I would gladly give The App a ten-star review, it's effortless to navigate . However I would not give my Clinic the same. When it comes to care they are the best, ( Ten Stars) however when it comes to utilization of all this app has to offer I give them 1 star. I really would appreciate it if they would manage their back office as well as they have managed my care for the last 10 yrs. The back office does as little as they are allowed to do by management, and when I say little that's being generous. If you have to depend on the billing department and/or the people tasked with providing info to the app to do their Jobs correctly, that's not happening. I've been going to this clinic for 10 years, so I feel I have a right to evaluate them. And no I'm not afraid of them retaliating against me for speaking out because it would be impossible for them to do their Job any worse. It's always baffled me that from the appointment setters to the techs ,nurses Doctor and all the care staff they are second to none, but even they know how bad it is but are afraid to confront them or assist you in doing so. However don't let this stop you from getting the best care in the world, just watch your account and quickly force the corrections on the spot don't take “ oh well fix it on the next statement because they never will.
Hi, my name is JOREL I am a 47 year young blind person. I have been going blind since birth and was diagnosed at the age of eight. And have never let this limitation. Overcome my goals. Although. Without the certain low vision aids or technology that I did not have while growing up. I have never been able to read File manage my own personal documents This day now is a milestone With the help that Apple provides with their accessibility settings and now the accessibility team that works building the platform at Athena healt I have been given the option andh freedom with a sense of an empowerment and independence i’ve always been a strong learner, dedicated and driven to overcome my visual impairment but when this happens, not just, I but confidently speaking for the whole of the world as it would be coming from a blind or visually impaired person this very software used at Athena health is groundbreaking it gives a sense of hope to those that may have none a link where the chain was broken and independence absolutely words cannot express the gratitude I feel knowing that this is just the beginning for accessibility and a new beginning for those who may have lost their way thank you so much for making my life a lot easier Sincerely JOREL S
I was at a point of giving up on pain relief and assumed nothing could be done till I tried Clearway Pain. I had been to other pain centers. I had a temp trial of a peripheral nerve simulator put in for pain, relief in my shoulder from a reverse shoulder replacement causing me pain. I noticed a difference within a day. It was like a miracle. My pain level was zero. Of course it’s the trial work. I’m going ahead with the implant. I can’t think the doctors and nurses at clear way enough for their help. I stick with you the whole way explain everything. You feel very comfortable. But the decision to go ahead with the implant is up to the patient. I am definitely going ahead with the implant and can’t wait to have permanent pain relief. I can’t express my gratitude. Honestly, it’s like a miracle after years of pain. If you’re looking for relief of pain, I can’t suggest strong enough to check out clearway you will not be disappointed and maybe have in two years of suffering like me

AthenaPatient app is the app you didn’t know you’d love. This is much easier to use than the web version. It’s optimized for devices (the website isn’t optimized for PC). I’m using my old and true iPhone 12 Pro. And it works fantastic on here. Before I reach for the phone, I’m use the app. I only use my phone if they call me, virtual visits, or if it’s something paperwork related/trivial. Great job with this app AthenaPatient. I highly recommend it if your medical team offers it to you AND you use devices this is a wonderful match. If you prefer the holding times and going through customer service centers to speak with your medical team this isn’t the app for you. And yet, I’d still say if you have a device(s) disposal and try it. It’ll change your mind. God’s blessings on you all. May He grant you peace, strength, perseverance, and ease. Āmīn

The wonderful staff here at HSI East Montgomery are absolutely amazing! I came to them a while ago with some health issues and concerns, I did not have health insurance at the time but I needed to see a health care professional. That is when I meet Adrianne Turner CRNP. But before I met her, I met the wonderful people on the phone. The professional and courteous staff blew me away. I honestly was not expecting the great support and encouragement and enthusiasm because I was a self pay patient. As time went on, I was able to acquire health care coverage and was given an opportunity to choose a health care team. WITHOUT HESITATION-I STAYED WITH ADRIANNE TURNER AND THE BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! They worked with me just as vigorously when I was a self pay patient and struggling. The choice was a no brainer. I truly love my health care team and would recommend them to any and everyone looking for the best team in town ❤️❤️
When first using App it was so confusing and not as User friendly as it was very difficult navigating or knowing where to go to get the info I needed. I thought it extremely confusing as to WHY I had to open 2 separate apps to access appointments and communicating with my Doctors. It is crazy confusing when ordering med refills as well, just to find that none of the Drs nor Staff have had any training (or proper training) on how to use or manage refills, messages and emails. Besides that the boxes to check are far too small as well as menu … UGH! I’m am getting better at using it but still have difficulties that become frustrating.
Dr Fishburne is awesome. He is so compassionate and truly cares about his patients. My first visit was so informative. He allowed my daughter & husband in to explain why a surgical procedures would be best for me. He explained each procedure to us and then left the room for us to discuss the best one for me . Dr Fishburne explained the surgical procedure would give a better quality of life . The surgery went well and Dr Fishburne was correct I do have a better quality of life. I saw the ARNP for my last visit and she was was awesome. Answered all my questions and had a very calming presence . I would highly recommend Dr Fishburne . The hospital staff was awesome and my post op nurse was amazing .
I saw my doctor and had already downloaded the App yesterday in preparation for this visit. I was able to do everything on the app PRIOR to the appointment and at check in the only thing that was needed was my ID. The office efficiency was superb. One hour later, I was asked to confirm my appointments AND my visit note were available! I am in awe!!! What an efficient system. Congratulations for such excellent communication!! PS: I am a retired Neonatalolist and work as a Medical Service Officer at Matthew’s Hope Ministries, an outreach service center for Homeless population in central Florida. We are expanding our medical home services for our homeless clients and exploring EHR!
NP Jennifer is who I would refer ANYONE to. My wife and I both see her and while I had had my fair share of psychiatrists in my adult life, she hadn’t, but when I tell you her and Jennifer get along like best friends during their sessions as well as keep it completely real/professional while getting down to the knitty gritty, I’m not exaggerating. I love Jennifer, she knows her field and does her job so well, I’ve never left a session feeling like my feeling weren’t valid or that I was WAY over the top. Thank you Jennifer for all you do for my wife and I and hope we can continue to be your patients for a long time!
The amp is great once you know your way around it. I think on the homepage if you had an icon to make it easier to find different categories, you want to look at. right now you have to go to the little system wheel in the top left corner open that then it gives you some choices but you really don’t know what’s behind those choices. Like if you want to see your test, there is a drop-down for test you have to open up your account and then look for them. now that I know how to use it. It’s pretty simple though thank you for this great app.
I am so grateful for this technology sometimes it’s hard for me to get to my appointment and all I need to do is talk to the doctor over the phone or ask a question and I think that if y’all guys can still talk to me and bill my insurance like a regular visit. Well then it’s a win-win, my nurses and doctors in front staff have always been good to me there. I’ve only been with you guys for a short time,I am making Waynesboro my home. I came from Newport News, Virginia and it’s very well. It’s a dirty city in sometimes the service there isn’t much cleaner have blessed day.
Dr. Webb is truly the best in the business. You are never just another patient to him—he takes the time to genuinely know you, understand how you operate, and truly care about your health. Over the years, he has caught things early that quite literally saved my life. After almost twenty years under his care, I can confidently say he is one of the most intelligent and thorough medical providers out there. There is standard care, and then there are providers who set the standard. As for me and my family and me, that is Dr. Webb.
For instance.. when trying to fill out pre appointment check in. It keeps booting me out and I have to resign in. I’m really unable to put in my history/family history because every time I’m in the middle of it.. it does this. Also sometimes seeing any test results just isn’t possible. Last time my provider had to do something on her end so I could see them. Other platforms I’ve used have not had this issue. Not extremely user friendly.. and I’m pretty tech savvy.
Hi, I have been a patient of Dr. Lohani for a while now. I love her! She is the most professional psychiatrist that I have ever found! She talks, she listens, she cares! I’m so grateful for her! Also, I would like to mention April. After all these years of working with the front desk I have never had as good of an experience as I have had with her. She is kind, thorough, follows up, and again cares! I have a business myself and can appreciate and recognize great customer service! Thank you April for making my experience even better!
I would like to thank Dr. Kristine Moreno-Orta at the Wiseman location in San Antonio for all the support for all her knowledge for the caring that she is giving my husband DAVID MARTINEZ it we’re not for her. We wouldn’t be here today. I would also like to thank a nurse practitioner when I called on January 1 when everything else was closed, she advised my husband to go to the hospital because of these H-E-B positions and because my husband loves H-E-B so much he listens to them and gets the care that he needs. Thank you HEB Wellness for all that you have done for us.
Biggest improvement could be make Face ID actually work! I opted to use a complex password. Since facial recognition does not work, nor does it not play well with password apps. You do need to remember and manually type in everything. Once in, it works fine. A lot better than the app their hospital they are associated with works. Information is fairly easy to find. They offer a secure messaging. Not sure how well that works, but I would also assume depends on your provider reading and replying in a timely manner.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ashley and her entire office today. Dr. Ashley is absolutely fantastic — kind, professional, attentive, and very caring. The nurse who took my blood pressure and weight was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Everyone in the office was professional and pleasant. I truly appreciate the excellent care and positive experience. Highly recommend!
I simply cannot tell you how wonderful have a doctor doctor Arthur Huntley is he is simply the best. He explained everything in a way that I can understand. He is just the best please don’t ever let him leave. He is my my favorite primary doctor absolute favorite primary doctor that I’ve ever ever had. He is so dedicated and so nice. He is an asset to the company. Thank you. So much I thought my heart would break when you got rid of Diane back, but since you have hired doctor, Arthur Huntley. I could not be happier😊 Sincerely Carla Carlos
This app is absolutely wonderful! I work swing shift so my hours obviously vary when I work. It makes it quick and easy to schedule an appointment with my provider or ask for a refill on a prescription, if needed. Someone usually gets ahold of me the same day, whether im working days or nights! I love the fact I can just shoot a quick message (which makes my life easier lol) and get a fast response. It also is really easy to navigate! LOVE IT!!
I have recently needed to obtain help from Ortho SC for my knee problems. Using the app that they provide is so wonderful for communication with me! I get way too many junk emails and a email from them would most likely be missed. However I immediately get alerts when I have something new to look at like Dr notes, test results and appointment reminders. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation a lot easier for me.😊
I find the app for Athena health very easy to use. And as far as my doctor goes Doctor, Samuel Dickmann at Cooper Family Practice, he is the best!. Having moved down from Pennsylvania it’s always a little scary having to find a new doctor and knowing that you’ll feel confident with them and I think Dr. Dickman is just the best. Is thorough and he takes his time with you. If you are looking for a great family doctor, this is who you wanna see.
There is a word that can be used to describe having your Medical Calendar, To/From Communication Options as well as Current and Historical multi-discipline reporting, as well as many other important functions, available immediately with a simple touch. That word is 'Awesome'! Thanks and compliments to data processing analysts, programmers and every other professional team member, medical and non-medical, who have contributed to the development of this awesomeness.
I’ve been waiting for this to happen for a while now and when I saw it was finally here I downloaded it Immediately! Of course, like all new apps, updates and changes are to be made. But as of right now, it gets the job done perfectly! The ONLY thing I’m hoping gets fixed/changes is the notifications. I have mine turned on but only received emails as notifications.
I am very happy after visit Dr Mina Soliman. He not mad on me either even my language problem he had patience with me and he not talk to me need hurry I only have 30 mins but he really cares my status. I will keep him like my family doctor. Thank you Mina you are wonderful doctor I never met plus friendly front desk that’s what I looking for .she wonderful too thank you all . I have smile with him .if you looking for nice one you will not regret !
When this app was first released, it was a nightmare! And it continued to have glitches for months. However, in the last couple months, my experience has greatly improved. Easier to navigate and doesn’t crash as often anymore. Clearly the developers are keeping busy and for that I am grateful. I now enjoy using the app and regularly access it. Bravo Springfield Clinic!
I like the fact that my providers get back to me very quickly when I send messages it makes changing appointments or canceling appointments so much easier is very flexible and the provider always checks it so I never had to worry about if they received that or not if I need any prescriptions filled or refilled I can send a message and they get right on top of it. It’s the best app I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to healthcare.
I love Athena App, it makes keeping up with Apptmnts so much more simple !! It helps you know your Copays , and even allows you to pay everything online . Saves alotta time for the office and the client !!! It saves all of your information . Her knowledge and encouragement made me feel comfortable and inspired to reach my health goals! She and her team are very supportive and a pleasure to be around. This will be my team forever! Thank you Linden for Amazing visit today!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love using the Athena Patient app! It has made keeping up with my doctor appointments and test results so much easier and less stressful. I can quickly check upcoming appointments, view my test results, and stay informed about my healthcare without having to make multiple phone calls. The app is easy to navigate, and I appreciate having all of my important health information right at my fingertips. It helps me feel more involved in my healthcare journey and gives me peace of mind knowing I can access my information anytime I need it. I am very thankful for this app and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a convenient and reliable way to stay connected with their healthcare providers.
The AthenaPatient app has a lot of potential and so far it’s good. The app is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. It allows you to manage your health records and appointments in one place. However, there are some areas that could be improved such as the speed of the app and the ability to customize notifications or integration with Health (Apple).
I feel this allows me to see results to my test as well as any instruction she may have for me. Being able to ask questions and getting a reply quickly allows me to either get an appointment or follow any direction she may have for me. Medication refills is such a nuisance and I feel through the Athena portal, it keeps me from feeling like a bother.
AthenaPatient Negative Reviews and Ratings
I don’t normally write these unless something is super awesome and I’d like people to know it’s out there or I’ve had a problem with an app or website that someone else might have had and something can be done to correct it. Mediocre apps are just mediocre and neither here nor there. This glitch might be a website issue, an app issue or a combination. And hopefully it will be examined and corrected; especially if it’s an Athena glitch. So, when my doctor told me to log into the Athena portal he didn’t say the word app. But many portals have apps, so naturally I checked and wallah! There was one. I downloaded it and all my info appeared there. Except meds, dosages and directions for taking them. Long story short, after calling around I found out. There’s a website AND app. The app, I was told isn’t popular and most patients use the website. Sure enough all my meds are on the website and if some are repeats I can delete them. Cool. However, upon logging in a couple times I got an alert: your browser (safari for iPhone ) is out of date. It wouldn’t open. I updated my phone which updated to the latest version of safari since it’s an Apple app. But I still couldn’t log on because I got the same alert. Well… not sure what I can do except alert the developers or post a review. Again, not sure where the problem lies. But it IS with Athena ultimately. And I hope they address it or find someone who can. Til then, I guess my meds are a mystery unless I call the doctor’s office for a list of the info on the app. Ugh.
Loved the doctors, they genuinely seem to care. My issue is the first four or five times I was seen it was by the same provider. Randomly one of my appointments got canceled. That provider had emailed me previously so I was able to get in touch with her by email to get something set up that same day because I was running out of my medication. And the app was telling me her next available was a week out. The doctor told me my appointment was canceled because she was double booked and the app canceled it which I thought was crazy. So I go to my next scheduled appointment and it’s with a different provider. I get a message in the portal that my doctor is no longer with them. Which I didn’t even see that message until the day of my appointment. OK great so I have been seeing that doctor for about 3 to 4 months. And I had dropped my local doctor. Well the new doctor tells me per my insurance. I have to have a mandatory hour long session in the middle of the day weekly. Um ok? I work a full-time 9 to 5 job. That’s not possible. The doctor was kind enough to write my script for the month and told me she was sorry. So I reached out to the app and say well let me just be self pay and they said no. So initially, why was this not told to me by my first provider? Why would they not give the option for people to be self-pay especially when the payment is collected before the scheduled visit? They are responsive to messages and like I said the providers do seem to genuinely care. But behind the scenes, it seems like they don’t have it together.
The app is nice that I can get information directly to/from my doctor. My issues with the app are on the functionality of the app, the app has a Face ID option; however, it is never used. Every time I open the app I must sign on to use it and walk through the steps to get to the main provider page, it’s just clunky. I would like to remove two practices and cannot do that myself. My doctor was at Complete Health in Alabama, that shows up - but for some reason the main Complete Health in Florida also shows up, I’ve never used the Florida location and my doctor has left Complete Health and created his own practice - so now I have three practices and only one valid one. Now, once I get to his practice, the app works well. It’s the having to sign-in every time, lack of face id even though the app has an option for this, and having to walk through two pages of - here are the practices you are associated with click continue, and I can’t remove or change any of them, is frustrating and makes me not want to use the app.
This app is awful! Once you create an account you press continue & it says this address is invalid for safari to open! Come on I called the office and they told me they don’t know how to work the app why not ? When making a website did they have the website creator give employee access info? I know some office manager with a huge complex in being the boss kept all the info private to her/himself and that’s about how most managers are! I was a hospital administrator NP for 30 yrs. Never once did I ever walk around with secret info that’s easy to change passwords if an employee leaves. Once there badge or whatever security they use to living for work is shut down they no longer have access! This is for OrthoSC. This office will send you 15 text messages daily if you owe them money. Why can’t I get on the portal to review my visit with the dr & pay all at once. This needs to be fixed ASAP it’s awful and whoever is in charge of fixing this crappy system should go it ASAP! Totally irresponsible and unacceptable access for a complete profile on my own info that I paid for 3x over yet still get texts ! Really poor management fix it !
This app is HORRIBLE. I had a message from my doctor and was not notified by the system that I had a message. Later on in the day I received three messages via email notifying me that I had a message waiting to be viewed via the portal. When I went to access the portal, I had old messages that had already been read. I cannot believe a doctors office would utilize this system to communicate with their patients because half the time this system does not work via the app. I’ve been forced to access the web version of the app on multiple occasions just to retrieve the information I needed. Mychart is much better than this system as Athena seems outdated and watered down. Nothing in comparison to what I am accustom to using when it comes to communicating with my doctors. I was asked to update my review by the developers of this app. As I stated in the beginning of my disdain. The system would send me notifications stating I had messages available to read only to discover this information was not correct. No, I did not receive an error message.
If we want to compare this against the mainstream of properly designed apps, it doesn’t stack up well. Against other apps for communication with a medical practice, kinda meh. But if you want to use a phone app and this outfit is what your doctor chose, you’re pretty much stuck with it. The main problem with it is that you can be in the middle of, say, entering a long message to the medical team, and have to switch over to a different app, perhaps with the intention of doing a copy/paste. And when you come back to this app, it has completely lost the plot and you have to start over again. Or do what I did and access the web portal instead. Recently, the app has been sending me notifications to check in for my upcoming appointment. But when I tap the notification it just takes me to the page that shows my next appointment in over a month. Trying to send in-app feedback fails, saying that the address doesn’t exist.
I have used this for 33 weeks of pregnancy with my obgyn provider to message them and review tests and schedule appointments. It has been wonderful and so smooth to use. But for the last two weeks I have tried and tried to log on (using both fingerprint and logon and password) and it keeps saying there is an error on the apps part and to try back shortly… I see there was an update released in the last two weeks… maybe that did something to cause the app to start working. I wish they would fix it because I found this extremely useful instead of having to log on my computer and sign in the the website the old way. This saved a lot of time and I expected to use it a lot after the baby was born to check in with the obgyn. But for now, one star. I would have given in four stars before. It doesn’t have as much of the information as the website version. So I couldn’t see all my info in it, but it was useful for simple stuff.
This app is used by my MD’s office for messages, bill pay, test results. It worked fine until 2 weeks ago and now I can no longer access any information including sending or retrieving previous messages, test results or upcoming appointments. The only thing I am able to access is the bill pay portion. I have contacted the MD’s office and was told it was an issue with the app/website and not something on their end. All of my devices, browsers etc are up to date, but I am unable to access any important information now. I have been unable to find any contact info for this app/website to try to troubleshoot the problem. Very frustrating that I am unable to access my information and no way to speak without the someone for technical support.
This app times out after a small amount of inactivity, forcing you to log in again. It defeats the purpose of using the app over the webpage. Even if you set up Touch ID, it works for a bit, but then the app “forgets” it was set up, and you have to log in from scratch again. I’ve just stopped using the app and gone back to the webpage, as the app also doesn’t allow me to use Touch ID to login to it with my email/password, so it’s more inconvenient than going to the webpage. If the developer fixes these two issues, I can update my review. They should at least give users an option to change how long the app has to be inactive for it to timeout. I understand the app contains sensitive medical info, but 99% of the time, it’ll be on someone’s personal, password-protected phone, and if the user him/herself accepts the risk of increased timeout times, that’s on him or her, not the app. Thanks!
I don’t need to stay connected forever to an urgent care in another state. Just unlink it, right? I can’t figure out how. Contact support, right? I can’t do that either. The app support goes to the website and there’s no phone number or email ability to contact these people as a patient. It’s not managing my health care if I am unable to stop sharing and unlink. UPDATE: I received a response directing me to a feedback intake form. The the link actually took me to a survey that advised me I wouldn’t get any response from providing information. The response directing me to this survey already acknowledged my issue with unlinking a connected Urgent Care from my account. Why bother responding to me without providing instructions and ask me to fill out a surgery that will yield no response? Make any of this make sense.
My account page asked me to verify my phone number by choosing if it’s a cel phone or landline from a drop down menu tab but that tab is frozen and page freezes each time I’m on it so I have to force quit and log back in. My chart shows my name but 2 different date of birth. Someone entered in my DOB twice under my name choosing diffebt birth years. One needs to be deleted but no way to do this? No tech support? No way to notify the developer and this is the reason I have had missing lab results because a data entry person is logging them in under suffer DOB!! Needs to be fixed!
Athena’s app site says “Communicate with your care team anytime ANYPLACE”. A blatant lie. You must be accessing from one of the 50 states or you are locked out. Neither you nor your doctor can access your charts records when traveling outside the US. If you have a medical emergency and need access while in Paris, too bad. If you have a winter home in Guam and need to show your emergency room doctor there test results, too bad. If your doctor is skiing in Switzerland and wants to see your test results, too bad. Totally dangerous to rely on Athena’s representations. When I called to ask why I cannot access my files while in a US territory, they literally hung up on me saying they would only talk to doctor’s staff. Unbelievable!
For years I have been unable to make appointments with my PCP through the Athena patient portal while using my phone or a desktop computer. My doctors office seems to be unable to fix this and I mentioned it every time I have to call them to set an appointment. The portal the portal never has available slots and I was hoping this new app would fix that but again I ran into the exact same problem of not being able to set up an appointment online. So I deleted the app and called my doctors office and left a voicemail asking why they have never fixed this issue and pleading with them to stop sending me invitations to make appointments online when it can never happen.
I recently visited 2 doctors who are using the app to store my health information. I can sign in, but there’s a default message of a ‘hiccup’ on your end, and to try again later. This is not a current life or death situation, but my providers cannot help me. Is this going to be fixed? I can take screen shots if needed. Disclosure….I am using the latest IOS software on an iPhone 16 Pro. Also, signing in through Safari isn’t helpful. The screen is condensed and doesn’t center well. Also, taping on an item doesn’t really work well. I hope this is working soon as 2 health providers are on here for me and 1 has to physically mail my test results. - Thank you.
I’m not sure how long my doctor’s office has been using this system. If I don’t have a way to contact them to reschedule from within the app, what’s the point of using it? I tried to look up app support before writing a review, but all the link did was to open a web browser that I guess is the app company’s main homepage, which seemed more geared to marketing than actual user support for the patient app. When I tried to login through a browser on my phone, it keeps opening in the app. If all these comments help tech to improve the app, I will revise my review.
I would give this zero stars if I could. No matter how many times I update this app, it never lets me login, but I can login perfectly fine through a link sent to me (i.e. when I get sent a link through text to pay a bill) or through the web. Why do I continue to get an error message when trying to login to the app saying “Something went wrong… it looks like there was a hiccup on our end and we’re unable to log you in. Please try again in a few moments. We apologize for the inconvenience.” ???? It’s been doing this to me for MONTHS now, this is RIDICULOUS. FIX THE APP OR DON’T HAVE AN APP AT ALL!!!!!!
My provider switched from FollowMyHeath to this portal. I don’t know why they switched, this mobile portal is pointless and doesn’t give the information I want at my finger tips. Everything is mobile first these days and clearly Athena health is not up on the current trends. Athena needs to take a page from FollowMyHealth and add new features to the app. From ease of use to basic information like vital history is what they need to work on. FollowMyHealth has charts of vitals that I can look at and quickly see my trends, right on my phone. Which is extremely helpful when talking to my provider about my health.
I have tried 50+ times to log in unsuccessfully! I have two drs from two different medical establishments using this same app now. I’ve used Athena with no issues until putting the second dr info in..now I can’t get into the app at all. It says it does not recognize my email address, call your provider! Both drs have sent me 5 resets but still not working! The providers have checked email and it’s same as one I have and only one I’ve ever used. I’m so tired of apps that constantly require password resets. Now I can’t access any medical information! Oh !!!! There is no contact info for this app !!🤬
