Very good app especially for people who live in rural areasI have used this app a few times & haven’t had any trouble. I believe it’s fairly priced for what it offers. I’d gladly pay it to avoid a 15 min drive to my town, tracking down a business that does faxing (which would charge me as well) then drive another 15 min back home. All can be achieved right from the comfort of my home & in conjunction with my WiFi printer & scanner is just as professional as a true fax. It can be used anywhere you have a good internet connection. This makes it almost priceless. The only suggestions I would like to make are being able to review the attached pages BEFORE sending, and being able to review the entire fax after it’s been sent. When you’re sending multiple pages, I’ve wanted to verify that I sent all of the documents needed as well as verify I didn’t accidentally duplicate any pages. Once you’ve moved to the cover page section, there’s no going back to review. You can only see how many pages, not the actual pages. Yes, you do get a “receipt” showing that the fax was delivered & the details, however, you can not look at the entire fax. It also needs to have a cancel or pause button if you hit “send” and immediately remember you forgot a page. Once you hit send, there’s no going back either to add anything and you have to send a whole new fax, which winds up using more credits for only one additional page. This is a Must Have AppSince hardly no one has a Land line anymore, this App let's you continue your Feedom from Maw Bell, Office Depot & The UPS Mail store. I've been running up the Road, fighting traffic each time I needed to fax paperwork. You would think everyone would take proposals via E-Mail by now, but not so. Fax machine when I needed one.I needed to fax some time sensitive documents and needed to send them in a timely manner. {The organization don’t use email?? People that don’t embrace modern technology annoy me....} So went to the App Store and “JotNot” has a “FREE” fax application”.... The App is free, the pages you fax aren’t you have to purchase “Credits”. $3.99 gets you 3 credits you can fax 5 pages for 1 credit and 6-10 pages for 2 credits. It’s worth the convenience to be able to fax from my phone and I rarely ever fax anything. I live in the 21 century. It was very easy to use. From getting the app settings up an optional JotNot account to getting 3 credits get my document from Dropbox and typing the included cover sheet and hit “send” and getting the confirmation took maybe 10 minutes....Done! Confirmation received but fax not sentSo far I’ve tried using this multiple times. Bought credit on different occasions and attempted to send faxes. I call the person I’m faxing to make sure they have received it and 10/10 times they never do. I double check that I have the number correct and I do. Waste of money. I’ve emailed support to see what the issue is so I’ll update my review if they give me an answer. Update: support emailed me back very quickly and reimbursed me with the credit I used. I’m willing to give them a try again when I need to send another fax which isn’t very often. But the five stars is for the customer service and not the actual faxing service..PooH_xxVersion: 5.2

Just what I needed!Really needed to send my medical records that I had on my person to a new doctor’s but they wouldn’t accept emails from those that weren’t care providers. My options were to stop by in person or send them via fax. This app came in handy since I didn’t know anybody with a fax and had no way of getting to an Office Depot at that very moment. Scanned my docs and cover photo onto my Mac, dropped them in the cloud, uploaded them on JotNot and off they went! Docs office accepted them, no questions asked! If you have to get it done, it's worth the money.In today's advanced, technological world, I am Puzzled by the fact that anyone still continues to use an antiquated system like facsimile. EASY SQUEEZY!Oh man oh man. We cancelled our home phone line, which turned off my access to our fax machine. I needed to send a four page fax today, and looked online to see what would work. I really love this app:)The only thing that is really frustrating, is that after trying to send a fax and it not going through it will delete it after a second time of failure and you have to rescan the whole document. That really sucked having a 60 page document that you had to take pictures of each page. Hopefully that one bug can be fixed? Very seamless with JotNot ProSending a fax is no longer such a frustrating ordeal. Since we’ve given up our land line almost 8 years ago, it’s become such a pain to actually get a facsimile sent off. Very handy!I get an email with a doc that needs to be signed. I open it in Save2PDF App. Convert it to PDF. Zero Customer Service Zero SupportI downloaded the app in 2018. I purchased $20 in fax credits the same year. I send faxes as often as I change houses so two years later when I needed the app, it wouldn’t let me log in. I contacted developer and was told to reestablish the account I’d have to add more money despite having remaining credit. I did this for $10. Fast forward to the present and again the app will not let me in. Their web site says this can happen if you change phones, which I did but the web site solution isn’t working. I contacted the developer through email, the app and social media. Zero replies from any of them in a week. Pay this developer at your own risk..Private IDVersion: 6.3

Loved it, now it’s affecting my business 👎🏼I’ve used the JotNot products for years, and they help me run a successful business out of my home. I’ve sung their praises over and over...until recently. Not happy at allI signed up for this app based on the other reviews. However what I am most disappointed about is that there’s no way to reach out to the support team for questions. Not enough reporting when it does not faxOut of 3 faxes, I was able to send just one. I had a hard time trying to use the cover page and the fax would not be sent whithout telling me what is wrong, I needed to disable the cover page for the fax to be sent. Then other faxes says failure after successfully sending the file, but not saying much information about the failure...
