Easiest food prep yet!Still getting used to the amount of food that is delivered. Myself, I do not like cutting up bigger chunks of meat so I would prefer meals that are mostly cut up. The taste has always been good even the things that I do not like, seem tasty. I gave it four stars because of the amount of chicken, not one of my favorite meats. I might have to start getting only five meals a week. I choose to eat fish on Fridays, so I am always looking for your new fish recipes. Salmon and mahi-mahi are my favorites. First Time With This Delivery Service For NespressoI’m not happy that Nespresso is using this service for my order as the delivery time is much slower than all my previous orders over the last couple years. I assume it’s a cost savings issue. But that’s strike one. As for the app, as others have mentioned there are issues. When I entered my phone number I got the message that it was not associated with the order I was tracking even though I had previously received a text to my phone from a Veho rep. I couldn’t move off that error screen so my only recourse was to force quit the app. Once I launched it again everything was correct, no error message. Not everyone would think of doing that which shouldn’t be necessary in an app that was updated recently. So that’s strike 2. But registering your phone number to essentially create an account is not necessary just to track a delivery. You can just enter your tracking number and get the same information without entering a phone number. The information shown is fairly minimal but that’s not necessarily an issue if everything else works properly. It remains to be seen if there will be a strike 3..PappasbikeVersion: 1.0.8
I need more deliveries with this flexibility!!Okay I have no idea what’s going on with the people who aren’t able to get their 6 digit codes?! Everything worked according to the instructions provided on the app. The only hiccup I ran into was that after I logged in and verified my phone number, the app said “this order is not connected to this account” but I backed out of the screen and reloaded the delivery info and everything was connected as normal. I added my delivery instructions and it was so freaking easy. Can y’all start delivering my e-commerce business packages?! Oh and to the reviewer who gave 1 star be cause veho shares data with their business partners…not sure you know how third parties work??? Perfect at EverythingVeho is the delivery company that my meal service uses. Their timing, deliveries, communications — everything they do is better than my meal service. In fact, if Veho wasn’t so good, I may have switched meal companies already. Veho sends me a reminder text the day before and the day of deliveries. They also text when the items are actually delivered and include a picture. The text communications are detailed and concise and do not leave me guessing. They have even sent me the customer service number for the meal company once! I just downloaded the app today and in under 30 seconds, I was able to reroute my order to my daughter’s house as I am stuck out of town! How amazing is that?! Veho employees and their tools are on point for customer service satisfaction. I know apps cost money to create so thank you to the marketing team and decision makers for doing it right! Independent driver big mistakeI rate this app and job a 1 star. Here’s another example of what I have to go thru , now remind you I don’t do veho consistently anymore since they changed this whole new system . Jan 2,2025 I picked up a route that’s 2 hrs 9am-11am for $49 . Not bad but there’s always a catch with veho. I been waiting in line for over an hr after checking in. Which means I have an hr to go before my estimated duration time is over . I have 50 stops with 56 packages . Can anyone really finish this route in less than an hr. Which now I will be late for my priority job. And also Veho will use this against on your metric chart stating you are late on your deliveries. Also they required to go by the instructions that their customers label. Which is fine, the only problem is Veho does not update the instructions. Which following the instructions upon delivery , and if the instructions were not updated on Veho ‘s behalf they want us to drive back to that location and pick up the package and deliver it at the correct address that now they provided at that moment with no extra pay ( which they will reach out to you 2 hrs later after being done with your route and most likely your second job or second route) FYI.BigG 232323Version: 1.2.0
Abysmal Customer SupportI order weekly meal boxes that have recently switched to Veho for local delivery. The headache I face each week because of this carrier service is pushing me to my limits- each week it’s a different issue! Delivery window from 4:30-8pm? Nope, they’ll deliver at 11am when you’re at work. Specific instructions on leaving your package inside the leasing office? Nope, they’ll leave it outside on a busy street to be stolen! Notification that your package was delivered? I hope your app is working that day, because half the time I never get a picture of where the box was dropped at. And my favorite incident… my delivery driver took a picture of my package inside my building, said it was delivered, and then LEFT WITH MY BOX! My food for the week was caught on camera being stolen by YOUR delivery driver!!! And each time there’s an issue, customer support just gives you a generic apology of “oopsies sorry the delivery didn’t go as planned!”. That’s it! They never corrected any of the issues at hand and half the time you’re never notified of anything. Wanted me to go find my packageHad a miserable week had my car totaled by some reckless teenager and got sick this weekend. Just for a delivery driver to send my package to the wrong address. When asking where’s my package, they sent me someone else address it had been sent to instead. There is no phone number to call just texting to my phone. And the company asked if I could go find my perishable food from a persons house. Which is very upsetting cause I’m not about to go searching for my package and trespass and take a package off another persons porch. Worse delivery service everUpdate: Veho delivered my groceries to wrong apartment. They didn’t notify me that they had delivered them until 3 hours later. I tried to retrieve them but couldn’t. Now police are involved. Veho is doing nothing to help. Haven’t even heard from them after initially notifying them. Previous review: I get weekly deliveries from a vendor who uses Veho. First problem, they only provide estimates deliveries when they are within 1-2 hours of delivery. They make you wait all day long. Second they do not deliver to my apartment front door. They leave it outside the apartment building, in the lobby, in the atrium, anywhere except my apartment door. I don’t live in the lobby or outside. Living in a very high crime neighborhood and building puts my package at risk. Third despite my complaints every week, they continue to leave packages in public areas at least 60% of the time. I’m still waiting on a PREPARED MEAL delivery that’s going on a day late and can’t get even the slightest insight into a delivery window. The customer service texts (only contact method available) are circular and uninformative. I was told I would be texted a delivery window estimate once the driver left with my package. 11:19 am from Customer Service “Prior to the driver starting their deliveries, you will receive a text message with the delivery time window.” With no text of delivery window by 4:49pm, I reach out because I’m not sure if the package is even out for delivery at this point. 4:54 pm from Customer Service “We understand that you want to have an update with the delivery window and upon checking, your package has been picked up and is already out for delivery. While we do not guarantee delivery times, we do strive to deliver your package within the time windows communicated to you via text message and we are unable to change it. Can’t even track an order on the appFirst I wasn’t able to update the delivery instructions because of an error stating that my phone number did not match the order phone number. Then the order disappeared from the list of orders in the app and when I try to track it manually, I get an error that the order cannot be found even though I am able to track it on chrome. I’ve also gotten errors in the past that I cannot update the delivery instructions because the order is not “associated” with my account. Horrible user experience with this app and customer service as well. I texted the customer service number regarding this last order and the response was that the delivery instructions are already updated for the order. Horrible ServiceTwo weeks in a row there has been an issue with having my EveryPlate meals delivered. This time they discarded of my box “due to damage” after I received a text saying my box was out for delivery however did not report this to EveryPlate and the only reason I found out was because I reached out to figure out where my food is. Now I’m left without food for the week because of their failure to do the one job they are acquired to do. This is completely unacceptable. There has been 0 communication from Veho both times this has happened. They also at one point when I was asking questions lied and said my box had been delivered and then came back and said the delivery has been delayed to then later come back and say the box has been discarded. The worst delivery provider, hands downAWFUL delivery service and the app is terrible too. No info in the app that isn’t provided on their site, which is very limited too. If you do end up having to use veho to deliver something, just give up cause it will never get to you. They are absolutely incompetent. Terrible!!!This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered, both in terms of their actual ability to deliver a package and their customer service when issues arise. If you live in an apartment - good luck. You can provide them all the instructions for access in the world and Veho’s drivers will just dump your expensive packages on the public sidewalk where they get stolen. Drivers ILLEGAL practicesThis has happened to me not once, but THREE TIMES within the span of 2 months. The Veho driver(s) have placed my package INSIDE MY MAILBOX which is illegal. A literal crime. Once I was able to retrieve the package myself before USPS saw, but the other 2 times have been while I was not home and my USPS delivery driver has to take the package back to the post office, and I have to end up paying my own money to the post office to retrieve the package, when IM NOT THE ONE AT FAULT HERE! Reporting it to Veho is absolutely no help. They face no repercussions and just say to contact the merchant to get the fee that I had to pay refunded, but obviously the merchant isn’t going to pay for it because it isn’t their fault. Zero Star- Careless Delivery & No AccountabilityVeho left my package on a public sidewalk, not even on my property, and marked it as "successfully delivered." The photo they provided clearly shows it was not delivered to my door or anywhere secure. As expected, the package was stolen. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and took no responsibility—just pushed the blame elsewhere. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Veho’s careless and irresponsible delivery practices. They offered no compensation or support whatsoever. They just blamed the retailer. Useless Customer SupportAbysmal customer service. Package has been delayed for a third time now after it has been “out for delivery.” Although the first part of my order was delivered in a timely manner with no issues, but now it’s been almost 2 weeks for the second half. Have been in contact with customer support and they respond with the same generic “here’s how to track your delivery,” not that we don’t already know how to see that. Don’t really have any new updates other than what’s listed on the tracking number, so I don’t see what the point of have customer support when they provide you with nothing helpful. 0 star, multiple stolen packages, no accountabilityThis service is basically uber eats for package delivery. They hire independent contractors to deliver packages for cheap with no accountability. I’ve had multiple packages left on the sidewalk outside my apartment or just returned to the seller because the driver did not attempt to follow the delivery instructions provided, nor did they reach out when unable to access the mailroom. There is no customer service other than an AI bot, and the company does not take any accountability to the consumer since they are contracted by the seller and not you (so they will be utterly unhelpful). Best advice is to avoid stores who use Veho (so far Quince, Lululemon, Nespresso) or ask them to use another carrier. The weirdo who delivered my package left it in the lobby of a PROJECT BUILDING. Didn’t even knock on my door. Zero serviceBy far the worst delivery experience I’ve had. Impossible to get any helpful CS. Package was marked as delivered with a photo of it in their own delivery truck. When I finally got some support after waiting more than 24 hours, they answered saying it was actually not delivered but they didn’t know how to access my building. I provided detailed information to update delivery but have not gotten a real answer in over a week with no further delivery attempts. Pointless, awful companyFirst of all, they must be pumping up their own ratings because if you scroll down the actual reviews they're all mainly 1 star. Second, this app is completely pointless, it's just the website but in an app. It still directs you to text for customer service and there isn't anything the website doesn't tell you about tracking info. Third, I've had a terrible experience every time Veho is used for a package. I really wish ThredUp stopped using them because every package that gets shipped through Veho has at best been delayed several days and at worst been straight up LOST. You'll ask the text customer service why your package keeps getting delayed and (after waiting a few hours for a response) they'll hit you with the "Oh we haven't received it yet, but we're just a message away ❤️" meanwhile their tracking page has said "Arrived at Veho facility" for three days. It cannot find and provide tracking information for orders using Veho packages which are already en route within Veho's own system. They delivered my package to outside my office buildingI’ve been in my office building for 10 years and I receive packages all the time and never in my life and I received a package that was delivered after hours when the building was locked and the person decided to leave it on the front sidewalk. The clear instructions were to deliver it to my suite or at least two outside my suite door. Instead, they delivered it to the outside of the front of the building on the sidewalk and it is now a holiday weekend so I am certain it will be stolen. Garbage company, garbage service.I order meals from Factor and they contract with Veho in my area. They aren't set up to deliver to any other location other than someone's porch because they are several steps below the Uber model and one step above pond scum. Driver s have zero accountability and will leave your packages wherever they feel like it. Got perishable food? Too bad. We're going to deliver it 5o tour apartment building then when we know we can't get in or get to you. Food Delivery delayed on first orderI just resumed my factor meal orders, and the first delivery I get from Veho is delayed. 🙃 After putting the packing out for delivery, they tell me 1 hour before the window delivery time is up that my package is delayed. Decent App With Terrible SupportThe app is good if all you want to do is track. If you want to contact their customer support then that’s a whole different story. It only gives you the option to text their support line, which is the same as online. They responded once and then I never heard back again, even after multiple messages sent at different times. They then delivered the package to the incorrect address (which thankfully the photo supports) but they provided no support themselves. Ignored Delivery InstructionsI was so excited about the concept of this service with a recently ordered item from Saks. Unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the promise. The driver ignored my delivery instructions and left the package in an uncovered area. I immediately responded when I received the delivery notification. App Worthless for TrackingUsing the tracking number given to me by the merchant, and it still doesn’t work in the app! I know the number is valid because it works in the browser. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the app does not recognize the very same tracking number that works perfectly in the browser. Angry, disappointedPurchased coffee from Nespresso online. I’ve been doing this for years. It’s been sent to the same location for 13 years. I’m a regular customer of Nespresso. Received an email telling me I had to download the app to track the package. I downloaded the app. It asked me if I had any further instructions. I wrote specific instructions where to put the package so would be at risk of being stolen. Didn’t read it. Might as well have put my package out on the street. Contacted the people in charge of the delivery. They said they were sorry that their delivery service wasn’t up to their normal high standards, but there was nothing that they could do. All the drivers were out of the area basically there was nothing more they could do. $150 worth of coffee could be stolen. Terrible delivery and customer serviceHave used veho multiple times and have had terrible experiences with delivery. Recently ordered a package that was out for delivery 3 separate days (due to driver issues?) and after contacting customer service they said they are returning the package due to multiple failed delivery attempts. Note- I am in an apartment complex where packages are delivered daily to our mail room, this was not something that I needed to be home to sign for. Very poor customer service. Delivery person threw my packageI have a video from my doorbell of the Veho delivery person throwing my bubble package full of glass onto my doorstep because he refused to walk up one step to put it down. I’m very inclined to post the video to twitter and let people see the violent end result of my delivery with Veho. UselessThis app is completely useless. Every time I enter a tracking number, it either disappears or gives me an error when I try again. WORST delivery service if you live in an apartment!I’ve recently had two packages delivered by Veho in the last month. I’m not sure if the drivers are incompetent or just lazy, but getting a package delivered to my apartment has been the worst experience. The first package was delivered to a completely random apartment (numbers weren’t even close to mine) in a whole other building. Avoid at all costsThis is the worst delivery I’ve ever been forced to use and a useless app. I live in a house on a street, but my delivery address was reported as “unable to access”. It’s a house with a wholly accessible doorstep. The driver lied. Zero customer serviceI’ve never liked Veho deliveries (instead of putting packages in the **safe** package lockers like other services do, they always abandon them outside my building, which stresses me out if I happen to be at work while it happens.) When there is a problem, like their delivery person delivers it to the wrong address (they sent a photo of the latest delivery and it is NOT my door, I have no idea where the package is) customer service is no where to be found. Awful App and ServiceDriver did not deliver according to instructions so my package was stolen. I replied to the text thread within less than a minute from the delivery update asking to move it to the correct location and was told no. Contacting support did nothing. Downloading this app, as directed, gave zero additional information and the support option just sent me right back to the SMS text thread where they were already non-responsive and unhelpful. Worst delivery companyThis is the worst delivery company ever!! Package Was StolenFirst experience ever with a merchant using veho. The package was “attempted” to be delivered on Saturday 7/12. Never came package was not delivered and didn’t update on a return to redeliver. Its been 4 days after expected delivery. Had to contact support and they couldn’t even give any info on where the package is. So logical explanation is package was stolen from delivery driver. Please have a better delivery system to avoid packages from being stolen during delivery. Hope this gets taken seriously as it defeats the purpose of your delivery app..Anadri22Version: 1.2.1
Useless app abysmal delivery companyI suppose the app functions but it doesn’t give you anything more than what they provide to you via text message - so what’s even the point of the app? And anytime you need customer support they send you out of the app back to your text messages anyway… so again, what’s the point of this app?? Veho the delivery company itself is absolutely abysmal. They literally cannot get deliveries correct. 4 out of my last 5 Tovala orders were either canceled b/c the package was “damaged en route” or Veho just delivered my package to the complete wrong address. What a WasteI use Instacart, UberEats, at least 2-3/week and have never had someone blatantly disregard delivery instructions. The amount of times I had to tell them my delivery instructions just to have them NOT BE CHANGED in the system was ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t even usually take the time to leave a one star angry review, but they need to get it together… Over 5 boxes delivered incorrectly despite “support” telling me they had fixed the delivery instructions. 2 out of 3 deliveries in 3 weeks lostOnly received our food the first week, second week driver said Google couldn’t find the place they found the week prior and the place has been here since 1997. This week delivered it to 2200 instead of 2300 block, said driver went back got it and took it to my door (which I have a ring camera not true) and couldn’t take a picture. Garbage CompanyThey lost over $250 worth of products I ordered in the matter of 3 days. Delivered 2/3 of my packages, delivery driver says he delivered 3 despite only two packages being present in the photo he took, and customer service was hot garbage and dismissed that and just said my package was lost. I will never utilize something that uses their services again. Complete trash company, and the app always says there’s an error when you put in a tracking number. HorribleDon't even waste your time installing this app. It's useless. I installed it, saw my tracking info and went to check later and all the info was gone. Deleted and reinstalled app, restarted phone, nothing. No tracking showing up at all. Support is a joke. Biggest waste of 25 minutes of my life. CARELESSTwice these guys screwed me over. The first screw was when the driver dropped my package off at the wrong building and it took me 8 days to get the package back. THE SECOND SCREW was when the driver took a picture of my package but aimed the camera at the floor so I couldn’t see the surrounding area. To this day I don’t know where that package is. It’s said to have been delivered on the 20th of FEB, it’s the 26th and I still can’t be told where my package is when the address on the label is clear as day!!
