Noise app needs better supportMy experience on the noise app here has just been down right terrible. At first it was fine and smooth sailing until about a month in to the app I go to post like I normally do only using the what the noise app gives me for my topic and TikTok says my post go against the community guidelines I’m not sure how but ok I can’t find away to appeal it so I go to my other TikTok account I have for noise and the same thing happened 😑 now over this past month I haven’t even made $50 minimum to do a cash out so now I can’t post and I can’t take my earnings. The worse part is the chat support no help it says it has escalated my case and that somebody will reach out with me shortly they never reach out. They never do and I’ve also had to go to the chat support before this incident for the premium creator to see if it went through and the chat said it would have somebody reach out to me and never did so unfortunately, I was all for this app but now I’m kinda not. SCAM - STAY AWAYThis app is a scam. You can’t cash out unless you make $50 or more. When you refer someone and they get 1k views on a post, you are supposed to get $25. They do not give this to you. When you meet a certain amount of xp from posting, you level up to earn more cents per 1k views, they will not let you move up to a premium creator no matter how much you post or apply. The “help chat” is a bot with automated messages and doesn’t get anything resolved. Also, there are times that the posts you make won’t be credited. You will post almost every day and make $1 or less per day based on your views. There are other side hustles that can get you more than that per day.
