Times are automatically selected based on your current location and you can choose to show times for any other location worldwide by entering a city or US Zip code.
The app lists both Shabbat and holiday candle lighting as well as the time the Shabbat or holiday ends. It also provides quick access to more information on the upcoming Parshah (weekly Torah reading) and Jewish holidays from the wealth of information provided by Chabad.org.

Hi, love this app but....Hi, I love this app! so helpfull! I do have one question however; I just got a notification on my phone saying this app has used my location for the last three days (I enabled this setting) but Earlier today was Shabbat, Halachically speaking is it OK to track me, thus using electronics, on Shabbat? Love the app but…Wonderful app and incredibly informative, but why there is an issue when sending the times to someone. In the app it shows when Shabbat come in ABOVE when Shabbat comes out which is logical. For some reason when you send the times in a text the image switches to show when Shabbat comes out ABOVE when it comes in which has led to a lot of confusion..Version: 1.2.6
Amazing appI’m very judicious in my ratings. This is an excellent app. The negative ratings seem to be unfounded. However, where can we make app suggestions? I would like multiple alarms per location. Also, how can I customize the alarm sound for the app?.Version: 1.2.4
Love the Shabbat reminder, but can it be like an hour before?I love this app, because it helps me keep track of Shabbat times. My only criticism is that I wish there was a customizable reminder. There’s a default 6 hour reminder, but what is more useful is a reminder an hour before — or whatever you think you will need. Please add a customizable reminder!.Version: 1.0.8
No Holiday candle timesIt’s great for knowing when to light Shabbat candles, but it would be nice if there was an alert feature to remind you. Also, it says it gives you holiday candle lighting times, but they are missing for Chanukah. Would like to see those as well..Version: 1.2.5
