About BSU GO! (Passio Technologies)

With Passio GO you have the ability to see real time bus locations, schedules, and ETA. This is available for select agencies and different agencies choose to show or not show the schedules, but you can always see where the buses are and on which routes.

As an operator of a system that moves people (transit buses, shuttles, vans, etc.), you need to count them and track them. Passio applications quickly and seemlessly track your vehicles and easily count passengers tagging them with GPS coordinates and time/day as they enter and exit, including different passenger types or groups.

How do I cancel the BSU GO! subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select BSU GO! from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.

How do I delete the BSU GO! app?

Touch and hold the BSU GO! icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.
