PRISM: Live Streaming App Customer Service

I was looking to 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢, from my YT Channel. Since I had done some Livestreaming, before all the Rules changed. It’s difficult when you’ve been Livestreaming every few weeks, & making Videos. You’re 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 💕the 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 interaction, where you can 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙙 immediately back to your Subscriber(s), who are the People who enjoy your Content. I’m still short, a few hundred Subscribers, from the required 1000 Subscribers. I still don’t have enough, Watch time hours! Although I’m doing the Best, that I can do! It’s difficult when you’re also dealing with Medical Situations. I’ve found that there are many of us, dealing with different Medical Challenges. I’m Grateful to 𝙋𝙍𝙄𝙎𝙈 𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀, for providing this EXCELLENT APP! It’s extremely important that each & everyone of us, be able to have a Trustworthy App available to use, so that we are able to ‘Socialize’ with other ‘People’! I have a 5th gen IPad and I do TikTok, my first video got 1 like in the first 5 minutes and 100 views, it’s so worth it and it’s good! Though, you cannot browse and see other lives, I say you make it available for more people to see your videos and make it a platform itself. Also, make customizable characters to add more of a difference for other people using this platform.

Okay I like this concept but I feel there should be a delay for when speaking so it doesn’t look so choppy when talking. Like many other apps have this like example vedatube. Like it looks really choppy and when speaking the open mouth doesn’t stay open even long enough to see it. Another thing I’ve noticed also is you can’t add music in when using the screen/screen sharing mode. And since you also can’t have music playing in your background since it dosent pick up any noise from your mobile device into stream I can’t get it in that way either. The only way to add music is to be in the v tuber mode which I don’t want to be in as I’d like to share my screen while theirs background music.

This app does so much for mobile live streaming but, I can’t help to feel that we are missing some features. 1. Reading chat: I wish there was a way for the chat to show up on stream so you can read it without needing a second device, that would be great. 2. The screen savor is great but I am surprised that there is no option to have it start with the stream saver, instead of clicking on it after the stream starts. 3. I think there should be a way to adjust the ratio of the screen It does not fit the YouTube/Twitch box. Hello PRISM Live this is Violet_Venom and my experiences with his app have been a blast but when I want to screen record stream and I want to turn on my mic it doesn’t work and says click iOS Control Center and I can never find where it is, I try to look in the “Help” but all the constructions are very hard to understand and I can never find these things, It made me annoyed because it never said where to find any of these thing so I just wanted to suggest adding pictures so me and others could understand more. Thank you for your time and please fix this issue. (I’m dyslexic so sorry for the bad grammar)

I have been using Prism to livestream for the past few years. I have never had a problem with it until the most recent update. Now it crashes all the time. I’m lucky if I can stream for an hour before it freezes up. The whole app freezes as well as my stream & I am not even able to use the “end” button to end the stream! Please fix this promptly or myself & many others will be forced to stop using the Prism app for live-streaming. This is the app I have relied on for years so it’s really sad to see it malfunctioning to this degree & for this long. It’s been a week now! Please fix it!!!

I use prism to record my dj sets on my iPad through streaming my screen and saving the stream recording to my photos. It used to be the most reliable way for me to record my iPad sets, but after updating, I lost the ability to save my streams :( This app has been a really easy go-to to stream my DJing to twitch and recording them with no hassle, but the latest update has made it so that I can’t record my sets. I hope they fix it soon.

So far it’s very complicated to maneuver around the app. Certain aspect like the connect should be improved I feel it lack on controls as by means of not being able to do what desktop can do if y’all integrate more desktop type infrastructure to the mobile app in terms of stream control. Also I would like to add I suggest that it might be a good interest for y'all to reach out to windows/Microsoft for a partnership to help make streaming smoother on the console side.

The app is great with all the features and functionality that it offers but one problem that I don’t like is that you’re not able to stream your vtuber with streaming your game on mobile if you can fix this problem then the app will be even better with better results and more users that will like this app!

So the app itself is great!! I’ve went live plenty and I have no reason to complain!! They even have PNGtubers!! But if you want to change the PNG tubers emotions it has to be manual. And I can’t do that while live :(. Because I use PNG tubers but I record playing games, not being a full time PNG. So it’s kinda hard, but other than that it’s a great app!

You’re my favorite app in the world but since this new update my streams keep ending about 20-40 minutes in -if i have any overlays. i noticed when i didn’t my stream went longer not sure of the correlation. i don’t know what changed but it has to fix soon because if it doesn’t i’ll have to stop using your app and i REALLY do t want to because it’s incredible. please find this glitch!

I been looking to find a APP that I can do Live with auto caption. I found the answer!!! It can stream in multiple platform. I tried it, it works. I love the simplicity of it even u are newbie Creator or Video it is easy. The only thing drawback is when u do the LIVE streaming the title will not reflect on your post. I need to type my headlines after GO Live. It works perfecty in FB/ YT. Highly recommended

Hello prison live! I love this app especially since I’m an upcoming pngtuber but I wish it screen shared and records the pngtuber at the same time especially since I have no live streaming equipment but my iphone. So maybe add a screen share update and a face cam/pngtuber (that your able to move) in the corner! Thank you and goodbye!

I can’t interact with the inbuilt browser for some reason and when I don’t have a mic turned on you can’t hear donations alerts etc and the browser looks smooth in the preview but when you look in the stream it kinda looks like 10 fps and donation alerts are a hit or miss to show in the stream. Keep up the good work and I hope you guys take my words and put them in development… :)

I would give this app 5 stars but there are a few features that I wish were easier. I wish I could switch between the live video and the media, like auto swap the size back and forth. Also, if they could make the media playback like rewind and fast forward easily accessible that would be great too. I feel I have less control over it.

I Really wanted to make a pngtuber but it says that it cannot import my image and it won’t give me another option, this app is really cool and I hope this could be fixed, also I tried to go back to the pngtuber thing and it kept showing my face and I couldn’t get rid of it.

I like prism live but the only thing I don’t like about it is the water mark. I don’t like that when you save it to your camera roll it has a water mark and then you have to crop it out and it ruins your whole video. However I like Prism Live Studio it just needs to fix a few things.

First of all…. WOAH- VERRRY cool app! But I have a small issue with the VTUBER/PNGTUBER option. When I want to record a video and change emotions on my character, the emotions never show up! I’m stuck on one emotion the whole time which makes my video look pretty bland… wondering if you would look into this? Thanks!

I want to be a vtuber and i really want to make it so i can have the option to screen share with my vtuber but is able to record so i can post videos

Please make it to where the live can pick up other people who I or others are on call with, and I can use my mic on live and be in call at the same time (like i can be in a discord call while live streaming, and the love can hear my friends in call). Other than that, wonderful app!

I was excited to go live on this app but I noticed that TikTok wasn’t an available option for the connecting recommendations to livestream. We small creators have been actually getting more attention on there and people have interested in our work. It would be really appreciated if your company were to collaborate with TikTok

Love the app. I’m a partnered Twitch streamer just starting out in IRL and this has been the most reliable and customizable app to use. The only feature I wish I was about to change was turning off the viewer count when going live. Devs, please make this happen!

I’m not a big fan of this it doesn’t have all the effects I was hoping for... my friend uses this app he loves it, personally I’m not a big fan of it. But one thing I love about it is it doesn’t have a water mark! This is a good streaming app. I will use it to stream eventually! But I’m a fortnite montage editor so it didn’t really work for me. But I’m still going to give it 4 stars ⭐️!

This app is truly amazing, I love it and I’m really happy to use my PNG-Tuber model, but I really need a feature that can allow you to play games while streaming. And please add a voice changer option. Thanks for reading my review PRISM team ❤️

There wasn’t any voice over if they added it it would go instantly to five stars or if it is there hidden I wish it would go under music or volume but I had to use other editing apps for voice over and I’m giving it an extra star for no watermark because that is another big thing I like

I've been trying to make gaming videos with my pngtuber so I can get more subscribers but I can't because I have to go live! Please just make something so we can just record and screen share without going live please!

This app is well made, works everywhere and no problems, when i first got it i had one problem which it kept ending and i just changed my yt from my account to my passkey!

Of course with anything and everything research and development is needed but this is a great alternate to OBS and it’s easy to use. Thank you very much let’s get it. I would love to help in anyway that I could to get this product off the ground more. Thanks again.

This app is just great! There is nothing wrong with it but I plead with something you guys can add. I was trying to add music to the end of my video and I noticed that you can’t put music anywhere you want in the video! Other than that this app is pitch perfect! ❤️

This app works great for mobile gaming and live streaming my mobile gaming. The only down side is that there seems to be a lag when live streaming gameplay footage on mobile devices even with adaptive bitrate on . If the lag issue was fixed I’d give it 5 stars overall love the app keep up the good work!

I cannot say enough good things about this app. It worked for immediately through Facebook Live. This app is very intuitive and it has all the features that one would need for a decent stream. I love it and highly recommend. I think this is the best app of its kind.

It’s GoldenFlamez, I like this streaming app but my problem is that, when I live stream using PRISM someone in the chat points out that they can’t hear anything. My streams using this are always mute and I don’t know why. I recorded, I’ve done everything. Someone please help me out with my issue.

I use this for living streaming sports but its very limiting in terms of animations text limits etc. I also wished I could chose different camera inputs like DSLR through the Mobile app. I still think this is the best IOS OBS free alternative. I love the app except for the list above. Good job devs!

I have an issue when live streaming On YouTube it Said Invalid Stream Broadcast Error if you See this please fix this in future Updates ASAP

It was working fine for almost a year, and then iOS update broke it so saved video is corrupted with many “black spots”. I did app update, then did stream today and footage is corrupted. Checked again and there was another update. Hopefully it’s fixed, however I cannot do another stream ticking that footage will be lost.

I love this app. As a new streamer this app and also the desktop version is so easy to use. I love how easy it is to multi stream and how I don’t have to set up about setting up things like viewer counts live chats etc. prism does it all. I hope this will remain free.

I was using iRig HD as and audio interface from my mixer, and streaming on fb live through Prism Live but I was only getting audio on left and nothing on right. Any advise? Thanks

Hopefully, I know there’s been a talk about the app getting a face cam future for iOS possibility maybe year or a few months I’m not sure but hopefully we do get that

I want to put sound from the other apps like photos or voice memos. For example if I’m recording a Fortnite video I’d like to add my commentary to the gameplay. Other than that it’s a great app.

This is a wonderful app and all,but it’s always crashing while I’m in the middle of editing my videos,so I would appreciate it if would fix the app so it would stop lagging then crashing

Streaming on mobile devices when you’re a gamer, something that hasn’t been around too long however over the last few years and handful of applications have made it easier to do, but most importantly they added features that were only previously available to do on laptop or computer mainly things like adding your own custom overlay adding an external microphone and external WebCam, you’re playing on mobile most people don’t want to use the camera that’s on their phone while it sits under their chin looking up. So things like adding in my desktop face cam or Snowball mic is a plus. And again The biggest and most wanted thing in these apps is Customzation for overlays and widgets and Anything which Prism Gives you the options to Actually do. For the most part. Even can connect To your pc prism app I believe. BUT even thought I know all of this. And Have experience streaming on pc and Have been using prism Mobile for a bit, I still haven’t been able to get all of that working right and Start streaming. It’s a Blur of So many apps and past experiences trying to Just Get my Logitech face cam on my pc and Pc desktop mic onto a mobile application that live streams And Have my custom overlay Added with it and Just Freaking stream. I’m still working on the issues. And the other thing seems to be really mediocre Connection or quality half the time when I’m streaming a Game I play. That or it drops Performance Significantly to where it’s unwatchable. I have great wifi and An iPhone 11. With all that said. It’s promising and gives everyone what every other app has Not even tried to do yet. Except a few like stream champ and Stuff. If the devs of prism figure out how to Make it super simple to add in External Cams, mics, and Overlays For idiots like me and stream Good quality then It will Boom with Downloads. I bet. Or maybe I’m really just Doing something wrong. Who knows. This is still very very new to the world of Mobile streaming. Keep it up.

The app is somewhat confusing to navigate, and for whatever reason it never actually put recording/streaming options I inputted to use. It locks the stream framerate at 30FPS for no reason as well. I tried streaming myself doing Duolingo lessons, and while my mic sounded perfectly crisp and audible, it DESTROYED the audio from Duolingo. It sounded extremely choppy and glitchy on stream although it was perfectly normal while I was using it. On top of this, it decided to set my volume to full blast and wouldn’t allow me to decrease it. It was still too loud even with the volume on the minimum value before being completely off. Overall it’s OK, but needs a lot of improvements and changes.

When contacted to other devices so i can control the live streaming it disconnects after 1 minute why I don’t know why it is the same wifi the same os update on both devices ipad mini 5 and ipad pro m4 and the chat doesn’t work it doesn’t show the subscribers chats, the app can be open over the game this is really important feature so I don’t leave the game just to stop the live streaming for I moment and we need 60 fps when streaming, if possible you can let me edit the Aspect Ratio like make it 16.9 because iPad is 4.3

I’ve been using Prism Live Studio for years as my go-to mobile streaming app—mainly because I can’t stream on PC due to lack of equipment. This app was perfect for mobile content creators. No nonsense. No clutter. Just clean, reliable streaming. But now? • Obnoxious ads pop up every time I launch the app. • A huge watermark suddenly appears on my test streams. • Ads are showing ON my stream—and they’re not even sponsoring me. Why should random companies get ad space on my content when I’m not seeing a dime from them? This feels like a cash grab update. You’re monetizing creators without their consent. It’s disrespectful to those of us who helped build up this app’s reputation by relying on it consistently. I’d rather switch to something less bloated, even if it means rebuilding my setup from scratch. This app went from best in class to unusable in one update. Fix this—or you’ll keep losing your loyal user base.

I barely like the reviews for any like this. You probably like my first review for any app and I think I have to hear this before you download this app like I’m not app is bad but like yeah you got some consequences and downloaded this app. So I downloaded this app cus it got some really good reviews so the app was going good then like suddenly my phone died like when I was like I was streaming live video and my phone died. It still says I’m live like I don’t know, but y’all need to fix the app because Idk

I am not able to see alerts for stream elements tts. I can hear it but the actual alert never shows up. Botrix alerts do not show up at all. No sound either. Kicktools that I use (chat, hype train) seem to show up. I had hopes. It’s a nice app just wished I could get the alerts to show. Kind of a loss without those being visible. And the memory limit issue what’s up with that. I ended the stream during testing but something tells me that was gonna end the stream?

Well, here we are nearly June, and they still haven't fixed anything. The low frame rates all started after they went to a paid model, and now they won't fix anything and want to blame the users, when the same device that worked just fine is now having the dropped frame rates. It still drops to 14 frames per second after about 30 minutes of a stream. They blame it on the iPhone overheating, but I can run the app for a stream in a perfectly climate-controlled room. It was never an issue before they updated and went paid, and everything broke. They claim you can turn your camera off for 10 seconds and that will fix it, but that's also a lie too. Please, whatever you do, don't give these people any of your money. Just go install Stream Labs from the App Store. It works properly, it's free, and there's no watermark.

Prism does a lot of things better than THE Streamlabs app in terms of how it manages the auto bitrate to keep a connection stable when doing Mobile IRL, but is still missing features. - It would be nice to see my bitrate and signal strength when livestreaming. - When I use a Custom RTMP, it will only default to 720p 30fps and thinks I can’t do other options, even though I know I can. This is probably a bug? - I would like to be able to see the Twitch chat even if I’m using a Custom RTMP. - The livestream ends when I leave the app. There should be an option to keep the livestream running in the background until I press the END button. Additionally, I would like the ability to use both the front and back camera at the same time, like FilMic Pro’s DoubleTake app and have the ability to use a second phone as a second camera like Teradek’s Airmix app. Maybe even wirelessly connecting to a GoPro?

Hi! I’m having some problems with the png tuber and screen recording For the screen recording, it’s saying my mic is off, even tho it’s on, and I can’t edit it. I also don’t have a lay out. And the pngtuber works fine! But it won’t let me put it on screen recording. Mind you everything is completely ok when I use it on my phone, but I am trying to use it on my iPad and all of these things aren’t working. Please help me out if you can, thank you! :3

Alright, so when you first start out the app, and go to straming on your gaming device, and when you press live, exclusively it dosen’t have a chat feature, I am on a apple tablet and I fear this will worsen the experince for limited options, I really need this option and rely on it, so I hope this can get resolved in the future, other then that the app is great! This app is so useless for me! I’ve been looking everywhere for apps to become a MOBILE ONLY Pngtuber, and everyone says this app is key. But no! It’s not! You can’t have your pngtuber show up on your screen unless if you have this app open, and you need a PC your character as a overlay! The tutorials in app, and online don’t give ANY ANSWERS. I want to be able to see my character on screen, but I can’t. I don’t understand this app AT ALL. It says it’s simple, but in reality it’s super complex and hard to use! And you need secondary apps to run it!!! ITS SO USELESS.

Prism has been good but the last 3 weeks has been challenging. Previously when streaming, I had audio in stereo playing out of both LR channels. For some reason, sound has only been coming out of one side when connected to an IRig. I’m not sure what changed honestly. When I don’t use the app, I’ll have stereo just with the phone.

So I’m trying to set up a account and have done this before but recently got a new device so I’m trying to sign up but of course it say “account with that email has already been set up would you like to log in?” And I click okay then I use the SAME email same spelling checked it several times but it says “no account with that email has been set up” so now I can’t set up a account and I’m upset as I love live streaming on it but I can’t

Wanted this for the screen broadcasting but could not get this to work. The button for the iOS version is completely missing on my iPhone 8+. Tried to do a work around with pressing the iOS screen recording button then broadcast to this app and about 30seconds in it gives me a notification that an external app is trying to stream then cuts the broadcast off.

Loved the option to easily make a png tuber, and it was super easy to add on extensions and customize the screen, although after a few weeks of use it stopped letting me stream. At first it would start for a minute and then show me an error text, and now it won’t even let me start stream without immediately ending stream and showing the error text.

My issue is the widgets. Steamelements it plays the widget once, then it doesn’t play again unless you turn it off and on again. Basically no follower alerts. Streamlabs widgets have no sounds?? But always work and show up. Is there a way where stream elements or streamlabs browser sources can stay active or play sounds with stream labs? Thanks

I went into this app so I could create my own png tuber, But when I went to where all the tutorials said to go to create my own, the button was not there. I’m not able to change or customize any of them, and I’m not sure if this is just a glitch, or this is the actual app.

Needs higher video quality like 1440p60 and 4K 60 and different audio settings and microphone audio boost for headset and phone audio microphones thank you and needs to fix the camera freezing when switching to 0.5 to 1x it's annoying

I was using this app for a while for png streaming but then it stops me from doing so bc my iPad is one gen too old? I am not buying a new iPad for this app.

Used to be a great app but some features that were free before are now paywalled.

They’ve added a premium sub with a forced update that locks basic features behind $10 a month of $80 USD a year. Sort of ruins what was an incredible app. They all go this way I guess. Just fair warning. I personally won’t get enough out of the app to justify paying, shame. Tried the trial and it reset some settings so during a stream the chat was stuck on screen. Super annoying and disappointing.

I would LOOOOVE a feature to switch between multiple streaming profiles!!! I have 2 twitch accounts, one for IRL and one for DJing and have no way on mobile to login to the DJ one after already logging into the normal IRL one???? The prompt to connect with twitch I get upon login in auto-connects me to my IRL, and even in app, there’s no mobile settings that allow me to do a more manual log in to twitch. So now I’m stuck basically! Going to try uninstalling the app and reinstalling but I don’t think that will work either.

I did a stream on twitch with PRISM I worked really well. But, i just bought the razer seiren bluetooth microphone. On the app there is a setting that you can activate bluetooth microphone, but it didnt work. After some research, it says that they don’t support bluetooth microphone. It need to be plugged in. PLEASE add a feature that we can use real Bluetooth microphone!!

Love the app in general. Recent update added aspect ratios, but now the feed is zoomed out and I cannot get a landscape stream of my screen. Please resolve, I’d love to continue using this

Everytime i try to stream to youtube it just wont

I first used Prism on my S9+ and enjoyed a lot. Then, when I got the S21 Ultra, but that’s when all troubles began. When I did installed on the S21, the up did logged in to my personal account on YouTube and didn’t want to login to my business account. It was still login in to my business account on Facebook, but not for long. After awhile did the same to Facebook, only logged in to my personal account so deleted the app. Recently I got the iPhone 14 pro and decided to give it a shot once again, hoping that the problem would be fixed. On the iPhone only goes to my personal account and that’s it. So, if the app does not login to my business account it’s totally useless.

Says live-streaming not supported by browser. Download chrome? Btw I have Chrome.... no luck with this app

Whenever I try to livestream to my YouTube channel, it always says: “embed setting was invalid” can you tell me how to fix this please I rlly wanna go live ;(

They advertise how you can how you can screen share games being played of your mobile devise while using this app but does not give me that feature anywhere with in the app. It does allow me to stream on to twitch using my front and rear facing cameras but not what I am doing/playing on the mobile device witch is what I need as I play mobile cod. Now I am doing this on my iPhone XS, I’m not sure if that is what causing this problem but the app does say it is compatible with my phones software so i don’t understand why it isn’t allowing the screen play to be used
