Bullshooter Live Customer Service

It’s too hard to find bars with a BullShooter board when traveling out of town. Nearby Boards or Nearby Players (to then show a location name) would be handy.

Overall, the app is great. Very easy to use and navigate. Only feature missing is the player's online ranking. Add this and will change to 5 stars!

The app used to update stats as you played. It was actually live. Now it never updates averages. I wish it was fixed. I’ll give the app a 3 stars when it worked. Only 3 stars because most other dart apps do so much more. I won’t rate it while it’s broke.

Everything was working fine and then one day it would not let me login. I have tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions?

After the update all my stats are gone! I’ve played numerous times every day hoping they’ll eventually show up and I still show no games played. Would be nice to track my stats over time. I bought the S3000 fire for Black Friday. So far it’s been great until now!

PLEASE put an option to rate players after every match. It’s frustrating when players cheat, quit, or take forever….. Other than that absolutely love it!

I downloaded this app 4 days ago and have played 30 league games. No stats at all. I’m not sure why we even need the app. I’ll have to take pictures of the screen at the end of each league night and use the paper scoresheet.

My app has an annoying notification that won’t go away.

Your boards are everywhere. Find a developer to make a new app from scratch. One where we can look at the stats if remote games we’ve played etc. it shouldn’t be too difficult

Your latest update, as of today’s date, does not work. App opens and and the network activity icon just spins and spins. Doesn’t load any data at all!!

Really to need to be able to see ur rankings and everyone else's. Should be set up just like it is at the dartboard itself

Why doesn’t this app ever update averages? It uploads the games played but the average never changes.

Can’t not figure out how to get the qr reader to work

Really disappointed. All you can see is your stats and who's online And their basic stats. There is no rankings. You can not search for people. It's about as plan as it gets. For it really only being a basic app I don't understand why it's so poorly developed.

It is an ok app. But it needs to be updated. You should be able to do more on the mobile device like you can do on computer. Also maybe be able to see who's online by state and/or city.

I can no longer use the app because it’s not updated, I really liked the app until I updated my phone! Now that I have iso 11 the app no longer works! Please update! Please

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. New app update is worse. You can’t look at your scores in a row anymore, you have to individually click them Tournament king sucks
