Needs workSome of the BS hands that come up and the river are absolutely atrocious. I’m talking the first 3 cards on the River coming up all being Jacks? Astronomically unheard of. Then coincidentally, someone also has a Jack in their hand. Definitely isn’t ’randomized’ as it states. Noticed if I’ve lost a game or two, (aka losing money,) my next game I’ll have god like hands and wipe the table in minutes. I cannot find where to go to terms and conditions so I can’t play after depositing.I went through my money from Poker Stars and deposited it on this site and attempted to play. Every time I try, it asks me to agree to terms and conditions. I cannot find where to do this! Very disappointed!! FD ruined PS!!!!!1st off, I almost never write reviews or rate apps but I had to write this one. Just about everything is worse than the original PS. The poker play was way better on the original site. The poker play is stiff and for some reason almost confusing. They should have just kept the same PokerStars animation. The new look is cool but it plays slow and jittery and… confusing. Plus you can’t make a decision before it’s actually your turn. Dumb!!!! I like everything about the old site and nothing how FD did it. Everything is confusing and slow and complicated for no reason. Also, finding slots is way too hard on FD. I’m not even a slot player but like to play once in a while. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 1. I was trying to be open to the change but tbh this app is trash in every way. It’s worse than the old sites 20 years ago. I really wanted to like the new site but it’s trash. Like I said I should have given 1 star. Very disappointed. FanDuel merger has been badEver since the FanDuel merger the games feel off. The way hands play out feels randomly rigged. I’ve had some good runs, but also benefited from some very questionable “luck”. I’ve been playing poker for decades and have never played in games with the sort of outcomes this app produces. I’ve I noticed it almost immediately after the merger and seeing others express concerns was not surprising. One example: I’ve seen 2 straight flushes (had one myself) in a couple months on this app. I’ve only seen 2 prior to this in over 20 years. It just feels off and not like normal poker. SadIt all starts with the merge. Dumb idea. I argue with the support about my funds from old account and told they can’t help and that most of their customers are intelligent enough to be “understanding” and can “figure it out”. Just so I could them come here to this new app and realize it’s so garbage, it’s as fake as FanDuel always was. PokerStars was my all time favorite for Texas Holdem. Unfortunately I will not give my money to these people for this project. Scammers. I’d rather sit in an Xfinity showroom and argue with those people for three hours then waste any time on this new app. It’ll never happen because all of these companies are so massive. Seems a bit unrealisticPersonally got back to back 4 of a kinds.. seem to get dealt pairs very consistently.. seem to almost always lose. Maybe I’m just a bad poker player but the overall gameplay/outcomes just seem a bit unrealistic. I had good luck my first night playing but since then it’s been atrocious. Never got my deposit match, always seem to lose to a straight or a flush on the river card. The taunting from other players gets annoying. I wanna believe it’s fair and balanced but I am left wondering if you get wins based off of how much you deposit. The Algorithm Needs to Be InvestigatedFirst of all, in Spin and Go, the multiplier lands on the double instead of the triple 80% of the time. And once the cards are out, you lose even holding the best hand. Play aggressively? You lose, because someone calls with 6-3 and somehow gets there. Play defensively? You lose anyway: you make your straight, someone calls, and the flush or a full house comes on the turn and river. You flop three of a kind, and it’s the same story. The tournaments are an outright scam. I got “randomly” moved four separate times, always right when the dealer button was about to reach me. Your strongest hands get cracked again and again, as if on cue. There is no way this is random. They should be investigated for rigging the algorithm..Alex_q80Version: 1.2.1

AwfulQuite literally the single worst poker app I’ve ever played. I sincerely don’t understand how they green lit this. The UI is a buggy disaster, it’s impossible to place bets accurately. There’s a slider that jumps around. Good luck joining the game you want. It’s near impossible. There’s no real way to select the correct one. I sometimes navigate to the cash games , other times it just plops me into a game. Then you’ll jump tables hundreds of times. It feels heavily botted in the low stake games. I know free to play gamba games with less dark patterns than this. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a class action down the line. HorrendousSoftware is atrocious, can’t multi table on mobile. Everytime I’m in a significant 3bet pot it says it can’t verify my location and literally boots me from the table . And just lets the other player take the pot. I mean on pokerstars if this ever happened you would be disconnected and would still be at the table when your location was verified. Which seems obvious , but there’s not much good I can say, I have only lost money because of this, it literally just boots me from every other hand of significance. I was told a refund would be issued, 24 hours later no refund…customer service now is saying they are looking into it. They can’t even stay consistent. They completely ruined the app the UI isn’t nearly as user friendly and is extremely laggy. I miss PokerStarsSince the move to FanDuel, this has gone off a cliff for me. From the quality of the user experience itself, down to the haptic functions, to the avatars… it’s all a major downgrade. Also, the games feel far more lopsided in terms of card distribution. 99% of flops are loaded with face cards, and starting hands are either obviously in your favor, or in another player’s for the entirety of a single game, it feels very unrealistic and unnatural. The old PokerStars felt more balanced, realistic, and certainly more fun. Lastly, the spin and gos are absolute BS. Almost every game (I’ve played hundreds since the switch over) results in x2 payout, showing far more money going to the house. Also, the welcome bonus deposit match was total BS. RIP PokerStars.
