Atención al Cliente de Bolt Food

First time ever to use this service and we got picked up with a Mercedes. I only picked one address to go to, but I asked the driver to bring the 2nd person to another address, driver clearly explained you can just add a second address to the trip, i was amazed as no other service in Barcelona has this option. Was brought home save in a Mercedes and my sister too. Thanks Bolt

Hiii, I ordered food from your branch in nyanyano 3 hours ago and the rider seemed to have block my number, I tried getting through to the branch but their telephone line are not working. And I need my money back because I paid via momo. Chicken man kasoa ghana

Mincinosi pana in ultima secunda, au trimis curierul dupa comanda , dupa 55 minute dupa ce era gata comanda, si vor sa dea vina pe restaurant. Incompetenta voastra intrece orice masura.

Permitem que restaurantes horríveis estejam no App, vc pede uma comida e chega algo de uma qualidade pésima, que nem um cachorro comeria e eles te fazem pagar por isso

If you have a problem with an order, support is the most useless thing I've ever seen. They will just waste your time and money. I don't ask for more here after always having problems with the orders or with the delivery people.

Be careful with this app. They don’t deliver the food in many occasions, it happened to me already 3 times. Furthermore if you order for dinner, customer service will not respond until next day and you end up with no money and no food. Some drivers marks your food as delivered and then switch off the phone, Bolt doesn’t seem to do anything about it. If you trust me, Use another app

I’ve been for almost 2 years very active on this app and I saw everything, broken drinks, unpolite delivery guys, late orders, not possible to change your phone number, etc… But today I arrived to the point which made me delete the app. One of the dishes of the order (SW1VV) arrived wrongly, instead to give me an inmediate solution they ofered me 9€ voucher, when if I try to order again the price was 10.6 + 40 minutes of waiting time. When I asked for an alternative solution, the guy told me that it was because I maybe ordered in a pick hour (he almost tells me the time I need to order) Is funny how bad they treat a loyal customer with the big number of similar apps that we have nowadays… For me, easy solution, download another app and enjoy it, for them, one less customer

Do not buy with this app. Someone stole 600€ from my credit card with this app and they refused to refund me even when they found the criminal.

I was using this app almost every day. Today after doing an expensive order they just delivered me another completely (and cheaper) order by mistake. Support chat had me waiting for more than one hour and finally decided to do a tiny refund of 12 pln when the total cost was 70pln and what I got costs 30 pln. Worst service ever

He pedido bastantes veces en esta aplicación (+20 pedidos)y no he tenido problemas hasta hoy, que mi pedido a llegado totalmente derramado y el cuál tenía un importe superior a 15€, cuando les he mandado las fotos me dicen que solo me devuelven 5€ para mi proximo pedido, recomiendo Uber eats ya que su servicio de atención al cliente es bastante mejor

I ordered food from bolt food for the third time, and also is the third time that this problem happened. I ordered burguer king for tonight and the deliver arrive 15 minutes late. Then when I saw my deliver half of the dinner didn’t arrive, as the other three times I order before. Then I wrote to bolt food and the solution was re founding the amount of money they stole me, staying without eating for tonight. I really encourage people to don’t use this app, if you want to eat

I think they don’t have proper restaurant quality check. Just ordered from one of the selected restaurants and food was horrid :(
