Thankful for Wal MartI am very much thankful for being invited ton the spark rewards program . I was able to voice my opinion multiple times and it turns out my thoughts and the action of removing items from the Wal Mart shelves (wal mart brand items) that contain what is known around the world as poisonous ingredients are being pulled pulled from wal mart shelves. I know there are people out there that will have a negative comment but let’s look at the bright sight of things as this is direct result of the light or the good on the planet is winking the battle . App Could Use Some WorkI love having an app to access surveys. It is much easier compared to waiting for an email reminder that I have a survey opportunity available. However, there are some issues. First, I have to sign into the app frequently. It would be nice to stayed signed in or have facial recognition login option. Also, there are times where I am in the middle of a survey and then there is a error message. I have to restart the app and do the survey all over again. This just happened during my last survey, at the last 1-2 questions of a full survey and got kicked out. 10 minutes wasted. I like it, but can be slow to loadIt’s a great way to get some gift cards for some pretty easy surveys and such. My only problem is sometimes the activities don’t load and you have to wait an hour or two. They let you know when things are being glitchy for the most part, too. The video activities I always try to do— they say you have like a week to do them but then they disappear after a day. So that part can be disappointing. When it decides to workI’ve had a lot of issues with this app, it can’t find activities, you go and send me an email come and do this activity and then it says it’s not even there. You want me to do these surveys and activities or you don’t. And forget about customer service it’s nonexistent, I’ve never got any responses to any of my issues and they’ve never fixed anything. Quick way to earn extra cashI have been doing surveys with Walmart for a few years now. It’s a quick, easy way to earn extra cash that is redeemed for a Walmart gift card. The surveys are quick. Usually takes less than a minute on most. App Has Too Many GlitchesI love being a part of the Spark Community. However, what I don’t love is the ridiculous amount of issues with the app. It literally glitches every time I use it. Uninstalling & reinstalling doesn’t help either. Takes forever for surveys to load & when they do finally load, 9 times out of 10 there’s an issue with the survey. For example, it’ll say survey was already completed when it hasn’t been. Mom of 2This is the best Walmart feedback app as they give you weekly and biweekly surveys for gift cards and for you to voice your opinion on matters of shopping and preferences for products. They ask simple feedback surveys and video response if you choose to do so. I like it but it has many flawsI get a lot of errors. It’ll keep saying failed to load surveys, failed to load rewards, failed to load weekly quests, or it will tell me I’ve completed them already, even though I JUST got the notification to do them. Too glitchyThis app started off fun, I love taking surveys and earning rewards, but over time it has become so glitchy it’s almost unusable. 1. I get notifications for available surveys, only to open the app and find that there are no surveys actually available. 2. 90% of the time when a survey worth 100 points is available, it lets me answer 1 question, then closes the survey and awards me 10 points and that’s it. 3. The gift card redemption screen hasn’t worked in weeks, there is a banner that says they’re “working on fixing it” but it’s been so long one has to wonder if it’ll ever actually be fixed. Listen to us already!!**Update 6/5/26. You have GOT to be kidding me!! Your “update”, telling us to check our email for gift card details fixed absolutely nothing, because I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL EMAIL!!! How are you allowed to be anywhere near apps, coding, anything technical???? Fix it or close it because you are wasting our time!!!*** You DID NOT fix the gift card redemption issue!! I have filled out the contact form twice now, both times took almost a week for a generic response trying to place the blame on how we navigate the app. THERE IS NO URL TO SHARE, we are on the frickin’ app!!! IT IS NOT US, IT IS YOU!! When I redeemed points for a gift card at the beginning of the month, it took my points and placed a gift card link in my history. However, when I click on the link, all I get is the spinning spark logo-it will not generate the gift card barcode. I then tried older links, NONE OF THEM WILL OPEN. I tried on my laptop as well-it just refreshes back to the history screen. Also, I never received the usual email confirmation. I sometimes spend 10-15 minutes on each survey, with the understanding we are compensated with point to use towards Walmart gift cards. Spark driver app is frustratingI just downloaded this app to keep complaining of how lagging and frustrating this app can be. I just left Walmart while about to load my $60 order and it just disappeared in front of the employee. Many, many times I get notifications and the loading time is about 45-50 secs long. And once I get it I have a few secs to accept if I get lucky. Once I notice the freezing in the beginning I just force close and load again. This helps most of the time, if the order is still there. They need to hire the Lyft uber app developers to fix the app. So much money I missed out on cause of this. Lack of customer serviceI have been a member of Spark for probably two years. The first time I redeemed my points I had trouble using the e gift card. Unneccessary Password ChangesForcing all of your users to change their passwords without a prior security breach or loss of account info is completely uncalled for. Not without its bugs and issuesThe app doesn’t seem to always work correctly. At times it tells me I have a survey available, yet when I click on it, I see a message saying I recently completed it and to come back later. I haven’t even gotten started on the survey so it’s obviously incorrect. Also on that same page near the bottom it says copyright Walmart 2021. Error message whenever I try logging inThis has been an issue for me for over six months now. In that timespan, I’ve only been able to log into my account twice because this app is so glitchy and constantly gives error messages whenever I try logging in. Most 100 point surveys don’t complete and only give you 10¢I routinely got my surveys terminated before completion. This was usually the 50¢ and $1 surveys. It was common to complete more than half the survey and it would suddenly just terminate and say thank you and pay 10¢. Most of these are at least 25 questions, so you end up wasting your time and effort for 10¢!
