Easy to UseI like the general setup of the app. I can find grocery items pretty quickly or search for them and it’s almost always available. It’s cool that they have a list of items you’ve bought frequently before to save you time and digital coupons on most items. Learning curve?It took me a while to get used to your site, both from my laptop & my iPhone. Once I got the hang of it, I found I really like it. Why not add a place to tip the delivery person?Your search function is so much better now. But. Cmn do I really have to be so precise a typer to find an item I'm ummmm yummmm thinking about? Some great features, needs to stay signed inMy family shops at Bakers frequently, but after a recent update, having to sign in every time the app is used is very inconvenient and impractical. We can sign in on the app to make a list and then have to sign in again at the store. My husband and I share a login so this is extra cumbersome. Decent app, but is quirky for online purchasesThe app looks nice and is easy to use for the most part. One issue though is with adding things to your lists and getting them into your online cart. If you go back for something else, when adding that item to your list/basket you could accidentally duplicate all of your other cart items. Doesn’t work with store’s emailsThe app works well if you are lucky enough to remember everything on the first try. Good luck if you want to modify that order. Placed a delivery order today (a week before Thanksgiving) because it was the only way I could get one of the ingredients I need for Thanksgiving. Got the email confirming the order. Clicked on the link in the email to add a few things I forgot. The link takes you to the website NOT THE APP to update the order. Once there, it tries to set up a different delivery time and charge you another fee. Had to spend nearly 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to find the place in the APP where I could modify my order. I have experienced this several times with Baker’s — things are completely different on the app and the website/emails. Someone needs to learn how to coordinate this, test links, and make sure people have the correct information! FYI, I have 27 years of web desogn experience. This system is a disaster for usability and needs to be reviewed from top to bottom..CatenacreationsVersion: 64.1

Digital coupon nightmareStanding in the store, seeing an awesome digital coupon deal and cannot find any way to add it while standing there. Digital coupons within the app are a mystery. If you are lucky they might just show up in the rolling ad on the top. There was an extra fuel points digital coupon for gift cards and I was buying 8 gift cards. The sign on the display said it was available but I couldn’t find it anywhere in the app and no store employee could figure out where to find it either. I did a search for digital, card, gift and fuel points and the digital coupons were never presented. It was as if Bakers really doesn’t want you to actually get them, just frustrate the heck out of you while dangling a carrot in front out you that you cannot actually get. Please fix your appI’m not usually one to leave bad reviews. Simply trying to update my address and add a Krogers e-gift card to my account that I got from work, so I can order some groceries, and haven’t had an app in years be so unresponsive and not actually serve the purpose it’s supposed to. The idea of using it is to save time. It would have been faster to have asked to use PTO at my job, drive to the store, grabbed all the things myself, and checked out than it would have been to use the app that hasn’t been doing anything I’ve tried to get it to this morning, and I literally just downloaded it, so it’s up to date and I’m connected to wifi, with full signal, so it’s not any issues on my end. Make the app actually work and be more user friendly and give the option to add e gift cards through it and not just physical gift cards. If I would have known that it was going to be this big of a hassle, I never would have asked work for a krogers gift card, I would have picked a different grocery service that actually works..UscMallo44Version: 49.3

Keeps crashing and won’t let me check outThis app used to be really useful. As I would run out of things, I would add them to my cart. I used my list function to keep a list of commonly ordered items. Between these two things it was fairly easy to build my order for the week. Now, the app won’t save anything in the cart. Not only that, but I just spent the better parting an hour building my list and coupons, only to have the app not save and crash when I tried to check out. Ugh! Online ap for click listAlthough I have used ap in the past, I was frustrated. Found it hard to put items in my cart, as ap posted to list. Also, I was not able to pick from multiple varieties of canned tomatoes in cart, but was able to on list. Very confusing, and took way too much of my time. Always logs me outThis is a super frustrating app! It constantly logs me out and does not offer the ability to login with Face ID. And then, either to save money or pretend that they have the best security in the industry, they choose not to use a normal password requirement. So I always have to guess five different tries to login resulting in me getting locked out of my account. Bring back the cart buttonI use this app all the time for grocery pickup. The bottom right button used to go to my shopping cart for editing and checking out. Now it takes me to the list feature which I have absolutely no use for. You need to look at Target's siteI appreciate being able to see my coupons applied BEFORE checking out and being able to only search in-store items. I also find it annoying that Bakery items are not available on the app. I highly recommend reviewing the way Target does pickup.
