Could be betterIt’s a good exercise app for the most part it keeps you going. The biggest issue is instructions at the beginning of some of the exercises don’t match what the exercise is. Some are accurate but others are vague and when you start doing the exercise the movement changes. The guy doing the exercise is also doing the wrong side. Instructions say right and he’s doing his left. Overall the so does what I wanted and that was to have a program to follow. Setting up your individual exercise program is really nice to avoid injured limbs..Version: 1.0.27

My working outThis workout is very inspiring and has motivated me to get up every day and push. Sometimes it’s not about how much you do it’s about what you do. I recommend this plan for anybody trust me. It will definitely get the job done. A mixed reviewThere are both things to love and to hate with this app. The biggest complaint I have is there is often inconsistency between the oral instructions for an exercise and the accompanying video. I am also somewhat disappointed in the ease of many of the exercise programs. I’m a very active 78 year old and perhaps my age limits the activity level recommended by the app’s recommender system. On the plus side the videos are well executed and, except for the occasional inconsistencies noted above, easy to follow. Shocked.I am pleasantly shocked at how well this works for me. I’ve been telling everyone I know about how much I like this program. The workouts are simple yet effective in increasing range, strength, and mobility. My balance is much improved as well.
