Mail/Packages Left At HomeI have filled out the papers to say where to leave my packages & they still want leave them where I’ve stated & had many taken because everyone could see them when they went by & called the PostMistress & she did her job, but my delivery driver no matter how often told, refuses to put it on my Back screened in porch by my back door, but leaves it all out in the weather. I’ve had items ruined by rain, fell off w/my mail w/it under a rubber band, came home to find them in the grass where they fell off the wall of my carport, & all I asked was her to walk 15 more steps to prevent it & I’m just simply tired of complaining because apparently no matter how much I do, I know she’s being told & yet still refuses to follow my wishes as posted on the letter she had me fill out where to put my Packages & found my mail all over the yard since it came out from under the rubber band because she wouldn’t put the mail in the box, I guess it took to much out of her day. I’m only wondering if anyone else has these issues because I’m about to get a Post Office Box & see if all my packages & mail fit in it or if I never get any mail because I’m tired of losing packages, reporting it, filing reports, & nobody being able to get her to simply follow simple directions as even told by her supervisor & head of our local Post Office!!!😡🤯🤐🙈.Version: 1.1.0
Informed Delivery user. This is a great app and informs me what mail I will be getting and very helpful. However, the reason for my 3 stars is that, in the recent weeks I have been missing certain mail in the mailbox and unfortunately they happen to be the most important ones like cable bill or medicare membership card! There are times that the mailman puts the mail in wrong mailbox (which should not happen) and if I am lucky whoever in the neighborhood who happens to have received that mail would drop it off at my doorstep. As I mentioned the app itself is very helpful and I hope the mailman would be more careful to put the mail in the correct mailbox..Version: 1.0.0
Better than the websiteSo much better than the website, I think in most part because you don’t have to constantly log in. My main complaint with this app is that turning on notifications for all tracking updates frequently push notifications that aren’t useful. The package tracking app I currently use will always include a location in the tracking updates; this app just pops up updates like “Departed USPS Regional Facility,” which is functionally useless enough to be spam. I had to turn off detailed tracking notifications. It’s good that there is an option to only show notifications for delivered packages or ones that need action. But without further fine-grain control over which types of tracking statuses trigger a push notification, or more informative updates, the utility of this app is mostly limited to “is less frustrating than the web portal.”.Version: 1.0.0
Extremely useful & effective app!Informed Delivery Mobile is a surprisingly good app, so much better than USPS Mobile app! Goes straight to Informed Delivery. The long-pressing of the notifications brings up the images of your mail! It would be a Five-Star app if it’s also formatted for iPads, better using all the screen space instead of upscaling the iPhone screen! Is it perfect, no… sometimes notifications of mail arrive in the afternoon, but the majority of the time in the morning; occasionally missing a piece of mail due to arrive; complex systems do sometimes glitch! When there’s no mail for the day, you get no notifications, reducing clutter! Overall, very happy with this app & service!!.Version: 1.0.0
Needs FixingI love the idea of this app. I get the daily emails but this app is much more convenient. The app itself is laid out super nice and is very easy to navigate. My issue: I have to do the multi factor authentication every single time I log into the app even though I select ‘remember this device’ every time. It’s really inconvenient. I appreciate the security around it, but it would be great if it could truly remember my device so I didn’t have to do the MFA every single time. It’s a pain. I don’t mind logging in every time, but the multi factor thing shouldn’t be every time..Version: 1.1.0
No MDN-Mail Delivery NotificationDespite receiving an MDN email the original way within 20 minutes of actual delivery, this app has yet to recognize that the mail has even been delivered more than an hour after the fact. Showing “Arriving Soon at …” So obviously the two Informed Delivery systems are not tied together any more than the package delivery notifications are to the original Informed Delivery. I do like the fact i can see inbound mail and packages much more quickly and easily compared to logging into the portal or checking email..Version: 1.0.0
Yes - It’s back!I’ve missed the old Informed Delivery app. I hated using the USPS app after it was discontinued. Now I can see just what I want as soon as I log in. 2 stars off because - just like the USPS app and website, you have to log in EVERY time. Hate that! I don’t use face recognition so still type in my info. The previous Informed Delivery app kept you logged in. Give us the option to stay logged I. And this is a 5 star app!.Version: 1.1.0
SOLID, 5 stars with a couple additionsThis app is very good, and I think with a couple tweaks it could be a five star situation. If the notification for the packages took you right to the package when you tapped on it, instead of to the list that would be great. Also, if the tracking numbers were visible in the list view, that would be extremely helpful. I think everything considered, five stars is attainable with these changes in my opinion..Version: 1.0.0
Great appI recently got this app, it’s great, people should check it out. It shows how many pieces of mail & packages you’re getting and an image of each piece of mail, for some it includes a link to the website of the sender. I contacted a great charity asking them to save money by taking me off their mailing list. I especially love that I can see if I’m getting important mail! This app should be promoted more!!!.Version: 1.0.0
Huge improvementThis app is a giant step up from using the old USPS app for Informed Delivery. This opens up right away using a biometric login and takes you right to your account instead of requiring you to click through several screens before getting there. And it actually looks and works like an app instead of just routing you to the website..Version: 1.0.0
Good app, needs support for multiple accountsThis app is a huge improvement over using the USPS app to look at informed delivery. The one request I would have for this is the ability to switch accounts for people who have more than one address and therefore more than one account to look at informed delivery..Version: 1.0.0
Huge improvements! The new informed delivery app is a huge improvement over the old USPS mobile app interface! Everything is large and easy to find and eliminates several steps to get you to the information you want! Finally something that’s a huge improvement.Version: 1.0.0
Even Better!Informed Delivery revamped a short while ago which was huge and it works great now. A more recent update makes adding tracking numbers even easier AND gives the opportunity to provide a nickname right away. That small thing has made my day!.Version: 1.1.0
Report missing mail feature. On your first generation of the Informed Delivery app, before you took away the app and brought it back supposedly improved, one feature to deleted from the app was the ability to select a piece of mail and report the mail as “Not Delivered.” Please update the app to make it easy to select a piece of mail and report it as not delivered..Version: 1.0.0
Good, but could be so much betterNice, straightforward app that’s simple to use. The Face ID is great. But we need to be able to report missing mail. Did someone forget that feature?? If we could switch between accounts, that would be amazing. I have home and business but had to choose one to use with the app. Add an account switcher and it’s 5 stars!.Version: 1.0.0
Great - one suggestionWorks great for package tracking once I've gotten to know it better. To completely replace the app I was using before, it would be great if the push notifications for packages displayed the nickname for the shipment, if one was added, instead of the tracking number..Version: 1.0.0
Luv6500I really enjoying knowing what mail I am going to receive but I have one issue it constantly signs me out for no reason this is all the time it has become very annoying will you please fixed this I have a iPhone 11 Pro max.Version: 1.2.0
Another App with Too Many AdsSo this is just another revenue stream for the USPS to put ads under each day you see your mail in the app. This has more ads than their email notification. There are many package tracking apps that do this ad free and with fewer notifications..Version: 1.0.0
Way better than having to check your emailJumps right to what you want to see without having to click multiple website links.Version: 1.0.0
Happy to Find this appI was pleasantly surprised by how easy this app is to navigate. Log in and all of my mail history is there, future/ current/ past. It’s great!! Much better than the website, in my opinion..Version: 1.2.0
Yes! Finally it's back! This app version is much nicer and operates in a much nicer way compared to the older one. One thing that is missing from the prior app is a direct way to report missing/stolen mail from the envelop image page..Version: 1.2.0
Truly excellentGreat UI and notification system, way better than email! The app lets you swipe through your incoming mail right on the notification if you long press, very convenient! Nice work!!.Version: 1.0.0
Way more useful than I would’ve thought!!!I downloaded this app based on a demonstration given at a previous job. Fast forward to today… I use it on an almost daily basis. And it is honestly the only app I allow notifications from. Pros: I love that it shows scans of every individual piece of mail I get and I can look back and see what mail I got when. It is also so useful when I have priority mail / packages shipped via USPS. Cons: None An easy 5 stars from this avg, “every day” user..Version: 1.0.0
Finally, and more than expectedUSPS has had a sad mobile experience for some time now. This app actually seems pretty polished and useful. It has quirks but is light years ahead of what was there previously. I remain impressed and surprised that it is as good as it is..Version: 1.0.0
Informed! This app is much better than the first app they discontinued. So easy to navigate and shows what you getting in the mail. I hope they don’t shut this one down it is so useful!.Version: 1.0.0
Great improvementNew app update make it super convenient to check new mail. I would love to have the ability to see mail history too..Version: 1.1.0
Missing a important selectionThis app does not have the option to select a piece of mail that was not delivered like the old app had. If is now a different process to report missing mail. I liked the old feature better..Version: 1.0.0
Great appI love the UI on this app. I like that I can preview my mail directly from the app without checking my email. I enjoy receiving the push notifications every morning for my daily digest..Version: 1.0.0
USPS Mobile-same infoI have been using the USPS Mobile app for years now that also has Informed Delivery, sends notifications and you can view your mail. So I don’t really understand what the purpose of having this app is. Seems redundant and doesn’t provide anything new..Version: 1.0.0
Very NiceI absolutely love what they did to Informed Delivery mobile app. It’s like they gave it a new design a fresher look more modern easy to navigate very polished clean looking. I’m just enjoying the experience. Great job to the developers..Version: 1.0.0
Such improvement! This one, so far, seems a thousand times better than the original Informed Delivery app and the web page. The seamless biometric log in is icing on the cake..Version: 1.0.0
Handicap but needs biometric loginI found this app to be really handy for holding Mail and other things but the password login with two factor authentication is cumbersome. You guys really need to employed biometric login, get with it.!!.Version: 1.0.0
FantasticThis application provides an amazing experience for users to view their mail & packages. Fast, user-friendly, and great for daily tracking!.Version: 1.0.0
Vast improvementFaster and easier to navigate. Information is clear and easy to get to..Version: 1.0.0
