Need a watermarking app? This is it!I’ve been using this app for 2 or 3 years now and I don’t have any complaints. I paid for iWatermark+ specifically to use for copyright watermarks for my Instagram photos. It was just what I needed and works perfectly every time. You can import photos, files & even videos but I’ll just talk about what I use. You can import a single photo or multiple photos at once. You can use one of their pre-made watermarks or make your own custom one (or several custom ones). When done, I always save the image to my phone but there are options to share it on social media (Instagram, Twitter). With the multiple photos option, it loads the photos you select into the app. Then you watermark the first one and if you go to save image, it will save that one but will ask to batch process all or go to the next photo. I always batch process as it save so much time. The app automatically loads the watermark you just used and places it in the same location that it was in the first photo. It does this for all photos you originally loaded. The only thing to remember when you want to do this is make sure you choose photos of the same orientation (all portrait or all landscape) otherwise your watermark will be edited to fit the odd photo. As long as they’re all the same orientation, the watermark will remain in the same location and it will be the same size in each photo. When you’re ready to buy the app that meets ALL watermarking needs- photo & video...this is the one.I’ve used the Adobe apps that work with my Adobe CC membership software. I’ve purchased other watermarking apps for iPhone & iPad. Tried free apps that were supposed to provide a simple function...enable me to add my custom PNG logo as a watermark, preferably in the bottom-right corner of videos. Adobe’s Clip app has an overly simplified way to do it, but if your videos aren’t a standard 1920 x 1080, it’s “Branding” feature, which is accessed & controlled in the preferences settings interface of the app, is beyond problematic. After creating custom sizes of transparent backgrounds that are 1920 x 1080 and trying to create multiple workarounds that might work, i finally gave up. Using other paid apps that only allowed me to export the videos in square formats, i was ready to just give up and do the work on my desktop, which is just silly in 2017. Then i stumbled onto iWatermark+. It blew away my expectations in one use! It has an interface that exceeded what i could have come up with in my own dreams, does more than i thought an iPhone app could pull off, and in fact, exceeds what comparable computer software can do. This is the one to buy if you need to get ANY type of watermark...just dream up any kind of watermark you can imagine, in any format on the screen, photo or video, and it will blow away your expectations..LovinItForSureVersion: 4.4

Wonderful app - try it, you’ll like it.I’m a pro photographer who’s been using iWatermark over 5 years now - and it keeps getting better. So I keep updating my review. Each year or so they add functionality that I wasn’t focused on as a big limitation — waddya want for $3? But each year this app gets easier and faster and more practical to use, like with batch processing, quickly changing font size and transparency, and horizontal vs. vertical orientation, etc. For example, sizing your custom watermark just by pinching it larger or smaller!? And snapping it into place automatically when moving a watermark from vertical to horizontal orientation on a photo. It’s actually MUCH faster to do this with this $3 app than in Photoshop on my desktop computer with dual monitors setup! This (or any) app is no replacement for Pshop, but for putting my name on iPhone photos, iWatermark is king. Hugely convenient and a time-saver if I want my name/url on ALL my photos I send out onto the interwebs. And I do! Risk the tiny investment and see for yourself how comprehensive this simple-to-use app is for putting your watermark on your phone pics. Now that I’m hooked, I don’t know what I’d do without it. Edited from 3 stars to 5 starsAfter I wrote my original review the developer reached out to me to address my concerns. Selecting more than 1 picture one is very easy, you just need to select the first pic, then double click the last one and all of them in between will be highlighted. Super simple!!! Also, the app preserves your original photos. Most of the competitors apps I have tried didn’t do that and as a result of that I actually messed up some pics due to me not having a backup stored. Another great feature is that you don’t have to worry about the orientation when adding the watermark. The app will make sure the watermark gets placed exactly where you selected it. Unlike some competitors where the watermark ends up on the middle right because you went from landscape to portrait. Out of 10 apps I tried iWatermark is the only one that had this feature! I am very happy with this purchase, the app has great features, a very attentive developer, and is very good priced. (Old version: tried 4times last night to select all the pictures I wanted to watermark. In itself the app is great, but when you try to batch edit, after selecting 40 images the app crashes and you have start all over again. Original & BestI've been using iWatermark since the beginning, at that time it was the only one to offer the feature sets that others have used as a foundation. It seems to me that their continued investment in the app, and apparent attention to the needs of photographers professional included has made this tool indelible in my work life. I've been using it on an iPhone 6+ until Jan 2021 where the power of the iPhone 12 max and scripting capabilities with Shortcuts, have transformed my workflow considerably. I shoot with cameras that auto upload to the phone, and are processed with iWatermark+ and an IPTC template app, for later selection and delivery to clients. Maybe other apps do all of this under one roof, but I prefer the separation of process through various app's linked together by Shortcuts, because when things go awry, as they inevitably do, it gives me multiple points of inspection..DevtankVersion: 6.4.1

Social media photographer’s best friendI use iWatermark every day. I post pictures on my blog, on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. My work is stolen often, and, while a watermark won’t prevent it from being stolen and reposted—as someone who really wants to can find ways around it—at least it makes it harder. I used to do all of my watermarking on my laptop using Photoshop, which was a pain in neck, and obviously not very portable. With iWatermark, I can quickly watermark any photo I want to using just my phone, and it’s faster and easier and just as high-quality as when working with Photoshop. I recommend iWatermark to all of my social media friends. It’s extremely easy to use, and is flexible and fast, whether you are marking one or multiple photos or video. Best I've usedI've used this app before, during beta and after. It is excellent. I set up a couple different watermarks, from script to my company logo to fit different needs. I can open twenty pictures for my website and eBay, put the watermark where I want, or just leave it in the last place, and within maybe one minute it's watermarked all photos and saved them automatically. It's called process the batch, and it's golden! The ONE THING, is I wish there was an option to replace the raw pictures. Once they are watermarked I don't have a need for the original. I realize most would want to keep them, but for me once it's watermarked I don't need the original. Maybe an option after the batch is done? Tremendous app - hasn’t failed me yetI really only utilize a fraction of what t go a app can do, but it has yet to let me down. It just works, and works beautifully. I’ve only crashed it a couple of times when attempting to batch process a ridiculous number of photos, and to be honest I can’t say whether it was the app or my phone’s own limitations that caused this - hardly a concern, I had purposefully selected a ridiculous number, something like 300 photos to see what would happen. Great app!! Worth ever penny!!I’ve used several free apps to watermark photos and they work fine if you want to take the time to set everything up over and over for each picture. I’m glad I found out about this app in a FB group. It does several different kinds of watermarking that you can use on your photos and on your videos. Once you set up what watermarks you want it saves them so you just import your pictures or videos and they already have the watermarks. If you need to adjust the watermark, you just move it around to fit best in the picture or video. By far the best on the marketI must admit, I was totally disappointed with the previous version because it crashed all the time. The support team responded right away to my complaint and they promised it would get better when Apple completed its iOS updates. Fantastic and so Convenient!I was using a different (free) app to watermark my product photos that was extremely slow and time consuming. Someone recommended iWatermark+ to me, and I am so grateful! I absolutely love the convenience of batch photo loading and watermarking. Promising: Worked We’ll for A BitWas loving this app until I tried to change the watermark a bit on individual photos while using the batch process. I love that they have this feature and it was working for a bit and then crashed. Sent an email in and was told they are working on it so I hope it is fixed soon. Unfortunately now when I try to open up a single photo to watermark, it crashes. Haven’t tried deleting and reinstalling because I don’t want to repay for it. If they fix the issues then I would not be hesitant to give it five stars. Easy to use and flexibleThis app is easy to use, and has a lot of flexibility. I have not yet tried the batch photo processing, as I add the watermarks individually from within Photos. When the marks are added as a layer in heic format, it does not take up as much memory as re-saving as a new watermarked image would take. It is also easy to undo the changes after I have posted to Instagram to get the clean copy back. This is THE ONE!I’ve downloaded and purchased so many apps in the hopes of finding one that would simply allow me to add a transparent PNG image to a video and I’ve finally found it! The interface was super easy to use. Less than 5 minutes after purchasing I was able to load my video, create a watermark using a png logo I had in my camera roll, adjust the size/opacity and location, add the watermark and easily save the video back to my camera roll. Watermark made easySince I've gotten my iPhone 6S Plus I've been using it extensively for photos and video. I can capture, edit, and upload seamlessly but I haven't been adding a watermark as I did in Photoshop with photos from my DSLR. Love this app!Love this app. Allows placement of several images and text over a photo. I appreciate the ability to import .png files and the app preserves the transparency. Key part of my blog process.I take all of my own photos for my blog and watermark them all with this app. I like being able to create multiple watermarks and use two at a time. A drone photographer will supply me photos at times and for those I’ll put both logos on. Perfect!If your trying to watermark images for social media using Lightroom Mobil, then this is your answer. The app is easy to use, understand, and has good support. Like the app but beware of limited Raw file supportLike the app and works great with JPG files. I only use a custom watermark that is a PNG image. The only issue I have encountered is that Raw files are not fully supported. You will get mixed results in the placement and final output of the location of your watermark. Has not been working properlyI’ve enjoyed this program for many years and loved the ability to batch process multiple photos at once. Unfortunately maybe six months ago the program quit sorting my photos in the order taken. Even when I changed it to a different sort method it still had photos mixed everywhere. Since I take about 10-30 photos a day trying to find them in my 30,000+ photos was impossible causing me to have to watermark one photo at a time. I’ve reached out for help in hopes it’s a setting I’ve missed. When it works it is a simple app and has so many great features! I’m hoping to get a fix so I can stay with old faithful..BmwdiVersion: 7.0.6

Was once Amazing!!!I used this app almost daily until a few days ago. The current iOS update was too much to handle I guess. Now every single time I try to import a photo for watermarking with my own watermark, it takes my larger image and compresses the crap out of it. I can’t export it or share it when it’s compressed down to just over 100kb or 200kb. I’ve checked and rechecked compression/quality settings, deleted the app/reinstalled, powered off my iPhone 11 Pro Max and still have the same problem. My images go in to the app at 4mb - 15mb. Why all the compression now? It renders the app useless. If there’s a fix in the future, I’ll definitely be back to review again. This app was once amazing and deserved 5 stars. Custom watermarks are still missingI’ve been using this app for years. It’s had issues in the past, but this one takes the cake! Even after the update that says it will restore watermarks, mine are still gone. The app and the data were not removed from my device. This is getting 1 star because now I have to create my watermarks all over again. Update: received a response from the developer. Unfortunately, the information they provided to restore the watermarks was not helpful or useful. My watermarks are gone and will need to be recreated. No longer worksI loved this app for a long time, but for some reason it no longer works. I’m running version 5.9.1 on an iPhone 8 Plus (with fully up to date software), and every time I try to watermark an image, it tells me it failed to save due to lack of space on my phone (I currently have over 150GB of available space on my iPhone). Another weird glitch is that the some of the colors no longer work for bitmap watermarks (mostly the oranges and reds). They show up as different colors! So I’ve had to resort to using other watermarking apps that, unfortunately, don’t do batch watermarking and just aren’t as easy as this app used to be. What happened?It looks like we can no longer go thru Apple’s photo edit to add a watermark using iWatermark. With the update yesterday, they deleted my set up watermarks I’ve been using for YEARS. Then when you think you’re grabbing a newly set up watermark, the only thing that prints (in HUGE red numbers) is the date. It looks like the developers have made this a stand alone app that has to pull your photo into their program. Doing that, IT CHANGES THE QUALITY OF THE PHOTO! Why did they do this? Give us back the ability to do quick edits thru the native apple edit program! PLEASE!.ZanykfcVersion: 7.0.4

Issues with latest versionIssues with latest version – it supposedly resolves the watermark sizing and positioning issue, but I am still seeing the same behavior on my photos. When I apply the watermark, I choose the size I want, but once I save it the size of the watermark is so tiny as to be almost invisible. ORIGINAL: I use this app to watermark my artwork photos from my phone for posting to Instagram. It was very easy to use and set up the watermarks from the beginning, and the process to watermark each individual photo is really quick. Doesn’t work. No support.Paid for the plus version on my iPhone7 and it worked great. Upgraded to iPhone XR, signed back in to the app, had to recreate the watermark and used the same png file. The background is not clear. I have checked it over and over to make sure it’s .png and it is and is from the very same source I used previously. Paid another 1.99 to try to basic version to test it and the background is still white instead of clear. Most upsetting is that I’ve already submitted the form for customer support as I’ve now paid nearly $7 for an unusable app..TSam1234Version: 4.5

Something lost in the past 2 yearsI’ll start by saying the app is amazing for what it does, kudos on the fonts and very simple options it’s really great… Unfortunately for the past couple of years, something has changed and the ability to do actions from all over the iOS has been lost. I can’t do a quick signature add to photos from different apps, export picture from photoshop (or even photos) to the app. This is makes the entire process very cumbersome and would require me to find alternatives..AvielcVersion: 7.0.7

Never thought I would have to give this App one star!After being a watermark user ( original free version)for well over a year. I decided to upgrade so I could watermark my videos as well. I don’t like it, I can’t save my watermarks. Unlike the original version. ( So I could go pick & save the one I want then paste it where I want. So I have to go back to edit and position it to where I want it. That’s my first gripe, second it won’t always upload my videos. I have to close the app and open it again. Just gets worse and worse.I’m running this app on an iPhone 11Pro, with an updated iOS. With the newest update of this app, I no longer have the option of saving to my photos. This had become necessary a couple of years ago when I suddenly could no longer usefully upload to Instagram. (Instead of starting with filters, you get sent straight to captions, limiting what you can do with Instagram features. I was assured a fix would be forthcoming. GLITCH AFTER GLITCHThis app is a complete piece of garbage. It keeps telling me it doesn’t have enough space in my phone to save the watermarked images, but I have 2 TB of space and I JUST deleted 3200 files! Nothing but glitch after glitch. GARBAGE..StfuysoabVersion: 6.0
