Great ServiceI’ve always appreciated getting part of my check ahead of time payday. Had the Netspend card, for about 15 years now. I always pay the monthly fee that way I don’t have to pay a dollar for each time I use it thoroughly enjoyed using it because I even transferred money to it, from my bank card, as my way of buying things online and hopefully leaving just a little bit left. If somebody hacks it, they only get a Coke and a bag of chips at best. That way I don’t have to worry about my bank card getting hacked online..CreditsmartVersion: 6.6.3

Needs improvementI have had Ace Elite for many years and everything was fine until a few years ago. I have contemplated switching to another bank but the only thing that was stopping me was that everything worked fine and I have a lot of bills automatically set up to be taken from that account. It’s work to switch all that over but I’m really considering it now because 1. the mobile check load doesn’t seem to work any more and there are no physical locations close to me to go in person so I always have to cash checks through a different bank and can’t deposit them unless I drive to another city. 2. You can’t go into your online account and change important information on your own as if people don’t move. 3. Whenever I do reach out for this company to update my information they are slow to do it and then each and every time they fix one thing then misspell my first name after the update making have to reach out AGAIN for them to correct that. I thought it was protocol for banks to double check spellings and other details before finalizing transactions. Better attention needs to be paid to what they’re doing and the app needs to be fixed so that the feature for mobile check load can actually be used. Because of this I think it’s time for me to leave this bank and bank with a more efficient company..MissDadeVersion: 6.2

Great service- Insane load timeI’ve had this service a really long time, way back before they even had an app. Love the service. Support has been great. Feature wise, the app is great. I’m able to do a lot from moving money, to managing my virtual cards. Looks like the developers keep building on it and adding useful features. With that said, I’m never excited to actually use the app. The load time across the board is astronomical. The app has the longest launch time compared to any other app on my phone. Going from one page to another always takes long to load. I most often end up given up and closing the app, then use the browser version. The functionality of the app needs a lot of work. PLEASE FIX BUG ASAP!!!I have been using this app since it was released and just last week it started to not refresh showing my current transactions. I depend on this app to know how much money I have as it is my primary banking account. I have direct deposit and for 2 weeks now have thought I did not get paid or somehow overdrew my account $150! I did uninstall and reinstall the app and it helped for a few days but i do not want to have to do this every few days! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! Not for meCharged a fee to use my card in the store which led to my card being declined on the very first purchase, I had to use my other bank card to cover the transaction, once I left the store and I checked the statement and realized that I had been charged a fee just to use my card which resulted in my transaction being declined. After contacting support and stressing my opinion on how shady that is considering it says no fees they decided to put my money back and then proceeded to lock my account as of today December 16, 2021 the problem has not been solved and my account is still locked. I have decided to eat the money lost and leave this review for the second time this month because they decided to delete it not even a week ago if you don’t like what I have to say then please fix your policy and don’t lie to your customer..💯🐒👍Version: 6.1.4

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!I have to delete and reload the app every time I want to see my current balance. The website doesn't work from my phone, I can not check my balance through the app right way and have to pay 50 cents if I call in to check my balance. I switched to Blue Bird by American Express. They offer more benefits and no fees to use in-network ATM's and no transaction fees. All-in-all I save about $25 a month. I guess they don't care about the customer. Seems to me that every single customer has the same issues. I would be fixing this in a hurry before you lose too many. I have now canceled my card due to lack of customer service. From okay to bad!I used to love this App but now all I can see is the Debit or Credit!? I want to see the actually transaction name/merchant that I paid for!! DO NOT download. Doesn't work.I tried using this ap to no avail. There is Nothing immediate about it. It takes 10 days to clear to your account. You can try and pay to have it post immediately, but when you try it will be declined and no reason why they did so is provided. If you want to reload your card, just drive to a reload location.
