Major Fixes NeededThe app needs a major refresh. As someone who has frequented Chipotle in the US, I am disappointed in the rollout and effectiveness in almost every aspect of the Middle East’s version. The app is buggy, payment errors are frequent, pages are frozen and most importantly the order was incorrectly input. For the BOGO event I placed an order and after payment was confirmed, I got a notification and called the store because the order disappeared! The order number then linked to someone else’s order.
