Money well spent so fatI work and I go to school full time. I also belong to the Military part time. Finding time to go to the gym becomes problematic sometimes. At my job, there is a small gym and ever since I purchased this app, I been doing short workouts in it prior going on shift. You can read at least the first five reviews and you will see good things about the app. Here is one thing I am not able to do for some reason. I can't build workouts on the calendar. You have a vast amount of exercises within the app but there is no option to add the workouts to a date. On fitness buddy you are able to do that however. Anyways, prior purchasing, you should look at the supporting apps such as fitness buddy which has nearly the same stuff this app has. If you purchase this one then enjoy it because your body deserves it..Version: 2.0

I was a little apprehensiveChanging my review to 3 stars. Two things would bring it back to a 5. One- the fit test input crashes the app. Meaning, if you start a plan workout schedule, you take a number of fit tests to track your progress. Where you go to enter the results crashes the app. Never have been able to enter anything there yet. Two- watching the video workouts and listening to the Apple Music app on a Bluetooth device makes the music really staticky and not enjoyable. Allow 3rd party music to play through the app better. Thanks! I was a little apprehensive at first about the app purchase to unlock some stuff plus an annual membership, but I really am really glad I tried it. I’ve done this for two weeks. First week was app purchase of different workouts and I like the variety that I could choose based on time I had and traveling I do. Then I decided to try the membership to have a plan. I am one week into a work out plan and I feel great and already can tell a difference. I also like the meal plan. Two recommendations. It would be nice to see your upcoming workouts ahead of time. AverageThe workouts section contains routines that Sequence exercises in a variety of ways. Still, you can’t create an automatic custom routine like in other apps that don’t require a monthly subscription, neither do the workouts change automatically as you progress from a beginner to other levels. I will give then that fact that the include resistance bands, bodyweight and dumbbell routines. Check out the Lolo and the Daily workout apps..Version: 5.104

Crushing and info deletedI used to love this app until 5 days ago. It started crushing after the work-out and then I uninstalled it and installed it again and my data got deleted! I am still using it because I feel it is an app that understands me. Workouts are short, not rush, either “too much” or “rough” (at least the ones I use). Pretty good basic appI like the database of all the exercises, and the way it's broken up by body part. I also am a fan of the ability to sync with the Argus app. However there are some usability flaws that occasionally make using this app quite frustrating. First, whenever I attempt to do a workout twice, or even do a longer workout, the app always crashes in the middle of my set so all my time data is lost. The only way to fix it/get around this problem is to close out the app completely after each workout, and even then I still experience occasional crashes. Another thing that is somewhat frustrating with this app is the lack of a custom-built workout feature. It would be great if we could create a "playlist" of exercises within the app so that the user could build their own custom workout and have it save until the next time they wanted to use it..Version: 2.0

Voice Trainer is HorribleExercises are great and I like that basic equipment is included (but optional). However, I absolutely hate the voice trainer during a workout. Please give some options to change this! I really don't like how he counts for you. What if someone goes at a faster or slower pace? I don't like how much time is unnecessarily spent by the voice trainer before an exercise. I hate how he says "Just oneee settttt". That is so repetitive before an exercise. When i workout, I have adrenaline flowing, I want to get to business, stop wasting my time. I'm also a bit shaky, so I would like bigger buttons. I would prefer a very simple voice instruction at the start of each exercise (similar to Sworkit), and then no counting..Version: 1.3

Awesome!I am not a gym rat like my husband so being able to workout at home with this app has helped me. Wide range of exercises divided up by body areas, descriptions of how to do them along with photos and what muscles you are working makes for a great workout! I do use it a lot as a reference resource to learn a new exercise to shake up my routine. I hope to use the program ones but I don't think I'm physically there yet. Thanks for helping me stay motivated and on the road back to getting in shape. This was never an issue before but as the aging process is sneaking up my body is not reacting the way I'd like. BEST APP EVER!!!I had previously owned the individual sections of this, and for some reason I hesitated to buy the full version. What a mistake! I have loved this app from the second I downloaded it. The workouts in here have been so beneficial to my health! I even downloaded the app on my mom's phone and forced her to go through it with me. This is definitely worth the time, effort, and money. I tell everyone I know about this app. They should get it and so should you. Nice with a couple of annoyancesFirst of all, I like this app. I've been using it for a couple of years or more and use it twice a week for some specific workouts. Overall, I like it, but I would like to see a few changes: 1) Allow a setting for me to not have to click through the pulse test. I'm not doing it, so it's just an annoyance. Default it to on, but let those who want to the option to not see it. 2) Fix the delay at 6 reps. I get in a rhythm when doing sets of exercises, and the delay for the 6th rep is very annoying. 3) Allow a setting for me not to be prompted to share after a workout. It's minor nuisance, but I'd much rather simply be put back to the main menu when I'm finished..Version: 2.0

Good for starting outThis app offers a lot of moves and shows you how to do each with a description and animation. BUT during a workout they go kind of slow. I'm done with all the reps before the instructor is halfway done counting. And between moves there are rest periods that are way too long!! I'm not even tired out at all from doing 10 squats then I get to rest for 30secs?! That part makes no sense. But if you skip moves when you're done and press skip when the breaks come up its a good workout. But if it says its 17:36 you can bet that ACTUAL workout time is more like 10:00 That's the reason for 4 stars not 5!.Version: 1.2

This app is a home run!This app is a home run! I'm a teenage and very physically fit and muscular and I have never burned so bad. I can pick my weak spots and target them and also work other areas that I want. The workouts are short but really put on the heat. Yes, it might not track your progress but you can get a free app for that. Also it has a lot of body weight workout so it is especially good on vacations away from a gym. Love it!Love this app! It has such a great variety of exercises! I've been using it religiously for the past 8 months and have gotten in terrific shape! I have two suggestions though that I think would this app 5 stars. First is is like to be able to customize your own routine. The preset workouts are great, but is like to change them up a bit, but keep the pace where the routine is counting reps and time for you. Great workout app!I like that it links to the Argus app and the apple health kit app and uses the heart rate app to record my pulse before and after each workout. I like to alternate my daily workouts with doing the "seven minute" workout and doing yoga, so when it thinks I missed a day in my fitness plan I would like the option to log an "other workout" performed in my schedule. Also, I think it would be great if maybe the programmers can add a "seven minute" workout routine, an aerobics routine and maybe a basic ash tanga yoga practice to the apps workout selections. Best Program is One You DoLove this app. I actually do it b/c it's achievable and realistic. I select working out body part or full body workout. I select intensity and amount of time. It's not too fast paced and not too slow. I can do this as break in day & it doesn't have to be set aside time for exercise. A little each day in my own home is showing results and better than nothing. It does more than this, but these are the features that matter to me most. For $2.99, this is a steal for me. Great Work-Out App, work on SyncronizingThis is a very great workout app, however it is a tool. It's not like you get this, and it tells you, (what to eat, when to eat, what to work out on, when to work it out) those answers you have to find for yourselves. Great app!It's very hard for me to find time to work out, but this app provides many lengths of time to work out on. The count is off a little, but as long as you keep the pace in your head, you will be fine. In 2 weeks I went from twig arms and legs to beefy thighs and calves and I actually have pretty decent arms now! The BEST Purchase I Made!!!The BEST purchase I made! There are instructions and animations for each body parts using your own body weight (no equipment needed) or with weights and machine demonstrations. Like the "workout" section, the timer and the voice counting the sets and guiding me for each rep--It's like having my own fitness trainer "count" and keep me on pace. Easy to UseIt is easy to use and the audio and visual cues really help will working out. The workout times include (usually 30 second) rest periods, which you can skip through, or use to rest, stretch, or even take a very short walk. As another reviewer suggested, it would be helpful if the rest periods showed what the next exercise would be. In the workout section, the button to skip to the next area is blocked by advertisement. It is annoying enough to lose a star. They already have a tab on the bottom menu which leads to advertisement to their other apps. There is a sports hero area in the workout section that includes extra workouts if you pay more. They don't interest me, and it is in its own tab, so it does not bother me. Count is off in 'hard' ab routine throwing the balance offI really like the app I just wish there were more than 3 hard ab workouts. I would like to see more of a variety or exercises incorporated. It is also very frustrating when the count gets to 20, because the timing is off and it throws the routine off. There is an extra second or two in between counts which makes it hard to do. Comparison Shop!Azumio makes a couple of pretty good fitness apps. Namely, Instant Fitness and Fitness Buddy. Fitness Buddy has a Weight Tracker that Instant Fitness lacks and could seriously use. Also, with Fitness Buddy, you can combine individual exercises into a personal workout and save it. All things considered, if you combined the functions of either one, which the other lacks, you would just about have a perfect fitness app. And, unless you do, neither one is particularly outstanding.
