The H-E-B® Prepaid app lets you manage your Card Account wherever you are. That means it’s convenient to do things like:

• Check your Card Account balance and transaction history
• Send money to friends and family
• Find no cost reload locations**
• Load checks to your Card Account – it’s as simple as taking a picture*

Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Great updateI've been using this app for about two years. Never had any problems before, but they just posted an update that makes the app so much easier to track your money and transactions. These improvements made me want to post a review..Version: 4.9

No way to back out of transaction history!!Anytime I look at an individual transaction, the back button will not take me back to the main page where both prepaid and savings account is listed as well as the tabs at the bottom to move money. The back button just repeatedly goes back and forth from transaction history and transaction detail. Please fix! Everything else is great! I’m over having to log out and back in to continue..Version: 6.1.4
