Outstanding Product!Planning Center Online products are the best in the business. I’ve now lead 3 organizations through an entire transition from other system to Planning Center Online. Organizations of different sizes. PCO is always updating their products and clearly communicating those changes as they happen. Customer service has always been great but I’ve rarely had the need to use because of how clear their online resources are. Sure, there are still issues that come up. But those are typically as a result of a setting that the user isn’t utilizing correctly or a misunderstanding of how the systems function. Great value and well worth the investment. Very easy to set up and useIt took me less than 5 minutes to turn my phone into a check in station. If you are using a printer with labels, you must have another station already set up (like a PC) that is directly connected to the printer. Then when setting the mobile app as a station choose for the label to print at the station connected to the printer. It worked perfectly with my first test..Selamberto77Version: 1.23

Will not loadApp will not load. Startup screen appears with a QR image and text indicating a process for setting up a new station but before the user can do anything, screen flashes and reappears. No supportOur church uses their app for scheduling so we thought we would try the Check-in app, but it has been very disappointing. We bought the Citizen printer so we could do self check-ins, but the program never recognizes the printer even though the iPad does.
