Can you fix this problemWhen I downloaded the app it was loading but it crashes and I never got the chance to using the app can you fix this problem..Version: 2.8.4

There’s a reason for everythingI just bought yet another copy even though I have paid hundreds for existing software on an Apple ID (lalafel@me) that for “some reason” after YEARS of trying to recover Apple just wont help. And I am quite literate digitally. I have a UR 22 mkII, with an existing Steinberg acct from the desktop DAW, and for all of you complaining about needing the hardware, ESPECIALLY using an Apple device....,how can you NOT GET THE SIGNIFICANCE of the manufacturer needing control over BOTH hw&sw !.???! well let’s just say as a long time pro engineer w national acts under my belt I wouldn’t give your demo 10 seconds of listening time. Steinberg may not be easy to learn but nothing comes close in terms of its sheer power and capability, and admittedly the visual interface could be friendlier (but we are talking many years since we used any of their s/w). We didn’t have difficulty accessing our Steinberg acct A few months ago. So we are , yes dropping the 50$ sight unseen on this version and KNOW it’s a bargain since we were trained with real audio gear as an AES member and every type of software stretching back to Dr T on an ATARI ...SOOOOO if you lookin 4 friendly we suggest you stay OUT of the music biz 😂. Bein sincere here..Version: 2.8.1

Cubasis is FOR REALWhile it’s no fun getting older, the prospective of growing up in the 80’s makes me really appreciate the tremendous technology available to musicians and songwriters today. Cassette four tracks were a blast of course, I learned a lot on them, but a DAW on slate no bigger than a magazine, with features on par with its desktop counterpart and now with Waves PlugIns?! Unreal, Cubasis is unreal. I think users of the other iOS DAW’s need to add Cubasis to their arsenal as well. I love Auria Pro, but also use Cubasis; the ease of use and excellent on board instruments make MIDI composition & experimentation a breeze and serious mixing with acoustic instruments and audio is equally powerful. Steinberg’s partnership with Waves is a huge step in a journey Cubasis has been taking from a DAW people could doubt & dismiss (“Recording on an iPad?!”) to a DAW that is just as capable as it’s desktop brethren. Highly recommended..Version: 2.3

The DAW that hits the Sweet Spot!I have, and use, several iOS music production platforms. I have to say that Cubasis is just about the perfect balance between something like GarageBand on the simple-but-limited side, and Auria Pro on the unlimited-but-complex side. Cubasis is quick, fun to use, only limited in the most sophisticated final mixing and processing tasks. If you put together a track that is good enough to get to that stage, that's a good problem to have. Cubasis can get you there, and you will have fun doing it..Version: 2.4.1

Outstanding!I’ve been a Steinberg customer, (Cubase/Wavelab) user for years. Since the early days of VST/32 I’ve been hooked. I’ve seen professional audio engineers switch from impressive Pro Tools setups and sell them to acquire the quality of Cubase’s or Nuendo’s audio engine after taking demos to their studios! Remember, to get the full benefit of Cubasis you’ll need compatible hardware. With the Neve partnership, I use the UR-RT4. It’s amazing to hear the quality audio that can be recorded on an iPad these days! Keep up the great work and don’t forget to send my coffee mug!.Version: 2.8.1

HELP!!!The latest OS update has apparently made it where Cubase will no longer load. Also, although paid for the full upgrade when I go to the App Store it does not know I have purchased the full version and still has me down for the LE version. Help!!.Version: 2.8.1

Disappointed :(I purchased the full version from within the Cubasis LE app, but it does not show that I purchased it in the App Store. So, my review here is for the FULL VERSION. I've used the desktop (pc) versions of Cubase for years and love it. Cubasis, in my opinion, doesn't come close to offering what the desktop versions have. Maybe it's great for some composers, as a way to work a song from start to finish. But, to me Cubasis really feels more like a really good 'scratch pad' that the developers are expecting you to actually work on your tunes on a full pc/mac version. The really disappointing thing to me, is the lack of ability to do multiple time signatures/tempos in one song. Because of this simple lack of capability, this app is pretty much useless for what I wanted to use it for. Rant over, it does do what it says it will do. I hope they implement other compositional abilities with future updates. :/.Version: 2.0

SadI purchased the full version of Cubasis 2 through Cubasis LE. It did not show in Apps store that I purchased it. Besides I was expected to have a full version of Cubasis 2, it seems that a partial version instead of a complete full version of Cubasis 2. Please fix this app. Thank you.Version: 2.0

Great app with first-rate MIDI supportUnlike other reviewers I've found this app to work well for me, including my oddball MIDI equipment. I've upgraded to the full version (no longer LE) and don't regret it for a minute. While it may be true that you don't get much/any assistance from Steinberg (the developer), I've gotten near-immediate responses on their forum. Recommended!.Version: 2.0

Crossgrade version?I've had Cubasis LE (upgraded to LE2) on my iPad for a long time. I didn't used it much do to its limitations. But it worked and my interface (Zoom U24) work well with it. This week, I noticed Cubasis 2 was on sale for half off ($24.99) at the Apple Store. So I opened my LE app and purchased the in-app-upgrade at the upgrade price of $14.99 instead of the $24.99. Everything looked like Cubasis 2, but the icon and help screen both said I still had the LE version. Because you can't call Sternberg, I guess customers aren't worthy, I sent an email for them to confirm which version I had. After three days of emails back and forth, i was advised to call Apple, get a refund, delete my copy off my iPad, download LE2 again, and re-purchase the in-app-upgrade Although I thought that was a bas idea, I did it. Now, LE2 doesn't recognize my Zoom U2 (Steinberg has a list of official interfaces they tested and you need to use one of them to unlock LE. The Zoom U24 was just released and is not on their list. It's nice Steinberg has a list, but why do I have to have one of them if my interface works?). I only have access to the demo section. And you can't purchase the upgrade from the Demo. Didn't I say this was a bad idea? So after a week of frustration over a $14.99 app, I coughed up the $24.99 for what I know is Cubasis 2. Why am i giving Cubasis 4 stars after all I've been through? The app is fine. It's a really good portable mutitrack solution. It has great features, a great work flow and it works fine on my iPad 2 and recognizes my Zoom. The only competition is Auria (which I like more personally) but Auria only works on newer versions of iPads, not mine. And they never go on sale. For those looking to upgrade from the in-app purchase. I'm 95% you'll get Cubasis 2. But I can't be 100%. Apparently, neither can Steinberg. Cubasis 2 is a great product and is worth it even at the regular price of $49.99. It would be nice for Steinberg to give this to me at the crossgrade price, but I won't hold my breath. Enjoy you mixes David.Version: 2.0

Where are my purchases?I had this app on my old iPad and had paid for the classic synths in app purchase ($39.99) and now have a 30 minute demo and no purchases to restore? I use the same Apple account. I also have a steinberg account with cubase 10 pro. How do I use this app without paying an additional $70?.Version: 2.8.1

Great product !!!Easy to use , works flawlessly , the plugins are a nice add on ! I strongly recommend , well worth the 40 Bones !!!.Version: 2.8.6

Can’t ask for moreSuper pre pro app.all you can need.Version: 2.8.2

Awesome!Unlike the one star rating, this app is only advertised once you’ve bought hardware that include Cubase AI, or buying the software yourself. This means you’re only supposed to get the app BECAUSE it’s compatible with the base software. A one star rating is not appropriate because you can’t get the whole thing because of a “paywall”. The DAW is great, and has some awesome features to play with! Makes working in one key easy and convenient for new producers, while also still allowing everything for experienced ones. I know that sometimes owners will put fake reviews on to make the product look better (*cough*amazon*cough*), so just letting you know this is a genuine review by a product owner. If you want a portable DAW connected to your Cubase AI, this works great!.Version: 2.7
