Suggestions for Improvement on Route and Address InputI’ve been using the app for a while now, and while it does the job, I think there are some improvements that could make a huge difference for drivers like myself. First off, the app should automatically display the current stop’s address after completing each delivery. It’s frustrating to have to manually look up and input the next address every time—especially after dealing with traffic and long delays to get to the delivery zone.
Additionally, the requirement to take pictures of the address for confirmation feels unnecessary and time-consuming. It adds a lot of extra steps to the process, especially when you’re trying to stay on schedule and move quickly. The system should be more streamlined to reduce these manual tasks.
In short, the app should work more efficiently by automating address updates and eliminating redundant steps like taking photos of the delivery address. Great easy side moneyThis app is awesome you deliver food for freshly I’m always an adventure. The routes are pretty easy. DisappointedThis company used to be pretty sweet in my area (south Florida) but, as of late they’ve declined HEAVILY. There’s always work available but the rates are trash. They down right refuse to pay fairly per mile. Longer wait times at the warehouse, and they think it’s appropriate to decrease commissions near the start time of booked route. First of all, driving to downtown miami from pompano beach should have a standard rate that is nothing under 65 dollars due to traffic, tolls, and general hassle associated with that city. Whoever is in charge of pricing the routes is downright disrespectful. And the app itself crashes regularly. I love this job, but the latest update as of today is really not good. It’s really affecting the jobThe latest update is not really good. I’m writing this as exactly March 18, 2026. Each time I want to take a photo after the last update it keeps having a lot of glitches. I’m also appealing that they increase the pace since the gas prices gone up so badly. The recent deliveries they are releasing cannot even buy gas for. The release a route that takes up to six hours 40 minutes, and more than 80 stops. And yet the money that is being paid it’s not enough to eat them by gas. Please do something about this so that we can happily be working. Cell signal reliantWould love it for somebody to explain to me why just having the app open requires a cell signal or Wi-Fi. I’m sure every driver in some area has poor cell reception. And in those areas for me, the app constantly wants to either shut down, log me out, or freezes up to the point that I have to shut the app down. In 90% of those cases when I do get the app back up and running, there are stops that I have already delivered that the app is saying I still need to deliver because it does not have any record of me taking any pictures or being at those addresses. When you try to contact support to tell them that you deliver those, but the app is having issues one of the first things they ask for is a picture of where you deliver the package at first the app does not save photos to be used again later such as sending to support. And for the app on Apple, much like every other app that uses your camera to take a picture Apple does not save that to your camera roll, again to be used later, such as sending to support. The suggestions I have are simple. First do not make the app so rely on a cell signal that when you have no signal or limited signal that the app shuts down or log you out. The only times the app should need a signal is to contact support. ( in that case there should be an alternative way to contact support such as a text number.) And the second reason the app should need a signal is to finish out and wrap up the route. And this is basically to confirm that all of the stops have been delivered. The next suggestion I have is for the app to save the photos as they’ve been taken in the app, and then once the route has been confirmed to be completed the app deletes those photos. Also, those photos should be able to be used if support needs photo proof of where a package was placed or the address. And then the last comment I wanna make is that every time I update the app within the next two weeks I constantly have the same issues repeat themselves, whether in a good single area or bad signal area. Increase the payVeho is a great way to earn some money in the side as long as you have a reliable car. Plus this fits my schedule for the weekends perfectly. However, there are still some things that could be better.
I wish Veho would require customers to indicate whether their delivery address is a business. If so, they should be required to provide hours of operation and specify whether they are closed on weekends. This would help prevent drivers from being sent to closed locations and reduce wasted time and effort.
Another thing, i do like the recent changes in the app but even that could be fixed too. Drivers should be able to see the number of packages on a route before accepting it. This transparency would allow drivers to make informed decisions and help ensure fair compensation.
The highest pay I’ve seen is $134. But most of the pay ranges goes from $108–$121, which is too low for routes with over 90 packages that take 6–7 hours to complete. That’s not factoring having to drive over an hr to the locations to do the deliveries.
Additionally, deducting pay for undeliverable packages due to closed businesses or not having gate codes that the customers did not provide—issues outside the driver’s control—is discouraging and negatively impacts morale. This practice feels punitive and unfair to drivers who are still investing significant time, effort, and vehicle expenses.
Lastly, it would be great if the agents would be more helpful in assisting with an issue with delivering. It does not seem like they read what you’re asking because their go to response is always take it back to the warehouse..Gracex6Version: 3.2.2
Logistics is garbage sometimesOk so I like the gig but the logistics is garbage sometimes. It’s hit or miss!! Also it will literally take you in circles sometimes. Y’all need to do better whoever is doing logistics for the routes! You can almost never complete the order in the 2.5 or 3 etc. hours that’s on the route due to the logistics. Missing integrationsThis app would be much better if it had access to things such as the ability to change your direct deposit wherever you need to, or self service in general. Being able to see previous deliveries is a great feature when it comes to difficulties locating homes. The option to contact the customer through chat is a good feature, but has some opportunities. It doesn’t update in real time and if the customer responds, you may have to force close the app in order to see the message. As a driver you’re taking 2-3 photos per delivery (which slows you down) and that can drain your data and battery. Apps like Flex only require one photo and it makes a big difference. Umm development neededLove job hate app. I’ve been doing Veho for a year. The recent changes to the app makes it hard to do your job well. You use to be able to check into the route 2 hours before allowing proper planning. To arrive at your first stop by the start time. Sometimes it takes an hour or more to get to that first stop. The app is very glitchy. They made it so you can’t look at the route until 5 minutes before it starts. The routes are timed incorrectly 90% of the time. First time deliveringHello first time delivering with VEHO today and I can honestly say this is the easiest and probably best delivery company I’ve had to work with. The deliveries are set up and laid out so you don’t feel like you are driving from one place to another wasting gas(my case electricity) the app is very easy to use and has clear laid out instructions. Overall good first day and look to continue with you all. Do you remember when you were younger and you would get a math word problem and there would be those specific word problems where they give you information that doesn’t matter to confuse you well, I feel like giving the size of the route without giving the amount of miles it’s making you think you have valuable information but you don’t because those cubic feet only let you know if it’s going to fit in your car or not it doesn’t tell you whether it’s worth paying the toll and the guys in the amount of mileage. ReviewDriving for Veho is ok. The routes are not scheduled properly and when you go over the estimated time they say they will compensate you but they don’t always happen. As a driver it’s frustrating to know you drive your gas out and you’re not compensated properly. You’re at the mercy of a rep will really don’t care that the route was scheduled for 2 hours and it takes 3 or 3.5 hours to complete. I think they schedule according to how long or takes to get from stop to stop not taking into consideration that you have to get to the stop and then return to the warehouse to complete a pickup route. I am currently working for or have worked for just about every app out there and this is by far my favorite for several reasons.
Their is a learning curve when you first start out so keep that in mind but if you have experience delivering you will pick it up quickly.
You pickup your route at a designated time from the warehouse and are provided your manifest for the day’s deliveries. You can choose what time to pickup and where you want to deliver. You will know exactly how much you will make and approximately what time you will be finished. It is a great compliment with other apps and allows you to quickly transition from your route to your current favorite app. The warehouse and support are both friendly and helpful.

Low wages the job itself is nice.I am a college student. The Flexibility through Veho allows me to manage my busy life while earning extra money! Down sides: The gigs should pay an average of 30-31 per hour. It pays and averages of 20 or less per hour. Veho has a hard time filling the demand because of the low pay.
My thoughts: With a solid pay structure Veho would attract dependable drivers to commit to the routes as they appear rather than waiting until the last possible minute to raise prices for the routes. Start with a fair rate and only raise prices above the fair wage on holidays. Holidays should have a surcharge. A bonus should be applied on those days. People need products the day of holidays. By offering above the fair market value you are guaranteed to create a profitable margin for your revenue and well as the drivers.
I 100% believe that Veho can be great for the customers, drivers while creating a business that will
flourish financially for everyone involved.

Third-Party Bots Are Stealing RoutesThird-party bots or unauthorized software are potentially impacting the fair distribution of routes or "blocks" on platforms like Veho. This is unfortunate and it’s happening again every time Team Veho posts the routes at 9:00 PM EST. Now I cannot seem to get a route on the Veho app because this is happening. Let it be known that this is not the first time this has happened but it seems to be occurring again with the unauthorized softwares. Needs Real-World Delivery Experience ImprovementsThe app works, but it’s not designed with real delivery drivers in mind. It feels like it was built without understanding how deliveries actually happen in the real world.
The biggest issue is how restrictive it is. The system forces you to take photos in very specific ways (like directly in front of the door), but in reality, many customers prefer packages to be hidden, placed in lockers, or left in safer spots. The app doesn’t allow flexibility, and that slows drivers down.
Also, requiring perfect angles or clear house numbers every time is unrealistic. In many cases, numbers are hard to find or placed in inconvenient spots. Instead of helping, the app creates unnecessary delays.
Delivery apps should focus on speed, efficiency, and driver autonomy. Drivers are the ones on the ground—we know what works best in each situation. Forcing rigid rules only hurts performance.
My suggestion: the developers should spend time doing real deliveries or ride along with drivers. That’s the only way to truly understand what needs to be improved.

Great Route, but Veho Support Needs to do BetterI just started Veho yesterday. I love the fact you can choose your gigs the night before, you know how much you will get paid and what time your gig starts. HorribleUpon arrival, locating the site was straightforward. However, issues arose at the warehouse, where the packages were excessively large for my vehicle and were waterlogged. Furthermore, I was subjected to verbal abuse by employees due to my perceived slow pace, despite the packages being cumbersome. Additionally, my delivery route was modified to include five extra packages without any additional compensation. When I contacted customer care, I was instructed to complete a form, whereas other apps offer more flexible policies for reimbursement of anything under $50. I also encountered difficulties with a missing package at the warehouse, which resulted in a 30-minute delay. The required routes often involve lifting packages that are half my body size and navigating stairs, which is not feasible for me. Moreover, the company mandates insurance outside of your car insurance and requires a paper form to be faxed. Given the technological advancements, this seems antiquated. The estimated route times are grossly inaccurate, with 2.5 hours often translating to 5 hours of work. After working yesterday, I'm still awaiting payment, and it appears that I need to dispute the issue to receive my earned wages. On top of that if you’re not working a gig they could care less about you in the issues that you’re having with their company. Poorly timed routesThey boast about $20+/hr but most routes aren’t timed correctly. They have a horrible response to getting info from customers for help with things like gate codes and even phone numbers. If you sit for any amount of time because of these issues you run over. They told me for weeks when I first started that there was no way to get compensated for the extra time. Then I talked to the right person and was informed that you can text support for a Pay Adjustment Request Form. I’ve asked drivers and this is a highly guarded secret. If a package from the day before isn’t delivered, then they just add it to a route. I’ve had routes with one package that isn’t in the heat map from the route I picked up the night before. It’s always a package that didn’t make it the day before. Even though it is in a different city sometimes the pay doesn’t change. So you get a route with an estimated time frame and a price, then a package mysteriously get added on with and extra 30+minutes drive and I repeat, no change to your compensation! How can you plan other gigs around that? The warehouse staff is nice but the leads are definitely pushed to try and force you into taking some added on crap, Literally trying to get free work out of people. Blind route taking?I don't tend to write reviews because I consider most companies don’t really care about their customers or associate’s opinion, but I need to express myself. First of all, this company is doing everything they have in their hands to make us waste our time. They make you wake up early in the morning just to get on time at their warehouse where you will waste 30 to 50 minutes on the line, just because of their poor organization. Second, their developers keep changing the delivery area thing, fooling us to take a route blindfolded. Also, the estimated time is a complete lie, no matter how well you know the designated delivery area, you will take longer than what you expected.
Just keep this in mind: waking up at 5:30 or 6:00 AM to deal with this kind of abuse, and returning home at around 12:00 - 1:00 PM with a pending check of $100 (maybe a bit more or maybe less) without expenses, is not worth it.
I have been driving for Veho for a while now and I will stop. Won’t come back if things don’t get better. Slave laborThese people will try to jam pack your car so much that you can’t see out your rearview mirror nor your passenger side view mirror then they waste an hour and a half or more of your time waiting after check-in, which is 10 minutes before your block starts waiting just to get into the warehouse to pick up your packages to only find out that they’re trying to squeeze every single penny out of you by over packing your car then they will not compensate you at all for the wasted time and the additional hours required to complete the block. Stay in school. Don’t be a slave. How many reviews are fake?Five star rating is a lot to achieve but doesn’t seem correct with all the bad reviews posted. I’ve done a single job with Veho and since it’s been terrible to get more work. Good luck scrambling for routes as they disappear just as fast as they populate on a server that can’t keep up. The worst application to work among delivery apps.I work in the state of New Jersey with different Apps, but the veho application is the worst of all, today I took a 2-hour route to zone 8 of $77 but they don't pay you the toll to State Islands, that is, the route was actually $60, when I went to check in I was surprised that there were 72 stops with 78 packages, that for what they deliver packages they know that it is impossible to deliver that amount of packages in 2 hours, so I am outraged by the fraud they do, since when I canceled the route, it was visible again to other drivers, and I was very surprised that the same route That I was going to do for $77 it was actually a 5-hour route I emphasize in 5 hours, not 2 hours as they intended me to do, Veho is an application that offers you a rate and when you check in, they lower the money you are going to earn. THE WORST COMPANY 🙃I’m 35 years old. Nothing has irritated me faster in life than this company. Absolutely the worst company or platform I’ve ever worked for or used to make money.
The app constantly freezes. You’ll make 20+ u-turns a day. You have to take 2-3 photos of each stop which holds you up drastically, not to mention you have to press the “take photo” button 2-3 times before it actually opens just for it to not save the photo each time and ask you to take the picture 3 times.
Support is no help as they are trained to make the best decision for the company while screwing over drivers.
My route has been modified 2x where I had to forfeit my route because they increased the load so it wouldn’t fit in my car, changed my pay and time to arrive. They do this route change while your sleep for a nice morning surprise! They love destroying your planned schedule for the next day in a surprise attack! After every photo I took at every stop, an error message pops up and doesn't leave until you pressed ok 3-4 times just for it to come back on the next screen. You tell support about the issue and they told me they didn’t get any reports of an issue as if I wasn’t making a report that second. The pay doesn’t amount to gas and car maintenance so count that out.

Bare Minimum PayThese guys are a joke here in San Antonio. They pay the drivers bare minimum per job. $64 for a 4 hr job, really?! & no gas compensation! It’s beyond me! I did 2 routes with these guys and immediately learned their ways. They want you to accept the job as quickly as possible to keep from paying the drivers what they deserve. What I noticed is that if you let the jobs sit until the next day, the compensation goes up tremendously. I completed a 71-package route that took over 7 hours, drove around 80 miles, dealt with rural county roads, gated properties, terrible GPS routing, and constant connectivity problems in low-signal areas. The app repeatedly sent me to locations with almost no internet service, yet still expected flawless photo uploads and real-time completion.
The final delivery was a gated property with no access. I contacted support and waited while stuck outside the gate with poor signal and no response from the customer. After finally completing the route, Veho suddenly held my entire payout and questioned where the last package was because they claimed there was “no uploaded photo.”
Here’s the problem: the app itself normally does not allow completion without a photo. If the upload failed because of THEIR app or THEIR backend while I was in a no-service area THEY routed me to, that should not become the driver’s problem after 7 hours of work.
Instead of trusting route GPS history, timestamps, stop tracking, and the fact that I completed 71 deliveries successfully, they immediately treated the situation like a suspicious delivery issue and held my earnings.
Eventually they released the payment, meaning the problem was clearly on their side to begin with.
This app puts all technical failures and connectivity risks onto drivers while offering slow support and unreliable routing. The stress level is unbelievable compared to other delivery platforms.

Extremely unreliable app and terrible supportThis is honestly one of the worst delivery apps I’ve ever used. The app glitches on a daily basis — it freezes, fails to load routes, doesn’t open the camera, refuses to take photos, and often just breaks in the middle of a delivery. Every day there’s a new issue: missing packages, incorrect addresses, locations that lead to the wrong buildings, or pins dropped in completely wrong places.
The customer support is just as bad. Response times are extremely long, and sometimes support simply stops replying at all — they just disappear and leave you stuck with an active delivery and no help. For an app that people rely on to work, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable.

5 star review are botsThis is the worst company I have ever worked with. What every one is saying about the slave labor is true. They pay like garbage. Routes are way too long. Most people don’t put their dumb animal away so theres that.
In buildings, they expect you to go to each and every single. Just leave it by the elevator and call it a day. They find any reason in every reason to make it look like you did not deliver the package until you yell at support and make them look at the GPS and the pictures. They don’t deserve a star at all to be honest.
30 minutes- 1 hour to pick up packages. The route are under estimated. People like in Blackwood area where you’ll loose connection and the app always freezes or crashes. Going thru the option the app is very laggy.

Disappointing experience for honest driversI worked for Veho with dedication and honesty, always doing my best on every route. I never intended to make mistakes or harm anyone. Yet, the company permanently deactivated my account claiming ‘low quality,’ without considering my history, effort, or the context of the deliveries.
The worst part is that after deactivation, there is no real way to communicate. Support simply closes the case with automated messages and doesn’t give you a chance to explain or show your side.
Mistakes happen, especially on poorly organized routes, wrong pins, and inconsistent maps — issues many drivers experience every day — but Veho puts all the blame on the driver.
The feeling is that drivers are easily replaceable. There is no dialogue, no opportunity for improvement, and no human treatment.
Anyone relying on this job should know: Veho can deactivate your account without clear warning, without proper investigation, and without giving you a chance to defend yourself, even when you work with honesty and good intentions.

Terrible Glitches in the App. Little or no driver support.Where do I start. It’s a great concept. They don’t pay enough nor does the app work correctly at critical times while delivering. Wrong addresses, gated communities with no access codes. Certain areas have apartment complexes without elevators with several boxes going to different customers in the same and different building’s. Minimum access to correctly contact the customers. Locations not correct for taking delivery photos causing major delays. You might wait an hour or a day just to tell the driver support that the app is glitching for the millionth time. They’ve lowered the payI started Aug 2025. Avg route was 3-5hrs usually around 45 deliveries and pay was $20 or more an hour most days. In December the pay went up but the package count also went up to 60-85. I thought it was bc of Christmas. No. Note they want to offer you 18/hr and most routes are 6-7 hrs long. Since they did that it is rare that s route doesn’t take longer than the stated time and they never pay you for the extra time either. I only do it now when i cannot get a route with Flex or Spark. Also, unless you have commercial vehicle insurance be aware that you are not covered if you have an accident. Flex consistently pays more and you are covered by amazons commercial auto insurance. Driver support & payI’ve never worked for an app that has zero communication & help for drivers. There’s no number to call & the people on the chat line are extremely slow & have no clue of how to help. The pay for some routes I feel aren’t enough & when choosing a route it’s not enough info to let u know the miles or stops & exactly where the route is located until you’re heading to pick up the route from the warehouse. This app needs more work done to it to ensure us drivers are being taken care of the correct way. Terrible Support & App!I want to do good work, but this app made it impossible on my recent route. The app repeatedly failed to load orders, navigation, or package scans, so I couldn’t pull up the stops to complete the deliveries. Because of that, I could not physically go to the locations — it would have been unsafe to drive without working navigation, especially in the heavy rain and cold that day. Visibility was already low, and the app issues made it worse.
Even though these were technical problems, some deliveries were still marked as “not attempted,” which is not accurate and caused unfair pay deductions. I also spoke with other drivers who experienced the same system failure, so this was not a one-off issue. You will also see the same issues in the recent reviews here on the App Store!
Drivers shouldn’t be penalized for app malfunctions or placed in unsafe conditions just to avoid losing pay. This needs to be addressed immediately.

$99 for 60–80Packages? Drivers Deserve BetterRoutes with 60–80packages are only paying $99–$110, and they take at least 6 hours to complete.
The app performance is extremely poor — in many cases, drivers have to log out and log back in after almost every delivery, which seriously affects efficiency.
There has been no meaningful increase in driver pay, while the workload keeps getting heavier.
Pickup times are often changed without notice, forcing drivers to wait outside for 1–2 hours with no compensation for their time. Some drivers have become so frustrated that they end up abandoning their routes.
With current gas prices, the actual earnings come out to around $14 per hour, which is even below California’s minimum wage.
Additionally, regarding Proposition 21 adjustments, many drivers are receiving $0 in additional compensation, which is very confusing.
We hope the platform can take drivers’ time and labor seriously, offer fairer pay, and provide a more stable app experience.

Missing Promised Features in Latest UpdateI was genuinely looking forward to the latest update, especially with the announcement that it would include an earnings screen displaying driver balance and related information. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that neither of these features are present in the app.
It’s unclear why such a critical functionality is still missing, especially when it should have been a core feature from day one. For any driver-focused platform, having access to earnings, balance, and transaction history is essential—not an optional addition.

How?The app is always giving me issues when out delivering. It can come a time when that can be dangerous. You can run into a customer not knowing “who you are” even with the vest visible. Even when loading, this new system is awful! The boxes are always extremely heavy and are always stacked high where that could be dangerous when you can’t probably reach it. You’re to use proper body mechanics when handling anything heavy. It’s no way possible you can do that with those heavy boxes stacked high as they are. Disorganized CompanyI started in October 2022. We was getting paid $25 an hour. Now as of recently when the relocated to Woodbridge/Avenel they dropped the hourly pay to $17-18 an hour and the routes are poorly organized. They literally have you going to the same address about 3 times in 1 route. And the way they are arranging the routes is a waste of tolls gas and time. On top of that, they’ll ding your rating or dock your percentage for things that are completely out of your control. For example, I’ve been penalized for: • Delivering boxes that were already damaged or missing tape — even though the boxes sat too long in their warehouse with dry ice, causing them to get wet and crush easily during stacking. • Being unable to access delivery locations — even after being told to return the package, which they then use to lower your on-time delivery score.
It’s frustrating to be held responsible for warehouse issues or inaccessible addresses when you’re following their procedures. The system needs work — drivers shouldn’t be punished for things outside their control. Needs a ton of improvementDownload the app a week ago my phone has done nothing but crash since when you start using the app, my phone gets so hot. You can’t even use it or hold it. When you’re trying to take the picture of delivery and the picture address the whole app crashes or literally takes 10 minutes when the process should be no longer than. 30 seconds there’s no reason to pull up previous delivery pictures for confirmation there is no reason to have to confirm delivery address when it will not let you deliver the package or take a delivery picture

App ErrorThe staff and support is great. This app itself, will send you routes that have already been picked up. You many not be compensated for going to the pickup location and the system errors. You do not know what you will be paid until the morning of the pickup, as it is a range. Sometimes, the pay is very low for 3 hours of work. They also charge you a percentage of your pay based on the miles you drive per trip. The routes are not efficient. It will make you go passed drop off locations. Worst Support Ever, Bad App, Routes are a jokeThis app is an absolute joke. Very slow response time by the support, metrics are constantly inaccurate and they don’t fix it.
I was involved in a car crash due to that app and even asking for a rescue they lowered all my metrics even with the route closed and complete.
Transparency with information is ZERO with not clear information about the routes and payments.
The app itself is very glitchy, freezing and closing during the day, haven’t a own map to smooth the process and instead that the app burns your phone and battery.
Address and routing are very inaccurate causing a lot of troubles to new and inexperienced drivers.
Routes algorithm and arrangement are always bad, making me always rearranging the order to save some gas.

App crashes constantly.Love delivering for Veho- great company but horrible tech. App freezes all the time and the routing is not efficient. The app doesn’t let you pick routes half the time and it also doesn’t work well when navigating. If I hit a back arrow it doesn’t work and I miss opportunity to work because it freezes and when it finally unfreezes the routes are gone.
