However first idea that will definitely benefit Gopuff is to add a feature that will enable customers to add products to your already placed order even after checkout for a specific amount of time. (eg. 3 min) As a person who has ADHD, I find myself to be pretty forgetful and happen to remember some products I forgot to purchase after having checked out therefore I believe that would help a lot of people out who are like me (not necessarily people with ADHD but more so people who tend to be forgetful which is a large portion of population ) instead of having to place a new order. I hope that this will be possible to add and I definitely believe that even this small feature will make people use Gopuff even more frequently.

Overpriced but reliableI’ve been using Gopuff for about three years now, and it’s easily become my go-to delivery app especially for nicotine products. Fantastic...until recentlyLove this app and have been a long time user, as well as telling everyone I know to download it. Have had a number of delivery driver issues but nothing beyond what you typically run into. Recently, I had an issue with a driver whose tracking location kept changing, marked my order as delivered and nothing was outside my door (no attempt to contact me was made) I contacted GoPuff support and they sent me another order with no issue. I'm pretty patient with this stuff so this was not anything to sweat for me and I was grateful for someone coming out again and delivering my stuff!
However, since then gopuff has required me to meet in person and provide a pin to every driver. Right now I have covid and take locking down seriously and it is said my order isn't eligible for contactless delivery. I'm frustrated with this because contactless delivery is a huge plus of the app, I pay for a monthly membership with this app and am not able to access the full benefits that free users can enjoy, and I'm getting a feature taken away because of an issue with the driver, nothing that I could control.

Why only one ⭐️I give this app one ⭐️simply because most of the drivers do not actually deliver the order. They arrive somewhere close to your address then call you and ask you to come meet them. Secondly the instructions are written in delivery profile on how to contact me for me to be able to open the door. People have pulled and snatched on the lobby door like wild ape trying to escape the zoo. They have attitude issues. My order is always delayed. I mean every time I open the app it says delivery in 15 minutes or less. As soon as you place the order it’s an hour to two hours later before they’re anywhere near you. Love the app but..The app is great for quick last minute or late night gets but there is one major flaw and why I CANNOT give it 5 stars. The customer support is lacking severely it comes across that everything that could go wrong even just asking a simple question is meat with just hostile answers back and little to no communication is there it’s just monotone I’m right your wrong answers. Maybe that’s how it’s designed to be but it’s just not as welcoming as other services when you have a simple question or wanna just make a quick complaint. I shouldn’t have to place my order through uber eatsI’ll be fair and a little generous in rating as really its hard to decided whether they deserve one star or two but so be it. I understand if it was a new app/service but there are reviews from a year ago to a couple of months, some good some not, however the title is really all encompassing of my experience. The customer service and delivery people are great! the customer service I received was great and I actually loved how quick (delivery wise) they are! I literally get my order within minutes, however I’ve had trouble ordering before where i’ll be at check out and literally can’t, the button stays grayed out and won’t let me and initially thats what made me tell my friend who referred this service they're crazy and told her sorry but discounts aren't always worth inconvenience. I decided to try it again out of curiosity one night and it worked and the second time too! Third time was unlucky as I was unable to, again. Customer service??I had an account for a while and used it here and there only when I needed groceries and couldn’t go out, the beginning of the month I used the 14 day free trial of Fam, forgot about it and deleted GoPuff because I no longer needed it. When it tried to charge me once the free trial was up, I contacted customer support because for one I no longer needed it, no longer had the app, and I also genuinely didn’t have the money. I contacted customer service to cancel it (couldn’t cancel through the app) and the person told me they couldn’t cancel it because it was “past due” even though it was 30 minutes after the subscription tried to charge me. I told them I no longer used it and they literally ARGUED with me on why I needed to keep it because I used it earlier in the month and got no delivery fee. They also said it was a “good deal” which I agree with, but there is no reason a customer support agent should be arguing with me about whether I should or should not keep a subscription I no longer use OR assuming I have the means to pay for a subscription. In love....I love, love, love GoPuff!! The inventory on the app stays up to date with what items are available and it provides a wonderful tracking system. I receive my order SUPER FAST!!! Of course every city is different, but I live in Nashville, TN and the longest I have ever waited for my order was 30 minutes. Most of the time I receive my order 15-20 minutes. The driver always finds my house — I don’t get any phone calls asking for directions, or what my house looks like. And the driver comes to my door....unlike many good delivery companies where half the time I have to go meet them at their car. I love the flat (and cheap!) delivery fee. I love the selection of items, and I’ve noticed the variety expanding more and more. it so they didn’t let the manager bring it up he left. I contacted Go Puff, tried to get him to come back. I couldn’t do that so I ordered another one and paid for another one. The second time I had my ID then this was like 20 minutes later they never brought me my vape or refunded me my money, but I love Go Puff. I’ve been with them since day one and they are all a bunch of people, really care about the orders and getting them out fast and I’ve probably had 50 orders and they’ve all been OK except for that one time and I still kinda hold resentment against that but oh well it cost me about $7500 but they never refunded me

Gopuff is AmazingI just started utilizing GoPuff for deliveries a few months ago when my family and I moved to a different part of town, the part of town we lived in prior to our move was not serviced by GoPuff due to it being considered a rural area. I prefer ordering from GoPuff over other delivery apps because of how fast they are and I also prefer it because there’s not a $6-$10 fee added like some of the other apps that I utilize occasionally. GoPuff delivers your orders quick regardless and can deliver them even faster for a fee of only $2.95. I pay $3 extra to get my order within 3 hours from another app, and $10 extra if I want my order delivered within an hour. I also really like how GoPuff delivers late in the evening/early morning whereas other apps that I have looked into or utilized before can only deliver until 10pm and no earlier than 7am. Literally hands down the best!GoPuff is literally the best delivery service I have ever used. I have not had not ONE bad experience with the company and I have literally ordered GoPuff in three different states! Ugh. Where to start 🙄First and foremost, if you don’t order over a certain amount, you will be charged a “small order fee”, which is almost $6. Literally insane. Small order fee aside, delivery fee, taxes, other random fees that aren’t disclosed, and tip, will almost always equal to about 1+/- $10. Now add that $6 small order fee, and you’re already at almost $20 before you even get your order. It’s literally cheaper to order DoorDash or any of those other behemoth third party delivery services, and I already thought they were overpriced.
My very first order was a year ago, right after dental surgery. I had 5 teeth removed and ordered ice cream, gauze and ibuprofen. The order was not delivered for 6 hours. I complained, which took an insane amount of time and arguing, and the support person telling me I needed to be patient. It was delivered 10 minutes later, with no apology, refund, rectification, nothing. So I deleted the app for a long time. Then I was in a bad car accident, and decided to download the app again. I have had my order stolen (it was a pregnancy test) and was called a liar by the “support” chat. I have had drivers show up at my door several hours after delivery, only to be called hysterical by “support” staff, with no sort of apology or refund or literally anything. Just them saying (in much less words), “okay, and?”. I’m a single mother. That’s unsafe and sketchy. And all you can offer is “okay, and?”?! And that brings us up to here, now. I placed an order, and 15 minutes later I was called by the driver, who told me his app glitched out and he couldn’t “complete” the order. He asked me to contact support to let them know that my order has been completed. IT TOOK 6 HOURS, 4 SUPPORT CHATS, AND ABOUT 100 NEW GREY HAIRS just for them to mark the order as completed. Be careful/may lose some business!I had been using goPuff on and off for a good couple of months! I can admit they are pretty darn quick to deliver! But despite their quickness, them switching off the ability to pay with cash is very risky and may actually lose some business! Great ServicesI stated in the past that I love this services and I will continue to stand by that. This company is an amazing company to be providing a service as such. Only 3 things I will suggest that will make it even more better than it is now; 1) Having a way to monitor their drivers to ensure they do not falsify the delivery status by marking it delivered when they did not. 2) Try to implement back the live agent Customer Support Reps via Telephone, since the chat takes way longer to wait on someone and to speak with someone. Having a Live Support via Phone would be more convenient and easier for members/customers who have any type of issues. 3) Implement a way that members/customers can upload their ID’s To make it easier for not only them but the drivers too when they have to deliver items that are meant to be for 18+ members/customers. I PAID $40 FOR NOTHINGOrdered a couple of drinks(alcoholic) and the typical process is you receive a confirmation text, then a courtesy call from the driver that they’re on the way, and sometimes another call when they arrive outside because they have to personally hand them to you AND scan your ID since they’re handing over alcohol to you.
You’d think because you’ve ordered plenty times before its be the same process, but no. I ordered some beer and was told they’d deliver my order by a certain time. No biggie, I can wait. But as the time was approaching and they was no heads up on the drivers end, I chose to open the app and track their distance. They were on the way it said. Waited and waited, even 20 minutes past the time they gave, and the driver was still “on the way”. I had no number to reach the driver. I had to just accept the cancellation of my order I emailed Gopuff about the entire situation only to be surprised by their response. In a condensed version they said: we asked the driver and you couldn’t provide an ID so the order was cancelled. I even have screen shots of my call logs and texts. I tried going back onto the app to see if there was another method to get help, and they disabled my account. Doesn’t seem like they care about referrals. I’ll start telling all the people I referred to begin deleting Gopuff from their phone. If you can’t take care of your customers, you don’t deserve new ones.

Ton of glitchesOk so there’s been lots of glitches with this app! Like seriously! So when I first downloaded the app I placed my first order and everything was great. Then when I tried to place the second order it kept on showing there was an payment error. I contacted customer support apparently they can’t do anything about it. So I just wasted my Fam free trial and the other 2 $10 coupons. And customer support did not give me any compensation. There are also glitches on deals, such as a deal that’s $10 for 2 items but when you checkout it still shows the original price there is no discount. And the customer support still can’t do anything but tell me to wait. Lastly there’s couple of times when I placed my order and after I place my order it tells me a certain item is out. Like there’s no notification or message? I don’t even know how an item can be unavailable after I placed my order? And I didn’t realize until I got the order because there wasn’t any notification! Lastly this Fam subscription is really getting pricey it’s raised a lot. It’s $3.95 which is basically $4 for a delivery now if you don’t buy Fam. And Fam has increased to 7.99/month which is $8. The only reason I’m giving 2 star not a 1 start is because I like the rewards points function. You get free points everyday spinning the wheel and you can redeem items. Useless customer support teamI was so excited to try this app for the first time. I don’t have a car and was hosting a housewarming for a few friends. I ordered several cases of cold beer as my friends were already starting to arrive. The delivery fee, other random fee, taxes, and tip made up 35% of my total. It was way too expensive but I was willing to pay it to enjoy cold beer in my new place. Delivery was fast and when I got the cases of beer, NONE of the cases were refrigerated. Every single item was non-refrigerated. We couldn’t even drink the beer because duh they had to be refrigerated for a long time. When I contacted customer support to let them know, the first thing they said was “one of my colleagues already told you we can’t refund” which was confusing since it was my FIRST time ever reaching out to Gopuff customer support. He realized this right away and then said they no longer offer refunds and that I “should have reported this order within 2 hours” because they have a new policy. Nowhere in my order confirmation emails or other Gopuff marketing emails does it say anything about this “new” policy. What once was amazing has gone done the wholeI use to be a huge GoPuff advocate. That was when their delivery times were accurate. But for the last 3+ months and over 10 orders, it’s continually taken longer and longer and LONGER. I live less than one mile from the warehouse. They took an hour and 42 minutes to deliver just TWO bottles of wine. I also pay for the Fam membership which is a complete waste. They’re the ONLY delivery service app that doesn’t give accurate delivery times or a way to track or contact your delivery driver. I chatted with customer service- their excuse was they don’t have enough drivers and a high volume. Well, for one- your lack of drivers sounds like a business problem. Your business problems shouldn’t be the customers problems. He could only tell me that the driver had my order but couldn’t tell me an ETA. They aren’t recreating the wheel here; they’re just doing app delivery all wrong. So far, so good!/ Updated.... Not loving it anymore.I've used this service more than a few times now and so far I'm enjoying it. Are they perfect? No. Wait times can be a bit long, no matter the amount you tip, however I love that they have $2 eggs, and bread, brand new snacks, trending snacks. They even have alcohol products for those like my self who enjoys wine from time to time. The drivers Ave always been pleasant as well. I truly do enjoy Gopuff.
Update: So I've changed my ratings from 5 to 3 simply because I truly despise and when I say despise I mean DESPISE, the fact that this service will literally take the highest tipping customer, and will bundle my order with quite a few others, will literally leave from this side of town where I am located, to drive all the way east and I end up with my order being last. And im quite sure they bundled my order the way they did because others either tipped way too low or not at all. Why can't ours go first? Please Do Better GoPuffGoPuff is an excellent tool to help deliver your products in a fashionable manner. However, over the years the tug-a-war with their delivery drivers makes it extremely difficult to continue to ignore. GoPuff should hold their drivers accountable for each time they fail to properly deliver an order. The drivers need to keep in mind that this service requires them to deliver in front of the customers homes, unless otherwise specified. If you know you can’t do the job, please find one that accommodates your needs. Some of the drivers lack customer service skills and it often makes the experience less pleasurable. I have witnessed drivers first-hand steal items and claim it was delivered and never showed up to my home, however there are some drivers that do care. It’s frustrating having to contact support and complain about not receiving your order or a driver being rude. I deleted it and I stopped the subscription on both my fam and Gopuff account that was last month in April today is June and I was charged four dollars. Yes, it’s not a lot but it’s a reoccurring subscription. I went to Gopuff to tell them to stop charging me and that I have already canceled my account. They tell me that yes your account is canceled. They can’t find the charge or my account or anything like that so they can’t help me and kept telling me that I need to dispute the charges with my bank if I do that, we all know that I will have to get a new card. I will have to change all my bills from that card. It’s just a lot of hassle. Gopuff took money from my bank account from my account that was already canceled the Gopuff account and family account is canceled. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.Don’t subscribe to fam unless you want to be charged the following month and have to go through scripted, automated messages in order to get to a real human that can help, and even then my BF was asked to fill out an ADDITIONAL form after going through the apps actual cancellation process. My BF had to ask multiple times to verify the subscription was actually canceled and wouldn’t be charged again. They beat around the bush and aren’t explicitly clear. Apparently refunding the fam subscription charge is a “one time courtesy “ even though he went through with the cancellation prior to next months billing date. They wouldn’t let him change his address, which is why he wanted to cancel fan in the first place, because the app wouldn’t work for him and deliver to our new address.

Worst Delivery App First Experience - stolen moneyI had an email to get 50% off my first order. I have never used GoPuff and in fact had been waiting to use it for a few years and now that I’m in a big city, figured I would. I needed an EMERGENCY item. It was in stock on the app and then they told me that they were packing my order but were out of stock of said item. -???- It had been less than 20 mins since I placed my order and I immediately tried to cancel. There was no way to get a refund after it was already packed?! That’s crazy, no delivery app works that way and the prices are insane. So I cancel the order and try to connect to support. No one answers, just leads me in circles. This morning I see $48 was taken from my account. I am a new mother in difficult circumstances and they stole money from me. They are only refunding $22 “as a courtesy” and not giving me another option to use the 50% off discount even though I got NOTHING. So now it’s going to take 3-5 days to refund and I have no money, nor do I have what I needed and I cannot get what I need for my baby. I feel so taken advantage of!!! I actually would have been a regular customer, too, as I rely on delivery to help me get essentials multiple times a week. This process lost GoPuff more than I lost because I would have spent hundreds of dollars over time ordering through it. Customer service brings down the experienceHaving ongoing issues with the app. Unable to speak to a human rep by phone because phone contact is explicitly not offered. Have had account and app issues that remained unresolved, despite assurances they were or would be. Fairly certain that pattern is about to repeat as every time I open the app I am told that I need to update my account info to avoid cancellation despite the fact that my current account info is valid and has been confirmed as such by customer service. Fully expect this ends with my card getting charged but my account not being renewed, which is exactly how this went down last month (despite my every attempt to resolve and prevent said issue before then).
All in all, a frustrating experience when other food delivery services are starting to offer a similar product to this. If I am correct and my account gets unjustly cancelled again, that will be the last I deal with this company. Even if it doesn’t get cancelled, having to clear through the error message every single time I want to order ice cream or a bag of chips at midnight is making this experience annoying and not worth it (especially when the clearly scripted text based customer service responses are repetitive, unhelpful, and show a lack of awareness of understanding or even listening to the problem).

If you don’t, you are literally stealing their paycheck.The company pays its drivers a flat rate of $3 per delivery, no matter how far away you live from the warehouse or how small/large your order is. They are so focused on making sure their customers are happy that they completely overlook the well-being of their drivers, who are doing all the work. They need to communicate to the customers that the pay structure is really low and assumes the tip will be at least $3. As a driver, I am constantly making deliveries to people who literally do not tip. At all. That is just rude and inconsiderate. Gopuff will hire anyone as a driverSo I put in order this evening and the guy delivering my items which were 2 zucchini, a 42oz bottle or cold brew and, a 12 pk of angry orchard(which is something you need an ID to buy) decided to not follow the pinpoint and I want to preface this by saying prior to this incident, I have never had any issue where a driver couldn’t find where I was. The driver in question driver around towards the front of my apartment complex. And then sat there for a couple minutes, then turned around and went down the wrong road again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!I got this app only because they were offering the $25 off for people with EBT due to the issues with EBT right now. I spent $28 so I paid the rest out of pocket. Delivery estimates are a bait-and-switchThe last several times I’ve ordered I noticed that the delivery estimate was extended several times while in progress. They show an estimate on the home screen at the top, but that has no connection to the real estimated time. Gopuff has been doing this long enough, they know what the true estimated time is, but they don’t display that - they display something that appears reasonable as a hook, you fill up your cart, order, then watch as the screen stays stuck on Packing for 40 minutes.
I started thinking this is a bait-and-switch - and the proof showed up today. They added a warning to my Order screen after 40 minutes of packing a 4-item order: “our delivery times are running longer than 60 minutes” - and so I figured, “let’s see what they show on the Home screen” - navigated back to the Home screen, and voila! it still shows “Delivery in 27-44 minutes”. That’s the proof right there, and I’d be happy to share the screenshots with the team if they respond to this.
Gopuff, you used to be great. When you closed the store in my area you were still good. But in the last 6 months or so, you’ve really gone downhill. I understand times are tough in the 15-minute grocery business these days - but hooking your customers in with a false delivery time - that you *know* is false, as my screenshots show, I mean, that’s really bad - and it means eventually you won’t have customers anymore. Their response? "It's policy."
Excuse me? Your "policy" is to take my money, send my order to a completely wrong state, and then refuse to correct it or refund me?? I got nothing. No product. No refund. Just $30 stolen from me because GoPuff’s broken app sent my order to an address I NEVER selected.
This isn’t just bad service; this is outright theft. There is no reason why an order that was clearly placed in error due to a system glitch couldn’t be corrected, refunded, or at the VERY least credited back in some way. This is unethical, disgraceful, and a total scam.

Not the bestHad a decent experience for a little while, until hey raised their prices so much it now cost me $6 for a bag of chips. Whatever that’s inflation, i can live with it. When you go to order, it is expected to tip before the order is even made. Not to mention they automatically have you tip and you will have to change it before you place your order. I should not tip before i get my order, my tip that goes to the driver is based on how well the driver does… on top of that, the amount of times they deliver to the wrong address is ridiculous. Then when this happens you have no way to contact your driver after and the customer support will do absolutely nothing except send the pic that the driver took when they delivered and ask “do you recognize this place?” I believe the issue has to do with their gps system, not the drivers. So i went to them and asked why every driver has an issue locating my house, they pretty much said sorry, we’ll reach out to you later with an update. It’s been about 2 months since then and i have received no update. Instead they took away non-contact delivery to my address. Now i have to meet them at the door and give them a pin (they don’t tell you the pin beforehand, i had to ask my driver where i get that info) in order to get my order. Fraud?I was so happy that I found finally found an app that would deliver cigarettes. I signed up and ordered with great expectations as the ratings seemed good. But then….. When I received my first order which was form one pack of cigarettes; instead I received 5 packs of candy I had I had even heard of. How can you mistake a pack of Marlboro Lights, with a bunch of cheap candy? Long story short, after first contacting customer support and the automated response continuously saying they could not refund me, I was then transferred to a real customer care agent. I give them very precise directions to my fifth wheel. I have my name and space number written and write letters on my fence.. I wrote those for Gopuff. They still go next-door every single time this is the second time I’m missing items this time it was 2 gallons about six dollars almost with tax. Customer Service is GarbageI recently placed an order on the app because I needed some items and it was late and I knew i could always count on gopuff when stores are closed… so i thought, but this time I didnt recieve my order. I couldn’t get in touch with the driver at all and actually looked around my entire apartment complex to make sure they didnt leave my order in the wrong building and still couldn’t find it. So i clicked the help icon to get in touch with customer service, i immediately got a bot which is fine but right when i tell them the issue, it tells me to wait 34 minutes for a specialist.. so i wait and finally get in touch with an agent and they take so long to respond in between every response, keep in mind it is already 3 am so i cannot even set up a redelivery if i wanted to. So after 10 minutes with no response i make it clear that I just want my refund but the agent keeps putting me on hold, and asked if i wanted to set up a redelivery after an hour an a half of being on hold… it is currently 5 am i will not even be close to awake for a 7 am redelivery. Convenient but glitchy. Terrible customer service.I’ve ordered from them many many times. All of a sudden when I try to order juul pods they don’t show up anymore. Tried calling support and one person told me they’re still available and to refresh my app whatever that means and another rep told me they’re out of stock in my warehouse but won’t tell me if and when they’ll be restocked. Plus if they were just out of stock they would still show up and say out of stock but they’re not even showing up.
Also had an issue with my puff points. I accidentally selected a reward I don’t want and I’m unable to deselect it myself so I lost thousands of points at the push of a button. I’ve talked to 4-5 different reps who all day they’re going to return those puff points in 25-48 hours, 7-10 days, but it’s been well over that and they haven’t shown up. I can’t select another reward because that one is already selected and can’t be in selected. The customer service agents are no help? Barely speak English and don’t seem to know what they’re talking about. Get your act together and you could be a great app.

Very practical however a long term waste of moneyThe practicality and convenience of the app is great. Especially last minute items like flour, water, toilet paper, etc. The amount of items the company has is impressive and it’s even great for last minute snacks. That is where the good ends, the prices are absolutely outrageous for starters. I’ve used go puff for around 4 years now and the drivers have gotten progressively worse, my last 3 orders were dropped somewhere random with pictures not showing the location and when I contact the drivers they typically ignore me. My last order was placed at the wrong apartment, and when I called the driver he just cussed at me and told me good luck. The other massive issue is the “rewards” system: you basically get points for every purchase, but the kicker is that these points end up hurting you more than helping you. For example, you spend 10K points for a measly $5 off, but when you use the $5 off an order it takes you below the order minimum and they tack on an extra $5 which cancels out the discount.

Poor Customer ServicePrior to this experience, I’ve had an ordered from this app a couple of times. Like that they have items that were hard to find elsewhere. I recently bought $208 dollars worth of stuff later in the evening, ready for me to use early that morning. Decided to purchase these things with Gopuff bc of how late they are open and what they had available. The driver arrived, could not figure out how to open my gate and left me with only 4 out of 25 of the items I purchased. I first thought many things were out of stock and went to my phone to double check but sadly, the driver did not give me my whole order. I tried resolving this with the automated system but it was buggy and was finally able to get a live agent via chat. After some back and forth, they told me I could not get a refund because they were not able to do that as customer service reps. Today I get an email only offering me credit for the items missing. This whole experience took 24 hours to resolve and to me, it’s not resolved. A complete waste of time signing up and giving away all my personal information for them to sell. They don’t even tell you where they are able to deliver to before signing up, you have to put in your address to find out. This app is a disgusting information leach. In order to sign up which is a waste of time because you’re not going to be able to buy alcohol anywhere anyway (unless you’re in the 3 major cities they deliver it to) you must give away all your personal info. Including phone number, email address, the right to see and download all your google account email addresses, see and download your exact date of birth, see and download your street address, see and download your personal phone numbers. After ALL of this, then the app will tell you if they’re able to deliver to you. Way too slow, shoulda gone to 7-11I used to love GoPuff. My order would arrive in 15-25 min flat. But today I submitted an order for a few snacks at 3:30 with a delivery time of 3:56-4:18. These were snacks I could’ve bought 2 minutes away at the 7-11, but I was stuck in a meeting so I opted for delivery instead. The progress bar moved veeery slowly. Order didn’t even start getting packed until almost 4. Around 4:15, I thought about cancelling because I was losing the craving I had had for a specific snack, when I saw my order move to the delivery phase. But then I watched the driver move farther and farther away from my house. They must have been completing multiple deliveries, but there is nothing more disheartening than wanting something badly, waiting longer than you planned to for it, and then finally seeing it’s on its way to you only to watch it go in the total opposite direction. It’s now 5:26 and I saw the driver get somewhat close to me, then continue on in the opposite direction AGAIN. Moreover, my meeting ended at 4:30 so I could’ve just gone to 7-11 an hour ago, but the app will not let you cancel your order after the driver leaves. I will not be ordering from GoPuff again. NO AII have been a loyal customer and advocate for GoPuff for YEARS. At this point I have likely spent thousands of dollars on this app. Every friend and family member knows how often I order GoPuff. And now I am about to cancel my Fam membership and delete because of this AI bot that had been implemented. NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS AI. You're wasting water and contributing to climate destruction, for what? So we can check out sixty seconds faster? See everything that was ALREADY in the browse menu in a fashion show instead of just scrolling? I'm genuinely sick about this. We're rapidly declining into an Idiocracy/Wall-E planet, and AI is partly to blame. I cannot exaggerate how confused and angry and disappointed I am. I used to love browsing the app and letting friends order fun things, but now whenever I accidentally hit the button for the ROBOT I am filled with rage and despair. How much money was spent adding this totally unnecessary bot? How many human jobs will be affected? And no option to even turn it off? Include an option to disable the AI bot and make to menu screen the way it was, or many people will be done with GoPuff forever. We are sick of having AI forced on us. Humans NEED to THINK. Worst service everI’ve had nothing but problems with GoPuff. The customer service is probably some of the worst I ever seen. Multiple times my delivery has been delivered down the block or even to a completely wrong address, even though my location and instructions allude to me clearly not being over there. When asked for a refund on delivery a minimum I’m denied even though I had to literally SEARCH for the order that was NOT delivered to the my apartment. Other times I paid for, what was advertised as the 10 minute delivery service. I understand things come up and this may not be possible, but when 10 minutes goes to 37 minutes???? I think it’s fair to ask for a refund JUST on the speedy delivery fee as it’s not a service I received. Nope. They said they try their best to get there within 60 minutes and it looks like my order would arrive no later than 37 minutes… like I understand stuff happens but that’s not what I paid extra for! I don’t even want a full refund, Just a refund on the service I did not receive since that’s not what was advertised! I’m very disappointed 😕I’ve been a lover of Gopuff for a while now, and I’ve been an on and off FAM member for over 2 years. I’ve never had to report an issue. Unfortunately, I recently ordered some drinks that were meant to be delivered cold, they were from the refrigerated section. When they arrived, they were very warm and it was disappointing ! I decided to get help on the issue, and they gave me two options to click: 1. Gopuff credit for the items or 2. A refund via contacted agent I clicked the second option and was transferred to an agent, Rashimi. He asked me to describe the issue, so I explained I only chose these options since they were described as “delivered cold” otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased them. Rashimi then informed me that the refund could not be issued since I still received the items, regardless of them being the quality of the description I ordered. Therefore, I asked for the credits that were initially offered to me in that case. Rashimi now informed me that the credit was also no longer an option for me. When I asked what the reasoning was for this, I was given no clear answer besides it wasn’t an option, despite it being an option prior ? Rashimi then became scarce with his responses, not answering my direct questions, and then accidentally sent me a message that was meant for another customer. Still with little to no regard of my questions and concerns. I was then transferred to Shashank, the customer service line supervisor who basically did the same thing. I was given no help for my issue, no clarity as to why this was, and I’m just very disappointed because I’ve never had to contact the support before. I used to love this app but its gone downhillAre used to use this app all the time as it was very quick for delivery and even offered discounts. If it didn’t get delivered in the time it said my last three orders have taken over an hour and a half with the last one taking 2 hours+ for two things of juice…. I contacted customer service to try to cancel my order so that I could just go through another app as I have a sick child at home and cannot leave to go get the juice. I chose priority delivery yet somehow it wasnt marked on their end so that meant I had to wait 2+ hours? I could have walked to the store and back in that amount of time… the best the customer service could do was give me a $5 credit (to my $35 order) that expires in 30 days… why would I ever want to use this app again when it consistently takes over an hour to be delivered and they don’t notify you when you order that it’s gonna take that long they tell you it will only take 20 minutes and then just keep pushing the time back until it’s been almost 2 hours and then they tell you you can’t cancel your order. Best app everGoPuff is literally my FAVORITE delivery service app. I’ve had it for a few years now and the growth I’ve seen is incredible. You can get virtually ANYTHING on this app ranging from random obscure beers to healthy snacks to skincare. If I forgot to pick something up at the store or am just feeling lazy, 9/10 GoPuff has what I need. It’s also insanely fast… items get delivered within 30 minutes. I’ve ordered from GoPuff probably 25 times at this point and I’ve only had an issue ONCE. The customer support immediately refunded my money- and my order ended up showing up 30 minutes later. Last month my boyfriend and I unfortunately got Covid, he doesn’t have health insurance so covid tests were $200 at all the clinics around us and the at-home tests were sold out…BUT OF COURSE GoPuff was there to save the day!! They were selling at-home covid tests for just $20 and were restocking them every day. I also love their Sip Program, they do deals with beer companies which allow you to “sample” different beers for just 5 cents a can. Obviously I always add a few 5 cent beers to my order and share with my friends when they come over. I could go on and on about how much I love this app!!.EmmagemaVersion: 4.0.4
Sad1. Sometimes, I’ll place an item in my cart, go through with the order, only to receive an out of stock notification that the item is out of stock. The app gives VERY little time to respond to this notification before it automatically removes the item and moves on. Worse, there’s no option to edit the cart or replace the item before the request departs the store. For instance, when ordering ice, if the selected bag size is unavailable, there’s no way to switch to a different size. This is especially frustrating when you need ice for the drinks that you purchased - immediately. In one instance, I had to turn to a different service just to get the ice. 2. Gopuff shoppers don’t insulate frozen items at all. This becomes a major problem when drivers make multiple stops and you’re the last delivery regardless of your Expedited delivery preference. By the time your items arrive, they’re partially thawed or melted, which is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, you then have to deal with the hassle of customer service, where you’re asked to take a picture of the melted item for proof.
