Ease of use of appLove, love, love everything I have ordered. But, the app can be difficult. Tried to order and add phone number and there is no dash (that I could find) so kept getting error message. Then got something about items could not be ordered/delivered together???? Finally took off 3 items, waited until the next day and the order went through. Black Friday overload??? No idea. Even tried using iPad rather than iPhone and still got error messages. AI chat was helpful but unfortunately suggestions did not work for me. User error??? Could be. Not a young person who knows all the ins and outs for cell phones. Need to address issues with photo ornamentsI love this shop and I love the idea of the app. Very easy to use until I tried to do a photo ornament. It would not let you process the order to your cart. Did the live chat and the suggestion was to log in through the website which I did and placed my order. Customer service is goneI know this is suppose to be about the app but I'm rating personal creations itself. I've ordered personalized ornaments for my children and their families for several years now and was always satisfied, it didn't bother me that it always say free shipping but I'm always charged for shipping. What does bother me is that when I pay for express shipping to have them delivered to me but a certain date, they come later then had they just charged me the standard rate. Also bothers me that when I talk with customer service they double talk about how free shipping is only if you are not a loyal customer purchasing multiple ornaments each year. I would understand if it was different addresses being shipped to but they all come in one package to me. Now with that all being said when I ordered last year I changed my address and recieved them fine, had even deleted my old address from my account, this year when I ordered it showed my correct address but when I track my package it is being sent to my old address from a couple years ago, so if I receive them it wi not be in time to give them to my kids when we all get together. When I call about this I got put on hold for over half hour then hung up on 3 times I called back and finally got thru and 3 times they hung up on me. Very frustrating experience!I just wanted to purchase a personalized beach towel for my granddaughter. I attempted to do this on the app on my phone. It indicated my password was incorrect. I requested an email to rest it. Never received it. Checked spam and junk emails. Requested reset email again with no luck. Contacted Chat requesting assistance. They decided I needed to be connected to a human. Chatted with a human who sent me the reset email, Attempted to changed password and again, it said I needed to change my password, they would send me an email. Never received it. Called on the phone. Put on hold, was disconnected. Called back, put on hold, was disconnected. Decided to order the towel under my husbands name and email ( who does not have an account).
