Basics, Pharmacy selectionUnable to find the pharmacy or add any new ones to the eprescription option. Extremely limited search functionality that is a recurrent problem. Only allows you to look at a limited number of search results which means that if Pharmacy you’re looking for is not in the first limited selection of results there is no way to scroll for additional results and you’re out of luck. Big issue when you’re trying to send to a retail pharmacy with a lot of different stores to pick from, even if you know the specific pharmacy address and phone number. Seems like it would be easy to correct, but has been an issue for entire year that I’ve had the app..Version: 6.6.4

Such a nice surpriseThis is a no-added cost component to the continuously improving Eclinicalworks electronic medical record. We are in our 10th year now of using Eclinicalworks and have found incremental improvement in the portal, messenger and interoperability. V10 web-based version refreshes the interface and adds some new useful features. This mobile app works well and is a big help on call to review diagnosis, lab history and make a new phone encounter. I reviewed labs waiting at the dentist yesterday. There is a lot of pressure to switch to Epic from large health systems - but ECW continues to compete for our business as independent practices. This Ap is a good enhancement..Version: 4.6.3

Room for improvement of a very useful EMRThe support staff always respond promptly and very proficient. I wish there is suggestion button to submit ideas directly through eCW rather than eclinical university. We usually don’t have time to long into a different site in the middle of work day. We also dread the call back in the middle of work day. It would be best to have a link in eCW or a record button for suggestions. These are not complaints but rather enhancements requests. Thank you..Version: 7.6.0

Some enhancementsAbility to use Nuance Voice recognition to dictate into notes is good. But the "Scribe" system is very frustrating in that you can't dictate into some categories (like "Assessment Notes"). And more importantly, if Scribe doesn't recognize some text, IT SIMPLY DELETES IT and doesn't appear in your note, and no notification to user that it wasn't recognized. Ability to insert photos into notes is 5-star. Another annoyance... eCW has been promoting Touch ID signin capability for >1 year, but still NOT in current release. Sister program "eClinicalTouch" for iPad supports Touch ID. eCW needs to implement that here too..Version: 4.3

Review for e clinical.I have used E Clinical for last year not only where I am now and where I was employed last year. I also used it up until 2017 at Methodist in Memphis. All I can say that there has been greater than a 100 percent improvement and using my cell phone for my dictation, labs and messages and totally surprised at how little editing I am having to do. I am happy but always can be happier. Keep it up E Clinical and I feel certain I will be even happier very soon. Doc Olo..Version: 5.9.1

Considering the owner it is sub parConsidering the widespread use of the e clinical works I would have expected a much better application that has more useful abilities. It does help me sometimes to have an idea of what's going on with the patients while I am not in the office. It is lacking quite a bit of functionality. I would have expected this application with a more primitive EMR System. I hope in future upgrades they would do a better job like adding our testings and more of the patient reports rather than just the ability to review our notes..Version: 4.3

Good, has possibilitiesI like to have it for its refills and telephone notes. Lookups can be a challenge and it could be more robust in its functions and choices and be tighter in its integration to the computer EHR. I find that sometimes I enter something or do it in the app and it doesn’t appear quite the same in the PC or worse, is absent. It’s also not updated in real time as I have done prescriptions and messages and later or next day in the office and the same messages or Rx’s are there as if I hadn’t addressed them. The sign- in should be with Touch ID, everything else does!.Version: 4.6.2

C for effortSluggish performance, many days lab results are three days old and newer results not available on the mobile app. Often I open the app, and nothing else moves. Have to close and start over. Cannot reply to a provider message unless their name is already in our favorites list. Often it is not so a reply not possible on the mobile app. Similar issue with patient when messages. There is a button to reply, but it does not work..Version: 5.8.1

Great for what it doesAs long as you don’t expect a full service app this does what it’s supposed to. It’s a handy way to portably check your schedule, a patients medical info, or even send a prescription in an emergency (although trickier). At times it’s hard to navigate but as a pocket quick task manager, not meant to replace any more robust versions of eClinicalWorks, I’m grateful to have this option..Version: 5.7.1

Descent app. It’s convenient in the fact that you are notified whenever there is a telephone encounter. You are able to get the rundown on the patient and quickly look at their health profile. It runs too slow when trying to dictate from the smartphone. Sometimes it’s slow when switching from one screen to the next screen..Version: 4.8

60/40Most of the information is there that you need while on the go, but it doesn’t always work the way it should you have to log out a bunch of times before it’ll open to a screen where you are trying to see something. Useful and frustrating.Version: 5.9.1
