and so you enter a never ending loop. What’s even the point?I keep trying to use this app, as I don’t always wanna use a website on my phone. When I found out Workday is available as an app, I jumped on the opportunity to download and use it. The only problem is, what’s even the point of having the app if, when I put in my organization ID, (just as it appears on Workday’s website), it never give me the chance to log in. The app just freezes after I put in the ID, and it never gets to a log in screen. I’ve tried doing it on my company’s wifi, my home wifi, my cellular network, everything. And yet the app still doesn’t let me in. I’ve tried it off and on over the past few months, near year, since we switched to using Workday. Along with having any and all updates come in. Interface not user friendlyThe app's interaction is completely optimized around the underlying database structure, rather than user needs. Entering time sheets in incredibly laborious -- click on Time Type and wait of a menu of generic time types to appear. Select a time type category, and wait for the system to query the members of that query. Finally, you get to type your value, but don't expect common patterns like Google type-ahead to search as you go. You have to wait again for a server search for potential matches. And once you enter your time entry, if you decide you need to change the category, the Workday app erases the hours field that you entered before, so hopefully you've remembered it. And don't even get me started on expense reports. I sorely miss Expensify and Forecast, which we were using before our corporate office made up standardize on Workday. I thought this was built by a professional companyWhen our company announced that we were switching payroll services I was kind of excited. They announced this new app that had a lot of functionality for viewing pay, time off, etc. Big deal, right? Well, um, no. As it turns out, this app is fraught with so many issues that I hate getting on it. First of all the sign in is awful. I set up a pin to use instead of entering the password every time. Well, the pin never worked. Then I set up the pin to work with TouchID thinking that would make it better. Wrong again. It never accepts the pin and asks me to reset the pin every time I log on. Second, please, please, PLEASE let me delete notifications when I don’t want them anymore! Seriously, the notifications icon has been something I ignore because I always have some message that I looked at before but still shows up as unread and then there are so many now it is ridiculous. Plus I get a notification every time my supervisor looks at my time or when my schedule changes or when I clock in or any number of other useless reasons. Stop with the notifications already! Third, there is a little spot on one of the pages that gives me the information I need to log in on a web browser. I have copied that information word for word and still am not ever able to log in on a computer. Therefor, I now cannot print my pay stubs. Strongly dislike this appI used to be able to download my pay stubs not print so was not killing trees. Anything I seach for like pay stubs as they are hard to find gives anybodys name that works for or has worked there with the word pay. Don’t workI have good internet and phone service but the app won’t even load no matter how long I wait. It would ask me to login at the beginning and after I pressed login it ask for my organization / company name. I input the name and it showed a green check mark. From that point on it show a blank white screen with three dots loading. No matter how long I wait the screen stays the same. I reinstalled the app but the problem is still the same. I have used multiple phone to see if it will get fixed but the problem stayed the same. I can use the web version, but I can’t check everything there. Please fix this appIt astounds me that the ratings for this app are so high. I am not joking when I say that for the first year that I used this app, I genuinely thought it was developed by my college as a type of student project. Worst App I’ve Ever UsedWhere to start… the day 1 roll out was terrible, sloppy, unprepared, incomplete app and froze. Can’t stay logged inIm a mobile mechanic and we have to log when we go from driving to working and viceversa. This app is unable to keep us logged in so every time we get to a shop we have to enter our email and password all over again. Sometimes it doesn’t even allow you to log in and displays the message saying exactly that; “we can’t log you in” so it is closing and opening the app again, then typing your credentials all over again. Doesn’t Keep Me Signed InThe App works great when you can actually log in. But no matter how many times I tell the app to keep me signed in. The app either ignores my preference or tells me my password has expired. Workday is terrible.I have to use Workday for my job, and honestly it’s one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. It feels like there are 50 different login screens, and it never saves my info. I’m constantly typing everything in again, every single time. And when I try to clock in, it can take 20+ minutes because it keeps asking for codes and extra verification. I’m just trying to start my shift — it should not be this complicated. Our schedule is on here too, and it’s a mess. I can’t even see who I’m working with that day unless I filter way ahead and scroll around looking for names. Nothing about it feels simple or intuitive. On top of that, there’s no easy way to add my shifts to my Apple Calendar (or any calendar) so I can actually keep track of them without opening Workday every time. A simple “add to calendar” button would make a huge difference. We used to use Sling. Yes, it glitched sometimes — but the features made sense and were way easier to use. After using it as a manager for employee time, absences, performance reviews, promotions, recruiting, etc., I have to say this has got to be the least user-friendly HR application I have ever used. Time offThis app and the program in general is a joke. If I go to put in a request for time off and make an error I can’t just go in and edit it. I have to wait for who knows how long then go and cancel the request then make a new request. There are too many steps to just request a day off. As a supervisor this makes things very difficult when staff make errors on requests that are for the same day.
