Spark Driver Positive Reviews

HelpI love doing spark. Been doing it since inception and have seen a lot of wrinkles ironed out along the way however this one wrinkle is hard to take right now. I a bit disappointed in that it’s taking so long to resolve. In the middle of a shopping delivery I was loading my car and was prompted to do an identity check where you take a selfie which is not uncommon and is usually immediately approved. I sat in my car for several minutes waiting for the approval because I could not proceed to get the address info until that was complete. After so long I called support and was instructed to return the items to the store. A 2 hour ordeal because the store was refusing to take the items and support wasn’t very helpful. Eventually the store voluntarily thought to contact the customers and ask them to cancel the order on their end. One week later the app is still telling me my identification is in review. I contacted support again and was told I’m not the only driver with this issue. That doesn’t make me feel any better because they keep referring to the REAL identification review that I had already completed weeks ago making it seem like there is a gap in communication somewhere. Anyways just thought I should try posting the issue here in an attempt for extra set of eyes or help. Just thinking of all the money I am missing out on seeing the incentives that’s going on during my involuntary absence..Version: 4.26.0

Sheisty algorithmFor your first few weeks you will receive a very high volume of orders, after they realize you start making more than they’re willing to pay per week they begin to limit the amount of orders you receive as well as “top dollar” orders. They tell you to maintain a 70% acceptance rate or more to receive the best offers but this has not proven to be true. They send out incentives for 12 or more orders but then tell you there just so happens to be low order volume during the duration of the incentive in that zone. I have reached out to customer service and they have no answers. I was making decent money in the beginning but my income has been cut into 1/4 of what I was making when I first started. The delivery range covers millions of people in my city I find it very hard to believe that from one week to the next people just stop needing groceries delivered. Inconsistency in the order volume when the app indicates high volume based on historical data does not make sense. If order volume was low on my device why is it indicating that it was high last week when it clearly shows otherwise. NERD POWER I guess anything to collect funding for their employees leaving us to pick up scraps to keep business going. Your rating is horrible for a reason the developers need to be investigated.Version: 3.18.0

Needs workThe app is great for the most part. Navigates for you with only the occasional problem and shopping is a breeze. It does glitch up and send “phantom orders” and when these disappear you will get a metrics penalty. (I think this is unfair) other glitches require you uninstall and reinstall the app. I personally have a problem with the metric system- it doesn’t matter if an order is canceled, it doesn’t matter if the store isn’t ready with the order and it doesn’t matter if the store is not bringing orders out due to weather. If the order is dropped by for any reason in or out of your control you will be the one penalized ( I have been told that this is not true but my metrics say otherwise). Wait times at some stores are ridiculous- 30 to 45 minutes and although spark with pay you for the extra wait time it doesn’t compensate for the future orders you will miss, dropping the order after you have waited to long is an option but you aren’t guaranteed another offer. I enjoy the flexibility of sparking and the money isn’t bad…. There are just so many spark drivers and not enough “ good” offers. ( possibly because walmart decided to have an option for customers to pay a one time yearly fee so they DON’T HAVE TO TIP!!) The incentives are mostly fluff - small stores at odd hours ( like shopping at 5am-7am) or for businesses associated with them that I personally have never seen an offer from. In conclusion- this is a decent app for a side hustle but would be a hit or miss to support your family on..Version: 4.11.0

Constant CrashingApp is okay.. not the best offers depending on where you’re at but better than some platforms. Consistent with orders ONLY if you’ve delivered in the area on a regular basis, otherwise you’ll never see offers if you switch to somewhere new with a higher volume. I cannot for the life of me, however, stand how this app functions.. it crashes CONSTANTLY! You open it up, it crashes, you have an offer, it crashes, you arrive at your destination, it crashes, even if you swipe to complete a delivery, it crashes! I have never had so many issues with an app crashing before; and so help me if I don’t refresh after 3 minutes I’ll never get an offer because well.. it crashed without me knowing. Whoever is in charge of this app should be aware of this.. with how much the app updates I can’t believe this hasn’t been addressed. Also, the rating system is very poor.. it’s almost impossible to qualify for the spark rewards program due to how much actual Walmart employees lack care at their job from picking to packing deliveries. There should be a rating system for the store and for the spark drivers like food delivery platforms have. I’m sick of getting a low rating because I picked up a curbside order for 80 items.. each item is in its own separate bag.. and there could be a missing item, expired item, or a squished item. For whatever reason customers don’t understand that the drivers don’t shop for the items all the time and blame us. If you want to update the app, please address these issues!.Version: 4.10.1

Needs some new updatesI’m writing this review because there is no way to send feedback in the app at least not that I can find but i find that the app needs 2 good updates one being I wish it would give you from well your current location is at two. The total miles it takes to complete the order. I hate when you get a good order and you want to take it but you might be 20 minutes away from that Walmart and then it’s gonna take another 20 minutes to complete the order. I feel like should definitely update that to where it’s from your current location to how long it’s gonna take to complete the order as far as miles go and the second update they need to update the camera for when you have to scan IDs I have getting the ID to scan and I always have to enter the manually which takes a little bit of extra time and I just thought they need to update that that being said I think this app is very nice and laid-back. I like this more compared to doing DoorDash because they don’t penalize you for declining so many orders and so forth it’s just kinda nice and it’s a little bit more laid-back. I feel like and I just enjoy shopping so it’s pretty nice. That’s why I gave it a four stars because I feel like it’s lacking at least those two important updates that I feel like that they should consider and there’s also no way to send feedback in the app as far as I have seen.Version: 4.34.1

IMPORTANT ISSUESHello I have been delivering spark orders for a little bit now and have come to realize how dangerous it can be. So I think Walmart or whoever needs to make note to these customers that REGULAR PEOPLE DELIVER THEIR ORDERS! Most customers I have talked to when delivering doesn’t even know what spark is! I have been nearly attacked by customers because they just see a random person on their porch! So they think you are a thief trying to steal their packages etc! It is ridiculous! There needs to be a way for these customers to completely understand who is delivering their orders! Also timing with deliveries is totally absurd! So I’m expected to drive 12 min to the Walmart within a 2 minutes?? So it makes me look bad to the customers when I’m late. Oh and waiting for curbside to bring your orders is difficult! I have waited at least an hour before at different Walmarts!!! Also a lot of customers have animals that they don’t put up so expect to be attacked by them as well. Whenever that happens I return the items to the store because it is unsafe to deliver especially when the customers won’t call or text you back!!!! You should get extra money for having to return items to a store because the customer is at fault! The app will bug out a lot while your trying to scan items and place them at the customers location. I just think there needs to be a better system with things and a understanding for customers!!! I want to continue to drive for Spark, but some things need changed!.Version: 3.10.1

App freezing and crashingYou call and talk to customer service and they tell you to delete the app and then reinstall it but nothing gets fixed or better just more verifications that are a huge waste of time they wanna verify in the middle of driving what the heck…. Or you are waiting for a order and nothing will come in so you refresh the app just to find out it froze and then wants you to verify again so you lost money…. Or it freezes while trying to load the order and crashes or freezes and you lose the load I’ve done 1700 orders + and some how can’t get a load the last 3 or four days just shopping with one pickup order I do 10 + orders a day I wait down at Walmart all day and these new people will get a order all the way across town before I get one like that’s crazy I’m the driver that’s been doing this the longest in my area and I’m losing money now cause of this there should be some sort of preference to the drivers doing this for some time I drive 10 to 14 hrs most days 7 days a week and it’s a insult to me when I can’t get a order sitting there but these new drivers are sometimes outta town and get orders I have a lot of great customers that often send complaints my way about other drivers …. We live in a small community and I know a lot of the customers personally a lot of them are not happy with the changes and as for me a driver and being a driver I hope it gets better soon cause I can’t afford to keep this up.Version: 4.22.1

Could be betterYou can make good money if you put the effort to it. There are a few things that I think could be better. One is the metrics system. I can do 12 or 13 orders a day and if I deny one it penalizes me for rejecting one or 2 in one day and I lose like 2 percent of my metrics the next day. However I can accept 10 or more and my rate takes a long time to go up but easy to go down for one rejecting. That doesn’t seem right. I typically accept everything except the orders that are 7 or 8 dollars for 10+ miles, for orders that are paying less then the mileage but rejecting hurts me the next couple days. The second thing I would say needs improvement is how the customer is being communicating when there order is on the way. I’ve had experience where customers aren’t aware that I’m delivering there groceries and they get alarmed by that I mean freak out on me when they see me pull up on there drive or I’m in there front door. At times they even forget or are unaware that they were to be expecting an order. The third thing is why my customer ratings go down without knowing what you did wrong. I don’t think it’s fair not knowing what you did wrong. My ratings is usually at 4.8 the next day it’s at 4.7 or 4.6 without knowing what you can do to correct it next time. Beside them three things I really enjoy this job. Just hope it can fix some problems lot us put a lot of effort to make money and it’s a good job to have and really like it. Just wish Walmart or the spark people would see what we go through to do this job..Version: 4.1.2

It’s actually well done and worth it, BUT…Everything works really well with the App. It does what it says, and it does it in a very straightforward manner. While shopping in store, you’re not just running around, it leads you to the closest item so you’re in store shopping can go as quickly as possible. There’s a fantastic little button in the app when you’re searching for an item on the shelf that will light up exactly where the item is supposed to be to make it easier to find. I thought that was really cool. Ok now for the two reasons why I don’t give it a five star. Number one, the FONT size is incredibly small. And you cannot change the size of it. I know it’s a silly gripe but still one that I wish would change. Number two, the logistics of routes when delivering 3 to 4 orders that have cold food should be made longer because there have been times where I have reached my last stop only to have to turn around and drive 45 minutes back to the store because they said it was a problem with the food being out of refrigeration for too long. I do understand the health concerns on that, but that being said they should take that into consideration on the logistic sign before they give the orders to the drivers that being said don’t load up a lot on the driver with cold food to go to multiple stops, especially when they are 30 minutes away from each other. Other than those two things, the customer service on the app is very good at what they do always very helpful in any problems that I’ve ever had and I’ve done almost 2700+ deliveries for spark. It’s a good thing this is out there and I am blessed to be a part of it..Version: 4.40.0

Rookie moveI drive for more than one of the other delivery services, been picking up from walmart enough lately that it made sense to sign up, the only thing that doesnt make sense is how they choose to never fix the broken app that does not upload a wide variety of documents across the board, initially i thought it was just some dummy mistake on my own part being new and unfamiliar with the new menu options jargon and placement thereof, nooe called driver support and accidentally dropped like 37 f-bombs all over their face during the explanation and, whell i stopped mid sentence with a quick question nothin serious, why didnt my rant get interrupted with you lecturing me about how "un-"pro-fesh-yon-eLL" and "diss-ree-seckt-fuLLL" the language may or may not be, (it was at that moment i suspected them of being agents of the dark web scammers or whatever, thought about how i dodged that bullet, googled the problem as usual, and it occurred to me that an open line phone call is plenty more than enough what theyd need to hack my system and replace my google results with their wednesdaywikkipediaweezults and less imaginative folk would be none the wiser, what caught my attention was how i always clear all apps and windows before any kind of phone call, wrote down the website they told me to go to for uploading documents and without typing that website And the spark driver app were waiting....pshhh nice try.Version: 4.23.0

Tip, driver location and distanceFirstly let talk about the tips, I think our driver right is violated by the customers and the app itself I mean Walmart. The contract is an agreed upon price prior to the completion of the orders. Some customer I strongly believe inflate the tips knowing that when they get their order their will remove it to nothing. I call this manipulation and unethical behavior. Next thing is the location. We suggest that the trip to the store be at least fairly covered. Gas is expensive. Some customers have 3 to 4 cars yet they are expecting driver to deliver them without receiving a fair tip. If the delivery is to be free, it should not be covered at the driver’s expenses. We take our job more seriously than a 9 to 5. I personally work up to 15 hours a day sometimes even more. The other thing is the distance and may be the amount of items. Free shipping does not mean workout session for delivery drivers. Some customers exaggerate in the amount of items they order and worse those customers leave in apartments. They do not usually like coming to help carry their own orders when you are doing the back and forth move to satisfy them. On top of that they will discreetly remove the tip your thought you might receive and after all that you get more frustrated. The last updates mess up the order dispatching. We literally do not receive orders at the same rate as when we started. Something need to be done..Version: 4.1.2

A Few things to look at...1. My "zone" options include Winslow, AZ but NOT Taylor, az; I live approximately 12 miles from the Show Low walmart, and 23 miles from the Taylor store...the Taylor store IS NOT a "zone" option for me at all though i take offers FROM the Taylor store all the time...then they (the digital info) DISAPPEARS sometime during that day! ALSO, the Winslow store is about 80 miles from me so it'll NEVER BE a "zone" option (for me) uet i cannot delete it as an option NOR can i add the Taylor store, and it doesn't even show up as an option when I search for other locations in my area. 2. I have had customers ask me what I'm getting paid to do their (specific) delivery and then SHOW ME what they're being TOLD I'm getting paid...there HAVE BEEN discrepancies, so far seems to be only offers coming from the Taylor store. 3. I've noticed the "distance/range" has somehow EXPNDED in a way that is...crazy INACCURATE lol; the address (for example) will say "Show Low" yet be wayyyy out in the dessert not ANYWHERE close to Show Low but MUCH closer to Taylor but REALIZED (in fact) as Concho! Both stores (the app?) do/does this. 4. I have, not once, received a "Round Robin"...🤔 5. THIS one is regarding the Spark Customer Service Personel; BEST People EVER, don't change a thing there because they have been nothing short of Awesome😊👍.Version: 4.22.1

Completely unfair 5 star priority systemI’ve been a Spark driver for over a year and used to make consistent money. Ever since Walmart changed the algorithm to heavily favor ONLY perfect 5.0-star drivers, my earnings have dropped by more than 50%. Drivers with 4.8 or 4.9 ratings (which is still excellent!) now barely see any good offers. The big batch orders, the $30–$50+ shopping orders, and the constant hourly offers go exclusively to the tiny group of 5-star drivers. This is not “incentivizing excellence” – this is punishing drivers for one or two bad ratings that are often completely out of our control (late Walmart stock, substituted items the customer doesn’t like, traffic, etc.). A single unhappy customer can drop a 5.0 driver to 4.9 and suddenly their income gets cut in half overnight, with almost no way to recover because the good orders disappear. Walmart needs to understand that 4.8–4.9 is still outstanding service. Stop giving 100% of the profitable orders to only the 5-star club and categorize offers by wider rating tiers (example: 4.8+ gets the same access). Otherwise thousands of great drivers are being pushed out of the platform and customers will suffer from longer wait times. Fix the Algorithm . Bring back fair order distribution..Version: 4.34.1

Possible bot fraud / interferenceStarted doing deliveries end of November 2022 and everything was going smoothly… Would get incentive notifications along with orders in the queue from the three big supercenters near my home. Start of the new year and new orders would be in the queue, will drive and park outside the store and wait for up to an hour and nothing. We’ll see cars come and go, still nothing… I understand there would be some decline post holiday season but still that would not explain zero notifications even for incentives or other notices . Spoke to the associates and said that they were still very busy with incoming orders. Spoke to a buddy of mine who was also doing this and was told that they experience something similar last year and it was found to be a group of individuals who were circumventing the system somehow funneling all the orders to a certain group of individuals and blocking all the orders for others like myself. Walmart was made aware of this and apparently resolved it but here we are again. Even in calling the customer support line, a menu prompt acknowledges that their IT department is working on people not getting orders. I’m not an IT engineer but since the app measures and records metrics, it would be easy to see who is getting the majority of the orders, especially repeat orders in a centralized location (especially in relation to their GPS location at the time). and conversely, who is not getting any notification/orders in relation to their GPS location and logon availability to the app..Version: 3.17.0

Better the appOne thing that could change is when you get a batch, we could decide which order to deliver first. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense the order of the deliveries/Also I’ve noticed the same drivers always get the shop and deliveries and never take the curbsides pickups. They just sit in the parking lot waiting for them. The store doesn’t want us sitting in there parking lot. I feel if you’re within a 2 mile radius of the store the orders should be passed out evenly amongst the drivers. Another thing is when you assign orders from stores that I’m so far away from. It would cost me money to take those offers. So it ruins my acceptance rating. Maybe send those orders out unassigned. Example: you send me an order from a store that’s 9 miles away and the offer is for $8.00 for 7.8 miles. So I reject it and it ruins my acceptance rating. One more thing it’s not fair for the customer to take away the tip. We work so hard especially in this heat of 100 plus degrees and we do everything right and they take it away. It’s called tip baiting. They add a large tip so the driver will accept it and then they take it away. That’s one of the biggest thing we drivers do not like. Thank you for listening.Version: 4.14.1

The pay is better then door dash butWhen working for Spark Driver it can be a waiting game, sometimes you will get horrible Offers and sometimes really good offers that pay well. Most of the time you will be driving far so you will be at the gas station twice a week which will take away from your earnings. Your car will also take a beating driving all around which I wish I could get a delivery vehicle. Here is the thing I wish they would stop and that is giving customers 24 hours to change there tips which there will be customers who will tip bait a delivery driver ever so often. This is how they do it. Say for example you had a offer that said 57 dollars 15 stops, you so without tips your looking at 37 dollars and with the tips your looking at 57 as it says for tips 20. When your done completing those 15 trips your hoping you get what you saw in the first place right which is 57 dollars, well guess what the customer who is a tip baiter will take that 20 back as he has the 24 hour customization to do that without the slightest reason why he took it back, so then you only make 37 which I find very criminal. We are here to provide for our families and sadly we have to hope the customer that promises that tip that you see before you click on a job will pay you that tip...Version: 4.5.1

Ok.Ok so let me start with the app glitches which at times are ridiculous. They used to be daily occurrences. I hope this update has fixed them. Secondly, we shouldn’t have to wait on tips. Quit playing games with us to get the cheapest labor possible. Either it’s bad customers or them themselves stealing from the people that work for them and it isn’t right. Especially when dealing with customers that will have you going back and forth up floors to their apartment door for orders. They should have a process in place where they got to call in and have a good reason why they are taking a tip off. Sometimes though they got good offers for batches for example, but batches are another mixed bag as if the Walmart employees themselves don’t want to or feel the need to get the batches loaded up and they will play games on your time and make you miss incentives to make good money doing this. Then you got to waste time with support filing complaints on them to get new people hired. (Or atleast I do.) In good markets you can definitely make good money doing this long as you aren’t dealing with shotty employees and or customers though I also agree with others that it can get over saturated with too many drivers and then you can’t get good offers all the time either. So, definitely things to consider if you want to do this..Version: 4.16.0

Wrongful DeactivationI was deactivated after almost two years because they were informed that I was terminated from Walmart years ago. After an appeal they write back stating the were informed that I currently work for Walmart and it’s prohibited by terms of use. So, which one is it? Am I being punished again for something that happened years ago? Aka double jeopardy? Or am I deactivated over false information? And why wasn’t this known when I applied. You submitted for a background check and everything else. Let me do deliveries for about two years and then one day decide you didn’t want to? It’s wrong. It’s messed up. You’re screwing with my income and my life but you don’t care while sitting behind your desk only looking at info on a screen. There’s someone behind that information you’re reading. I’m a person. I was doing a good job. And you took it away from me like I’m nothing. I don’t matter. It’s not your problem, and you had no problem creating one for someone. Let’s start deactivating you guys for false reasons or for issues that happened so long ago they don’t even pertain to what’s going on now. Here. “You got a letter D when you were in fifth grade. You’re deactivated”.Version: 4.30.0

Hopefully it will improve 🤞🏽Hello anyone interested in driving with spark. I just want to say I’m a driver coming from other platforms who enjoys independent work. When I first joined this platform I would receive decent orders for a reasonable payout. Recently the order availability is terrible. Payouts being $7-less then ten dollars driving up to 7 miles which might not seems too bad for some until you calculate the miles and time you drive getting back to the store because that’s the only way you’ll receive another order (which can take 15-30 even 45 minutes to get, even in a “busy red zone) Example $7-possibly $10 for 7 miles and 7 minutes back is 14 😕 only receiving that small payout. Then they throw a good paying order to compensate for that time and miles. Which your actually gipped because prop 22 would have given you the additional instead you work for it. I don’t know I just feel like at the end of a long exhausting day 5-8 hours I’m only coming home with $50-$70 and almost half goes back into gas ☹️ oh and tips aren’t very going either (but inflation is a you know what) hope this helps someone. P.S they have also hired way to many drivers, like mentioned sometimes your waiting over 30 minutes for an order you probably don’t want to take but do because your desperate.Version: 4.8.0

MetricsMy concern is why does the metric drop instead of going up after a certain amount of successful deliveries I understand every delivery you do it equals 2% sometimes I can do eight trips to nine trips maybe five trips to six trips. My metrics will go up in my metrics will go down not only myself have this problem of the drivers as well that I talk to you, so why do the message drop when you do successful deliveries to location instead of it going up my metrics was 64% on March 7th when I looked this morning, it dropped to 52%. I sent numerous messages and verbally called to get a reason of why can anyone please answer this question and no I am not canceling orders. And these other driver with fake accounts have 2 and 3 phones yall should get the Walmart stores to ask for physical state I’d that they are able to scan ids with shopping orders and curbside pick ups if they are not that person in front of them physically report it to spark have them deactivated or while they be dropping orders off the will give the other person the other phone to the person with them to go do there orders for them we have to keep it fair for everyone one phone mandatory all I ask for fairness I ever had a problem with spark until these guys start messing it up.Version: 4.27.0

Rating the stock, driver app, and a reviewI will give the spark driver app a five star rating as well as many great things to say in terms of the customer service we are able to provide, and how much like a regular job it can become in the sense of being able to still pay your bills Should you treat it like a regular job? It’s incredible. The customer base that the spark platform has bill and how many people use the platform and our regular customers and seem to really enjoy it. Hi myself as a spark driver enjoy shopping and picking up groceries and delivering them and it is my pleasure to get those groceries on the list to the customers doorstep… the flexibility is nice being able to jump from city to city when you get done closer to another city that has a Walmart you can add the drop of a hat switch your zone to the city of your closest to and receive orders there for a while, almost seamlessly.. thank you spark team for helping this system run as smooth as it does and for all the support you have given us drivers and customers with any concerns and issues we’ve had.. this app continues to get better and I am grateful to be a part of the spark driver community – Thank you Walmart.Version: 4.38.0

Tip BaitingI was previously working with InstaCart. I am making dramatically more money here. However, I came here to read the reviews as I was questioning my own sanity. I felt as though my tips weren’t adding up to what remember th to be. I don’t pick up jobs based on the top left. Just the total. I don’t notice until the end of the day with all of my pending tips. Until recently. I’ve noticed that many customers put a very large tip in order to entice you to take the order. Then, nearly immediately remove it after completion. I was theorizing that it was being done purposefully. So, I came here. I’ve noticed that many other of us are experiencing the same thing. I understand the reasoning however, there should be some sort of fix. I show up every morning at 6:30 as I always have with any other position I’ve held. I take my job seriously. I haven’t experienced the batch cancellation at the store I’m at. The employees are great. The town below me has a problem getting orders together in a timely manner. I’m very organized and already had a cooler from my previous job. Yesterday, I had a customer complaint that o had not delivered to the correct house. I immediately returned to the gates neighborhood where I deliver regularly. The house number was very clear on the house and mailbox. Again, questioning my own sanity. I called Customer support who kept reassuring me that I had completed the order. I wanted to deliver the order as it had perishables and made it back in time to still make the original delivery time promise. They told me to leave the order and return to the next order I had already accepted to the same extremely affluent neighborhood. I know that we can’t change people. However, there has to be some way to resolve this. I am at least glad it’s not just me that’s experiencing this..Version: 4.16.0

Needs WorkThe app in general is pretty nice, but there are a few things that I could do without. Aside from the fact that I’ve been waiting for my alcohol delivery license to be verified for three months now, the first thing I don’t really care for is the scanner. It’s far too slow and unresponsive a lot of the time. The second thing that I’m not so fond of is the fact that when you get to a delivery location, the app wants to ask you 50 questions before you can start unloading your deliveries. I’m still new to using the app so I’m not 100% familiar with all the ins and outs of how it works, but as I continue to deliver with spark maybe I will discover ways to eliminate some of the other problems that I have, but for now those are the main two that need to be addressed in my opinion. Also, whenever it comes to the scanner, I don’t need to be re-reminded how to scan an item. It’s pretty self-explanatory I could do without that reiteration of how it works every so often because it just gets in the way. Another thing that should be implemented into the app is a night mode because once the sun goes down, the order receiving page needs a new color scheme. It’s too bright and it’s distracting whenever you’re trying to drive and receive orders at the same time.Version: 4.27.0

WorkThis helps me make the money I need extra, I used to work part time with this but I’ve started working full. You get paid after every trip. The only things I don’t like is if your on a delivery and there’s no service you can’t finish the delivery because the app don’t work that waste a lot of time. Also sometimes the address that you have to go to is not right with the gps so that waste gas and time trying to find that with no service. They also don’t always have right miles on the order before you accept. Also there is some trips that are not worth the money with miles and distance. I definitely think we should be getting paid more. Like if there’s a delivery for 25.8 miles they want to only pay like 15 or maybe 17 bucks like that’s not even a buck a mile then it don’t include heading there or back to pick up again so you actually have more miles to run. I think we should get paid extra from where are last drop was if we expected another order. Also the incentive programs are always when they are not that busy like pacific times. Which is a bummer. It’s not perfect but you could make extra money. Just have to consider the gas miles and wear and tear on your vehicle. There a lot they should fix for us drivers..Version: 4.24.0

Spams you with recurrent low offer batch orders. The app is okay, but I’ve noticed that sometimes it will keep spamming the same low offer batch orders, like deliver 10 orders at 25 miles for $30. I could do one shopping order that pays that much and have way less mileage. There should be a way to keep those offers from coming back 10+ times. And I don’t mean they keep offering more money every time it comes around because eventually it’ll restart at the initial amount they offered, and it doesn’t usually go up by a huge amount, anyway. Also, sometimes I have to wait a long time for pickup orders, but the ETA for pickup doesn’t change. And I can’t stack or plan orders even when I have plenty of time to pick up another order for later in the day. I’d also rather be able to convert a pickup order to a shopping order and do it myself if I have to wait over an hour past the expected pickup time. Also, customer service is alright *when* I can actually reach them. Sometimes it just says there was an error over and over. I wish they had phone customer support because pulling over and messaging support isn’t ideal for a driver. Otherwise, they pay well, and I do plan to keep driving for them, despite the annoyances, because of that..Version: 3.18.3

FrustratedTips should be given to drivers automatically. Customers shouldn’t be given the power to take the tips away. Drivers drive sometimes some miles to deliver. Drivers do a lot to accommodate customers needs. Some customers take advantage of the shopping. Example: I had a pick up at Walmart and the customer had an order that consisted of 17 bags full of items, 2 cases of water, 7 cases of soda. This customer lived on the 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. NO ONE comes out for their groceries. It’s frustrating at times with these customers who take advantage of the services rendered. Walmart should place a limit on how much to order on line. Keep it to a minimum. The drivers shouldn’t have to wait 24-48 hrs for any tip. The glitches in the app really need to be dealt with. I’m sure there’s more but other than that spark is better than DoorDash and uber eats. UPDATE: Another issue is the batch deliveries. Now, if you accept a batch delivery pay attention to the +1 attached to it because that means you will be picking up more packages from another Walmart store. That is just too much. And it is definitely not worth the pay. If you wanna make at least $100+ daily with the least amount of drops, stick to the individual pick ups or shop n deliver. It’s more worth it..Version: 4.23.0
