Get This App!I write very few reviews but I’m taking the time to write this one! I’ve used, tested and purchased every time tracking app on the App Store glad to say my search is over... I was going to hire a developer to create my own because I couldn’t find a simple app that did it all. The design is awesome, easy to use and flows very nicely! You won’t spend more time tracking your time then the actual work itself. The Apple Watch function works like a charm and I don’t even use the app on my phone except to add jobs and send my reports to my billing person. I can honestly say that this app is enjoyable to use and will make your time tracking fun again! My only issue with it there is no Badge icon on the app logo so I’m constantly forgetting when I’m clocked in on a job. Having this would make this app perfect for me..EReviewVersion: 9.3.1

Easy app, responsive developer!For my limited needs this app is very easy to use and keep track of the somewhat random time I spend doing tech support for an artist/teacher’s online classes. The timer feature makes recording my time as easy as a tap on the screen to start and stop, and calculation of hours and dollars is automatic. But what has really made this app stand out for me is the developer’s responsiveness to my need for a change in reporting so I can hide all of the days with no hours to bill. A new switch was added within a couple of days and my reports no longer need a lot of editing to turn them into invoices. Well done!.PJ LawrenceVersion: 9.3

As the name impliesI use this app daily to track my hours for clients. If does as it claims. It is nice to be able to quickly turn on and off timers as I move through the day. One advanced feature I would like to see is the ability to automatically export structured data from Easy Hours so that data can be ingested elsewhere. That may be a bit specific to my use-case but it really is the only thing that is missing in my workflow with regards to Easy Hours. Today I do a lot reentering of data, for instance as Invoices are created. Being able to ingest the data outside the app would also allow custom metrics to be utilized outside of Easy Hours. That app is great, it collects a lot of valuable data for me, It just would be nice to have more access to that data. That is the reason I give it 4 stars..Reepicheep42Version: 9.3.1

The best time tracking app using geolocation period.Fantastic and intuitive interface. This is the only geolocation time tracking app that has a calendar view showing the specifics of that day. Every job you were at, times in out, on one page. No more sifting through all your jobs trying to figure which ones you were at a week ago. Great app for tracking multiple pay ratesI’m a union stagehand who works under literally dozens of different wage scales and contracts. I can start a work day at one rate and have a rate change for various hours during that work day including overtime, double time, key rate increases and meal penalties. I might have two or three different employers in the same week all with their own wage scales. It can be tedious to keep track of. This app has helped make tracking my hours ssoooo much easier! Great for basic time trackingI use the app to keep track of time across about 6 projects at once as well as doing time analysis and billing for those projects. I don’t use a lot of the bells and whistles, but for basic time tracking and being able to report and analyze time spend and billing, it’s great. Super easy to use, very intuitive. Use it all the time!Great app! My only complaint is the reporting. I like the option of exporting an Excel doc but I’d like to be able to control how and what is reported. Such as being able to separate by job and then tags. I might jump around from one or two jobs during the day but within each job I have multiple responsibilities that I have to keep track of. Being able to break that down in the reporting would be wonderful. Otherwise I love this app and tell all my coworkers about it.IamanounVersion: 9.0

Almost exactly what I was looking for...I was looking for something like this for a while. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because one of the features I’m wanting is not available. It has a reminder for when you have hit a certain allotment of hours on a job but not during a time period. So if I have multiple jobs I can tell it to let me know when I hit 8hrs in a day or 40hrs in a week, but I can’t get a reminder when between some or all of the jobs that I’ve hit 8hrs or 40hrs..CraziTalkVersion: 9.3.1

Could use a some tweaksI use tags for work order numbers, would be nice to be able to sort from beginning to end or end to beginning! Also the chart feature starts at your first week of use of the app, if you want chart data of most recent work you must scroll through weeks or years to get to current data. The best for freelancers, contractors, and those in between!There’s only a handful of apps that inspire praises. Easy hours is one of them. It does everything you need to do in order to track your time and bill a client. I’ve used it on all my jobs and so far it hasn’t let me down. The only down side is that in order to get an excel spreadsheet from the app you have you go through a complicated process. IOS 15 - double entriesEasy hours was working great up to iOS 15. Now the entries are listed twice and the hours are doubled. Example, before iOS update, project A would be listed once and starting time on the project would be counted once. Softer iOS 15, project a is listed twice and starting time on a will charge to both project A grouping. The. It will show up twice on weekly report. So if you only work ten minutes, it will show up as ten in the in the first A and another ten in the second A. Please find a way to fix it. I've tried dozens of timesheet proggies ...This is my favourite to date (2015-05-06). With a couple mods (e.g. make it easy to change a time entry's job, make a proper iPad variant) it will do everyone I need -- and want. That's a tall order no other app has come close to fulfilling. Super Buggy ExperienceThe first day I purchased this, it randomly deleted 3 of my 4 job timers. That was irritating, but I created them again and all was well. Today is my first day really using the app, and it's been disappointing so far. When I stop a timer on my watch, the timer is still running on my phone. I'll make sure the timers are all off on both my watch and phone, and then after my break when I go to turn a timer back on, ones already started and been running for no apparent reason. If you're looking for an app to help keep track of how much time you spent on different tasks, I'd suggest you keep looking. Can't print monthly reportsI will filter down for one month and for one job and will try to send to a printer either from my phone or from my iPad. The report prints as one blank page. I can email the report and it works but then I have to copy the contents of the email to a word document and print it as a PDF.
