I love the DraftKings casino app. I have played on most of the popular casino app platforms and in my opinion it is overall the best. That being said there are some things that I do not like about the app as well. My biggest issue is that DraftKings falls short in their promotions and free bonuses. As far as I can tell they by and large are the least giving casino platform to their players. This is even more so true when it comes to players that spend large amounts of money. Another issue I have repeatedly ran into is that if you have a programming/computer glitch that causes you to lose money or not receive your winnings you are probably not going to see any compensation unless you are basically taking video of your screen while you play. In my experience with the customer service/help personnel, it is almost like management has told them that their software couldn’t possibly be flawed and to assume the player/customer is lying or to just run the customer in circles until they give up. Whilst this issue is a huge downfall, some of the other platforms I have delt with are even worse. Moving back to the positive, the app is overall well programmed and I have experienced fewer glitches/software issues with DraftKings then I have on any other platform. Overall I would say DraftKings is the best gambling platform and if they would spend a more time and money dialing in their current platform instead of focusing on expanding and drawing more people in they could have a flawless online gambling experience.

Quick responses from customer service but not all the customer service representative gives you the same answers. I feel like a ping pong ball bouncing around on multiple tables. They tell me that with the withdrawal process I should receive an email with the deposit amount with the last four of my Cc detailed. I told them that DraftKings sends out 3 emails. Reviewed, received and processed. None of those emails have your Cc info listed duh. Different reps tell me that I will receive 2 processed emails which being a customer since last year I never received 2 emails detailing processed withdrawal. I think the reps need more retraining. One tells me that my withdrawal is on hold with DraftKings and the other says it was processed. Mind you when you go into your financial tab all your withdrawals show on hold lol. Even the ones that you received funds from 😂. I work in compliance and before I contact a client I do my research first instead copying and pasting an FAQ response 🤦‍♀️. Yeah my withdrawal shows processed but my bank doesn’t see anything 🤦‍♀️. Typically I get the funds asap but in this case 50 is 50 and I need to have a correct answer. Oh and another thing your app glitches a lot in a middle of a game it says error please reload. Also when playing the casino game where the pot fills if you get this error and reload your pot get emptied 🤦‍♀️. No sense of reporting this because after reading so many reviews seems like nothing has been corrected because I get the same issues. Trust me is not my WiFi or my geolocation. Haven’t played since i encountered these issues.

I started playing around 2-3 years ago and everything started out okay. Fair payouts decent promos and good customer support. Over time it has gone downhill. I play EVERYDAY. I have yet to win over $1,000 on this site. Vs the amount I have played all year that is deplorable and I don’t even see how it’s probable. The customer support is awful. There is a dynasty program which is a tier level rewards system and they announced to 48 hours before that they were cutting it short by two days this year to be eligible for the next tier. I worked very hard and spent a lot of time and money getting where I was and I was literally a hair away from the next tier. I reached out and asked if they could kindly at least honor the 27,000 crowns in the form of a site credit that I would have been eligible for considering I had to start all the way at the bottom and the refused which is upsetting to me considering what a small amount it is to them to make a good customer happy. Sadly I won’t be using their site much in the upcoming years and they know a lot of people who won’t either

It’s very pleasant to see that draft kings is starting to make their players feel appreciated. It’s nice to have a chance to win something without making a deposit sometimes. MGM and borgata have a game as an incentive once every day after midnight on their promotions along with fanatics, everyday on fanatics I get 10 free spins just by opting in on a promotion so that’s usually where I spend my money and that’s probably why they get a lot of players who normally wouldn’t deposit on the app starting to deposit on the app because us players like to feel appreciated also. Fan Duel does it too but that’s a complete joke over there and I will never deposit my money into their casino. However, long story short.. Updated July 19: Not only is this a super scammy app, now that I’ve complained, when I hit gold tier status, they suddenly changed it and said I hit silver tier status. I’ve been silver tier status though. I even got a free DraftKings shirt as a silver tier member. But now they are pretending like I never was! It’s probably because I keep complaining. And I will continue to complain, write to the Michigan board that governs the casinos, and I have a contact now who is willing to look further into this and assist me! My advice, keep on them! Don’t let them get away with their scams. First review: Draft king was a great app last year. I really want it to still be a great app. Pros: I love the rocket ship game. Especially when you get free credits. It’s a great way to rack up money easily, once you get the hang of it. Cons: BIG issues! So for the last two-three months, the app feeezes after 5-10 spins on a game. Then I have to exit the app and restart. This makes you lose your progress on progressive slots! This has made me lose hundreds of dollars. Games such as the mouse combo game are pointless to play. You have to keep spinning to eventually make progress and win real money. Just some feedback … the promos are difficult to locate too many areas , you have to click on the casino tab , and exclusive tab , I also found quite a few credits in my notifications but they were located at the bottom of my credits tab . Just sharing my input on the DraftKings Casino app. It’s a good app. The cool part about DraftKings is that if you want to learn say about baccarat or Kino….. even blackjack any card game really, they have a demo version that you can play for free to up your skills and they also have a learning area where they break down how the game should be played and what the best suits are to have at the table games before you actually put any money down. I really like playing the demo version of blackjack it’s taught me up a lot about it thanks DraftKings. My husband has been trying to get his account unlocked from being restricted for 2 weeks now. I had an account, and so did he and we were told his account was restricted due to another account having the same information. We use the same bank account for deposits and withdrawals. When we tried to explain this to “customer service” (bots) they asked for everything from photo IDs to bank account statements. We thought this may be a normal practice for casinos, but now realize it’s an attempt at fraud. Don’t be naive like us. They’re stealing money and your information. Was playing endless treasure and I put so much money into the game almost popping the pot only for them to give me an technical error. This app is horrible first let me start off with I’ve only had this app for a few months . I have not been able to play any slot games on this app for over three months now. Customer service has done nothing to help I’ve contacted them over 25 times by email to the point where I wanted to speak to someone in person. Definitely the best online casino app from my experience on the App Store. They offer a pretty generous free play bonus at signup. Other apps tend to crash more often; in contrast, these servers feel more stable with minimal drop outs. Good variety of slots (my favorite) and table games. You also don’t get the feeling of “the fix” with this one (I.e. dealer magically gets four blackjacks in a row when you’re ahead); play seems fair. I have been playing for a while now. There has always been issues with connection(not on my end. I already checked.) I would be in the middle of a game and it would freeze. I loved playing on this app initially, but one of the things I did not enjoy was the live dealers. I would have to say about 90% of the live dealers sound like they are a breath away from ending everything. They talk so quiet and monotone and that’s if they even talk at all. I’m not saying the live dealers need to give us this fantastic show, but if they could just show even a micro fraction of enthusiasm over anything… If they had a good hand, they had a bad hand, if they got a hangnail from too much shuffling… Anything… then it would’ve made my blackjack and poker games much more enjoyable. That was one of the reasons why I stopped playing was because the depressed silence between shuffling, betting, and dealing just took any joy out of the wins. When I play blackjack or poker live, and in person at an actual casino, a good dealer can make the experience so much better. One other thing I will say is that I did have pretty good luck on their top dollar slot and another slot called Breakin da Bank Respin. That last one had a feature where you could respin individual reels and depending on what symbols were around it, the price could go up or down. I literally have had it be anywhere from a single penny all the way up to $184 to respin a single real. Obviously the $184 respin was because it was in line with multiple 5x wilds so whatever you would spin you would get five times what it was worth. If you got the purple gemstone then you would get $400 but if you got a 10 then you were getting $20.

I enjoyed it in the beginning but then it started lagging especially when it seem like your about to land on a bonus or scatter then the reels start to lag or skips fast 😏, promotion pop ups during your spinning and you have to watch your bets ex: if you have $5 and you bet 25 cents you should have $4.75 after the spin I’ve notice it would jump to $4.69 or some other odd amount not what your expecting. Also if you have 30 cents and try to bet 10 cents that should be 3 spins ,nope it will stop mid spin and say insufficient funds and then your stuck on the deposit screen not able to spin out your last cents . I have switched to the Mohegan sun casino app because it lets you use every cent and they have normal jackpot games that you don’t have to opt in or out for xtra and you can actually see the jackpots above all the games and it’s very exciting to see the jackpots reels as you spin you can also filter options by type of games & pick the min & max bet amounts you want to play it’s easier to navigate your deposits go right in unlike DraftKings where once you run out of cash and the dep screen pops up you have to go out or get pushed out and go back into your game to continue it does not start up where you left off Also Mohegan give out better free play bonuses, and cash matches DK will give you 1 maybe 3 free spins lol

I’ve been trying a few apps out the last couple weeks. So far FanDuel and Fanatics rate at the top. Deleted Caesers bc even just their site was lacking along with game selection. However, betMGM is right there with them except game selection seems better. Their app constantly closes out on me and freezes when collecting bonus. And game play? Well I play one game mostly across the different apps and on here is the only place the game plays differently. I get it, free spins are far and few between. But you reach the max multiplier you can get for free spins, if you ever get them, and then continue to get just 2 of the icons on the first two middle lines for another 10 x or more but you can’t even increase your multiplier once you reach the max and that alone takes forever bc it’s not often you get what you need to even max out the multiplier let alone then go at least 10x more getting the first 2 and it does nothing for you. between bidding and winning have spun a couple thousand times I still can’t get the free spins. The sad part is the free spins could be total trash and yet they are never given. I’ve gotten free spins at least twice spinning this much on other apps on this same game. I get it you can’t always win but it sure helps to know which apps I’ll stick to and this one I will be deleting.

I got a lost when live dealing hand was a win. It put me in this RNG simulator Blackjack mode.. when my app bugs out I can’t see hit button only solution was to rejoin but it took me to RNG and the simulation was me losing which was not what happened with my both live dealt hands. I got two 19s in RNG. Then dealer got soft 20; 9/A in RNG. In live table game dealer had 9/6/ bust card being 9. With my hand sitting at 19 first and 9 on second hand.. I couldn’t hit due to bugged out app. This is the first time seeing something sketchy in casino app and I have reported this to customer support when my dealer saw and heard what happened he went immediately to help me. The ticket went through pitboss 3 different customer support people. Still no answer besides “ Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation while we work together to resolve this issue for you.” It’s crossing to 4days they have video and my game ID transaction . My conclusion on this app is starting to lean that they are breaking a regulation or workaround with this RNG simulator when leaving the table and honestly they can keep the money at this point, I’m not liking that they are stacking their casino advantage. I read what someone had wrote about 30-40 spins after it was too late. Basically if you read the reviews you’ll see the same patterns. Once you have games you like don’t play them anymore because you can try to get a bonus feature and that will never happen again on that game. If you move onto a new game once you enjoy that game if you win on it, never play it again. They are really scamming people. We know it’s a casino, we know everyone isn’t going to win every bet, however crashing the game several times while you playing it resets the reels all over again so you have to restart basically from scratch if you go back into the game. Right before you see your about to get a bonus feature before the last things stops spinning total crash you go in and it shows the last spin before the bonus feature spin. This app is okay for the most part it has a lot of games and there are decent wins from time to time, just BEWARE there promotions, for example I was just sent a promotion telling me to bet $5 and get $100 in casino credits, so because of this I decided to make a deposit and okay for a bit. I didn’t get the casino credits so I wrote support, they checked and verified they sent me the promotion but claimed it was a mistake and accident and I shouldn’t have recieved it… after I spent money because of it. This is the second time something like this has happened. It seems like a scam to get people to deposit there money and not have to honor there promotions, after customer support acknowledged I was sent it by mistake they won’t respond to me about it, what a joke. Yes they do have pretty good promotions. But, they make the promotion so unattainable that if you’re lucky you’ll get $50 and you’ll get knocked out of that position within minutes by someone else betting and typically end up with a zero. Customer service is clearly from another country, they do not understand your questions by any means. It Hass to be repeated over and over and over. Just exhausting. The variety of games they have along with Mohegan Sun are the same. Except Mohegan has the rocket game which I really like. The only difference between these two are the types of things they take some don’t take online some don’t take particular credit cards. That’s how I ended up here, so that is very easily changed. I will be opening up a bank account that is acceptable to Mohegan on Monday morning and moving my families accounts. I received a promotion to sign up for DraftKings as a new customer. The promo was to deposit $100 risk free and receive $100 in casino credit. Well, after playing through over $100 of casino credit and still having a balance of $191 (I played black jack and won a decent amount of money). I went to cash out my $100 deposit and just play with my $91 casino credit. Upon attempting to cash out, the app stated if I cashed out at that point I would forfeit my casino credit. Okay, no big deal, I had already been playing for a few hours and just wanted to make sure I got my deposit back before playing anymore. Well, DraftKings took my entire $191 balance rather than just my casino credit effectively taking my “risk free” $100 deposit. I immediately reached out to customer support to correct this error and was told there is nothing they can do. I’m not sure what the purpose of a new customer promotion is supposed to be if not to provide a customer with a positive experience so they continue using your app? I would have been fine to forfeit my free $100, but taking my deposit that was supposed to be risk free just ensures I will delete the app and switch to MGM.

I literally get booted off app in the middle of my games, a minimal of 6 times a day. It’s exhausting. Yes it picks up where you left off even during a bonus round… except for games like Mouse Coin Combo… I lose all my bonus coins every time! These guys have possibly the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I signed up for this app thinking it would be a fun time thanks to the reviews. I saw they had a promotion were you get your net losses back which was a big factor to me signing up with them. But for some weird reason the minute I signed up my account got restricted. I never even made a deposit. My account stayed restricted for a week and when they finally unrestricted my account I made my first deposit thinking I would get the money back if I lost it. Take one look at the idiotic generated usernames of all of the positive reviews…they’re bots. This app is sooooooooo bad. The site functions well, good game selection and outside of consistently checking your location and making you prove over and over you are where you say. The app works well. This app offers daily promotions. I have had a couple of times in which they say if you play $10 we will give you $10, and they don’t give it to you until you send them a message. One time they even tried to argue with my telling me I hadn’t opt’d in even though I showed them a screen shot that was time stamped that I actually had opt’d in successfully. I’ve played only 3 games on the casino. 2/3 malfunction badly to the point where I just don’t even want to play anymore. The Finn swirl game constantly kicked me out with error messages almost every time I hit a win or pressed re spin. I give it a 3 star rating only because of the promos. I haven’t had trouble with deposits or withdrawals. The promos though are not good huge promos are offered for new sign up’s but the promos that are offered for people already use the app and spend money are bad. A few examples free spins you get 5-10 free spins at .10 cents a spin. You can’t win anything over a couple of dollars at that bet. I have been trying to change my email address with Draft Kings Casino, as the one I registered with you years ago is now obsolete. It won’t allow me to update my email address myself and when I contacted customer support, they say they can’t do it either. They have escalated it numerous times, but no one does anything!! I cannot withdrawal my winnings and my last winnings is supposedly in the mail. What a joke!! Needless to say, I won’t ever play this again!!!

Surprisingly poor odds vs identical games on other platforms. Trialed 1000 spins on 4 platforms hosting Hacksaw games and DK had the worst payout by a significant portion.
