Chick-fil-A Play Customer Service

Unfortunately this app is a big miss on the quality and functionality that I’ve come to expect from this brand. As a developer/designer, I think this app needs a full UI/UX overhaul if it wants to be successful in a crowded mobile entertainment environment. The resolution isn’t dynamic, the menu UX is jarring and lacking, and the entire app experience lacks cohesion. I could go on…it just isn’t an enjoyable experience. The core content is a good foundation to build on and seems to be on brand, my guess is this was at least partially outsourced, it’s just not up to par. Love the vision and intention of app and hope it evolves. Rooting for you Chick fil A. 💪 Edit: Massive improvement! New UI/UX is super lean and mobile friendly. Content is accessible and responsive. I really love this app. I’ve been on it ever since they released it. However I do have some suggestions for you guys. I noticed that and you guys don’t have that many games and I was hoping that you could add some more. they don’t need to be that Advanced. Maybe a dress up game or something that you could dress up The cows. Number two. I would like there to be a way that you could turn off the Spanish translations when you listen to the stories. Because it interferes with the story in my opinion. Last thing I just wanted to point out is when you click on play, I noticed that there was the car from the play place at Chick-fil-A. I would also like it if you could make An online replica of that play place. I’m too old for that playground now and I never got to go in person because the Location with a playgroundWas too far away from us and whenever we did go and use the drive-through🥺. But I always begged my dad if we could go there. That’s all I really have to say. good app😊😊

This is a great app when it’s working my children love it and we look forward to Evergreen Hills this December 2025, but recently we have not been able to use it. Every time we open the app it shuts itself down. We’re not sure what happened. We tried to update it. We even tried to uninstall it and then install it again so if someone could please help my children have been looking forward to Evergreen Hills since last year

Our whole family loves this app, especially the great podcast content. However, the podcast player has a lot of glitches. For example, it sometimes won’t play unless the screen is on with the app in view. Usually restarting the app can help get the playback back on track, but it is very difficult to work with it while you are driving on a solo roadtrip with restless kids.

Well, i tested this app out for myself, and it isn’t half bad, except for one issue: it’s very laggy and constantly crashing/freezing Just saying that when i tried to play the "Go Go Cow" game, it froze midway on a white screen, so i had to close out the app If you guys can at least patch up this issue for everyone else, thank you for your time, but if not, just stick to making chicken patties

Rarely does one have a strong positive feeling about a fast food restaurant but my kids really enjoyed The Legend of Evergreen Hills. It was a such a joy watching it with them. We would watch an episode before bedtime every day this holiday season. They looked forward to the new episode being released every week. The video quality is very high and well done. Well done!

I heard that one of the cow videos you have to swipe up to the volume like every single minute to reset the volume. I know what that is, but I do not like it, but the rest is fine very funny video but in one of the games want the cow games with when you paint the billboards when you touch it that is like impossible. It keeps on just glitching and blacking out.

So I love the content! It’s high quality and great or fun messages. Only thing is I would love to put it on the tv but casting it can be difficult. I wish there was a roku app or an app on Apple TV to stream the content easier. Hopefully they come out with that soon .

I haven’t tried any of the recipes or crafts yet, but the games are great. A lot of them are multiplayer, which I personally like better than single player. There are also videos you can watch and podcasts, too. The recipe videos are simple and easy to follow.

Love the app, but on my older phone, they didn’t have Wi-Fi. It was hard to play the newest high-speed game called undercover cows. My phone could even load gogo cows just not the new one well I can play on my new iPad and other than that it is a great app

This app is beautifully made and will be nice to pull out with my kids when we have a few minutes of downtime or need a distraction in the car/waiting for appointments. I’m excited to show them the new Evergreen Hills series!

The content is amazing; great story lines, great graphics, but it lags so much. We found some video clips are worse than others. Please fix the bugs because this has SO much potential!

This game is so fun and the videos are amazing but it’s always lagging/crashing/freezing there has been many complaints about this so I hope you fix it !!

When I first downloaded this app, it was fun because I’ve played Go Go Cow and watched the Cow Tales, but what’s the problem? There’s not enough fun games for me to find and play since I’m 10+ Then I started to find this app useless and boring, PLS PUT MORE FUN GAMES INSTEAD OF BORING ONES :((

The screen keeps going white after my daughter gets to the burger place. Won’t let her go on to the next race. Kids love the app hope they can get the kinks worked out.

Does the loading have to be so slow? takes at least like five minutes alone! fix this immediately!!!!!!!!!

This app is the best. Thank you for making this app. The only thing I would change is the terms and conditions agreement selection. It’s a bit confusing.

I use this with family and friends and it’s been fun! Although the joke creator doesn’t give the funniest jokes, having the option to send a tomato or applause is fun.

I love that there is more here than just a tool to occupy my kids. There are tons of ideas in this app for us to create and play together.

Love this app! What a great way to bring the family together with quality time activities. Love the guided crafts, Word of the Day and the Conversation Starters. The animated cows are so fun too!

In this app, you get some cool games for everyone in the family! But, you also get some videos and audiobooks too. Really good, trust me!

Can you make it an ap that will work on switch 2 and Sony? Than k you for the great family entertainment.

I love the food. The app is entertaining. You know it's great when we watch a family movie sitting on Evergreen Forrest on the Chicfila app. Consider adding a link to the Bible app!

Also love it also do my grandkids but as u .. I have the app on my phone but every time I go to use it .. it’s like I have to re-install it!! It’s aggravating!

It’s cool to see companies try new things and I enjoy the fun, lighthearted movies and games the app offers.

We’re always on the lookout for wholesome children’s/family entertainment with good traditional values. Our toddler loves this show! Thank you Chick-fil-A!

My son loves the video shorts he laughed while watching all of them. And I just admit they are funny! The guy in the tractor trailer singing is funny.

My six-year-old noticed how this app can't keep up with other digital content that he has been exposed to. The only thing I know to compare it to is PBS games/videos and this is on a much smaller scale. Some of the videos just don't play some of the games just freeze. It's more frustrating than fun, but I'm really hoping they get their act together because the graphics are so cute and there's a lot of potential.

I love all things Chick-fil-A, so I was very excited to download this new app. I am blind, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was still interested in listening to the short films they’ve been advertising. I was very sad to discover that this app is not accessible for the blind or visually impaired at all. Buttons are not easily found or clickable when VoiceOver is turned on. When you do manage to click on the links nothing happens. I would gladly give this app 5 stars once they make it more accessible to us in the blind and visually impaired communities.

I like that Chick-fil-A is trying to do this, but we don’t need another screen in our family. This pushes kids towards a phone when we are trying to push them outside and away from screens. We tried this for a bit, but it’s just too much noise and distraction when we would rather have authentic family time.

We have been loving this app and watching evergreen hills! We love hidden island but lately no matter what episode you select it plays episode one. We tried going to a different streaming platform and it only shows episode one out. Hope they’re keeping this podcast! We love it!

First thing when I downloaded the app I was excited but the only thing I wanted to try out was the videos so I pressed on a random video and it just showed some like scary lights and I got scared so I exit out and I don’t know what to do next

The app could be something cool, but it’s very annoying that my phone has to be off of silent mode and stay in the app to play the podcasts for my kid. If the devs could make it so that the podcasts will play even when my phone is on silent mode and allows background play so that I can check emails and texts while the podcasts are playing, I’d give it 5 stars

The app is great for watching video and words. The games get stuck almost everytime at the end . At least every 9 out of 10 times , all I see is a white cloud at end. I have updated the app and close and come back and it does not help.

I’ve tried multiple times to open and reopen and it never gets past the initial start up loading page. Idk if it’s because I live in Europe that it won’t load but will try to access when I come to visit family in Christmas.

There is a game called “Word of the Day” and I think it’s indicative of the whole app—the word doesn’t change for sometimes over a week. I don’t think they’ve put their best foot forward with the execution of a game app. Crashing is common, too. Why present a subpar product?

Downloaded for podcast. App had to be redownloaded after every episode, buttons wouldn’t work, and the podcast would randomly shut off and, oh, time to redownload again. Literally writing this

Content is great and family affirming. Unfortunately, podcasts frequently freeze or will not play—very glitchy. I’m sure they will iron it out, at which point I will happily give it five stars.

Unfortunately was unable to do anything on the app. Every time I opened it the app went to the privacy information and would not let me get past that. Would loved to have been able to see any of the games or content, oh well.

So much potential but so buggy!!!! App closes on me randomly; you can’t listen to an audio book and turn off the phone at once. It doesn’t save you place where you left off… great content; awful app

The games would be fun if the app didn’t glitch every time I tried to play them. Very annoying when I want to play them. Please try and fix this I’ve tried everything. 😭😭

I am so excited to watch and use this app, but when I go to do anything (watch, play, listen, etc) it keeps booting me out of the app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, shutting off the iPad and starting it back up, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

The entire app is just an advertisement for your children. There’s no educational content whatsoever and its sole purpose is to advertise to your kids. Try watching the “short films” and see how many chick fil a references they packed into an 11min long video. It’s actually insane
