I use Not for music…to relax and improve health!I suffered greatly with disabling Dysautonmia which means always in a state of fight or flight. I set the frequency to 60 and inhale for 6 clicks then out 6 clicks for two minutes. This equals 5 full breath cycles per minute. This app coupled with this breathing technique absolutely SAVED MY LIFE! If you feel terrible all the time and have jumped from doc to doc with no answers, check out the book The New Science of Breath. A little academic but the gist is very simple. Free to do. No dangerous side effects like with pharmaceuticals. Sorry to make this less about this app but using this app helped me perfect this breathing technique. I LOVE that the app devs allow you to adjust the volume of the clicks. I let this play at 60 throughout my computer work day and even without the breathing technique, I experience less tension at end of day. Feature RequestsI would love to see the background feature work for the metronome programming (the one where it changes tempo based on time signature and measure number) AND the timer metronome feature (the one that is more easily noticeable on how to find and use). This would be very useful because I am a small musician, that records band music and writes original songs and remixes, but this app doesn’t have a very good recording function. It would be nice if I could be in another app that I use for recording, with my USB to lightning cord adapter and a USB Blue Snowball to be plugged in, while the metronome plays, without giving any feedback. Thanks! On a side note, when I first downloaded the app, I couldn’t find the programming feature, which is what I was needing, as well as looking for, so I deleted the app. I did decide to reinstall the app, and then found the feature. It would be nice if you make it easier to find. Lastly, although this app looks like a scam, bad, and knockoff application, it actually functions pretty great! App CriticSo far, I’m loving this app. I downloaded it to keep track of my tempo as I played my viola and it has worked so well. I haven’t had any technical difficulties whatsoever. It has a variety of colors to customize it to your own style. You can switch your tempo sound whenever. You can create a designated tempo & time signature to one song and have a list of different songs you’ve created. I love how you can also tune your instrument with this app (I just discovered that yesterday 😅). I don’t often write reviews but I was compelled by the effectiveness and handiness of this app. It has everything you need to excel in your playing. I 100% recommended downloading it. Awesome app! Works with Voice OverThis app is way better than expected. It’s waaayyyy more than a simple metronome. It’s a tuner and has all sorts of settings that. You can tweak and save and whatever suits your needs. I have downloaded so many and they do not work when Voice Over is on, this app does and all the functions work which is a happy shock to me, thank you,!! My boyfriend is a musician and is trying to teach me stuff. Actually not badWell before I thought this would be another one of those knock off tuners. But, actually it was really great you can pick themes which no other tuners have a theme to change automatically every 2 weeks. It’s also great that you can have custom sounds I use the real time sound. I give this a 5 out of 5. The adds don’t bother me because they only interrupt the bottom and doesn’t cover the whole screen like other tuner, and the ability to stop seeing adds for an hour just by watching a 5 sec or 30 sec video is great. Thanks for making an almost perfect tuner. Perfect for PracticeIf you’re looking for a simple and smart metronome for practice this is nearly perfect. It has several features that are hard to find all together in other apps. The design is well thought out so all features are all quickly accessible from the main screen. The features that I really like: 1. Very nice for a free appMetronome works well; unlike other apps I’ve tried it doesn’t lock time signatures behind a paywall, and so far it hasn’t shown me any ads. It is pretty quiet even, when connected to a bluetooth speaker but if you play softly and/or watch the visual on screen it works fine. The tuner is also good, though I don’t use it very often. It has a screen of options for timers and songs and it seems like it would be very helpful if I knew how to operate it, so if you know how to do that sort of thing, great. If the app developers are reading this, it would be nice to give that part a tutorial. Excellent once you figure out how to use itI gave it a one star review before I figured out how do use it. I was so frustrated. Since I can’t find my review and change it, I’m simply posting a new one. The instructions are on the slim side. It is good to know that one can set the timer to chime plus one can set beats per minute. Both settings are under the timer menu. then one can choose for timer and metronome to run at the same time, and for the timer to repeat. Great app, but needs a little bit more workThis app is awesome, but I think this needs more work. This is great, and I got this after I lost my metronome and had to borrow my brother’s, who just made a big deal about it. And while I’ve had this app for about three days I’ve used it for about three hours, and only have a couple complaints. 1. This app has an accent setting for the first beat, and while I thought this was going to distinguish the first beat from the others I was wrong. I think the accent could be louder and more prominent. 2. Second is about adds, and while it has them it doesn’t tell you anything about how it does. This can be especially annoying because they pop up on the bottom of your screen and you have no control whatsoever, even to get rid of them you have to pay 3 bucks. 3. My last complaint is about certain systems, and they have no clear directions on how to use them, so it can get confusing, so I think it would be nice if there was some sort of direction that comes with these..ILoveGuitarDudeVersion: 13.4

Please fix the sound issue.I am a ten year old trumpet player. This metronome is not loud enough! I can’t hear the beat when I am practicing for my recital! Simple but awesome!I am learning to play the bagpipes and my teachers are really huge about making sure I use a metronome while I am learning tunes. Finding an app that worked with voiceover on my phone was really important because so many of the Metronome apps look really fancy but don’t work with the talking software on my phone. I have not played with the tuner yet because bagpipes are weird and though I am on the practice chanter right now and not on pipes yet, I will probably go with a tuner that is more specified to that instrument. The BEST metronome app on iTunesI downloaded them ALLLL and this one is by far the best. It has the most user accessibility and options all being wrapped up in a nice, free, NO SUBSCRIPTION bow 😊 The timings choices are ample, the sounds are loud and clear, you can have a more prominent sound on the downbeat (volume control would be a plus in the future), there are extra drum loops for bossa nova, Latin, and a few others + the added ability to make your own! Amazing App, just need ONE more thingI’ve only just downloaded this app, but I love it already. It has solved the one problem that I have needed addressed with other metronome apps: no flexibility for songs with changing tempos. This app’s programming feature is easy to use, and reliable. Metronome App RocksI find this metronome app unlike any other metronome I’ve used in the past. Not only can I control the tempo and rhythm electronically, but with this app I can access different drum tracks and different key signatures. Great app overall but one tiny thing:I love the tuner and the metronome is perfect. It had all the speeds and tempos I need and has an excellent tuner which has helped me SO much. Selected Song Font Too Small!Good app, but when you create song lists, and you then go to select a song on the main metronome screen, while playing your instrument, the selected song is displayed in the upper left corner in a very tiny font. It makes it impossible to see what song you are playing to, without reading glasses, or eagle eye vision. Awesome app. Great for piano.I take a lot of music lessons, I play piano, guitar and percussion. This app great for when I’m lost on some of the music or off beat. I like the seasonal colours and how you can choose your own theme. The thing where you can keep track of your practice minutes is pretty cool. Meets my needs perfectlyI use the metronome for pacing my daily muscle and joint fitness exercises. It’s simple, easy and effective. I can set the exact BPM desired, and choose between various sound types (beep, click, etc.). I just let it run and mentally count the beeps as they occur. I don’t have to look at the display or anything else; I frequently close my eyes entirely to focus on how my muscles and joints are feeling. Favorite Metronome AppHands down the best metronome app that I could find. Unlike other metronome apps, this app offers time signatures and subdivisions that don’t require “a pro membership” to use. Very goodIt’s very good, the metronome even goes up to 999 if you type it in. It has all kinds of features too like having a beep for half notes, or clicking on eighth notes instead of quarter notes. Works great for timing in Super MetroidI was having difficult with a technique in Super Metroid that requires precise and consistent timing because I had too many visual and audible cues that were conflicting. Change in beatAs of this morning the rod beats not only when reaching the top but also the sides. Instead of the 12 beats per minute as it has done for years, it now beats 36 times per minute. Very customizableI keep this app on my phone in case of an emergency when I need to use CPR. I set the metronome to 110 bpm, and it stays like that even when I close the app. As a former musician, I love the customizability. First accent beat on Count-In is mutedAs per the title, that muted first accent beat threw me off initially as there were just 3 clicks (in 4/4) but aside from that the app is great. I was looking for something that could easily change tempos for experimenting with original song ideas and the Program mode works perfectly.
