Terrible UI/UXNot sure how such a first class organization can put out such a terribly put together mobile app. Everything feels clunky, cramped, and inconsistent throughout the product. Advertisements get in the way of the app functionality and leaves me wanting to not come back. Lots of potential but it feels like the app is trying to do too much instead of focusing on the features that fans come to the app for. Looks pretty, but that's where it's features end.THE WORST sporting app I have ever used in my life. I can create an account and reset all my passwords for my Lakers account AND my perfectly in use Ticketmaster account. But this app can not log into either properly after DAYS of trial and error to link my Lakers AND Ticketmaster account so that I can manage and even attempt to upgrade our seats for the game. So incredibly disappointed in its inability to do something so incredibly simply; as in logging into the accounts I've setup and then manage my content. I can do it anywhere else online with the main websites for both services but this app fails EVERY TIME, stating the passwords are wrong or that there was simply an error and to try again later... days upon days later still the same frustrating results.
