Love the brand but this app is not good. 😔Unfortunately this app is a big miss on the quality and functionality that I’ve come to expect from this brand. As a developer/designer, I think this app needs a full UI/UX overhaul if it wants to be successful in a crowded mobile entertainment environment. The resolution isn’t dynamic, the menu UX is jarring and lacking, and the entire app experience lacks cohesion. I could go on…it just isn’t an enjoyable experience. The core content is a good foundation to build on and seems to be on brand, my guess is this was at least partially outsourced, it’s just not up to par. Love the vision and intention of app and hope it evolves. Rooting for you Chick fil A. 💪 Edit: Massive improvement! New UI/UX is super lean and mobile friendly. Content is accessible and responsive. Great app but I have two suggestionsI really love this app. I’ve been on it ever since they released it. However I do have some suggestions for you guys. I noticed that and you guys don’t have that many games and I was hoping that you could add some more. they don’t need to be that Advanced. Maybe a dress up game or something that you could dress up The cows. Number two. I would like there to be a way that you could turn off the Spanish translations when you listen to the stories. Because it interferes with the story in my opinion. Last thing I just wanted to point out is when you click on play, I noticed that there was the car from the play place at Chick-fil-A. I would also like it if you could make An online replica of that play place. I’m too old for that playground now and I never got to go in person because the Location with a playgroundWas too far away from us and whenever we did go and use the drive-through🥺. But I always begged my dad if we could go there. That’s all I really have to say. good app😊😊.Version: 2024.2.2
Used to work and now closes itself out :(This is a great app when it’s working my children love it and we look forward to Evergreen Hills this December 2025, but recently we have not been able to use it. Every time we open the app it shuts itself down. We’re not sure what happened. We tried to update it. We even tried to uninstall it and then install it again so if someone could please help my children have been looking forward to Evergreen Hills since last year.Version: 2025.5.1
5 star content but 3 star app performanceOur whole family loves this app, especially the great podcast content. However, the podcast player has a lot of glitches. For example, it sometimes won’t play unless the screen is on with the app in view. Usually restarting the app can help get the playback back on track, but it is very difficult to work with it while you are driving on a solo roadtrip with restless kids..Version: 2026.0.1
Okay app, just one flawWell, i tested this app out for myself, and it isn’t half bad, except for one issue: it’s very laggy and constantly crashing/freezing Just saying that when i tried to play the "Go Go Cow" game, it froze midway on a white screen, so i had to close out the app If you guys can at least patch up this issue for everyone else, thank you for your time, but if not, just stick to making chicken patties.Version: 2024.2.3
My kids love the videosRarely does one have a strong positive feeling about a fast food restaurant but my kids really enjoyed The Legend of Evergreen Hills. It was a such a joy watching it with them. We would watch an episode before bedtime every day this holiday season. They looked forward to the new episode being released every week. The video quality is very high and well done. Too glitchyI heard that one of the cow videos you have to swipe up to the volume like every single minute to reset the volume. I know what that is, but I do not like it, but the rest is fine very funny video but in one of the games want the cow games with when you paint the billboards when you touch it that is like impossible. It keeps on just glitching and blacking out..Version: 2026.0.1
Freezes- glitches a lotMy six-year-old noticed how this app can't keep up with other digital content that he has been exposed to. The only thing I know to compare it to is PBS games/videos and this is on a much smaller scale. Some of the videos just don't play some of the games just freeze. It's more frustrating than fun, but I'm really hoping they get their act together because the graphics are so cute and there's a lot of potential..Version: 2025.1.1
Good content.. need an app to work on tvSo I love the content! It’s high quality and great or fun messages. Only thing is I would love to put it on the tv but casting it can be difficult. I wish there was a roku app or an app on Apple TV to stream the content easier. Hopefully they come out with that soon ..Version: 2025.7.0
Fun games, crafts, recipes, and moreI haven’t tried any of the recipes or crafts yet, but the games are great. A lot of them are multiplayer, which I personally like better than single player. There are also videos you can watch and podcasts, too. The recipe videos are simple and easy to follow..Version: 2026.1.0
Great appLove the app, but on my older phone, they didn’t have Wi-Fi. It was hard to play the newest high-speed game called undercover cows. My phone could even load gogo cows just not the new one well I can play on my new iPad and other than that it is a great app.Version: 2025.3.4

We miss hidden island!We have been loving this app and watching evergreen hills! We love hidden island but lately no matter what episode you select it plays episode one. We tried going to a different streaming platform and it only shows episode one out. Hope they’re keeping this podcast! We love it!.Version: 2025.7.1

The videos when I press them make like it’s glitchingFirst thing when I downloaded the app I was excited but the only thing I wanted to try out was the videos so I pressed on a random video and it just showed some like scary lights and I got scared so I exit out and I don’t know what to do next.Version: 2025.7.0
Great app butWhen I first downloaded this app, it was fun because I’ve played Go Go Cow and watched the Cow Tales, but what’s the problem?
