Mw21I hate that this app groups all your charges together over the entire month and the charges your card at the end. They say they do it for the convenience of businesses but not everyone that uses this is a business. I would prefer the changes go through on the days they occur. Reduce Lead Time for PickupsCrazy that I must order 30 min in advance. Prevents me from ordering during my commute, which I do with apps of other restaurants in the area. Reduce this down to 15, or just let someone order and tell them it may not be ready in 15. UI is also very old and could use some updates. App doesn’t work for deliveryTrying to order delivery, it asks for a phone number which I enter. Then it still gives an error to enter the phone number. Won’t work and won’t allow you to order. Online ordering is brokenOverall I like the app, and it’s very easy to pay at the cash register with it. However, I would definitely use the online ordering feature to save time during my lunch hour — but it doesn’t work at all. Just sits there trying to find nearby stores, and there’s no way to just manually enter your local store. (Oddly enough, the Locations option always show a list of nearby stores). Most of the time I cannot order online because either the app or the website is down and you can't order over the phone.
