Pretty neat!So I was using this as kind of a stud finder. It’s tricky but it does find them for the most part (FYI not the wood of course). You want fancy get walabot. This is good. 1 Star off because of that god Sergio beeping without detecting anything (and yes u can disable the sound).Version: 1.3
Needs user controlled sound thresholdOne of the better mag field detector apps. As it is now, the sound is either on or off. It would be much more useful if the user could configure the threshold at which the sound comes on, which would make it configurable as an alert as well as a simple audible field strength indicator. Hope the developer can give us that feature in the future!.Version: 3.1
Works for my purposesThis app works well. The visual and vibration effects are excellent, and variable sensitivity helps. The beeps are simply annoying but they can be shut off. More sensitive than expected and can detect near field increases with load in PMDC motors. Would like to have the option to capture max values, but overall this app is certainly worth the price..Version: 4.0.1
ExcellentI’m not entirely sure just WHAT it’s actually detecting (hey, I’ll admit I’m not a genius on this topic... yet*g*) but I know enough about magnetic fields to realize that they’re something we should be aware of. The app is really simple and very consistent. Plus, it’s great fun to play with 😎. Now I just need to figure out why my iHome alarm clock/stereo system pegs the meter off the charts while my 16 plug surge protector barely registers! LOL.Version: 1.5
Works good if you practice.This works good if one practices. At first it didn’t do to good. Then I took the phone case off. It works much better now. Also place the back of the phone flat against the wall and slide it around. Play with it to test it’s limits. Don’t expect this to replace the high dollar professional units..Version: 1.3
This worked great on my iPhone 7.I saw the other bad reviews and I disagree completely. This seems to pick up however only magnetic metals like nails and screws in sheet rock. It does not pick up my gold ring, but for finding studs by locating nails this works very well..Version: 1.3
