Low stream quality and terrible supportIf you like watching football/ soccer ball flashing like a strobe light then this app is perfect for u! Terrible stream quality. I have had BeIN sports thru Comcast and now Sling. Even though I have access to all the bein channels on Sling and xfinity , if I go to the the BeIN sports app or website it and try and watch any channel other than just BeIN it says I’m not a subscriber! Worst app I've ever usedIt would be easier to list the things that are actually good with this app. But since that list would be 0 items long, I'll stick to the negatives. I have yet to have a smooth enjoyable experience using this app. I mainly use it to (TRY) to watch World Cup qualifying. Last night was yet another failed attempt. Game started at 7:30pm EST and I turned into the stream at 7:16. Everything was going fine. Then the game started. I tried chromecasting the game to my tv. Got the bein sports logo on my tv and no game after about 5 minutes. Tried removing chromecast so I could at least watch on my phone and that wasn't happening. Killed the app and opened again to see that I was signed out, and app wouldn't let me sign in or go to the live tab. Tried different avenues, from chrome browser on my Mac to chrome browser on my Windows to internet explorer on my Windows. I was unable to sign in only getting an unhelpful messages that literally just read "Error" or "Service Exception". I'm assuming this was due to high traffic seeing as Conmebol Matchweek 18 was packed with pivotal games but COME ON. There is always one reason or another why this isn't working but bein should be expecting this kind of demand by now. Had to end up watching my game on a weak stream from a Venezuelan tv station. Totally agree with others saying this app's rating is artificially inflated and it's just sad from bein's point of view that they're able to give such HORRIBLE service simply because they have a monopoly on legally showing these games in the US (at least) basically this rant is the only way I can vent since boycotting these games is an unrealistic retaliation.AlrightNJITVersion: 6.3

Absolutely horrible appYou can tell Bein artificially increased the rating. If you look at the reviews all of the 5 stars are short and the usernames are so fake. In any case, for once, just once, Id like to enjoy watching a match on my phone using bein sports connect. Worst service!I would honestly give them no start if that was an option. I paid a 110$ to watch the euro and it just doesn't work, i tried 2 different laptops and multiple browsers but it didnt work. I did all the steps that the technical support team asked me to do but they couldnt solve my problem, and eventually they said “there is nothing wrong with your account” and they claim that the problem is from my internet provider !! ZERO RELIABILITYSince BeIN Sports has been in the USA, I cannot think of one time in the many years, that the application or the website has been reliable for streaming. Out of all the elite Sports networks (ESPN, NBC, Fox, TNT, ABC), by far BeIN sports has the absolute worst application/online streaming platform. After every update I am hopeful that the developers would resolve this issue, granted that they are aware, but with years of consistent on reliability, the appropriate parties must be aware. This App needs an upgrade!This app needs an upgrade ASAP! I used to have Sling TV and I would log in with that account to be able to stream on this app. Then I switched to a new provider and now I cannot log in with my new provider. Every time I try to do so, it asks me to create a new BeIN Connect account but when I put all the information in, it says the account already exists which makes no sense because I have tried with many different usernames and emails and I get the same message every single time. Please fix this. All I want is to be able to have a BeIN Connect account and once I am logged in, I want to be able to select who my provider is. Practically worthlessIn its present form, this app is completely useless to me as a Charter Spectrum customer. And that’s not an exaggeration. Poor supportReached out on multiple occasions for bein support team based On an error message I kept receiving while trying to stream services on game day as you can imagine any diehard fan would be disappointed to say the least. In efforts to try to watch my game I reached out to the team multiple occasions restarted re-logged in try different devices checked all my connections and was not able to come up with any solutions To troubleshoot the issue on my end. Horrific on every platformUpdating the Bein app is like playing Russian roulette with worse odds; every update is more broken than the next. I haven't been able to login with my Verizon account in weeks, now it works but says I can't view any live video! Bein is such a poor streaming platformIt’s not a surprise that cable some companies won’t carry bein sports. The channel is fine, but the streaming service on pc and mobile are useless. Way to many crashes and commercialsPretty horrible app. Crashes all of the time. Every time you start a new program you must first watch a commercial. SportsI even forgot that I have this channel cause it never responds to my what I was expecting compared to being sports french version. I love the french version but the U.S. version lacks programming. All they want to talk about is La Liga especially Madrid and Barcelona. Can’t sign in with Spectrum accountThis app used to be so simple to use. Like most accounts associated with my cable subscription (HBOgo, MSNBC, Etc) I was able to sign in with my spectrum ID & password. Now it asks you to register and then gives an error. Needs improvementAs much as I like Al Jazeera, I must say that this application does not meet the quality of Al Jazeera’s service. The application could clearly benefit from some serious improvements – not intuitive and has limited options. I find it hard to switch between commentators, and I’m not even sure if there’s an option for that. I am also unable to re-watch games. Turns out you only get access to the main channel and you can’t watch the game you want when games happen at the same time. Even if your team game is there you are not guaranteed that you can watch the full game. They can cut it and broadcast a different game.
