Reliable every timeI have had an EV for a few months now, and some of the charging stations have been absolutely awful to work with, if they want to work at all. BP Pulse has been reliable so far with each time I’ve needed them, and the price is about standard which I think is reasonable. However a little faster than most of the other chargers as well. BP Pulse NetworkI had been using the Electrify America network since I purchased my EV. However, pricing was not competitive and their charging stations have had frequent outtages and poor charging times. Using the BP network has been a much better experience. Was great, now an errorI downloaded this app because a new BP pulse station went in near me. The station has been flawless, 3 for 3. But today the app won’t let me log in. For anyone having issues with connecting chargerFor all the people having difficulties with the charger connecting to your car/charge port: Possible Answer: From what I have read online, the EVSE cables are heavy, and because of the weight of those cables, the charger/station will assume there is an issue with connection or your car. Possible Solution: After placing the charger inside the charging port of your vehicle, hold the charger cable (tube) up straight for 15—30 seconds to ensure charger is connected. Another garbage proprietary ev systemI think there needs to be legislature passed to manage these charging stations and companies. These companies have got to be using tax breaks to set these systems up, but skim as much as they can off the top. This system is absolutely garbage. The UI on the charger and the app are trash and even their website does not have any meaningful help. I don’t understand why you have to go through a useless app with no functionality to even set up payments with ease just to plug in your vehicle. There is not even a readily available station number in the charger, which you need to work the app. Lame and another poor attempt to build brand loyalty by building junk and overly complicated systems. It’s like they want the government incentives without having to actually provide any service..ChocaCookieVersion: 3.15.2

Worst EV charging company yetI downloaded the app because the user interface on the charger is broken, the app asked me for a station ID but it wanted more than the number 43 which was written on the charging station in permanent marker turns out there's a whole bunch of characters that go before the 43 which no one bothered to draw on the machine. I downloaded the app and tried my best to make the charging session work on my own but the app failed to initiate charging and then I called the phone number app gives for support and the same person answered all three times and that person hung up on me a minute each time. The first two times they didn't even wait for me to say hello before they hung up. This service is so bad that it would be better if it did not exist at all.683710uniqVersion: 3.15.2

Nothing workedI had a few miles left on my electric van, pulled in to charge, didn’t take my card, call them, they can’t find the station on their end, I download their app, couldn’t upload money, they couldn’t find my email address or account, had to spend hundreds on towing. Not useful at allWow, this app is not helpful. I tried using two different BP Pulse for the first time at sites in two different cities and it was not a simple or reliable process. To pay with the app: Why do they need Credit Card setup like it’s 2010 - they should just use Apple Pay or at the very least let the app get the card information from wallet. Why does it tell you to scan the bar code on the charger - when they don’t have bar codes? 4 separate chargers at two different sites - not a single bar code to be found. Other than barcode other way to start a charge is with the ID number. Which is also - not to be found anywhere on the chargers and it turns out the ID numbers in the app don’t match what the chargers are actually identified with. On one charger a user had hand written the correct ID number with a sharpie - without that I don’t know how I would have found the correct ID number at all. So why is all that important? After all they have card readers (which DO take Apple Pay!) on the chargers… Which is great - if they work. One machine the card reader was dead as a post and so we had to try starting the charge in the app. Also - if they ever set up any subscriptions or discounts you would need your account tied to the charging session somehow. Overall my experience with this app and BP Pulse was not a good one..R8erzVersion: 4.0.0
