Wizard Of Legend Customer Service

I’ve loved wizard of legend for a hot second and immediately bought it when I saw it on the App Store front page. So far, the only bugs I’ve encountered was one where my progress was randomly wiped, causing me to anxiously cloud save my file. One where my map refuses to open until I tap the button several times repeatedly. And the last is less of a bug but more of an easy to fix suggestion, please add support for having the game flip to the other side of the iPhone. At the moment you can only turn your phone one way to play the game and it places the camera awkwardly under my fingers. Can’t wait for the sequel to drop!

How I love this game, but after beating it a bunch of times. Sometimes I wish it had a dlc with more arcana elements and stuff. Ik there is a second game in 3d but how I love the pixel art. This game deserves so much more love. I just love the different arcana and the different builds u can make. I wish the 3d version was like Ror2. Having lots of movement like roboquest. Game would be so peak. Also there is a problem where when I rejoin the same trial after I close the game it doesn’t let me use the charged signature arcana. It shows that it’s charged and ready but when I use it. It just does the standard one.

Gameplay is great. I haven’t encountered any save issues, but I do go to settings and upload save progress often. If you use a controller, map is bugged and won’t close until you use an attack in touch screen mode and then touch map again while still in touch screen mode.

Bro this gotta be the craziest mobile game I’ve seen. It’s pretty much the same as the computer version except the controls are a little less intuitive (but it works). PSA you have to manually save if you want to preserve your spells and relics. You do this by clicking the cloak icon in the options.

Super fun game. It has great replay ability and it has SO many different spells that are all super fun to use. Only problem I have is if you forget to manually save your data you can lose everything and I wish there was a multiplayer mode that wasn’t local. Other than that super fun game with really cool magic.

The game is so amazing. I love everything about it, it’s so easy to find yourself immersed in spell slinging combat with this game. Please never take this off App Store, this game is truly one of the best parts of my day.

I haven’t had a problem with saving I’ve never lost any progress I haven’t beat Master Sura yet but I will soon I just save my progress from time to time

This is such a fun game, I own it on my computer as well! While I am traveling or not in front of my computer I use the Backbone controller and this doesn’t fully support it. Can you guys please add support to the backbone?

Love this game! Plays great on mobile. Having a blast playing until I randomly lost all of my progress for no reason therefore 4 stars.

This game is amazing!

The game is amazing for a mobile magic rougelike, if the game gets constant updates with new items, spells, and enemies that would keep things constantly fresh, also needs some more improvements like more in depth settings and some new features, if this were to happen I see this game being great similar to the binding of issac but with fantasy magic.

The game is awesome but there is one HUGE problem: the music sounds like I’m on hold and takes away from the experience. Please fix this it will make this port a lot better.

Extremely fun and challenging, action-packed, wizard game that makes you feel like the Avatar, and deserves a LOT more recognition. Basically what everyone else says who enjoys this game, but y’know, since I agree, I’m just saying it too, lol. My only complaints are a few bugs (i.e. mini map not centered right, and the music output being extremely low quality for some reason - it’d be nice if they fixed that one especially), and also the controller support could use a bit more attention, but these are not INHERENT to the game, and I’m sure will be fixed soon, making this outdated, and likewise won’t disproportionately affect my rating like so many other people like to do for some GODDAMN reason. LIKE, DO PEOPLE NOT KNOW WHAT A REVIEW *IS* THESE DAYS?! Forgive me, I needed to get that out of my system. Alright, where was I… Oh yeah, great game, definitely recommend it. And I mean like, 5$ for this? I might as well get arrested for robbery, cause that’s a steal in my book. Oh, on a side note, and as I alluded to above, I do play this with a controller, so I don’t know what the touchscreen experience is like; so you’ll have to look elsewhere for that if you’re one of *those* people (1/2 jk).

Why is the screen always locked to the left side of the phone, I can’t rotate my phone to the right . Otherwise it’s pretty good game, played on the pc and liked it. Please add online joining not just local I wanna play with my friends

The game itself is really good, lots to do and it’s visually beautiful. There are a few issues with the iOS port that need to be addressed though, using a PlayStation controller doesn’t have proper button mappings for the map or menu screens. There is also some hitching initially as assets load, those should be pre loaded in the background to prevent the hiccups the first time an animation is cast.

The map is difficult to close after you open it and it should disappear when you enter combat. Having it difficult to close combined with the fast paced combat makes it very frustrating.

I love this game I have it on all my systems but on mobile it won’t save my progress. It will switch the language when I go through the teleport pads and will then delete all of my cloaks and my items. I’ve put a few hours into the game and got frustrated cause it deleted my progress twice. It did save my spells though but thats a lot of work gone already. Hopefully that bug can get fixed and this game will get full 5 stars

I really wanted to like this one, but as the title says even on the easiest difficulty it’s tricky to reach the first chapter boss, let alone finish a run. The save problems are still present and prevalent, what’s worse is occasionally the items bought with the hard won currency (too little drops of it in the first place) will disappear from inventory. The combat is almost solid, though the enemies have far too many hitscan or quick attacks for my taste. The creators could learn from other roguelikes such as enter the Gungeon in all aspects. I’d say spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Writing this review after playing this game extensively. I want to start by saying this game on steam, or any other platform other than mobile is FANTASTIC. The combat is smooth, relics and spells are creative and satisfying. Art work is whimsical and fun. However, If you load the game in airplane mode it will wipe all of your data. I came back to the game a year later to see if they fixed the bug and they haven’t. the game will eventually crash and you will lose all of your progress. If the game loads in airplane mode you will lose all of your progress. If you lose internet connection while playing you will lose all of your progress. Sometimes you will just lose your progress for no reason. Do not waste your money on a game that the devs won’t fix. At this point its basically a scam.

I beat the game on multiplayer with my friend. Got a void attack. Loaded back into the game. Lost all of my gems, lost most of my attacks including the new void attack, and somehow lost my cloaca I was wearing. It was like it completely reset my game after beating it. Amazing game but needs to fix all its bugs first.

I was going through a run, then suddenly, my game language turned into Chinese? I know that it sounds like I changed the language but I was paying attention and I most certainly did not do that. Then after I close my run, it put me back into the tutorial and my progress was reset. Update: my spells were saved thankfully, and that I thank you for such, however my relics and my curse shop is missing.

I originally played the computer version of the game and got the mobile app to play on the go, but I encountered a glitch that changed my text to something Asian, then I lost all my relics, outfits and gems, I lost almost all the save data I worked for, except arcana, in the middle of a run. Other than that I’d still say this is a pretty good game, but with that glitch I’d recommend getting it on Steam instead

All of the reviews stating that there’s a catastrophic fault with the game where it bugs out with Chinese letters and resets your progress is still alive. I’m not sure why the devs haven’t addressed or fixed this issue but I highly suggest NOT buying this until you see that they have fixed this (literal) game ending bug. It will reset every second of progress without any chance of retrieving it. Do NOT dump time or buy this game!

When using controller on mobile i cant open the map up with R3 or pause the game with it and it gets really annoying

I loved this game on pc, and after learning there was mobile port I jumped to buy it. The game is an incredibly well made port of the game. However, the game deletes progress on the regular. I have lost my progress 3 times now. Because of this, I can’t recommend anyone buy the mobile version of this game. In short, buy it on steam.

Thought I would get this game. after I start playing for a few days and have lots of in game money and spells I load off and then back on everything is deleted all my progress all my money all my spells gone I don’t think I’ll be trying to get all of it back I think I’ll try and get my real money back.

Make sure to back of your save frequently or you will lose your progress. It’s a fun game but losing two days of play is exhausting.

Super fun game, great mechanics and gameplay, but I randomly lost all of my progress after beating master Sura and can’t get it back

Ok so I was playing for the past week and I had so many cool spells lined up but I just opened my account today and I lost all that progress. I lost weeks worth of grinding spells and chaos gems and now I don’t even want to play this game anymore knowing it’ll happen again

I was extremely far in the game with well over 50 relics and spells, loaded back into the game today and all of my progress was reset. All of my spells and relics were gone and all of the hard work I put into this game. Requesting a refund I’m beyond frustrated with this.

I tried this game multiple times but my progress keeps resetting to the beginning. It says that there is iCloud enabled, yet I am unable to have any data be saved to my cloud

Super fun game. I made it to third boss and unlocked most relics and arcana but then I opened the game and found that my entire progress got wiped. Very frustrating and makes me not want to play anymore. Fix it and I’ll play again.

Good game mechanics but progress is continually being reset. Upon log in language “randomly” resets to Chinese and I’ve lost 90% of my progress. After 2x of this nonsense it’s a serious bummer and I’m done.

My save file keeps getting deleted. While I love the game on every other system do not buy it on mobile until this is addressed.

It’s fun but when you open the map you cannot close it. I also wish it was a game I could just pick up and set down whenever but the game does not save in the middle of a run and they can take a little bit to finish sometimes.

I would like a full refund. I played though the story and collected and bought a lot of equipment robes and arcana but the game keeps resetting and I start from the beginning.

I’d make progress and then on a random load all progress is lost and reset. Super annoying

Smashing the touch screen and breaking it before u beat this game i know

This game will literally erase all of your progress. It’s done it to be twice now after literally dedicating HOURS. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. Once again I lost all of my progress. This is the 4th time. I’m deleting it. Lost all my arcana from the final boss.

Be warned - if you close the App mid run it will wipe all your progress. I’m not talking mid-run progress, I’m talking achievements, unlocked relics/arcana/outfits all gone. It’s happened to me twice now. Otherwise great game.

The only reason I bought this game is so I can play with my boyfriend, first five minutes of the Local multiplayer game crashes. Kept losing our progress through out the game because restarting the local play still crashes so bad. Please fix this I did not just spent $9 just for the game to crash badly! This is a great game on steam but terrible on mobile, it’s just very disappointing.

The game is very fun, fast paced and thrilling. But there is no ability to continue your run once you close the game. You start anew each time, which makes your progression go down the toilet. This makes the game not worth playing until they fix backing up progression.

I love wizards of legends, but the mobile version is mostly buggy and runs choppy on my new iPhone. The game could also use smoother controls. Thank you devs for making such an awesome game, and making the effort to bring it to mobile. Please consider these changes. I wish you all the best<3

Fun game but the lack of mid-game saves is utterly ridiculous for a mobile game. So if you get a call or something else interrupts your run, you’ll lose all your progress. This is a necessity on mobile ports!

Is a very good game but that is old and not only that the new one got announce sooo 8.91 for this game that is old

On the wall to the right of the training dummy’s in the lobby. There is a wall when u approach it shows 3 blank options and below that is Chinese characters in a red button format… I click on it and it asks if I want to reset my data.. but there are Chinese characters please replace that with english Just realized this.. but please have screen orientation as either an option or functional because when I charge my phone it’s twisting my wires..

This is my favourite rogue like on the market I’ve played it on console but got it on mobile to take on the go. I just discovered a bug where if you leave the game and go back and resume a trial any group items (the hunters satchel in this case) loses all the relics in it, if you drop it it disappears and the items appear in the relic shop again. Please fix! Edit: just encountered the bug where my save file was reverted back to a certain point and lost almost 100 runs and my 90% complete save file, please fix, this game is too good to have this many bugs dampen the experience

Excellent game. I bought it from switch first (I highly recommend it for arcane magic lovers). HOWEVER, after casually opening the app, I found all of my text was in Chinese. Plus, it had completely reseted the game as if I had never played before. Is there something I can do to restore my files? Developers, I ask for your help.

Just bought the game on my iphone why does it is on chinese, i cant translate it into english. How can i fix it? Help me please.

Love the game, but would love it even more if your run wouldn’t end randomly if the app is closed for a while. With the amount of time it takes to complete a run, there should be a function to automatically save a run to come back to later. You can exit sometimes and come back no problem, but if you decide to take a break for a couple hours in the middle of a run, you can basically kiss all that time you’ve invested goodbye. Edit: There’s a lot of potential in this game, but this issue has made the game unplayable for me. I’ll come back after it’s fixed.
