Lack of customer serviceI have been a member of Spark for probably two years. The first time I redeemed my points I had trouble using the e gift card. Two weeks ago, I again tried to redeemed my point to buy Christmas gifts for this coming season. To this day have not had access to that e-gift card. I have reached out to Walmart community Spark customer service, Walmart, customer service, and the issuer of the gift card and not a single person can help me. I have been informed that they will forward my information to their engineering team, but no one has actually come to my assistance. I am beyond frustrated. Not without its bugs and issuesThe app doesn’t seem to always work correctly. At times it tells me I have a survey available, yet when I click on it, I see a message saying I recently completed it and to come back later. I haven’t even gotten started on the survey so it’s obviously incorrect. Also on that same page near the bottom it says copyright Walmart 2021. Kinda odd if you ask me because all the others say 2024. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also sent a help ticket. It still isn’t resolved..J HintonVersion: 1.17.3
Very MisleadingOverall it’s a decent app. But they (75% of the time) give you less points than what’s stated. If a survey shows it’s 100 points, I complete it, just to receive 10 points. Nowhere does it say “up to” in the app. A 50 points survey, I’m only awarded 5. Once I finally hit $15 in reward points, I no longer receive surveys. You can only redeem in $5, $25, $50, and $100 increments. This a very misleading app/service..USNVet JBVersion: 1.16.8
IPad version is awfulTrying to login and screen with the app is only about 1/3 of the size of the iPad screen. Then it says my login is incorrect and ytying to set upa new PW, every time I enter a character, the screen moves down and I can’t see characters as I enter them. Happens with each character. The app needs some workI love being a Spark member and have been for some time now. I was excited when they came out with the app but it has issues. It doesn’t remember me and when I try to log in I get an “authentication failed” message and it won’t log me back in but if I go to my browser and log in to the website using the same log in and password it logs me in immediately.
