Business orders ??We are limited to max=12. I really need 30 or 60. The limit makes me do multiple orders instead of just one order. Walmart stopped my buying stuff in store but they won’t buy in bulk for me to get 60 or even 30 of any item. Kinda crazy. If you can change me to 30 I’d be appreciative. Thanks.Version: 26.17
Clunky for grocery deliveryFor the most part the app is solid. A few things that get in the way, especially if you’re used to other grocery delivery apps: •No way to communicate directly with the shopper or add a note about an item. •No easy refund option for poor delivery items. If your eggs arrived broken, you’ll have to actually call customer service on the phone for a refund. The only in-app option is to set up return, but who is really driving broken eggs back to the store? •If there’s any notification options other than email I can’t find them. If you’re not constantly checking your email during the multiple hours long window when someone *might* be shopping your order, it’s likely you’ll miss a substitution or cancellation and end up with things you didn’t want or a half empty order..Version: 24.52
Good app, few hiccups…The app in general is great. Easy to use. However, when picking up the goods, the app does not detect you immediately. I had to close and pen the app several times. The second time I used the app, I had to call from the parking lot itself, to get the goods. They do a tremendous job however. They have everything documented and i got my goods as expected. Privacy IssuesApplication is unusable/bricks unless you enable Walmart to use background app refresh for location services. Thats the little privacy setting that allows you to say “when using app” or “always” it enforces “always”…..Version: 26.1
Difficulty with larger ordersWhen using Walmart Business to place larger business orders, the orders will often be cancelled due to back end AI security detecting suspicious activity. When representatives are contacted, they tell me to try again in 15min. This produces the same result (order being cancelled). App locking up asking for location set to alwaysApp team. Your app is locking up on the pop up asking to always have location turned on. The only way to use the current release is to give location access all the time, which is a violation of apple app policy. Please fix,so we can resume using your app to make purchases..Version: 26.1
