I really enjoy using the app to keep me organized , aware and informative about the medication. The app has taught and re-enforced my learning of the self-administration / injection of my medication. When I begin to wonder about side effects I have resources such as information about the medication and a Nurse Ambassador. Being able to utilize resources that I can contact and connect to verbally and online to answer questions and concerns about the medication or other personal issues I may have experienced is awesome. I like the ability to set reminders to take my medication especially during what can sometimes be a busy day for me. I enjoy being able to request for supplies needed such examples as sharps container and travel kit. I can write about the app all day but to sum things up overall this is a wonderful app, I feel like everyone cares about my wellbeing and it’s user friendly to me because I’m not as familiar with computer technology. I’m thankful that I have access to utilize the app and resources. Thanks and blessings for individuals that contribute to making patient/clients to feel less stressed about a health concern.

I LOVE THIS APP

There seems to be all inclusive information available on this app! And I am unbelievably grateful for my personal nurse ambassador, Rose. She took me through the COMPLETE APP step by step so I thoroughly understood how to use it to my advantage so I am successful in my treatment. She has answered all my questions, calmed my nerves, provided information that is supportive, relevant, and done so with kindness, compassion, and true concern for my successful experience and use of Humira. I have never felt so honestly cared for from a healthcare provider of any kind in my life. Previously, I had an unsuccessful experience with another injectable where there was absolutely NO contact or education provided, and I had to seek out information and process on YouTubeI and my personal pharmacist. I now feel empowered by Rose (Rosie) to move at a pace that is comfortable to me in terms of obtaining information as well as performing my self injections. I feel that the addition tips and tricks she educated me about will ultimately help me be a successful patient of HUMIRA. ALL of the WONDERFUL resources provided by the HUMIRA program that have come to my fronts door have been so helpful as well. Thank you HUMIRA for the Complete APP, the education materials, and most of all, for Rose! Thoughtfully and appreciatively, Ann

Helpful App

This app has been helping me to keep track of taking the Humira. It helps with tracking the locations of each shot and the documentation of each dose. I wish it would allow for a more personalized tracking of symptoms. The app has a feature where you can track your symptoms, but it allows the user only to choose from a narrow range of symptoms. If your symptoms deviate from that you cannot track them. I find that so frustrating that I don’t use the app for that. I only use it to track the Humira shots

Impressed, also a suggestion

Overall I’ve been pretty impressed with the Humira complete app. I think it’s very easy to use and it’s nice to have a lot of info in one place. I think having easy access to resources, including getting mailed a sharps container and travel case, is extremely convenient. I like that the app has a diagram of your leg to track where your last injection was, but one suggestion that I have is that it would be nice to be able to look back beyond just the last injection that you did. I’m a person who switches from right to left leg every injection, but I also try not to inject in the same place on the same leg as I did two injections before. So, it would be nice to be able to see back at least two injections so I can see where I did it on that leg the last time.

Humira Tracking

I like the app. It makes tracking injections, symptoms, reactions etc. very easy. I would have given it five stars if it had these two things: 1. A customizable injection schedule instead of only having a choice of every week or every two weeks. I take mine every 10 days because that is how often I need it. 2. The injection procedure instructions are nice to have right at the beginning of the app when you are new to the medication. But once you know the correct procedure it would be nice to be able to move those pages to the back of the app so you don’t have to go through them every time you need to do your injection.

Perfect for tracking meds

I have been using this app for several years to track Humira injections. Currently on weekly injections which is easier to keep up with than odd dosing such as every 10 days but still nice to have that reminder, especially when it’s a busy week. It takes less than a minute to log injections. In addition to convenience there is a fair amount of patient information included. Also when I started Humira the nurse ambassador was a helpful resource.

NinjaspyderVersion: 19.3
Thanks Humira!

I have relied on this app for three years to help me keep my dosing correct and record my symptoms. This app has been extremely helpful with conversations with my doctor. I wish that it would allow you to have a little more freedom and how you record things. I would like to recordsymptoms maybe that are unrelated, but still need to be discussed with my physician, and I don’t think I have anywhere else really to make these recordings. That would be my only complaint.

Very Helpful for Tracking

Recently changed biologics and this is the first time I’ve ever been on Humira. The app has been super helpful and very user friendly. It helps leading up to injection day and also tracking any potential side effects. Also reordering supplies on the app is super easy and makes the transition process so much easier. For myself who has never done self injections and worrying about storage, travel w/medication, pen disposal. The app helps keep track of these things to help alleviate worries and stresses. Would highly recommend to anyone starting off on Humira.

My Experience

My entire experience with Abbvie and Skyrizi have been an absolute pleasure both with the courteous manner in which I was treated, the helpfulness of the ambassador and the team that responds to phone calls My ambassador has made it very clear to me that she’s always there for me if have any questions or concerns My ambassadors sat with me while I did my first injection, and I feel totally confident in continuing to do future injections on my own now. Also, Within one week of my first injection I could see a difference in the plaque on my arms and I could see it physically thinning Each week I noticed more and more healing and it hasn’t even been a month since my first injection. I have not experienced any side effects at all, and I am so grateful to be part of the program and reap the benefits of this treatment. Sincere regards Janet Hughes

Great app, very useful!

This app is amazing and FULL of vital information to equip you with so much resources to better understand all the benefits and give you all the confidence to under what your injecting into your body and what red flags to watch for. Not to mention co-pay assistance, reminders to take your meds and body mapping of where you injected and so much more. The app and all it resources played a vital role for my decision to choose Humira over its competitors products. Abbvie really cares about you!

Great at reminding and keeping me in check!

The app is very useful in keeping me updated and reminding me of when to take shot and next location of shot. Some issues with transferring information from old iPhone to new one, in fact, all my symptom data was lost. I still have old I phone but if I go on it to read old symptoms for dates the app assumes I forgot to take my shot . The new iPhone app is updated. Annoying but it better than the alternate of suffering through a flair up. Thanks

Very useful app for dosings

I have been using this app for quite a few years and I absolutely love it. It reminds me when I need to take my medicine, as well as if I forgot it a dose. I can log my systems - any issues that I’m having and I can bring it to go over with my doctor. The best and most useful part is that I can log my biweekly doses and where I inject them, so I can change locations frequently. Excellent app - I highly recommend it!

Great app, easy and so helpful!!!

Being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis is not easy. We have been conditioned to think that only old people have arthritis, but there are several different types of arthritis, and age is not a factor. At a difficult time, when one discovers that an injection, such as Humira is going to provide relief. This app really helps and walks you through the process. You can keep your log, set remainders and find most answers about your medicine . Highly recommend!

Keeping me on my toes

Thanks for the reminders and being able to record my injections. I hope my rheumatologist can see this info so she can track my progress. I also have a orthopedic surgeon, so I hope he can also see my medication history. I am using the UNC Southeastern Medical system along with Robeson Health Care Corp for my medical needs. I will be 71 years old end of September. I like it when computers share data!

Does The Job Well

The rare app that focuses on both the utility and flow of the patient experience. Developed for users of Humira the app provides reminders, injection logging and recording of symptom data and scheduling functions for patients, along with all the data about Humira itself. Been using it for some time and it just works as it should. More than I can say for most apps these days whose developers seem to have forgotten the Ux part.

Robert861Version: 7.2
Useful app to remember at the details of injections

I mainly use this app to remember when I took my last Humira injection. Humira relieves most, if not all, my rheumatoid pain so I forget when I need to take it again. Once I remember how to navigate the app, It’s easy to record the lot number and injection site. I seldom have symptoms to record but when I do, there is a section to note that also.

New to Biologics

A friend who is on the same biological I just started told me about this app. So far it’s helped me get a needle box, travel case and instructions w/ videos on how to give the MEd. It also lets me document and track my symptoms. They even gave nurse resources, reimbursement options if applicable and even reduced copay cards for those who qualify. It’s helped make the whole process easier and as a biological nieve it’s helping me track progress!

Central Florida Dive GalVersion: 7.3
Amazing!

I found out about a month ago I would need to start Humira so I signed up for the savings card and the app is amazing!! Having videos at my fingertips to show me ‘how to,’ having my access to my ambassador at any time, or being able to keep my symptoms noted is very impressive. I love that I will be reminded when to take my next dose where my life is so busy.

App working again!

Thanks for the update. Had problems with app crashing for past two injections. Just logged in successfully and was able to log my missed injections. I’ll still continue writing down my injection info in case this happens again. I don’t want to forget my last injection site since I’m on a every other week schedule and can’t keep the info in my head.

PurplejunkieVersion: 7.1
Very helpful

It’s nice to have an app that stores my info as well as reminding me when to take a shot & where I took it previously. It would be nice if I could arrange for new sharps containers to be sent to me via app, but I haven’t been able to do that without calling. Update: it seems I can now order containers without calling. I do wish that I didn’t have to input a large password every time I open the app. Seems unnecessary

Kept on Track

I love this application. When I first started taking Humira I logged everything in a book. The online app takes the burden away from me. Not only does it remind me to take my medication but it remembers the injection site. All I have to do is open the app. I log in when and where and the app does the rest! Thanks for keeping me on track and for taking the guess work out of my medication!

Very helpful

I’m new to Skyrizi, haven’t started yet. This app has been super helpful in making sure I have everything that I need and connecting me with a nurse that will help me with my first at home injection. I also received my sharps container with all the directions for that, as well as my travel cooler. I feel like this process can be super overwhelming. So I’m glad this app exists.

Super Helpful App

I love this app! I use it to keep track of my Skyrizi injections, my symptoms, and any side effects I may experience. I also used it to order my sharps container and travel case, and can use it to connect to my nurse ambassador if I need to. I only took one star off because, for whatever reason, the facial recognition login doesn’t work with glasses.

Great reminder

I’ve enjoyed using this app. It is a great way for me to keep track of my injections and I am able to go back and reference the site of my previous injections. Once I had to go back and look at the lot number and expiration date of one of my injections and I was able to, because I keep track of it using this app.

Love this app!!

Complete reminds you that your injection is coming up. Great reminder for those that are traveling! It keeps track of injection sites, so you are sure to rotate. It keeps track of lot numbers of your medication if needed for future reference. It has a Videos for injection, teaching, and step-by-step directions. It is just what it says… Complete.

Easy and vital.

I started humira in 2019 and this app is what helped me track my dosage, remind me to take my medicine, and allowed me to contact anyone I needed for assistance. I was able to order sharps containers and all of my supplies directly through the app! I would have had a very difficult time without this app. It’s wonderful land super easy to use. Highly recommend!

Reminders!!

I love how I get reminders about my upcoming shot… And I love how I can track, what I did last and what I’m doing now. Also personally helpful to be able to have a space to put her expiration and lot No. too. I just love this application I hope everybody who uses Humira has this downloaded on their phone for their support and management of their disease.

Great app for tracking my injections

This application is very thorough. It tracks when you took your injections, the location of your injection, and gives you a place to journal reactions and other symptoms. Best of all it sends reminders before your injection date, and will send another alert after that date to ask if you forgot or had to miss that injection. Easy to use and a great help.

BigDisappointed1HereVersion: 7.1
Almost there

App works fine, just a couple of things missing. 1) Copy/paste previous expiration date and lot number. Usually a box comes with 2 pens, so makes it easier to log rather than type everything again. 2) keep expiration date and lot number in the backups. Annoying to lose all that information when re-installing the app, or restoring the phone and switching to a new phone.

Complete App

I have received the best of help and information from my Skyrizi ambassador, Star. She has provided me with her expertise as to how it works, what to expect, how to do the injection and has followed up with me. AbbVie has been a life saver as far as helping me with financial resources to cover costs that my health insurance does not. I would highly recommend this App. Thank you kindly. Sue

I’m new to my medication so this is the first time I’ve used the app. So far it has been helpful in connecting me with resources to make my new life with injections be more comfortable. I downloaded it mostly for helping me stay on top of my injections, but it has turned out to be helpful in more ways than expected.

Complete - Medication Tracker Negative Reviews and Ratings

Keeps good records but...

I am very absent minded, and so I was quite happy that the developers made this app to help me keep track of how often I took my Humira, the expiration dates and lot numbers, as well as a symptom log. However, it has several major flaws. One is that periodically the Humira company would ask me for my most recent lot number and expiration date, which is very very difficult to locate in the app. Far more damning, though, is that they do not use Apple protocols for backing up data in the app. It does not back up it’s data every time you do a back up of all your OTHER apps on the iPhone. It requires its OWN back up procedure. If we had to do this for every single app we owned, no one would ever back them up. In my case, being unaware that it was not being backed up when I did a full backup, I restored my phone to factory settings and it lost YEARS of data. If both issues were resolved, I would have given a five star rating. It is otherwise an excellent application and I was happy to use it. Instead I deleted it from my phone and I’m using a sticky note application to keep this information. It works very well, is synced and backed up, and is easy to retrieve the information quickly. If at some point the developers fix these issues, I would like them to let me know, as I would definitely revise my review. Also, I did make them aware that this is a problem.

G0dzillasRusVersion: 7.6
Inflexible

I use this app only because it does a great job of nagging you, which I need, but is seriously lacking in other areas. Some injection days I lose track of time and don’t do the injection until the next day, or sometimes a few days later. This, in turn, changes date/time I will inject the next week therefore throwing off the whole schedule. It would be nice if when you go to “log an injection” you could just select the date (ESPECIALLY) if it is only a day or two off and then update the next week’s injection. This app doesn’t let you (easily) select a different injection day and in order to update it, you have to go in to settings > medication settings > manually enter your “last injection” > manually enter the “next dose” > save > close out of app so it updates > open to verify - and the main screen will still appear as though you missed an injection, even though you just rescheduled it. In my opinion, it should be easier to record injections on the home screen by changing the first option of “prep and inject” to “record injection”. It can auto-populate to the date/time of the scheduled injection but should allow for editing in case the patient changes something. In summary, this app is not user friendly but does have a few useful tools.

Where did my Humira info go?

Been using this since 2017 for Humira I take for uveitis then in the last year & a half a couple bio similar injections due to change of insurance coverage. Now I log in to track my shot & it won’t let me in to even view my past info. This included the site location rotations, expiration & LOT #, as well as symptoms & when/why I had to hold the injections for certain reasons. This was helpful info for dr visits. It would’ve been nice to have given users time to transition to another way of tracking before just completely cutting off access & losing our medication & symptom data. I saw no kind of warning with previous logins that this would be happening. Other med tracking apps I’ve used that have been bought out or stopped use would give warnings of up to 60 days as well as an opportunity to download your data for your records prior to discontinuing access altogether. Very poor patient care & business management. I hope if there’s any way possible to temporarily restore access so that patients can download their records that is done. Now I need to find another way to track my meds & symptoms. This WAS an efficient & helpful app until abruptly cutting off access.

Humira & bio similar userVersion: 19.4
Effective App But Lacking Functionality

Overall the app is effective in its primary purpose but it is lacking in functionality. In the current day and age most people have and regularly use more than one mobile device, but this app doesn’t have ready access to any shared database that is accessible across those devices. This means that if you travel or are like me and like to keep your data synced then you have to manually input the data multiple times, once for each device. However, if you load the app onto a new device or have problems on an existing device and reload the app then it will “magically” download all of the data from the cloud. Why can’t the app access this data otherwise, outside having to reload the app or purchase a new device to initially load it onto. I get wanting things to be “secure” but security shouldn’t always and exclusively come at the price of functionality or convenience for the user.

Maia JohnsonVersion: 17.0
Great App, But . . .

I really like this app; I have been using It for a few months but I feel like a few changes should be made. The app should be more personalized: 1. We should be able to take a picture of ourselves in a stance so that the patient would be able to see exactly where they can and cannot inject instead of looking at a model. With that, the injection site would be more accurately logged. 2. There should be a option where we could put our prescription information. Whenever I am done using the injections I throw away the box and my refill Information and number is on the box so It would be easier if the Information was in the app so I can use that as a quick reference when calling in refills. Those two updates would make a huge difference in the way the app works . There are already a lot of great things about the app such as, the reminders, the steps when injecting, timers, symptom notes, etc.

RoyRoy46Version: 3.5
Humira option removed

I have used this app for years to track my humira, it worked well for a long time but the last updates have been terrible. The update before last has changed nothing except it would take me a full 2 minutes to open up the app, despite this not being a problem with any other app. That alone however is not what drove me to write this review. The last update wiped all of my information regarding my medication without warning, not giving me the chance to record it before trashing my data. This isn’t like loosing access to another apps data, this is directly related to my health, this isn’t something you can just change on a whim. It shows a deep lack of respect for your consumers to not have given them the chance to document their own data before the update.

Needs better functionality

I tried to use the app to track Rinvoq symptoms—it’s an oversight that the app doesn’t allow a user to choose 2 different conditions that Rinvoq is treating. Also, the symptom tracker is not as well designed as I’d hoped. The body map to log symptoms is tiny, difficult to pinpoint locations, and I don’t find it an effective way to log symptoms. I have to write out my daily symptoms in the notes portion, which is tedious and repetitive. Instead, it would be better for the app to ask the same questions each day about location and level of pain/discomfort, and then I could track that trend over time. For my purposes, the current app is not effective at all.

Overall good experience, but unable to set up direct deposits for rebates

I use this app to help me keep track of my Humira injection schedule and for its Complete Prescription Rebate program. I managed to set up direct deposits for Complete Prescription Rebate on the Humira Complete website on my PC and received direct deposits that way, but, even though I use the same sign in on my mobile phone, it does not have that rebate history logged in this app (only the history of the rebates I’ve applied for in-app shows), nor does it have my preference to receive direct deposits saved. I certainly prefer electronic transfers over receiving physical checks, so it would be nice to have this issue resolved.

CheddarexVersion: 7.1
Poorly Designed

The idea of this app is great but the design, leaves a lot to be desired. First and foremost, when an Injection has been completed, there should be a easy way to log it. How about a button showing up on the main screen, after the scheduled time has passed. There is no reason, one should have to look through menus, in order to create a log. Secondly, you should have the option to edit and delete a log. We are only human and people make mistakes and so does this app. I’ve only been using it for two days and I’m already starting to hate it. I had a scheduled Injection today, but after logging it, somehow the app has added a missed Injection for two days ago. There is no way to delete it, so now I’m stuck with it forever, not good. I mean, who makes an app, with now way to edit or make changes to logs or mistakes. Not sure I will be using the app very long and probably will delete it, if these things aren’t fixed. Furthermore, as the app is now, there is no way I would recommend it. It’s a shame too, because I had so much hope for this app. Please fix

Pretty, but broken... As always: needs improvement

It has always done what it should... But barely. All versions: * Does a good job of nagging you. * Injection wizard is full and flexible. * Does terrible job summarizing last shot locations...i actually had to sit here with a piece of paper and redraw my last 4 injection locations because it is 3 clicks between each record. December 2017 release: * Much prettier * Lost all my lot number/expiration date info put into previous version(s). * The new calendar view for injections is much better than the previous list, but now it is even harder to see previous shot locations. You either need to let people swipe left and right between shot locations once they are in that view, or you need to have a single page that overlays X shots on the same abdomen/legs image with shots color coded in chronological order. This app should be way better than this. They are obviously not collecting user stories about the way this thing is actually utilized by people and streamlining those workflows. The most recent release was probably a zero net gain.

The muscle and joint ache is annoying on app

I love being able to use the app to see my progress in how I felt the last few weeks vs. the current week on this medication. Also, the reminders are great as well as helping me recall where last injection was done and keeping record of the lot #’s incase something was to happen. My complaint on the app is that it takes forever for me to fill out the muscle and joint ache section. It needs much improvement as some fingers are worse than others on joint pain and it is hard to get toes, feet and ankles on there. Other than that, it’s a decent app to have.

Helpful App, but…

Pros: Overall, it’s a good app. The calendar is helpful as is the injection video. Text is generally easy to read and design is basically good for a pharmaceutical app. Cons: You are only allowed to log symptoms once per day. If you complete the symptom too early in the, there is no way to update the entry on the same date. The app tells you to pick another date. However, users should be able to add symptoms to a single date throughout the day as they occur, it’s more natural to make those updates as they come up — otherwise, the user will forget or just skip entering. AbbieVie should show more interest in symptoms than this communicates. The app’s feedback function is not good. It gives you options to select features than need work, but there nowhere to log actual comments other than selecting a checkmark. This communicates to users that AbbieVie isn’t interested in patients raw opinions.

Very buggy and not user friendly

It doesn’t allow you to enter future dates for some of the fields which makes no sense when entering a future shot. It also doesn’t allow you to put in past dates for certain fields like starter doses which again doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t allow you to track an injection unless you pick a location but also gives you limited injection locations to choose from. You can’t always see or scroll to the save button. It only lists 3 symptoms in the symptom tracker. Overall this app seems like more of a hassle than it is helpful right now. As a software tester, I’m amazed that this app has so many bugs.

Crashing for 3 weeks

I have depended on this app to help me log injections and symptoms. I have invested years of very important data solely into this very helpful application. Not only have I not been able to access it for three weeks now, I haven’t been able to log my last three injections or symptoms. I submitted a customer service request through the App Store last week and received no response. I am hoping that by leaving this review, I will have a better chance of getting help. My iPhone is completely updated, I rebooted my phone, and even deleted and reloaded the app. The start screen momentarily appears, then it disappears. Abbvie has been so helpful in the past; let’s keep the record strong.

Inflexible prescription accommodation

The app only allows for selecting weekly and biweekly injections. My doctor has prescribed an every 21 days injection for me. The inflexibility of the app in this regard makes it useless for me. It would be helpful also if you could log photos of the injection site in case you have a reaction or want to better log how close your injection sites are from one time to the next. It would also help if there was a notes section to add notes after the injection and not just a symptoms entry. This would help better track how your injections go. The reminders and video are helpful. With some major tweaks, this could be a useful app.

FIX IT!

This app hasn't worked well since I first downloaded it 3 months ago. It will not save the data entered for injection lot number and expiration date. The calendar saves dates that I didn't choose and logs it as a missed dose. When trying to log symptoms, I have to tap the screen numerous times to even get it to register. I have given up on that part. The app update today has completely failed and I can't log on at all. It tells me I have no network connection so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and it still does not work. This has been a nightmare since day one. I would think that a billion dollar company would at least have a functioning app.

Decent App/ would like to register as a parent.

I downloaded this app when my son started on humira. It required you to be >18 to register. Fine, but an option to check that I am a parent of a child on humira would be nice. I am now on their mailing list as and getting similar info mailers that my son has already received. (My wife registered him with a nurse ambassador which works well too.) The interface is a little clunky and I found it confusing two weeks later to find some of the shot tracking screens. But I am getting used to it.
