Nice app. It would be great to have buttons that allow a 10-15 second rewind and forward skip.

This app is excellent, but not intuitive. Take time BEFORE the PE session and learn how to use it. It’s a complex app, not a tape recorder.

We cannot activate current week assignments unless we mark them compiled first. The application will not allow us to take the required PCL5 or PHQ9 surveys. I would suggest adding 2 comments sections after each assignment. 1 to document or select emotions experienced during or after the assignment and record for each or compile them for the week. Secondly a comment or note section to compile significant notes, concerns, questions, etc. I would also suggest the ability for for the application to pop up the suggestion to put smart phone into airplane mode so we don’t loose the recordings or data when interrupted by inconvenient incoming calls, messages, notifications, reminders, etc. Another option would be to adjust settings to automatically put phone into airplane mode when application is activated and reversed when application is closed.

In homework 2b at least doing in vivo homework you cannot scroll to access all in vivo categories.

App worked great for my first three sessions. I had to reschedule an appointment but I had all my future appointments already input in the app. When I went to reschedule, it said “ this will delete all FUTURE appointments” I pressed ok and it deleted EVERYTHING!!!!! Very frustrating as the app was very convenient for all the needs and tools for my sessions. Defiantly needed to do my breathing exercises after that happened which, by the way, does not log your uses. Will try to delete and start over to ensure that it is not operator error.....

The app has multiple glitches and no easy way to troubleshoot them. At the very least the app help section should contain a list of known issues. It should have a trouble shooting section. It should have commonly asked questions. It should come with a detailed users guide. For me, the headache of using the app far outweighs the benefit. I’ve lost quality therapy time as a result. If I use it at all going forward it will only be if my therapist continues to require it. Otherwise I will delete it. 100% extremely negative experience for me.

I can’t tell you how distressing it is to agonizingly tell an account of the worst thing that ever happened in your life and try to record it through this worse than amateur app for the purpose of listening to it and hopefully making some progress with a horribly disabling condition only to find that THE WHOLE RECORDING IS GONE. I’m in utter disbelief, as I did everything as directed and my doctor observed me press record and stop. Deleting this app would do more to serve the community of people battling PTSD than putting this cruel joke out there.

I understand the developers idea of providing a structure framework and order of operations with the sessions, however, this isn’t used for a research study. PE used in the field needs flexibility and an app that allows for deviation as much as it mandates that the clinician to negotiate prior sessions to which were completed in a different manner. Additionally, there are several supported modified PE protocols that exist that are not support by this app due to its lack of flexibility.

Literally don’t even understand how the app can be so bad? like the one important role of this app is to record and save therapy sessions so you can listen to them again for prolonged exposure. It can’t even do the one thing! I recorded two sessions and they just disappeared! that was hundreds of dollars of therapy wasted because this app doesn’t work.

I deleted a previous session and it deleted all of my sessions. All my data and recordings, gone. Beyond frustrating.

It won’t let me listen to my recordings or export my data. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Very frustrating.

I use the app with clients and like to progress through it with each person. When trying to clear old data the app will shutdown and I cannot remove previous entries. The original version never had this issue. Disappointed as it makes it more difficult to work with clients and the app.
