Perfect gameThis was a perfect advantage/mystery game. I love the way the hidden object games were ore original and occurred less often than your average HOG. I prefer more of an adventure/mystery, being able to solve clues and figure out complex puzzles more than finding objects. However, I like the hidden object mini game in this version where you have to find components and parts to open to get out of the hidden game, not just finding random objects hidden in a pile of junk. The story line was excellent. I also enjoyed playing different characters and story lines where they eventually came together. This game reminded me of my all time favorite back in the day, a Big fish game called 13 skulls. It was interactive, had real people pop up and talk to you. Great job! Free to playAnother free to play but does not tell you . I was looking forward to a full game but I guess not. Please give us the Collectors Edition . Update. July 5th. Back to this game it was fabulous the length was long the story held your attention no problems with the map. I would rather pay for this then a episode game that doesn’t work. Perfect Game! Never Stop Making These!!There is not enough time for me to write about how perfect these games are from Five-BN games. I am out of words to describe how much I love completing them. I honestly get sad whenever I finish a series because I know I will have to wait for another one to come out. These games helped get me through quarantine and those lays days where I just stayed in the house. I love every aspect of the game ranging from the storyline to the tricky puzzles. New NY mystery favoriteThe Lost Lands are still my very favorite but this is my new favorite game of the New York Mystery series. I enjoyed the story and most of the puzzles. I really liked being able to play the 3 parts over without having to restart from the beginning. There was one puzzle in the second part(?) where I was supposed to use the two buttons to turn and exchange the pieces. I could get them to move around but not to change places. I ended up just skipping that one and moved on. Now I’m looking forward to trying it again (probably repeatedly) in the extras. Great game. Fantastic developers!.MsLCCVersion: 1.0.7

Bug chapter 2Update: after restarting the app a few times got it to work. But definitely something going on there. It happened on other chips as well. Great game other than that and the fact you can’t watch ads for coins. I play this on my iPhone fyi. Some clues aren’t geared to phones apparently as they are very small font. But loves the Lost Land series. Best I’ve played. On the green chip game where you move the chips by hopping over each other to cover green dots. There’s a chip that won’t move when there’s a jump available. I checked a walkthrough vid and it works there. Game can’t be completed. And ads to get hints don’t work to be able to skip it. Love it!I have played all your New York mystery games and I am so glad you guys keep it f2p for everyone. I’m a escape adventure mystery fanatic but a lot of them you can only play the first scene. Super fun game!This game was so fun I didn’t want to put it down! The graphics were great, the puzzles challenging on most skill levels and the story line was creative! Only wish I have is that we could have watched advertisements for hint points. Had to do the entire puzzle with only 5 hints! Free, full length, & amazing!The whole NY series is one of my favorites, I just love the graphic/artistic style and the fact that it actual has a plot and voiceovers. This series is designed with thought, not manufactured by template. Plus, NY5 has 3 chapters to it so far, making it an extra long game, and it's totally free! A Lot of Fun!The New York Mysteries series puts you in a great setting. Play with AirPods on to make it even more immersive. I enjoyed games 1 through 5 a lot. Very relaxing play. Love this gameI fell in love with the NY series when I found the first game and saw there was two more. Once the forth came out I was excited to play the fifth game. New York 5…Love all these games, but there’s always small issues in each one. Found 2 in chapter 1 of this game. The 10th rung for the ladder out of the sewers was nowhere to be found. Check every tunnel a dozen times. Pulled every lever. Drained every pool of water. Shined lantern in every corner. Nothing. Before that, the museum director said he’d give me the key, but never did. Glitch…The puzzle when trying to enter the castle ***SPOILER***** after the grandson goes through the painting after his grandfather, in chapter three won’t work properly. Some chips won’t move.. they won’t skip over other chips, as per the instructions.. there’s nothing in the way.. they just won’t move. The only option I have is to skip it.. so I’ll have to watch 5 ads to do so as I’m definitely not paying money for a glitch. I’ve watched walkthroughs (which I hate doing) and followed them to a T but still, some chips won’t move. I though maybe they were part of the puzzle, to make it more difficult, but no. And it’s not just the same two that always won’t move, others did the same thing. Please fix!!! I love these games and really don’t want to skip the puzzle. I’ll change my review once fixed. Eh….I am a big fan of this series, and 1, 2, and 3 were outstanding. 4 was ok, but this one is not the same caliber. It started with an interesting story line but the game itself is just back and forth, find something, stick it in the slot, find something else, stick it in another slot, blah blah, blah. And the chapters - each of which costs more than the original NY Mysteries - are way shorter than the first games. I do not like the FTP so paid the almost $20 for the three chapters. But do not feel like it’s worth it. I hate to say it, because I really wanted to love this, but it’s kind of boring..To the rescueVersion: 1.0.9
