The Best Puzzle Game I’ve Ever Played!As someone who enjoys puzzles, I must admit that it’s very difficult to find anything that is both challenging and fun, so it goes without saying that my expectations for puzzle games are high, but when I say this game blew those expectations out of the water, I mean it. I’ve never found anything this fun and engaging before. Hats off to the creators, designers, developers, and anyone else who helped to craft this masterpiece. Well done!.Runt73otVersion: 1.0.5

Great game but…I really enjoy this game. I like how it’s broken up into multiple chapters and how you can see your progress upon login for each chapter. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t pick up many of the objects until you actually need them in the game instead of being able to pick them up when you find it. For example, I find a hammer, and when I click on it. The game will tell me it’s a hammer, but it will not let me pick it up because I don’t need it right now. But then later on in the game, I end up finding a ladder that needs to be nailed and because it requires a hammer, now when I go back to the hammer I’m able to pick it up. It’s confusing and I should be able to pick it up when I find it whether I need it now or later. I have played many other games with the same company that don’t do this and allow you to pick it up immediately and it just goes into your bank of collected items to choose from when you need them. If you fix this, then the game will be perfect..K-757Version: 1.0.4

Not as good as previous gamesI’ve been a fan of these games for a long time and there is no denying they are outstanding, but this one seemed different than their previous games. First, you are unable to pick up items until you need them. For instance, you come across an item, but when you click on it, it just tells you what it is and you can’t add it to your inventory. Then, somewhere down the line, you need that item, so you have to go all the way back to where you first saw it, (if you can remember), and then add it to your inventory. It makes things so tedious and confusing and I don’t remember any of the previous games having this mechanic. Second, the instructions for a lot of the puzzles are awful. There are no detailed instructions on what you are supposed to do, or how the puzzle works, it’s very obscure. I was left to figure a lot of them out by trial and error, which takes a while. Everything else was top notch as usual. Graphics, as always, are outstanding and the story, although not as involved as others, was still good. I enjoyed seeing the origins of the established characters from other games. Overall, this is still one of the better games you will find of this genre, but if they would fix the inventory issue and give us more information on what we have to do to solve the puzzles, it would elevate it more..MeefbeadVersion: 1.0.5

Good, but buggy with overly complex puzzlesI have played darn near all these games. But, this one almost made me quit. It is still new and there are bugs to work out. But some bugs made it hard to do the puzzles (I.e. the skull/stone at the end). Also, while I liked the “story book” interludes, it would have been great to have more detail in your journal to remind you where you are and what you are supposed to be doing. If you take a break, you forget and it’s hard to regain your mission. Lastly, and again, just a comment not a critique; the instructions for some of the new puzzles were so generic they didn’t really explain what the goal was and how to do it. I RARELY “Skip” puzzles, but I did have to in this game. And, it was due to the frustrations of not knowing what the goal was or on how to achieve it. Love five-bn games!!I no longer enjoy the games from other developers like I do with five-bn. Their games are fantastic! Immersive gameplay, beautifully done artwork, challenging but not too much. Some glitchesGreat game, but there are some glitches. I’m on the puzzle at the alter where you have to make the patterns with the lines and the puzzle will glitch out to where you can’t see the lines anymore and you can’t reset it, you have to completely back out of the puzzle so it’ll fix it. It’s a 4 part puzzle and I can’t get past the yellow jester looking shape before it’ll glitch out, kind of upsetting..ThebestifunnyerVersion: 1.0.5

Great game series from five byGood game this one, but interface in last chapter is a little clunky as you can only pick up obviously necessary objects immediately before you need them, so the code sequence needs some work there. Also I was unable to finish the 3rd chapter as the control dials for the castle door at the end did not load properly even though they had been all gathered and placed on the door puzzle console. Frustrating!!It is very very frustrating! I used to love Lost Lands sooooo much, when there was late in updating I played the previous games 4 to 5 times just to wait for the next games! But very sadly, the recent games have lost those touch. The story lines are different and not that attractive, the puzzles are unnecessarily tough so, after some point I loose interest. The previous lost lands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 were just awesome. I still play those games! Please follow your game trend. You are one in a million among other games!! Please don’t loose that. Bit disappointedI absolutely love the Lost Lands series but I’m not too into this particular one. It’s very different from the previous games and the game play is also very different. You cannot pick up an item for your inventory unless you’ve already clicked on the place it gets used as you progress through so there’s an awful lot of going back to get something you saw but couldn’t pick up at the time. The storyline is not as engaging although I can see how after a while main characters must be replaced. The puzzles were unnecessarily difficult, much more so than past games. Liked The Others But This One…This one is lazy and the puzzles are dumb. There’s no guidance at all and no common sense or even a remote understanding of at least half the puzzles. And the fact that you can’t just gather clues and supplies as you go is ridiculous. It feels like some drunk person made this game with the sole intention of getting people to buy coins so they could skip a plethora of idiotic puzzles.
