This app simplifies orders so much and ensures every order is exact. It eliminates having to navigate a pharmacy app that is not user friendly or doesn’t allow online ordering. All changes to medications are sent immediately through a notification and the whole service is incredibly easy to use. It even allows prepayment, online signature and to skip unneeded counseling. If you’re pharmacy offers delivery, it can be requested at a click of a button and prepaid as well. The best part is this program allows patients to completely skip having to call the pharmacy or wait on hold forever when they are busy. No more leaving messages and praying that whoever retrieves them, actually follows through with refill requests. My pharmacy changed over to this program and I have had ZERO issues since they converted to it.
For one this site is a trusted encrypted site so it is safe. I love being able to go ahead and pay and process everything ahead of time so when I get to the pharmacy, everything’s already done. I can just imagine it saving the staff several minutes of time using the system. All they have to do now is process the medication’s to make sure it matches correctly. As a customer of Express RX, I have seen how busy they get and I’m pretty sure every minute that can be spared for them Makes their job a little easier.
From the beginning staff called to confirm my information. Then the prescription reminder is just what I needed for my busy schedule. Here’s what I love most the delivery is quick and at my front door in less time than expected. Everything from confirmation of order, when it in the way, and even delivery is seamless. Almost forgot I also just use my Apple Pay to complete purchase. Seriously I will definitely be here as a loyal customer 😊.
A very user-friendly app. I can easily go in this app, order my prescriptions and have it delivered to my door. There’s no real complications to this app as it’s very straightforward. I reached out to customer service today to get a refill I couldn’t see in my account. The associate sent me a new link to my phone number and I was able to order my prescription. Easy.
It is so convenient gets delivered right to your home, especially when you get home late from work. You don’t have time to pick it up at your pharmacy. You come home and it’s right there. You can pick the date you wanted to live if you are home the most convenient service I’ve ever used definitely recommend.

I have used other mail order pharmacies before - having to place orders over the phone and my prescriptions being way too expensive. I used this pharmacy for the first time and loved the ease of ordering through an app. Plus, my medicine was MUCH cheaper. It was delivered the very next day after it was shipped!
My favorite prescription-related app. No issues with coordinating with the pharmacy which fills the script (they’re awesome, so maybe that helps). Overall, I recommend using the app. It’s really clear and straight forward and the reminders are useful. I only wish I could fill all my prescriptions through this app.
I enjoy the app. It’s nice to not have to call the pharmacy so much. Being notified when meds are ready is really neat. My only question or suggestion is, is there a why you can take medications off your list that you don’t take anymore? If not, that would be a good feature to add in the future. Otherwise, I love nimble.
It use to let me add items and search items the pharmacy offers that the app is no longer letting me edit and add items. I wish I could still view and add other items when needed. Or be able to search for items needed like skin care products.
After being charged an arm and a leg at HEB I was recommend this pharmacy by a nurse at my dermatologist. They were so helpful and even overnighted my medication I went from paying over $80 to half that with PSC pharmacy and this month I paid $0 and they delivery right to your home! No more waiting on a long line at the HEB pharmacy pick up!
My 15 yr old was prescribed a medication that a chain pharmacy was having difficulty getting as well as keeping in stock for us to receive on a regular basis. We switched and have been able to seamlessly manage his medication. Even better, it delivers to our door step!
I order so many things on-line and NIMBLE is about the easiest and quickest I have ever used! Sometimes I dread paying for things because the process hangs up, is complicated, won’t accept a payment—seems there is frequently something wrong. Never had ANY trouble on NIMBLE. Wish they were all this easy!
The people of this pharmacy are great and they always take the time to answer my questions and just all in all take their job of caring to another level I feel like if they have time for me I have time to review them just thank you for being caring abd doing your job
Everything was good, but it would not allow me to enter my email because it said my email is already associated with another account. That account is my account obviously. I think the same thing happened last time I ordered. So, a little bit of a frustrating glitch, but everything else was fine.
I have had a fantastic experience getting my prescription refills. I get a monthly reminder and it only takes a few clicks to submit the order. They deliver it right to my door. They answer all my questions quickly. It is a wonderful service.
I was fulfilling my prescription order via text and was instructed to add Nimble to my phone in order to complete my order. I used to be able to connect via web and avoid the need to add another app to my phone. I don’t like this additional hurdle to placing prescription orders.
I have a telehealth visit on Friday January 5th with a prescribing doctor, order through nimble on Monday the 8th. Then I will not receive my medication until the 13th a day after I’m scheduled to take it. I should be able to order immediately after the doctor prescribes not 3 days later. They claim I can order after 24-48 hours. Why am I waiting 72 hours?
I love being able to get notifications about my prescription refills and being able to pay for them before I even get to the pharmacy and easily pick up. It makes life so much simpler especially when my life gets super busy.
It’s easy, fast process of ordering my medication. Timely reminders & quick knowledgable Stuff on the other side of the cell if I need. It’s nice not to be on hold for 40min or have a fight with computer on the other side of that phone. Love that the medicine gets to my front door.
I try to log in. Type my information in and it sends a link to log in and it opens a browser website, it never logs in on the app. Tried phone and email and nothing works.
Nimble Rx has been a wonderful pharmacy to use. They are excellent in every aspect of the work they. I get my medication delivered once or twice a month. Every thing is simple and they take care of the prior authorizations my Dr needs to do and follow up when my insurance covers the medication.
Nimble did a fantastic job as always with my compounded prescription cream. The ordering process was smooth, communication was clear, and delivery was quick and reliable. I truly appreciate the consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail every time. Highly recommend!
NimbleRx Negative Reviews and Ratings
I used to get awesome service through Nimble but I’m having so many issues with them recently that I’m beginning to wonder if the company is winding down/going out of business entirely. The most recent issue I had with them was that my medication was sent via USPS despite having gone through the checkout process for a courier delivery, as I had with all of my previous orders. My medication needs to remain temperature controlled and wasn’t at all — it was delivered on a hot summer day several days later than the scheduled courier delivery date 😅. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them via email for a couple of days now to find out whether they stopped offering the temperature controlled courier service but seem to be entirely unable to reach them. When emailing the support address, I got an automated email that my question would be responded to within 48 hours. Then today I got an email reply that their inbox is “not monitored.” This seemed odd, especially because the app still appears to be collecting payment and scheduling deliveries (presumably through the mail now?). I’ve tried to reach them them through a few different email adddesses since there’s no phone number anywhere online or in the app. Not sure what’s going on with this app but it’s a shame because it was a great service!
I’ve had three prescriptions sent to this pharmacy service. The only one that went through correctly or on time was the first one. I just got off a 30 minute chat with the web support team because my app shows “refill on schedule” for a medication that, according to the chat team, was never being processed by the pharmacy. I never received a notification or call that my medication wasn’t being processed and therefore wasn’t being “refilled on schedule.” Even now I cannot find anything on the website or the app showing that my medication actually isn’t being processed despite being available for refill now. I’m glad I realized it wasn’t being filled before I was completely out of my medication, too bad I only have one day left to find someone else to fill it. I will call my pharmacy tomorrow and get this sorted out, but it’s ridiculous and unsafe that I had to do this much digging to find that my medication wasn’t being filled. What if I was an elderly patient waiting on a more serious medication? They wouldn’t be able to navigate this confusing system to even realize they weren’t getting their medication before it was too late.
***it’s obvious that developer is adding 5 star reviews to cancel out the bad reviews. Try fixing the app. 🙄 **** I don’t know how this app has so many good reviews. Since the first time I used it a few months ago it doesn’t show the dates of the 3 prescriptions I fill every few months. It lists each prescription a few times with a note that I can’t refill them through the app. The app looks nothing like the screens in the app store description or on the developer’s website. Yesterday my doctor sent 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy but only one is listed as being received. I messaged the pharmacy through this app and they responded that both were received and ready to be picked up. They told me I received text messages notifying me that they’re ready, but I did not receive those texts. I only received a text to notify me a message was waiting in the app. The message waiting was their response to my question asking if they received both prescriptions. And the one prescription that shows they received it in the app still does not note it is ready to be picked up. As the title above says…Useless app.
The app interface is fairly straightforward, though the prescription section makes every order look like a new prescription. If you refill the same prescription multiple times, it is difficult to determine which item includes future refill availability since there is no date listed. You have to expand each item to view details, and even then, some are missing dates. My biggest complaint is that since my pharmacy adopted this fulfillment system, my prescriptions have been delayed by 1-2 weeks. Before they used nimble, I could approve orders via text and processing began immediately. Now there’s a lag as my pharmacy syncs with nimble and back again. I’ve dealt with broken links, had to sign for some orders twice, and the hassle of the system interpreting a shipping upgrade as a separate order. This system is absolutely not worth it from the customer’s side of the transaction.
Worthless and pointless app. Half your prescriptions don’t show up on the app. The other half say “your pharmacy does not support online refills for this prescription” and also does not tell you the date you last filled the prescription. Does not show you the quantity of the prescription either. It lists most prescriptions 4-5 times so you have 20-40 prescriptions you have to scroll through and try to figure out which one is which. And of course when you scroll way down and click on one and it isn’t the right one, when you hit the back button it takes you back to the top of the list so you have to scroll through them all again and figure out which one of the five you have or haven’t clicked on yet. No way this app truly has a 4.9 rating. They are definitely paying those shady companies for all those good reviews because this app is a joke. I would give it zero stars if I could.
Absolutely awful app, terrible design. As a parent with a spouse and multiple children, all of us with multiple prescriptions, this app makes it completely impossible to manage a family’s medications. Only one person can be linked to the app, e-mail, or phone number, and only that one person’s meds can be managed, ever. The only way to switch is if a refill link is sent to you for another person, then the entire thing is linked to that one person. You cannot just switch at will or manage more than one person at once. Total garbage. And not sure where it goes wrong between the app and the pharmacy, but many orders have just vanished with no trace, never gotten by the pharmacy, and the few that have gone through have had major problems, like cannot select pickup, only delivery and delivery dates two weeks past the date selected in the app. Super frustrating.
I’m now out of a medication. Because they send text messages saying refill 2 days after your last was ordered. I did it. Thinking it would just deliver the refill when it would be due. Nope. The canceled it. Then finally at the last minute, they sent another. Did it. And shows no record of this. Now I’m out of medication and it’s bad to miss doses. I thought was CVS terrible. This is whole new level of incompetence. And this ain’t even a controlled medicine. JUST NO EXCUSE Update: just had another script. Placed order. Thought all went through. Nope. I went back to check order and it was showing as needing to complete transaction. HATE that I’m forced to use this garage and inept app. You couldn’t be bothered to implement some sort of notification for my order not being fully submitted?! I’m now without for 3 days because this app is TERRIBLE.
I received a promotional message about availability of real support through this app, so I installed it. There is nothing more than a FAQ that does not address my billing problem and a note telling me to ask at my pharmacy. Now as for billing… I ordered a refill through the link in an SMS message and was prompted to pay in advance through Apple Pay, which I did, as there was now option to pay at the Pharmacy. The pharmacy then had me pay again, which I missed the problem at the time. Your billing process is broken and it cost me $60, pending my revisiting the pharmacy, but right now I question what visibility they even have.
Have you even tried user testing this app? I can’t contact help via your Web site on my phone (it’s broken), so I download this app. I have an account, so you send me a link. The link takes me BACK TO THE WEB SITE. Complete circle of frustration. I have the app and an account but cannot get in. Just straight up terrible experience and fail of the most basic feature of logging in. On top of this, I paid for the $4.00 “service” to have my medicine delivered for “free”. Another fail, and one that is insulting to consumers. Don’t call it free and move the charge to some other name! Fail 3: as mentioned, I paid the fee for delivery the next day and it never came! And I have no way of finding what is happening. One last fail for you… I was sent texts every day to order from you. But once I paid I got zero texts or email with tracking info or updates. Another example of how your whole system is built around your needs, not your customers. When you go out of business, and you will, that will be the core reason why. Other customers, do yourself a favor and avoid this like the plague.
So my medicine info ended up sold by bartells to nimble and nimble certainly has some disgusting agreement with local pharmacies to abuse patients records. without consent i got msg from nimble as if non-free delivery is the only option to retrieve my prescription. fine, paid Friday and nothing delivered by Tuesday noon. the bartells is 5mins from my address. even worse is nimble them resell your info to uber eats for the actual delivery. no wonder how your privacy is shared and no tracking is reliable as all parties are making profit over your privacy and take no responsibilities. absolutely a modern social disgrace. customer service is hair to fake as no one teplies email and nobody answers phone. will never use bartells nor uber nor nimbles. all cheating companies and disgusting as a new low.
I wanted to get my medication delivered and I live in an apartment complex; both the apartment/suite field and the "additional delivery instructions" field will not let my keyboard pop up. it doesn't work for me on both the checkout and the "personal details" section in the app; it also doesnt work in the checkout page on mobile safari or mobile google chrome. On the browsers, i also tried rotating my phone to landscape and the keyboard still doesn't appear. im on iOS 17.5.1. seems like a good app otherwise, i appreciate that i dont have to make an account with a password to use it
Okay so I usually get my face stuff with Nimble. I order three things. That’s one order. However i’ll get three separate texts telling me if each item has been delayed okay cool, sometimes the items come in separate packages. But when I go onto the app there’s only option to track the order. It never updates showing that the delayed order now has separate tracking. Not to mention the links sent to my phone NEVER work when they pull up in the browser. It’s incredibly frustrating when i’m not at home to sign.
This app is horrible. I have waited for months for it to work properly and it just won’t. 1 out of maybe every 40 times that I open the app am I able to actually see my information and place an order. There have been days when I was finally able to see my prescriptions and able to place an order only to go back into the app 15 minutes later to have zero information present again. I’m constantly told that I have no past orders even though I’ve placed several through the app. The notifications are a joke and don’t work. I have no idea how this app is rated as highly as it is when it never works.
Hate to say this, I’ve had so much problems. Due to the opioids crisis, have to get authorization workers comp. One time on a Thursday it was authorized to be filled the next day. Friday came, now it says it needs authorization. Ended up having to pay because w/c authorized it, day before. Pharmacy knew it got approved, but the system deleted it? Medication I go to pick up, pharmacy says I already pick up, and I didn’t. Your ap it never on all medication gives previous dates when I picked up. And why on all medication I have to search on the most current one. You’ think that should be on a different area? This app is a waste of my time. Fix it please
Would help if the Pharmacy taught you how to use it in the beginning after you download it on your phone I would have a better idea of how it works & not have to keep calling in and being screamed at by one or more of their employees. This has happened several times to me. Especially being over 70 years old & not very technology wise. Seems some people don’t know we aren’t to yell at anyone no matter where you work at and don’t have good work ethics.
The entire point of fast delivery is missed considering it takes 24 hours or longer for a new prescription or refill to show up in Nimble’s system. There is no way to speed this process up. The pharmacy can’t do anything. Nimble won’t do anything (if you can even get ahold of their support). I’ve tried the service a few times, and this is always the case. Not just that, but past order history disappears, items under the refill section never show up unless you contact your pharmacy first and ask them to make sure Nimble has been updated. The inconsistency and general level of incompetence makes it very hard to trust this service for something as important as health. I’ll be amazed if this company doesn’t just completely collapse within the next year or two, as they appear to have no clue what they’re doing. It’s too bad. It’s a good concept, but they simply can’t execute.
I have logged in on the website and downloaded the app. When I get the text link and click on the link it continually sends me back to the website. Nothing let’s me log in on the app or offers a way to connect the two. My prescription was paid for 11 days ago and was shipped at some point but there is no tracking data provided and no shipment date listed on the order status. All I have is the text saying it will be shipped (and to use the Nimble app) and that a refill will be available in 30 days. Very disappointed so far.
The login process is inefficient at best. When I tap on the login link that is texted or emailed to me, it bypasses the app on my phone and takes me to the website in a browser. Just use a regular login prompt with email/username and password boxes. Use 2FA after the login, not as part of it. Also, when trying to checkout just now, I had to close out of the transaction and start it all over because whatever method I tried - Apple Pay, debit, credit - it just kept saying “error, try again”. I hate that my prescriber chose to use Nimble, this is terrible.
Your application is currently down and not responding. Text messages and emails with the link to sign in are no longer sending. Your customer support is clearly outsourced because I have been receiving the same typed response via email. The last email actually had the typed response typed out three times, all on top of each other. It just looked like a long run on sentence. Your claim to success is your app. I cant understand how a healthcare IT company can put no effort into fixing the one thing that gives the company its foundation.
This app needs improvement on communication. I would get text alerts that there’s a message waiting for me and then there would be no message. I had an order filled in January and because I didn’t make a payment, it doesn’t appear in my order history. When I asked why I don’t at least have a record of the $0 payment, they told me to come to their location for a printout. Also, my medication is delivered directly to my doctor and the app keeps showing my home address for delivery. Like, just make it make sense.
I was ready to write an amazing review of how easy this process was until my same day delivery order was seemingly cancelled with no notification or reason why. I then had to reach out to support, wait for them to figure it out, get the info and call the pharmacy they used, only to find out the order is delayed due to them not having my prescription in stock. This is serious stuff and I shouldn't have to stretch armstrong my way though every obstacle just to get my prescription that I'm not able to pick up.
My pharmacy is apparently new to Nimble unfortunately- I get an email so set up my acct online then I get an email saying hey download the app which I do so I go to log into the app and enter my phone number or email and all it does is email or text me a log in link to log in online this is redundant and pointless what is the point of having an app if all it does is direct me to log in online through a browser. This is half baked at best. I never leave reviews but this app is pointless and now my data is probably compromised.
It’s pretty hard to update card information when the edit form displays so low on the screen that your keyboard covers all the data fields as you’re typing. I had to go in and out several times just so I could see what information was being requested for each field and then to be sure I didn’t miskey any numbers. I’ve not encountered such a silly issue on any other app. Please fix it.
After using Nimble Rx for a year, I’ve only had a hassle-free experience once or twice. I go to refill my Rx and it will say the medication isn’t available, or that it isn’t eligible for a refill yet when it is. There’s no phone number for support or even an online chat option - just an email address that takes about 3-7 days to respond. Only for them to ultimately say to call a local fulfilling pharmacy, and that they can’t help. I dread having to refill my Rx each month.
I loved using the app because if I forgot about a supplement that needed to be added to my order and I didn’t have the bottle anymore but the pharmacy was closed I could send a message to have it added. Now all they have is AI that tells you to call the pharmacy when they open.. not sure why they made the app go from helpful to pointless to use… as someone that is on over 17 supplements that little convenience made the world of difference for me. Now I’m deleting the app.
When you first open the app it asks you to enter your email address or phone #. Only email worked for me. Clicking the link that was sent to my email opens the app, to the page where you enter your email. It’s an endless loop of entering your email address then receiving an email that ends you to entering your email address. The phone option does not work at all. Was finally able be to place an order through the website after enabling text notifications.
1) i hate apps - just more phone clutter, more unwanted tracking. A webpage is better for me 2) they force one of these settings: 1) we will send more when we think you need more. 2) we will bug you with text messages when we think you need more. There should be a 3d option: we wont bother you. You can decide when you need more
Before I delete this app I’ll write a few quick thoughts. Note that I live in California, this type of service might work better or not be available at all in other states. I signed up at the recommendation of my doctor. From the beginning there were issues, I eventually had to call support to get setup. Prescription status inside the app is confusing. It would warn me that they tried to fill too soon, but it wouldn’t retry so I often had to submit a request ticket to get things moving. Delivery notifications were helpful. Sometimes courier would accept the signature by our front desk staff, sometimes not. Eventually it became such a hassle I moved everything back to Walgreens.
