Quality of Highlight Videos DiminishingI have been using Hudl to keep up with my grandsons’ football games for several years. In the past, Highlight videos have been of good quality until this year. There are fewer video clips, even for games with many memorable moments. The most recent highlight video had 4 clips, with only one of them of the winning team, in a game where the final score was 35-21. Highlights films from previous years, had as many as 7 clips. Also, unlike previous years, there were no offensive or defensive leaders’ stats, no screen with total yardage information, and no Player of the Game. I used to look forward to the highlight videos every week. It was a great way to share game results with friends and family who were unable to attend the games. Over priced waste of timeThe app is worthless since you have to go online to purchase tickets. On a mobile device it can get confusing which you are on since the app and website present the same and the app does not present the option to purchase tickets nor direct you to the website to purchase. The entire app is poorly thought out. The only option given for “manage your account” l is to permanently delete it?!? “You don’t have access “messages rather than a link or redirect to online??? Unpaid intern work at its finest! And $2.73 processing fee to purchase a $6 ticket to a school game? Almost 50% processing fee for no service, no value added extra step?!? Let downThe app is extremely inconsistent with being able to view games. For the team I like to follow, I usually can’t get a game to play, trying from multiple devices, until late in the first quarter. I have to normally find the game through the opposing teams HUDL page as it is not listed on the home teams page. Tonight the stream stopped at halftime. I like the thought of this app and am more than willing to pay to watch my nephew play from afar if I can expect some reliability. Minnesota section 2A girls basketball section finals gameUnbelievably disappointed in this and am asking for a refund. The first little bit of the game was ok then when the score was about 11_13, we lost the game, it kept trying to reload and just sat and spun for the balance of the game. This isn’t our first experience with this happening and with us living in AZ, and feeling like we were going to be able to have a seat to the game, we are absolutely dissatisfied with the service HUDL has given. App doesn’t workThe app search doesn’t pull up the games 80% of the time. Don’t offer an app for Roku, Apple TV, etc. if you can even see all the upcoming games. We can never find the games with search. Also, the app on the iPhone won’t cast to the tv- so you can’t even do that. Really clunky app and doesn’t work most of the time. Do not useI paid to watch a high school football game but got incessantly bombarded with ads. About every 1 to 2 minutes through the entire game the screen would go black and an ad would start. Not just during time outs either. They would pop up constantly even in the middle of plays. I missed most of the game because of this garbage. Not worth itIf you absolutely have to I guess. Not a great experience. Video not good. Some school allow you to watch for free. Others are in bed with the company. Our school has always valued the older fans who can’t get to the game and allowed them to watch for free not away games. The app is not user friendly either. Grandparents still can’t find a game even though the school is marked their favorite. I always have to swing by and go through the long process of searching a game. Impossible to find games that you purchase.Purchased conference baseball tournament pass. I can see it in my purchase history but there is no link to get to the livestream from my order history and searching for the tournament or teams and then looking under livestream is pointless. You will only be able to watch games if you have a link, which will pull the game up in a browser…… so what is the point of the app?!!!! Support, both chat bot and e-mail, is of no help. Buffering constantlyI’ve tried several devices a couple different internet connections and it’s the same everytime. It will play 10-20 seconds then you get the buffering wheel and it never plays again unless you back out of the stream and start over again. Then the whole process starts over again.
