Yandex Metro Customer Service

I got this app when I was traveling to Moscow. It was everything I needed and more! It tells you when the stations are opened and closed, the best transit routes, and my favorite aspects are that you can swipe up from any station and see details like where each exit will lead you on a street view map. It even has a function for you to call a taxi to your metro stop location. It was the perfect thing to make me feel safe and comfortable on vacation.

Very simple , detailed , easy app to use and understand ! Also I like you can see your current location on the way . Lastly it’s so convenient that the app it highlights your destinations . Definitely 5 stars !

Hello and thank you for your beautiful and useful appreciation. I really enjoyed working with you app for my travel to Moscow, but it make me sad that the map of the metro of Tehran was unavailable. Please add the Tehran map immediately if it is possible.

Hello the app is great but I miss one feature - home station. I would love to pin my most frequently visited station.

The app is really convenient. Nevertheless, the only US city in it is San Francisco. :( Looking forward to seeing other places like NY, Chicago, Boston, etc.

Always used Yandex metro app in Moscow. Now I’m in New York. There are no any good metro maps here. Please update!❤️

Очень нравится как работает приложение, но очень не хватает Нью-Йорка. Это облегчит жизнь десяткам тысяч пользователей

Постоянно им пользуюсь когда передвигаюсь по Москве, но иногда раздражает что когда заходишь в него заново то всё вылетает, в том числе и маршрут

Приложение стабильно работает. Интерфейс в разы проще, чем у других. Очень порадовало, что показывает ветки метро других стран. Это очень удобно, когда уезжаешь в отпуск. Недостатки очень незаметны, ведь их меньше чем плюсов.

Ненашёл никаких намёков на карту тройка

Я не знаю что бы я делал без этого приложения

Приложение супер! Единственное, было бы круто,если на схеме метро Москвы была какая-то функция отключать ветки диаметров,чтобы оставалось только метро само и наоборот

При просмотре вариантов маршрута хотелось бы вернуть «бесконечное» пролистывание и влево и вправо. Сейчас только, либо назад, либо вперёд. В прошлой версии такое было очень кстати.

Great tool to find your way in the Moscow subway. You can configure the application to display station names in English, which is very useful since most signs inside the metro are in Russian :)

Nice design, but the ads are very distracting, official Moscow Metro app is a better ad-free alternative.

Don’t work on iOS 14

This app deserves 5 stars 100%%%, but after latest update it has a problem with advertising banners include app. There were no banners before update. It makes you a bit unhappy when you don't have any time you have to waste important seconds on advertising

The iOS 7-like design is awful. And the iPad adaptation as well. Very disappointed. it’s a bad job. Yandex can do it better and your customers know it!

Web version doesn't have ads btw, so I'll keep using that one.

Please version for iPad.

Когда приложение в папке, то оно всегда в светлой теме до тех пор пока не откроешь. Очень плохо

Оптимизируйте приложение. У меня 15 про макс, а приложение долго подгружается и в самом приложении микролаги. Больше приложением не пользуюсь.

просьба добавить IZBAN на карту- точно такое же наземное метро, как и основная ветка

Старый дизайн был намного понятнее и удобнее. Не то, что эти тоненькие полосочки. Зря обновился(

После последнего обновления приложение перестало работать совсем(

Мелкие детали интерфейса, неудобно в спешке на ходу в них попадать. Открыть подробности маршрута свайпом вверх нельзя. Зачем-то все станции хлопнули в троеточие. Невозможно посмотреть время прибытия на каждой станции и нарастающий итог. Короче в очередной раз дизайнер победил разум.

Как говорил Артемий Лебедев - рисовать карту метро это отдельный вид искусства. У Яндекса в искусство тут не получилось

Совершенно неточное расчетное время между станциями. Особенно МЦК. Можно опоздать на поезд.

Moscow subway makes station announcements very quietly so frequently I have no idea where I am. Would be good if there was a vibration when it's time to get off at next station. Also some bugs like when zooming it goes to settings. With some tweaks could be great!
