Argus: Step Challenge Tracker App Comments & Reviews

Argus: Step Challenge Tracker Positive Reviews

The OreganoThis million dollar app is so good it should be picked up by Apple and offered for free on every iPhone users dashboard. Argus invested deep pocket money to make this app simply sensational. Sleep tracking with heart rate monitoring. Wake up to world wide friends and have social support. Become 10% happier by being genuinely glad for their success. Why, because you actually see those friends post every day for years. You see some people use exercise, others runners, so much variety. The tile dashboard leads you through next steps throughout the day. Your health is one step at a time. You can picture without limitation everything about yourself. That's accountability. You then can comment how it makes you feel. The app has a rich resource of tracking prior results in its reports feature. Learn if your perceptions about yourself are really true. Compare the effect of one activity on another aspect. Day you wanted to find out if meditation effected heart rate. You will be motivated to actually see good days, struggle days in pictures. You will have an Argus family who sticks with this app for multi years. Thats the oregano factor..Version: 5.408

Overall Great AppPros: you can set health goals such as how many steps a day you want to walk, how many calories a day you want to intake, how many glasses of water a day you want to drink, and it will remind you throughout the day to drink water etc. I love how this app has everything you need integrated into one app. I’m not sure how this isn’t the #1 rated health app! It’s way better than Fitness Pal. It has a fun feature to challenge a friend to see who can walk the most steps. You can scan barcodes to have nutrition info automatically entered. If you cook, you can create recipes to input nutritional info & save them for the future if needed again. If you go walking/running you can turn on the GPS to track where you walked. Just so many cool features, I could go on and on... Cons: There are some features that you have to pay for to access, such as only being able to manually enter calories but you have to pay for the subscription to enter the rest like carbs, protein & fat. You can scan a barcode of the food & it will show you everything including the carbs, protein & fat. But to enter a recipe manually, you don’t have access to that unless you pay the subscription. That’s the only thing I don’t like about this app..Version: 5.194

Great, Free, Visual Health TrackerI’ve been using this app for about five years now and it’s awesome. It helps me to easily track weight gains and also physical activity. I love the fact that I can share my runs and activities with people that I am following or that are following me so it it’s a great motivational tool. It also stinks very well with The Apple health app and Apple Watch. I also love the tiles because you can hold down a tile and filter based on the tile you selected, I.E., number of steps, total water intake, bodyweight, caloric intake, etc. Are use other apps to track my work out so it’s not necessary for me to purchase the premium; however, I would purchase the premium app if the price point was different… Meaning a lot lower. Other apps such as my fitness pal and my work out allow me to track my workouts and also my calorie intake when it comes to meals, so it’s not really necessary for me to purchase the premium version. The basic free application is one of my favorite Apps, paid or unpaid..Version: 5.152

Argus Fitness AppI have been on Argus for 4 1/2 years, and it has literally changed my life. When I first got on Argus, I had been sick for almost 5 years and was confined to my bed for around six hours every day. I started using Argus to motivate and track myself to walk every day. Today, I sometimes walk 20 miles/day. Also, I have progressed to the point of doing workouts, some including using dumbbells and kettlebells. One of the greatest aspects of Argus is the interaction you get to have with people all around the world. I have made some of the best friends I have ever had, and I’ve been blessed to meet some of them, and there are some that I talk to almost on a daily basis. The only negative thing I can say about it is that some people like to treat it as a dating site, and/or some people take inappropriate pictures of themselves. It does so much more, but if you choose to buy it, you will quickly come to love it as much as I do!.Version: 5.128

Like it on my phone, but not on watchI like this app. I change my macros daily for carb cycling and I love the overall layout and setup. But the database, picture option, and even food scanner are really lacking. I’ve grown used to manually entering things & since I eat the same 20 items it’s not longer an issue but honestly they need to update their database. My second issue is the app on the Apple watch. I can only see activity and workout options on the watch app. I already have that through Apple and another fitness app. I just want to quickly see my calorie intake and macros for the day. This is super frustrating bc I only ended up with the paid subscription for Argus bc I purchased the annual membership for another azumio app, gym buddy, and when that app wasn’t useful I started using Argus instead of MFP so I didn’t feel bad for losing $40. Now I’m annoyed I didn’t just save my money and pay for MFP so I could use it on my watch and have set macros for specific days and actually be able to find foods in the database that I haven’t previously manually entered..Version: 5.166

Great for holding yourself accountableThe app works great for counting calories once you get used to navigating its functions. The food database is a bit messy, but thorough; you just need to scroll through the list to find what you're looking for, though there seem to be many repeats for basic foods with some variations in calorie counts, so it's hard to know what to pick. A "frequently eaten" list might be a nice addition for saving every day foods; though the foods you input are saved in a master list, it gets kind of long after a while and it would be nice to have a shorter list of foods you consume often. The app offers workouts and exercise tutorials, but I haven't yet figured out to input your own workouts and figure those calories burned into the daily count. That might be doable, but if so that feature isn't an obvious one while navigating. All other features work well, and the price of an annual Premium subscription is better than similar apps. Overall, I'm enjoying using Argus!.Version: 5.94

Good app, but could be betterIt’s a good app, but there are several changes that could make it better. - Prompts to get premium are annoying. I am just never going to do it. Instead give me a cheaper option to just eliminate it and adds. - frequently used apps are displayed on main screen with option to add (good). Yet, I weigh myself almost daily & it never shows up. Why? - often, I start an activity (walk, hike), then forget to stop it, get in my car & drive off. First, if I am “hiking” and suddenly going 50mph, it should figure out I am no longer hiking. Or, least let me go back later & terminate the activity at an earlier point. - the auto run feature is useless. It drains the battery., and doesn’t let me say when the run stopped. When I go for a run, I usually walk a short distance, then start running. Getting my phone out to start run is a pain. So, I would prefer an auto start feature for my run. Then, I can say auto start during my walk, and just start running when I am ready. Then, stop the run when I am done. - stopping any activity takes too many steps. Pause, then end, then done. - lately app is very slow to load (several seconds)..Version: 5.134

Evolving AppIn the beginning this app linked to LifeCoin. Then it didn’t. In the beginning this app liked to my meditations through Waking Up or through the Apple Health app. Then it didn’t (I log meditations manually). There are such better calorie counter/recipe apps out there than Calorie Mama and as far as photo AI for food or searching for food in a restaurant- forgetabodit. That said, I’ve paid my dues for the other apps, the nutritionists and the personal trainers so I’m not new at this, so I appreciate the fact that this app syncs flawlessly with my Azumio health scale and gives me a social network option of nice folks who encourage me. This app is clearly figuring out what it wants to be when it grows up. In the meantime I’ll work around its limitations and wait for its developers to get the recipe right. (Calorie Mama needs some serious help in the recipe department.) TJ’s is a good concept that could be great. Link to Sam Harris’ Waking Up Course and LifeCoin..Version: 5.192

4 1/2 stars! The app is great. If it was possible, I would have given it 4 1/2 stars.I like how it offers workout plans, daily challenges, and the stand up testing. It is capable of adding pictures of food, and displays all of your information in a fun format. I also LOVE the articles that are posted daily. It is probably the most elaborate app I’ve been able to utilize, and would definitely recommend people paying the money to have the upgrades. The only thing I dislike about it is adding food. It doesn’t allow me to add whole meal options at once, and took a little bit longer. It also doesn’t allow you to change the serving size measurement for all your items, and I haven’t quite figured out how to create my own items just yet, but sure I’ll get to it. Either way, I have absolutely recommended this to people and think it’s a fantastic app..Version: 5.146

Argus is letting me down. When I first downloaded this app I thought it would be the end all be all and a free app to boot.... after using it continually for nearly two years the bugs and lack of developer response is really pushing me to rethink keeping it. The occasional notice that the app closed itself wasn’t a hassle but the update before last really tested my patience... This morning I see that there’s is an update waiting and a “fix”.... updates annnndd... no same warning popped up twice in five minutes. I really had faith in Aarhus and even bought the scale which works awesome and gives a lot of good useful metrics but it’ll be useless with out the app... I used to highly recommend this app but now.....Version: 5.192

Lost abilityI used to be able to actually input micronutrients into the app for foods that don’t appear in the searched list as a premium user, however now I cannot input that information anywhere nor can I find any help pages to review. I really used to love this app. I am falling out of love with it. Also, I have located the place to import heart rate from my Apple Watch. It is inside of the workout that you logged. Touch the 3 dots … at the top right of the logged workout then select import heart rate. Works perfectly… please bring back that functionality to input the micronutrients as a premium user 🙏🏼🤷🏻‍♀️oh one more thing. The other apps you offer will not allow me to log into them without changing my password. Which I should not have to do every time I want to log in. Maybe it’s just a repairable bug. 🐞.Version: 5.422

Really good for a free appI’ve been using this app pretty consistently for almost a year now. Here’s what it does well: tracking weight, tracking daily steps, keeping up with my runs (set it for a distance or time goal and it will tell you your stats every certain interval, like every quarter mile with your speed- very helpful!) and cycling (but you can’t forget to turn it on when you leave). What it doesn’t do well, unfortunately, is food. If you cook for yourself from scratch with more than a few ingredients, you have to manually search for each item and enter all the info yourself. Even just copying/pasting previous meals like breakfast isn’t simple. It was so cumbersome that I gave up after a few weeks. Overall, I really benefited from seeing my daily steps and weight loss, but as a food tracker, it’s not very useful..Version: 5.128

Almost perfectThis is app is so good it caused me to write my first ever app review. It’s literally been life changing and helped me track everything I’m eating as well as other analytics in an engaging way. I started losing weight after two weeks! HOWEVER, the user interface is confusing sometimes (needs to be clearer what hex belongs to which date). My sister, who doesn’t walk with her phone in her pocket like I do, doesn’t have her steps tracked and cannot manually enter steps taken. Also, there are some other minor issues involving accidental button presses which could be ironed out. Hopefully fixes for these will come soon, but overall this is a GREAT free app..Version: 5.132

A Potential Game Changer w a critical weak spotThis could be the app that knocked every other comprehensive health app out of the running - if only it’s good journal wasn’t so limited and wildly inaccurate... 4 oz of salmon is registered as having 36calories OR 100calories OR 245 calories. This is just for a generic entry of “salmon” and none of the individual data has any mention of different ways of cooking etc. additionally many if not most of the entries are ambiguous portion sizes (1 serving?!). What good is a health app whose food journal is so all over the place and inaccurate! Once one of these good journals are willing to put in the time to actually record ACCURATE food nutritional value all these apps - from fitness pal to this one is ripe for a disruptive that actually gets it right!! I wish it was Argus since they have so many other great features..Version: 5.124

Awesome app but....I love this app because of it’s all-in-one design and integration with the other azumio apps. However, I use an Apple Watch to track my steps but there doesn’t seem to be an option to have argus track steps ONLY from my Apple Watch and not my phone. This is somewhat of a dealbreaker for me simply because there are situations where I can’t always have my phone on me, thus I miss out on tracking steps. Also, I cannot import my heart rate that my watch tracks, nor does it seem to import heart rate from Apple health, even though it is synced properly. I really enjoy the azumio apps and hopefully I will get to see better Apple Watch integration..Version: 5.112

Health AppMy only advice is to allow us to connect our contracts and social media accounts... I tried to connect my Facebook account a couple times but it failed so maybe work on that but yes this is like a few different apps all balled up into one so yeah it's great and if you could find a way to allow users to connect to all major social media platforms it would acquire you so many new subscribers almost immediately coz yes it's that great and there are still a few other features that could be added to make it one of the best apps ever designed!!!.Version: 5.422

Really good, just not greatI love the macro diet tracking capabilities, step counting, and sleep tracking of this app. Super helpful for living my low carb/Keto lifestyle. That’s the really good. The not great part is that tracking workout portion is terrible to use and is limited to the preloaded exercises which does not work for crossfit, home workouts, or really anything you might actually do. It is super cumbersome, limiting, and just not good for tracking workouts. I have to use other apps for this and it is annoying as heck. It needs to be more of an open forum workout tracker that can link previous exercises and workout then trend them with graphs or at least the ability to look back at what was done previously..Version: 5.210

Great app! Until Recent UpgradeI have been using this app for several years, and I have had no complaints. However, after upgrading to IOS 13 the Azumio scale will no longer connect to the iPhone via Bluetooth. Now, there is quite a bit of data that I can no longer capture in the fitness app. The scale is my only device that stopped working after the upgrade. Obviously, I am not a happy camper because the my only reason for purchasing the scale was it’s connectivity with the iPhone app. I don’t know why it will not connect but, please fix it, soon. Signed long time loyal customer..Version: 5.206

Awesome app. Some recent bugs.Overall this has been a great app for all-in-one fitness tracking with lots of functionality at the free level. Highly recommend it. However, the most recent update seems to have some bugs in the calorie tracker, with difficulty getting food entries to log and then phantom calories showing on the main display that don’t show in detail view. This has only been a problem since the most recent update. I tried unsuccessfully to find a way to report in app support. Hopefully this will be corrected in the next update. Still an awesome app - thanks!.Version: 5.162

Great improvement to my life!I have this app since August 2020. I was unhappy with my image and having a daily tracker of what you eat helped A LOT! It is a little of work to log everything, but it was the only way to realize what was wrong with my previous diet. In the first 6 months I lost 20 pounds. I stopped using it in the last 4 months but I didn’t get weight, now I know what is healthier for my body. I’m planning now to lose the last 10 pounds. I know Argus is the solution :) I used the free version! It was enough. I would rate Argus 6 stars if possible, thank you!.Version: 5.332

Fantastic appI’ve used Argus for years, but only just upgraded to Premium. Between the challenges and step counter, I really thought I was getting everything I needed out of Argus. Boy, was I wrong... It’s worth upgrading to Premium - you get more insights for your buck and it really makes an impact on achieving goals. I always appreciate the information given in the articles, and how Argus tracks my sleep habits - a major factor for me in changing my weight. I highly recommend Argus, even if you only start out with the standard version. If you’ve got the funds, go with Premium. You won’t regret it!.Version: 5.146

Amazing fitness appThis app is really a great place to track everything I need. My goals are to keep note of my eating habits, make sure my water intake is high and log workouts. Argus is a great platform for fitness and logging just about everything you can think of. One nitpick I have with the app is the moving hexagons while updating. The design is interesting but there is a gulf of execution when trying to update items like coffee or water. Please add muscle mass % to the body weight log! Not many apps let you track how much muscle gains you’ve made, and this is the only feature I’m lacking in this app..Version: 5.148

WowSo one of my 2019 resolutions was to be healthier. This included daily workouts (mostly yoga and pilates), drinking more water, and eating healthier. I started my working out and was seeing amazing results but wanted to try a calorie tracker to track my diet. (I’m a snacker and it’s a problem.) This app has so many things on there it makes keeping track of calories SO EASY! I especially love that it keeps track specifically of things like protein intake too. This also has a water tracker which is nice. I’m seriously impressed with this app and I might even get the premium version since it’s less than $3 a month. Amazing app and can’t wait to use it and keep track of my progress over the next couple months! Also, the overall design of this app is BEAUTIFUL! Like how it can read your heartbeat?! And the water level thing swooshes back and forth depending on the tilt of your phone. It’s little stuff like that that really makes this app fun and special..Version: 5.166

Mostly goodThere’s a lot of things I like about this app. I like that it gives you some nice visuals about your progress, that you can easily scan a barcode to add an item to the food choices, and that it integrates with other health apps. What is confusing to me is that they give you a choice of meal planning, but your choice isn’t reflected in your ratio of consumed calories. For instance, I picked the Keto meal plan, however when counting my daily calories it still recommends more carbs than protein or fat. If there is a way to adjust that to reflect the Keto diet that maybe I’ve missed, please let me know. I will gladly give 5 stars when this issue is resolved!.Version: 5.242

Love the APP, but.........as they say, if you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen. I’ve been using and this app for almost a year simply because I paid for the subscription and holding out for improvements which didn’t happen. When using the sleep timer it heats up the iPhone during the night so much that I am afraid my bed may catch on fire. So I remove it and therefore I cannot get good information. Secondly, I find the calorie counting impossible to use regularly because most of my meals are freshly cooked and have no labels. The foods list is fairly useless unless you’re a nutritionist or have time to research and weigh each veggie in your homemade ingredients soup. Would be a 5 Star rating otherwise..Version: 5.134

Need support!I've had Argus premium for years. The most important feature on it for me is now not working- the alarm. I have narcolepsy and the way the alarm (along with two other apps and my watch) functions helps me to wake up every morning. Since the update (end of January), the button to stop the alarm has disappeared. When the alarm sounds, I have to force close the app to make it stop. Occasionally I have awakened to my other alarms to find this one had turned itself off at some point during the night and didn't save any data, as if I never turned it on, when I know that I did. I have clicked the sorry button, but it only goes to a blank page..Version: 5.132

Quit 24/7 location sharing! Why does this wretched app share my location constantly, using up my battery, when I have it set to “never”? One must suspect there is some nefarious reason. Nonstop location sharing only began recently, and it has quickly become the app’s most negative feature - dwarfing even the continuous ridiculous attempts to up-sell the premium version. (Psst, Azumio: a better way to sell premium subscriptions is by eliminating flaws like location-sharing. You must have all your staff working nonstop on new up-sell ads. Barf!).Version: 5.136

Great app for standard diet exercise calculationsI started using Argus about a year ago. It works well for my needs. A couple of times there have been some glitches with the app. I emailed about it & got a quick response time about the issue at hand. I will continue using Argus it’s perfect for my needs. I have noticed lately however when I’m counting my steps something has shifted. Seems to be a bit of a delay logging steps, they are logged every 10 minutes. Which isn’t a big deal but just something I’ve noticed..Version: 5.196

Deleting malfunctioningHad this since 2016. Use it daily. It’s been full of glitches lately. Opening with the icons so big you can’t view them whole selection off icons. All updates are current. iOS is current although Apple updates are awful and they’ve ruined battery life. Greed all the way around. Can not even contact the developer because that link is bogus and leads to downloading something else. Unbelievable. Not just frustrating but now becoming a royal pain..Version: 5.218

Not accurate for steps.I have an Apple Watch which provides my iPhone with my steps. I have connected this app to the health app on my phone which is also connected to my watch. However, the steps on this app are behind by about 2000 steps from what my Apple Watch shows. I cannot walk around with my phone 24/7 which is why I have my watch. Also, I cannot plan my calories for the next day by putting in what I plan to eat or what I made for lunch or breakfast ahead of time. I can only put calories in on the current day or previous day. Frustrating. It may have a lot of great features but these two little things are very irritating to me..Version: 5.134

Middle of the road tracker.I paid for the premium for the year. Pros: -love the interface. -the built in calories burned a more conservative (I’ve found the wrist trackers to be high most times). -integration with AppleHealth is just enough in my opinion. They bring over workouts and steps and that’s about it. -Recipe building is good. Cons: -Interface is a little complicated. Everyday adds on to these hexagonal shifting tiles that can make it difficult to find where to log food (especially if you’re in a hurry). -The delay on pulling up food from the database takes a moment -There isn’t a lot of food in the database. I often find myself using the generic version of things rather than scanning (sauces for food, etc). -For the food that IS built into the database, often times the phrasing is not something you’d ever type. So without a barcode it may be difficult to find. Going to finish this app out for the year but as of right now will not be renewing..Version: 5.416

Almost perfectSo far this is my favorite health and meal tracking app, the only thing it needs is to be able to record what time I've eaten my meals. If you're on an intermittent fasting or other diet where the timing of your meals is important, this app won't help you. It should be a simple thing to add and I hope the developers will make this feature available in the future. It would also be great if we could add custom updates for things that aren't listed, such as meditation time, light therapy time, body measurements and other things that aren't offered already..Version: 5.196

Does not sync steps with Apple Watch — still! It’s ridiculous to me that steps my Apple Watch sends to Apple health are counted but that the Argus app on my Apple Watch counts nothing — nor does it recover the steps when you sync Argus to Apple health. People have been complaining about this for years, and yet it’s still not resolved. I reported it last November yet here it is January and it’s STILL not resolved. There’s really no reason to make this app available on my Apple Watch if it DOES NOTHING! Fix this issue already! My calorie count is off because of the erroneous steps issue — I just paid for an entire year subscription to something worthless to me :/.Version: 5.128

New glitchI’ve been using this app for six years and it’s always been awesome and reliable over the last year. It’s been starting to glitch. Several times per day when I open a food item the calories and macros at the bottom don’t show as well as the portions. Something else is annoying is every time I open up the scanner it asked me if I wanted to change my picture selection. This is really annoying. i’ll still use it and I still like it a lot but these glitches are adding up..Version: 5.430

Not so happy ..anymoreLoved using this , until the other day, when somehow ,the next thing I knew I was getting charged $29. And some change ,for the app. Now I’m trying to get my money back, since the day it happened. Not exactly sure what happened? So many pop ups, may have accidentally pushed one, during my AM walk ?! I don’t have money to just throw around, I ant my money back. I’ve contacted Apple , they tell me it will take 30 days! I better get my money back!!!!!.Version: 5.218

Stopped TrackingApp keeps showing "stopped tracking" several times throughout the day. This all started about 1-2 months ago and is becoming annoying. What used to be an amazing app is beginning to become a nuisance. I'm not sure if it's because I refuse to upgrade or not. If not for the fact that I purchased the weight scale from Argus that syncs with this app, I probably would have deleted it. Now my weight from the scale I bought from Argus no longer syncs despite Bluetooth being turned on. I hope they fix this soon. I would hate to delete this app & sell my scale on eBay also..Version: 5.214

Useful app, HealthKit integration would helpIt's a useful app that does some of the things that extra hardware like the Nike band, etc does (but does better) but what do you expect. As a cheap alternative it does give you an idea if you would actually find something like that useful and motivating or just another expensive thing that ends up in the junk drawer. This app would get a higher rating if there weren’t the constant nagging to do the in app purchases (“Go Premium”) bit I guess they have to make money somehow. It is currently worth the irritating nagging..Version: 5.124

Needs workI’ve been a premium subscriber for about 5 years now. I’ve started paying more attention to the macro breakdown when logging & I see there are inconsistencies. Today I created a recipe & tried to log one serving, it was telling me that one serving was far over what it should be. I deleted my entry & with NOTHING logged it is telling me I am over my goal calories as well as each macro. I went back to a previous day with no entry, logged my meal, & it entered everything correctly. Now though, my weekly insight I’m supposed to send to my coach will be incorrect..Version: 5.358

Very useful app for monitoring diet and exerciseThis app does almost everything I want. I do wish it had calorie counts for unbranded fresh foods and would put them at the top of the search list. Having branded foods in the list complicates a search unnecessarily and serves little purpose as you can always scan the barcode to get the nutritional data for almost all such foods. Having listings for chain restaurants can be useful, though, and Argus has those in spades..Version: 5.196

Needs to track fruits and veggiesI loved this app. However, with the last update they won't let you see all the nutritional info of your food unless you pay for the premium. I think they should have at least kept this. I was keeping track of my potassium intake and miss that info now that it's gone in free version. I would no longer recommend this app because of that, only because it seems basic to allow you to see all the nutritional information. I would like a graph to keep track of my veggie and fruit amount to see if I am getting enough..Version: 5.124

UPDATED: Purchased premium but did not receive the premium contentUpdated: emailed support and a few days later they emailed back to advise they enabled the premium features. Happy with the response. subscribed at the annual rate but the app’s premium content doesn’t display. I checked the FAQ and the steps suggested there don’t help, nor has support responded to my email. This is my second time trying to use this app over the last two years- shame on me for trying a second time after being fooled once..Version: 5.166

Great AppI have used it for a few days and it has helped me out so far! And I will definitely keep using it!.Version: 5.214

Very goodGreat app, just wish the weather tile displayed in Celsius while keeping the other measurements in US units (e.g. lbs). This is preferable in Canada. Otherwise awesome..Version: 5.196

Argus is Great! It keeps me moving & on track! Thank you so much, Argus!.Version: 5.428

Great bit w/ glitchesI’ve been using this app for years because it allows me to track trends to before Apple health. It is a great app but there’s a new-push glitch in it (6+ months) where the weight entry tile duplicates every time you open the app — ie. instead of one weight entry you’ll see 3, than 7, than next time you open 10 copies of the same entry. It’s not a dealbreaker per se but us incredibly annoying & throws off analytics. The support seems to be non-existent. So those two pieces are the reason for the low rating..Version: 5.436

AwesomeEverything what you need to track your weight and stay focused on your goals..Version: 5.330

Works greatI love that I can keep track of what I’ve eaten and how much water I have drank. Most of its features are free but I wish all of them are (recipes)..Version: 5.422

Devices and AppsWhile I love using Argus, Argus doesn’t sync with Garmin. Due to this, my steps aren’t tracked unless I carry my phone with me everywhere I go. Not ideal. I’ve also found their preset calorie amounts to be off. The Quick Add feature has been helpful with this..Version: 5.416

Good app but no fb loginIt says connect with Facebook but when I try it says it’s not supported. My old phone still has me logged in but I can’t use it on my new device..Version: 5.414

Good potential but confusingI like most of the app but I find the tiles confusing to look at. If there was a separator between days, like a row of gray tiles it would be soooo much easier to look at. I also cannot figure out how the heck to add back a tile? they are ties, they should be easy to configure and sort. Also very confusing when you add data and the position changes, I want things to stay where they are so I don’t need to look around for the data..Version: 5.330

Amazing Integration!Love it that you become a Premium user of one app and you are instantly Premium of all the other apps! That is awesome. Thanks.Version: 5.242

Love itI love how the app is presented. ☺️.Version: 5.242

Needs more work. The app is great, challenges need to work better & calorie imput/ finding food needs more work..Version: 5.242

Great App!I use this app every day and is a great way to track your fitness..Version: 5.238

YES!!!I drive transport and noticed I was gaining a bit much weight. This app if fantastic. I am paying more attention to where my calories are coming from, eating healthier, and have lost 6lbs in a month. Just discovered that it also tracks specific exercises that my knock off fit bit won’t. They have to be started and stopped manually, but all good, I’m that talented 😉 lol.Version: 5.206

Great after able to sync with apple watchUsed this app for years since i had my fitbit now with my apple watch. always put in a challenge with my family. that’s pretty much i use though..Version: 5.196

Top notchExcellent information provided with helpful hints to improve..Version: 5.194

Recent ProblemsI have been using Argus very happily for at least 5.5 years. I use it to track steps, distance, as well as blood pressure, glucose, weight and pulse. Recently after about 7,000-8,000 steps, it stops registering. This has been happening for a few months. When I reach 12000-13,000 steps, I get a congratulations notice but no change on the numbers and distance on the screen. Frustrating! I do nothing to play with the app. Please fix it or I will unhappily try to find something else. Arnie Fine.Version: 5.196

Excellent AppExcellent App.Version: 5.192

Effective!Honestly, it’s a good app. It keeps track of you and sends you reminders so that you’re reaching your daily goals that you’ve set for yourself. When logging workouts, it’s REAL easy. Plus chances are, no matter what you’re doing, they have a selection you can pick so you’re getting a relatively accurate calorie burning count for that workout. If you want the meal prep option, then you need to get premium. If you’re one of those a people who really need an outline to stick to or else you’ll get side tracked, then I would recommend getting the premium version. Otherwise, I’m sure you’ll be okay without it!.Version: 5.166

Not all Options I ExpectedThis app does not move STEPS from Health App or Apple Watch which would make more accurate. Not everyone has their phone with them and Health App takes STEPS from Apple Watch also. Also not enough food options automatically in app... have to manually add a lot of Bulletproof items too. Would not have signed up for year if knew this. Other than that a great app and format..Version: 5.166

Works really well :)When I used this app, it was working like I wanted it to, it also does what it says. I thought this app was really bad for me but when I tried it out it worked out really well..Version: 5.166

Easy to UseWorks great and easy to use.Version: 5.166

Better integration with Apple Watch neededI used to use this app all the time, but bought an Apple Watch with GPS (it showed that Argus works on the Apple Watch) so that I could workout without having to carry my cellphone with me. However, now there’s no point in using Argus because it only uses the gps on the cellphone. It needs to communicate fully, back & forth with the Watch. I hope this is a fix coming because I really love the other functionality of the app. Please!!! Fix this issue and I will give a full 5 stars!.Version: 5.166

Needs a fasting dockOnly thing I would add, otherwise it does everything!.Version: 5.164

It started quitting...I have had the app for quite a while now between three different phones and all of a sudden on the third phone the app will quit multiple times a day and I use it all day. Are used to think it would quit because of inactivity but it has proven to me that it just quits when it feels like it. Other than that I love the app, I love the sleep tracker..Version: 5.166

Great for walkingI really enjoy using argus to measure my walkabouts..Version: 5.164

Love itI use it everyday to track my activity and my sleep. Love it, very accurate.Version: 5.164

Happy and closer to my goal!I love this app! I’ve always considered myself fit and health conscious but argus has really helped me with portion control and getting motivated to reach those daily targets, wether it’s drinking enough water or exercising! It’s awesome..Version: 5.162

Loving it but...Been using the app for over 4 years! I have a brand new phone and the app doesn’t drain the battery nearly as much as it did on my previous phones! I really like being able to track water/coffee intake as well as steps and my sleep patterns!! I really like that you see all your tracked info in one place, very easy to see where you are just at a glance!! (Previous reviews below) Still drains the battery a lot, I've had to buy an external battery pack to have just in case which I have to use often. But, otherwise still loving it! Would get 5 stars if the battery issues get resolved! (Below is my previous review) I'm still learning the many uses but so far I'm loving being able to track my steps, water and coffee intake! I also really like that it maps my walks. It does wear on the battery a bit and a couple of times it made my battery life plunge to almost nothing in just a couple of hours or completely shut down while still at 30% battery life. All in all, I really love it!.Version: 5.154

Scully deserves betterAmazingly reliable!.Version: 5.136

Has potentialThis app has a ton of potential, however the food database is a mess and there are a lot of inaccurate data. Because of this I stopped using it, they need to make sure when a person uploads info it’s verified. What’s the point of tracking if the info isn’t accurate. Hope this improves, but until then I’ll use a different free app. To bad a bought all the Argus apps :( and don’t even use them anymore..Version: 5.142

AutomaticExcellent and addictive.Version: 5.134

Bugs need fixing!!I really like the concept and interface of this app but there are a few things that need to be fixed. You cannot turn the alarm off in sleep time. It just automatically goes to snooze a bunch of times and it is super annoying! I tried switching things in settings to “simple off” but there wasn’t even an option for that! The only way I can turn it off as of now without pressing snooze is to turn my phone off. Please please fix this. I would love to be able to use this option on the app, but it’s too annoying. And plus it won’t track my sleep. The other thing that needs tweaking is there needs to be more verified calories for simple things like chicken breast or an apple. The numbers are all over the place. Some calories it’s like “chicken breast 3 oz 20 calories” or it says for the same thing 140 calories or 250 calories. So which is it?.Version: 5.136
