Pretty useful!I just discovered this app today. I tested the email function; it’s working for me on my iPhone 11. I agree editing or duplicating previously saved forms would be useful. In the absence of that function, after emailing the pdf to myself, I was able to open from my email into adobe fill & sign and continue editing. Not an elegant solution, but still easier than waiting for a free computer or hand-jamming. I would also like to add some of my own most frequently used army forms, e.g. Packing List 1750 or Request for Issue / Turn In 3161. I’ll try emailing the developer, maybe they can add them. Overall, I’m happy to pay a few bucks to have these forms on hand and fillable..$+rVersion: 2.0

Needs work, great potentialThis really is a valuable app. It offers many very useful tools, and the ability to work straight from your phone is more vital than ever. A major improvement would be if you could edit saved forms. When you save a form it is locked. It would be better if you could make a form and then edit it later such as if you want multiple Soldiers to receive the same counseling. Also, their are some bugs with changing from drop down to keyboard. Be careful not to loose your work just because you opened a drop down option..AtxvanVersion: 1.8

Great AppThis app is so helpful. Some of the most used forms at your fingertips! Little hard to use on a phone because of screen size but it is useable and not hard to navigate! This comes in very handy for me being in the National Guard since I usually only see my soldier two days out of the month. ***Note to editors: counseling form (DA FORM 4856) needs to be updated. Good app butIt's a good app and is easy to use. The forms email and look like they were filled out on pure edge. Only suggestion I have is that the screen doesn't rotate so if your using an attach Bluetooth keyboard it would be sideways. Hopefully with an update it can get fixed. Dropbox compatibilityI like that it saves my completed forms in the app and that I can email. But would it be possible to have the ability to save to Dropbox? So much potential wastedThis app is severely underdeveloped and I just wasted me money. (Only $3) but the point is there are free apps that can do so much more than this in other areas. The list of things wrong with this app:1. There scanner doesn’t even work at all. Only lets me make a folder and doesn’t allow me to add files to it. 2. There’s only 10 DA Forms on it and one of them just force closes every time you use it. 3. They haven’t updated this app in YEARS.
